Social Networking Boost Your Online Exposure MRR Ebook

Sample Content Preview FACEBOOK You can set up a profile fairly easily on Facebook and hook into all the people you know just by downloading your email address book. They will be invited to friend you and once they do, you have a good basis to start generating more friends. So, create a compelling and attractive profile that falls in line with the demographic you are trying to attract. Then, once you have a core group of friends, so you don't look socially inept, you can start to try and figure out how to get more contacts within your specific demographic so that you can start promoting your offerings. Before we start to get into that, just be aware that spamming people or soliciting them directly is against the terms of the service agreement. You will have to start to engage in the art of the soft sell in order to be able to work within Facebook. One key to making more friends is not to put up a profile that labels you as an online Internet marketer right away. People do check out the profile to figure out why you want to friend them, and if they see that, they are likely to run the other way. Make it authentic, but be more casual, friendly, and less business oriented. Okay, you've joined and now you want to start building exposure. Again, the key is to get more contacts into your contact list. You'll be limited to 5,000 in Facebook, so make it good, but there are other ways to go beyond that limit and remain on Facebook. One thing you don't want to do is ADD TOO MANY FRIENDS AT ONCE. This is a red flag to the Facebook administrators who will ban your account for being a spammer. So, let's repeat: When adding friends, choose only 20 or 30 a day so as not to get yourself banned! BUILDING CONTACTS IN FACEBOOK Here are few ways to start building contacts in your demographics to increase your online exposure: • Join the right networks – When you first start, Facebook will ask you to pick a network(s), which will either be a school or a geographical location. Pick an area where you are thinking of doing the most business, or where you have the most contacts. Once in that network, you can get friends from there by browsing profiles that area available for people within that network. • Leverage friends of friends – So, you've signed up, gotten a few friends, and noticed that (wow!) one of your friends has thousands of friends. Take a look at the friends list and see if you know of any or if they are in your network. Then, ask them to friend you. Remember to keep it slow and steady, less than 20 or 30 a day. • Join groups – Join groups and then post to the wall. Befriend group members in the same group. There are even groups for people with no friends who want more friends, but that's not targeted to your demographic. You should pick a group that is targeted to your demographic. • Have fun! - Set up applications and join fun games and activities that expose you to more people online. It's best to pick an application that has something to do with your niche, so that you are attracting the right core group. So, if you were interested in marketing green products, you might join the L'il Green application to meet more people there by maintaining their online plants. There are literally thousands of applications you can investigate and leverage to create more friends on your targeted list. PROMOTING YOUR OFFERINGS ON FACEBOOK Whether it's a website landing page, a blog with affiliate marketing, or any other type of product or service you want to promote, you start with the contact list. Then, you use the features of the site to help get the word out by starting to use the features that tend to be more “newsy” and viral. For Facebook, these features start the ball rolling quite nicely: • Status updates – There is a feature where you get to broadcast to your friends what you are doing. You can also add links there to different pages on the Internet. Try to include valuable information and not just a link to a sales page, because it can get you some unwanted notice from the admins. But, other than that, you can use it to lead traffic back to your website, blogs, articles, and any other content you want to promote on the web. • Comment on other people's updates – What's the point of sending out information only to your own friends? Why not hook into other friends and add a link where appropriate? When you comment on the status, it goes into the newsfeed and their friends see it too. It also gets put on their wall. Just don't spam or solicit overtly and you should be fine. • Share a link, post – Like some web post you saw online? Why not share the link or post on your wall? Your friends will see it in the newsfeed and it will stay on your wall too. • Upload photos and comment – Photos tend to gather much more attention than text. So, add some good photos and link them to your niche or market. If they get commented on a lot, they can go viral fairly quickly. • Create your own application – It's not as hard as it sounds since it's basically just a collection of images. Then, you add it to the application market place and wait for others to install it. You can put your URL in various places and gather a lot of promotion this way. • Promote a blog on Facebook – There are a number of people who have set up blog networks on Facebook and can be a great way to network your blog with other bloggers, create more friends from subscribers, and promote the heck out of your blog. If your blog has advertising on it, you can even make some nice change. TWITTER Twitter is the nanobyte social network for people with attention-deficit disorder. Seriously, it is a very curt way to keep in touch with people by sending 140 character messages that can be “followed” by interested parties all over the Internet. This may seem like the weirdest form of social network, but it has landed people jobs in a matter of hours in a tight economy, and in some cases, given people a virtual peek at a mass media event from a first-hand up-to-the-minute account of serial messages aptly labeled “tweets.” BUILDING CONTACTS ON TWITTER In order to build your contact list on Twitter, all you have to so is either add your email list to search for them on Twitter, or you can search by name. You can also just start with one friend you know, who knows mutual friends and then start following them. Generally, when you follow someone, they do you the courtesy of adding you to their follow list too. But, if you don't know anyone on Twitter, and you only have a few friends there, how do you expand your list, and more importantly make it targeted to a specific demographic? The answer isn't obvious because Twitter has no groups or categories that people join. You can use the search box at the top right corner of Twitter to search for locations, words, or names that might show up in a Twitter profile, but not everyone really goes as far as to make a good profile. Another way to do this is to use a tool called TweetScan. There you can search topics, people, places, and everything. This looks for these items within the tweets and so you can find better demographics this way. And, if you're not sure, when you add a person, whether they're a friend of a friend or found through some other tool like TweetScan, all you have to do is follow conversations for a while to figure out if they really are in your demographic. PROMOTING YOUR OFFERINGS ON TWITTER Here again, you can't spam people. You're going to use some of the same strategies, though, to get more exposure. Exposure here would be the number of people following your tweets, not the number of tweets you follow. So, to promote yourself, you have to join the conversation! You want to start posting some interesting conversation related to the demographic you are trying to target in 140 character chunks. The more people who get interested in your feed, the more people follow you. There are groups that you can join also outside of Twitter that get many of their members from Twitter. This would be a perfect example of getting into an area where you can harvest followers. All you have to do is find such groups, join them, and then get them to follow you too. Since there are no obvious groups on Twitter, you can find some that specialize in grouping Twitter feeds by category topic or location, and they also allow you to add your URL there too! That's a perfect way to promote your Twitter feed. Once such place is a wiki called Twitterpacks and is located at https://twitterpacks.pbwiki.com. Since you're limited to 165 characters, it becomes even more important to make the links you post in the tweet as small as possible. You can do this using services like https://www.tinyurl.com which coverts longer URLs into more manageable links. This is indispensable if you are tweeting about some new post or site you've updated with your marketing offerings. Just remember not to do this all the time, or you'll be labeled a spammer and your followers will dump you pronto, probably not soon after they report you to the administrators. So, while you can do this off and on, doing it 100% of the time is a sure way to get your account bumped. The same is true if you follow too many people at one time or add too many followers at one time. These are classic red signals that you are a spammer and unwelcome in social networking sites. So, keep it real and keep it cozy.

Simplifying All Aspects Of Your Life PLR Ebook

Sample Content Preview => How to Let Go of Toxic People Just like saying no simplifies things, as you assess your life, you may find that you also have toxic people in your life that you need to let go of. Toxic people tend to create tons of drama in their lives and those who associate with them. Less drama in your life is always a good thing. * Give Yourself Permission to Say Goodbye – When you realize someone is toxic and causing unnecessary drama or issues in your life, you need to give yourself permission to say goodbye to them. You are not obliged to stay in a relationship that is only painful, whether blood or not. There are no prizes at the end of life for doing so. * Reduce or Eliminate Contact – The moment you accept in your mind that the person is toxic, try to reduce or eliminate your contact with them. For some people, this is as far as you’re going to get to go if they are someone you must see, such as a co-worker or boss. For others, this is the start of getting them out of your life. * Don’t Ask for or Give an Apology – There is likely no real reason to discuss anything with the person. Doing so often doesn’t solve a problem, and they’re not going to say they’re sorry unless they feel they can manipulate you. You’ve had enough experience with the person to realize that you don’t need this type of closure. It’s not happening anyway. * Put More Time in Your Healthy Relationships – Now that you have some time freed up, not just in reality but in also your mind space, start putting more time into your healthy relationships. Think more about them, do something for them, and let them do something for you. * Experience Your Emotions but Move On – It’s okay to feel sad, and even bitter for a little bit. Let yourself feel the emotions, but it’s important to move on from the past. The entire point of eliminating a person from your life who is toxic is not to let them take up any space in your life that will affect future actions, including in your mind. * Learn from the Experience – One thing that is important to do if you face this issue is to figure out how the person got into your life to start with. If it’s work or a relative, that’s understandable, but if you picked this person as your friend (or spouse) - why? And how can you avoid doing that in the future? Even if the toxic person is your parent or a relative, the experience of letting go of them will be a blessing in your life more than you may think. When someone is genuinely toxic, they won’t change no matter how much you beg, so letting them go will help you make your life less stressful and a lot more successful. => Ways to Use Social Media Effectively One thing that can take up a lot of time is social media. If you really want to simplify your life, you can use social media in a way that doesn’t cause more chaos. Let’s look at the different ways to use social media more effectively, whether for work or play. Simplifying your online life can really make a huge difference in your overall happiness and success level. * Pick Just One – If you must use social media, choose the platform that you like best and stick to that one. Maintain profiles on the others without updating them just in case something ever happens, but most of the time you’ll be able to use just one for what you need to stay connected. * Use Automation Tools – If you do need to use more than one account (for work or business, for example), find the right tools that enable automation and consolidation of accounts into one dashboard to make it faster to check up on the accounts. * Create Your Own Dashboard – If you need to use more than one social account and you don’t want to pay a monthly fee for automation, you can create a dashboard on your computer that enables you to click into your social media faster and more easily than one at a time. * Organize Connections – Differentiate your connections by organizing them into groups or lists depending on what the platform allows. When you organize your connections, it’s easier to send messages to update them or check their updates when you have it on your schedule. * Train Your Friends – It’s not very productive to be chatting with your friends or family all day. If you’re working, turn off notifications other than emergencies. If you stop answering your friends and family during the day when it’s not an emergency, they’ll stop bothering you. * Turn It Off When Not in Use – When you are not actively on your social media platforms, turn them off so that you aren’t checking constantly. For some people who like using PCs still, one way to do this is to get social media off your phone and keep it only on your home PC. * Choose Your Time Window – Don’t check social media continuously. Even if you use it for work, don’t check it all the time. Pick times during the day to check it, set a timer, and stick to that. This way it won’t get out of hand, especially when you are trying to be productive. When you train yourself to turn off distractions so that you can focus on what you’re doing at that time, you’ll realize that you don’t need social media to be on all the time. A few minutes of focused connection is a lot better than random interruptions to your workflow or your time with your family and friends.

It doesn't work that way. Instead, you need to start with heavy content visibility on each platform. People must see your stuff there. You must achieve a wide enough reach. People may not necessarily click on through to your site, but that's secondary. At this point, you just want your brand to be visible. You just want people to become familiar with your brand. So what's the big deal about visibility anyway? You may be thinking, since visibility doesn't mean actual visitors to your website, what good is it? Think about it this way, when was the last time you saw an ad for the first time and automatically clicked it? If you're like most other people, you probably would want to see the ad show up a few times for you to become familiar with it. You might glance at if from time to time, you might read the description from time to time, but after enough showings, you might seriously think of clicking through. The same applies to your content on social media platforms. Don't expect that just because you come up with catchy titles and nice, attention-grabbing graphics that this is enough for you to expect a tremendous amount of clicks to your website. It doesn't work that way. People have to be comfortable enough. Your content has to become familiar enough for them to click on it. When audience members click on the content you share through your social media accounts, they get a chance to like your page, follow your Twitter feed, pin your posts, or subscribe to your YouTube channel. They still stay on the platform, but they get a chance to subscribe to your account or follow you. This is the second stage of the social media funnel or inverted pyramid. You have to develop some sort of in-platform credibility. Your content is not just this random material that came out of nowhere. Even if people don't click on it, they see enough similarity in terms of branding, graphics, as well as other content cues so that your brand stands apart from everybody else's. Again, they may not necessarily be motivated to click, but with enough repetition through social media channels targeting certain topic categories and hashtags, your brand doesn't remain an unknown quantity. Once you have people checking your content out through your social media accounts, you can then send them "call to action" content (CTA). This content recruits people to your mailing list. This social content that you're sharing offers some sort of incentive. Maybe you're giving away a free booklet, maybe you're giving away software—whatever the case may be, there is some sort of giveaway to incentivize people to click on that link, enter their email address, and join your mailing list. Whether you use freebies, special content, special free tickets to an online webinar that's pre-recorded, it doesn't really matter. Whatever the case may be, the endgame is to get people to join your list. The Endgame? When you look at the funnel, the endgame is to get people to that narrow end of the funnel. At that end, you're not necessarily getting them to click on an ad to buy something. You're doing something far more valuable. Instead, you're calling them to action so they join your list. You are converting your social media reach, meaning, the top end of the funnel, to list membership, which is at the very narrow point at the bottom of the inverted pyramid. This is where the magic happens. Once people join your list because you have successfully incentivized them to enter their email on your squeeze page, you get a tremendous opportunity to build a long term sales relationship. That's really the best way to describe it because when people give you their email addresses, what they're really telling you is that they trust you enough to want to have a business relationship with you. This means you should not abuse that relationship. You should not send them garbage. You should not send them spam. And by spam, I'm talking about material that is not related to the topic of your list. Stay on message. Because if you are able to do this, you would have a tremendous opportunity to shape the conversation and continue to sell and convert your list, not just once, not just twice, but over the long haul. There are many successful list marketers who make seven figures every single year, and all they have is a mailing list. It all depends on how you build that list, who is on that list, and what you are selling on that list. Regardless of how you cut it, you can turn what would otherwise be a huge amount of social media reach into a loyal list. This is the secret to effective social media marketing. You probably haven't heard this before. I would not be surprised because the vast majority of social media marketing books out there try to trick you into thinking that you just need to harvest all this traffic from social media so people can click like monkeys on the ads on your website. Maybe that worked when Facebook 1st launched nationally. It definitely doesn't work today. Sadly, this is where too many marketers fail. They screw this up. Now that you know the secret, here's some bad news. This is precisely the point where too many marketers screw up. When they're sending social media content, they promote their squeeze page directly. Although the squeeze page gives away freebies and incentivizes people to sign up, this is too much too soon. And, not surprisingly, a lot of these marketers burn through a lot of exposure just to get people to their list. Worse yet, when these people join their mailing list, they're completely unprepared. They don't know what to expect, they're not properly conditioned, a lot of them are not even fully qualified to become list members. So what do they do? They end up doing a whole lot of nothing. This is actually the worst kind of list member. It's much better to just have a very tiny list because if you have a huge list and almost everybody doesn't do anything to put money in your pockets, you're going to be paying for those list squatters month after month. Alternatively, you might attract list bouncers. These are people who join your list just to get whatever premium you're offering, download it, and then promptly unsubscribe. They have effectively bounced from your list. Effective Social Media Marketing Effective social media marketing means using your social media traffic and highly effective content shared on social media to build successful relationships. Your email list is going to be the platform you will use to convert the relationships made possible through all that social media traffic. You're essentially creating highly targeted mailing lists using content shared on targeted channels on social media. This is the secret to effective modern social media marketing.

The three steps are pre-launch, launch, and postlaunch. While all three of these phases are incredibly crucial to the success of your membership site, the pre-launch phase is where you get people interested in your product in the first place. Gaining Attention During the pre-launch phase of your membership site, you need to concentrate your efforts on getting people interested in what you have to offer by increasing attention and demonstrating that there is value in what you're doing. It is important to remember that the goal of the pre-launch is to gain the attention of your target audience. Look at how the movie industry works. A good pre-launch to any successful movie begins well in advance of the movie premiere. This usually includes: • Billboards • Advertisements • Radio plugs • Television commercials • Social Media Ads If you spend the time working on developing a pre-launch that is extraordinary, the next step of the process will be to simply put up the order button and wait for the orders to roll in. That sounds incredibly simple, but the truth of the matter is that you will need to put in a ton of work and time during the prelaunch phase if you want it to be that simple. You will need to make sure that you have an excellent sales copy and that doesn't happen overnight. However, this can be much easier if you have someone on your team that excels in that particular area. You need to focus on determining how you can demonstrate to your target audience of potential customers that there is value in what you are offering. This is really the crux of gaining the attention of your target market. There are a variety of ways that you can go about accomplishing this. For example, you could give away something for free, such as an audiobook, movie, eBook, etc. The key is that whatever you choose to give away, it must be of extremely high quality. This is your chance to make an excellent first impression. You can’t just give away something that is nothing more than a sales plug for your product. You are going to need to make sure that you have something to give away that is solid. This is something to focus on during the planning phase. You need to focus on how you can develop something to give away for free that will grab the attention of your target audience. There is no limit here. You don’t have to restrict yourself to just giving one thing away. Consider as many options that you can come up with. The goal is to have people look at what you have to give away and show them what they can do with the main product, developing a desire within them to purchase it. Know Your Target Audience You absolutely need to know who you want to purchase your products. Each and everything that you do must have a purpose. There should be a reason for each activity. During the pre-launch phase, you must make a strong effort to stay in constant communication with others, particularly your partners if you have them. Staying in contact with your partners during the pre-launch of your membership site will allow you to accomplish much more than if you were to simply try to go it on your own. In the end, this can be much more beneficial for your business because between you and your partners you will be able to cover more ground and reach more areas. One of the most essential elements of any business is being able to get the word out about you and your products. When people are talking about your business and your products, you will be in a much better position for success. The thing that you need to keep in mind is that you have to be able to manage word of mouth about your business. Often, there will be a temptation to overblow things and try to build up some hype during the pre-launch phase. While this is understandable, it isn't something that is prudent. Attracting a Wider Audience When it becomes necessary for you to attract a wider audience, you need to focus on creating an appeal that is broader in nature. Remember that everything online is divided into many different niches. Building up the desire during your pre-launch is essential, but there are other factors that you need to consider as well. Press Releases No matter what you do, creating a buzz around the launch of your membership site is essential. Regardless of what it is that you are trying to sell, you need to create a buzz that gets people talking. There are plenty of ways that you can accomplish this, including through social media and the use of press releases. Press releases can be used quite extensively, and it is an inexpensive way to get the word out about your site. Social Media These days social media is one of the most effective ways for businesses to get the word out about their products and services and can be an excellent way for you to generate buzz about your upcoming membership site launch. Along with talking about your membership site with your current group of friends, you can also invest some money in social media ads. All of the major social networks offer an advertising option. However, that doesn't mean that you should use them all. You need to look at which social media networks perform well organically. Social platforms where your content naturally strikes a chord with your target audience are the obvious choice for your first social media campaigns. The sky’s the limit when it comes to the different techniques that you can use to get the word out about your membership site. Use what you have available to attract attention and create interest in your product. Chapter 3: Getting Ready to Launch Your Membership Site When you reach the point where you are ready to launch your membership site, something that you need to focus on is building buzz not just among your potential customers, but also among your affiliates. Building the Buzz In order for you to create buzz around the launch of your membership site, you have to know what makes your target audience tick. For most business owners, this means incorporating some kind of competition into the mix. If you are going to work with affiliates, establishing a competitive element is an excellent way to get them buzzing about your products. This can also work to incentivize your target audience to spread the word about your upcoming launch. Establishing a competitive element works by gaining the attention you need during the pre-launch phase while generating interest and the desire of your potential customers to take the required action. The nuts and bolts of this are that you need some kind of incentive to get others to promote your launch for you. The Importance of Having Everything in Place When it comes to getting into launch mode, there are several things that you need to pay attention to. The most important of which is that you must make sure that you have everything in place. This is critical. You have to spend the time to test and be sure that everything on your site will work in advance. You must be sure that your website is ready and that you and your team are prepped. In addition, you must make sure that you have a backup plan in place for absolutely everything, including your payment solutions and providers. Make sure you test the download link, and the payment links to ensure they are working. Don't leave it up to chance only to find out whether or not the work on the day that your site goes live. Keep in mind that while planning isn’t the most exciting thing, it can save you from a tremendous amount of stress and hassle later on. Since you are putting in a tremendous amount of time and money during the pre-launch phase, you want to make sure that the actual launch of your product will work. Everything has to work because if it doesn't you will have a significant problem on your hands and your membership site is likely to fail. Testing Your Server and Hosting Platform Testing your server is an incredibly important part of having everything in place. It is critical that you make sure that you have your site on a reliable server and have constant support that won't go down. It is vital that you are confident that your site won't go down, which means monitoring it during the launch phase. When it comes to hosting, keep in mind that while you can settle for cheap hosting, but as mentioned before you really don’t want to cut corners when it comes to where you host your site. You have to believe that you are going to have a ton of people going to your site during the launch, which means you have to have a reliable hosting platform, which typically costs more than the most basic of options.

But it began like as a business term, and understanding its routes in this way can go a long way to helping us grasp the concept and better apply it to our own lives. And if you happen to run a business, then of course you’ll find all of this useful for its own merits. The Origin of Kaizen The word kaizen means “improvement” or “change for the better” in Japanese. However, the term is used more specifically to refer to continuous improvement, or small changes. The term Kaizen first adopted this meaning in the world of business. This was especially pertaining to the methodologies of car manufacturer Toyota, initially. The strategy has been successfully adapted to business for many organizations, and later to the self-improvement field. The book Toyota Way explains the use of Kaizen in detail and has canonized its usage to some extent. That said, the self-improvement crowd has also somewhat applied a little artistic license to the way it uses kaizen. In many ways, self-help books tend to oversimplify Kaizen, while others misinterpret some of the core concepts. Kaizen is all amount focussing on the minutiae. On making small changes that add up to big differences. But whereas many selfhelp books tell you that this translates to “flossing your teeth” a little every day to ingrain new habits, that isn’t actually anything to do with the original meaning of the word. That isn’t to say that this advice doesn’t have merit. We will be discussing all types of kaizen in this book, but by addressing the strictest business interpretation first, we’ll also understand the “official” version – which just so happens to also be extremely powerful and often overlooked. Types of Kaizen In business, in its original context, Kaizen has been generally broken down into two separate terms: • Flow kaizen • Process kaizen In flow kaizen, the approach looks at a “value stream.” This might be a whole work flow, in which the organization can look for different opportunities to improve the process. If you imagine a large production line that involves several stages. While making a tiny change at each step of the way won’t seem to have a big impact on its own, when taken as a whole, all those tiny improvements can potentially have a huge result. Process kaizen on the other hand is the “concentrated improvement of a single process.” That means looking at one step and making constant small improvements to get it to the point where it is the best it can be. Kaizen is often described as being “bottom up,” meaning that you start by looking at the most fundamental levels and making small changes there. You can potentially improve every aspect of your business by cleaning the floors. Why? Because cleaner floors mean fewer accidents and happier staff. That leads to more efficient storage and retrieval. That leads to more funds left over, and happier customers. That leads to more moral and more R&D. The result is better products, and a better brand image. Simplify and Eliminate Waste Moreover, Kaizen is also about looking to eliminate waste. In any given process, there is almost always “waste” that can be eliminated. By getting rid of these errors, you can significantly increase the speed of a process. This can have huge and transformational changes for a business. Let’s imagine for a moment that you are someone who writes articles for a big blog and uploads them to WordPress every day (WordPress being an online publishing platform). When you upload the article, you need to add images and formatting like bolding and headers etc. So your current workflow looks like this: • You write your article • You read through your work and check for typos • You upload the article to WordPress • You read through your work and upload images and add formatting What’s wrong with this? Well nothing on the face of it, except that by taking this approach, you’re not working in the most efficient way possible. That’s because you’re currently reading through everything you wrote twice. That’s once to make sure that it is spelled correctly and once to add images. So why not: • Write the article • Upload it to WordPress • Read through it and fix typos while formatting This has effectively combined two steps into one step that will take slightly longer than either on its own, but will be much quicker than doing both. And that in turn can potentially save you a large amount of time and effort in the long run. Let’s say this saves you 10 minutes per article, and that you upload 10 articles per day. That’s 100 minutes back and perhaps this now means you can afford to upload an additional article? If so, you might now be able to earn an extra $30 a day. As a sole trader, you might use Kaizen therefore to earn an extra $30 every single day without increasing your rates, working harder, or otherwise changing anything about your business! And kaizen is always relentless. Because there’s still probably waste here. What if you could remove the time spent uploading by writing directly into WordPress? And what if you batched all of your proofing and formatting together? Could that save you more time? Kaizen is constantly looking for waste like this and opportunities to streamline and improve flows and processes. Here are a few examples of types of “waste” that a Kaizen practitioner might look for in a typical business: • Defects – Poor copies, mistakes, errors • Excess processing – Repairs • Overproduction – Overestimating demand • Waiting – Waiting for the next step in the chain to become ready • Inventory – Waiting on stock/supplies/materials • Transportation – Time spent transporting people or goods • Moving – Excessive movement of machines or people • Non-utilized talent – Utilizing skilled workers in a non-skilled capacity While this type of kaizen might seem less obviously applicable to your personal life, the truth is that it can be immensely powerful if you look at your own processes.

Sales Funnel Optimization Strategies MRR Ebook

Sample Content Preview A content funnel is a series of blog posts, articles, and pages both on your side and on third-party websites that step visitors through different stages of trust. At first, you get them to understand and believe that you are credible when it comes to specific body of knowledge. For example, if people are looking for tips on how to deworm their dogs, your content funnel would start with material that answers basic questions regarding the deworming process. When people read these, they get the information that they're looking for but they're probably looking for other information. Now that they know how to deworm a dog, is there a best way to do it? Is there a product that makes it as quick, painless, and convenient as possible? Your content funnel takes care of all these questions but it all does it in the context of building greater and greater trust in your authority. It starts with establishing in the minds of the reader that you are knowledgeable and credible enough about the basic questions that they're asking. If they like what they read and they still have other questions regarding which solution is the best, they can click to link and then you would then lead them through your comparison of the different types of solutions out there. Again, these are not necessarily individual products. These can be just different ways to purge your dog. You can compare the different ways of purging your dog. There is a one hundred percent organic way and then there are the traditional chemical ways, so on and so forth. You compare these then to highlight to the reader that you can be trusted because you know enough to be able to compare and then you suggest a specific solution and then when they click through to that, they end up in a Trust page. This is where basically you earn their trust by spelling out usually in the form of an in-depth report or a review of the pros and cons of a specific product or solution. From here, you can then convert them. You can link them to a conversion funnel or you can get them to sign up to a mailing list. Intimately know whatever it is you are promoting. Whether you're selling a product, a service or you are an affiliate pushing someone else’s stuff, it doesn't matter. You have to establish some level of expertise in whatever it is you are pushing. If you're clueless regarding what you're selling, how do you expect to gain credibility and authority in the eyes of people you're trying to buy from you? That's just not going to happen because you did not put in the time, effort and energy to achieve that level of knowledge. Effective product knowledge is vital for both conversion funnels and content funnels Some key questions you need to ask: What problem does your product solve? Think in basic terms. If you're selling something, it's because it solves a problem. If you're a real estate agent, you're selling a home. Why do people need a home for? It's not what you think. They need it for location. Some people buy it for status. Other people buy it for a lifestyle. Understanding these different reasons and navigating your way around them enables you to tie these reasons with certain audiences so you can speak their language. Can you speak your audience's language? Most people always ask themselves, “What's in it for me?” You have to understand this question and you have to answer it in the same language as the person you're trying to sell to. Otherwise, you're not going to make a sale. It's just that simple. You have to present your product’s value proposition in clear terms that readily answer the questions your customers are asking in their heads. Can you speak in terms of benefits? When people buy a Mercedes Benz, it's not because they're just looking to get from point A to point B. If that’s all they wanted, they could have bought one of many cheaper brands. You have to speak their language. What is their reason? They're looking for luxury. They're looking for tangible proof that they can show to other people that they have arrived at a higher social status. That's the whole point of buying a Mercedes Benz, a Ferrari, a BMW or a Porsche. You have to zero in on those complex of competing needs and speak the language of your prospect. Can you split up different benefits and express them carefully? It's very important to understand that when people end up on your conversion page that these people are not identical. For example, back to the Mercedes Benz scenario, different people would buy different Mercedes Benz for different reasons. We know that if people are just looking for basic transportation, they’re probably not going to pick a Benz. That’s a very expensive option just to take care of basic transport needs. With that out of the way, you have to list all the potential benefits people would look for in a branded, sophisticated, and prestigious German automotive brand. It's not all about social status. Some people are looking for the utmost quality. In other words, they’re thinking to themselves, “If I buy the very best product, I know that there's a high likelihood that I won't break down in the middle of nowhere.” Other people buy a Mercedes Benz because they have a certain affinity to the Mercedes Benz’s engineering tradition. When you’re creating a conversion funnel, you have to zero in on all these potential reasons and benefits and then you have to prioritize them - which are more likely, which can be tied to questions, which are more practical - but whatever you do, your sales funnel must speak to all these different needs to push people down the funnel. Remember different benefits appeal to different people so when you get all these clicks from your paid Facebook ad campaigns or from your organic article marketing, your sales funnel must have enough information in it to appeal to different types of people. You can’t just assume that everybody who lands on your page are trying to meet the same needs. That's like a Mercedes ad just basically saying that it’s all about luxury. That’s a great ad if you’re sure that almost all the people looking at that ad are looking for luxury. But what about the person who is looking for the very best engineered car he or she could find? What about the other person who just has an affinity for a lot of things German and so on down the line? You have to craft a sales funnel that speaks to these different needs to capture all these people and push them down the funnel so you can convert them into cold, hard cash. Sales funnels can be made of just conversion pages or content with conversion pages A lot of marketers think that they just need to buy traffic and then dump this traffic on conversion pages. If that's your strategy, you can do that. I'll teach you how to do that effectively. However, if you are looking to save money or if you have no money at all, you can still make money online by using content to attract traffic from the internet for free and then plug this into conversion pages. You have to be mindful of which strategy you are using: conversion funnel only versus content funnel plus conversion funnel. Don't confuse content funnels with conversion funnels Conversion funnels can work with paid traffic. You basically just buy traffic and dump it into a series of pages and what comes out is a sale. Pretty straightforward. I'll teach you how to optimize these later. But if you don't have any money or you're low on funds, you can use online content to pull traffic from search engines, social media platforms and other sources for online traffic and plug these into your conversion pages. You need to know how these 2 alternative models work. You can't confuse the 2. If you think they're one and the same, then you're playing the game wrong and it's no surprise that you are losing money hand over fist. Content funnels explained Content funnels are all about building trust. For somebody to buy something from you, they have to trust you. That's the bottom line. Content funnels are built on a central question: How do you get people to trust you online? First, you need to get them to understand that you know about their needs. Second, you have to get them to like your expertise or like your take or your understanding of their problems. This leads to trust. Once you get them to trust you, you can then push them to buy from you. The KLT process KLT stands for Know, Like and Trust. Your content must be arranged in this way. The end result is trust. That's where you plug in your content funnel to your conversion funnel. Insertion Point #4 The KLT Process Must Drive Your Site’s Design, Not the Other Way Around If you are going to create a content-dense website that uses a content funnel strategy, I suggest using the Silo system. This starts out with general information, which is then linked to pages that have more detailed info. When people read these, it’s easy for them to click from one page to the next depending on how pumped up they are in finding more about the topic they’re researching. These must be question-based so they're easier to digest. It's important that your whole website must be designed this way so it seems effortless and doesn’t take much thinking for people to navigate. They can start out very slow and low, basically on pages dealing with general information and as they click, they get deeper and deeper into more detailed information until they get comparisons and then they end up at Trust pages, which essentially just push one particular product to them. What’s important is that all their questions are asked as they go through the process.

Table of Contents Tables of contents ….3 The Ultimate Success Formula ….4 Committed to What You Want ….12 Taking 100% Responsibility In Your Life ….13 The Power of Choice …...15 Sample Content Preview The second step in the ultimate success formula is to plan a strategy. The same thing. When you have a specific goal, you can plan your strategy easily. Just say you’re an owner of a local coffee shop. You’re making a profit of $5,000 monthly. You’re thinking of expanding your business. You might want to increase your profit to $7,000 monthly in, let’s say, a year. What you’re going to do? Maybe you’ll work for more hour, work harder or maybe increase the variety of food you’re selling. What if you want more? Let’s say making a profit of $2million monthly from your local coffee shop. Sounds unbelievable? It’s not achievable? True enough. Making $2million monthly from that local coffee shop is impossible if the owner is using the same strategy. What if the owner invests on share to build a larger modal? Or invest on R & D to develop a superior brand of coffee, support reliable new suppliers, build a franchise system and then license thousands of business owners around the world to sell his coffee. Would it then be possible for you to make a profit of $2 million monthly? Of course you can! With flexible strategies, anything can be possible. Step 3: Take consistent action The third step is getting you to take action consistently. Taking action moves you towards your goal easier. Taking action is also what that separates the dreamers from the doers. Many highly educated people often ended up working as professionals or consultants for successful entrepreneurs. Why? They have the knowledge. They know what to do. But they never do what they knew they should. Do you know people who are less intelligent or less talented than you actually achieve more than you? This is because they tend to take more action than us. They work harder, that’s why they can achieve more. Why intelligent people fail to take consistent action towards their goals? Our emotional states are what that drives us to our action. We are always holding back by our emotions like fear, uncertainty, and anxiety. Emotions like motivation and enthusiasm will get us excite and make things happen. Many people have bright ideas and they also have the intelligence to do it but they lack of personal mastery in emotional control. They can’t bring themselves to the state where they need to be in order to make things happen. Step 4: Failure as Feedback If you take action, there are no 2 possibilities. The first possibility is you achieve success by moving towards your goal. In the other hand, we might not get what we want when we take action. We might experience what we don’t want. This is what everyone calling – failure. Will every one of us experience failure? Yes. We will! Instead we can say that the more action we take, the more likely we’ll experience failure. Successful people tend to achieve more because they take more action. These people also experience more failure than others because the more action they take, the more failure they might experience. Ways of people dealing with failure What separates people who often get what they want from the majority who get anything they want is their response to failure. The response to failure makes a huge difference. Here is 3 ways of people dealing with failure. Pattern 1: Give excuses, blame & give up. Most people what will they do when they experienced failure? They will start to think of excuses. They’ll start to blame around them. They’ll be saying things like “I don’t have enough time”, “I don’t have enough resources”, “I’m too old”, “it’s too difficult”. This group will feel helpless and frustrated. Their emotions will eventually stop them from taking action and give up! This group of people often says “I’ve tried it and it didn’t work”. They stop taking action. They’ll resign from moving towards their goals. Do you know people who are like this? You might as well have experienced this before. Write down the instances when you gave yourself excuses, blame everyone around you or gave up on your goals. TAKE ACTION FAILURE Give excuses, blame & give up Pattern 2: Keep taking the same action again and again. Give up after some time. There are people who have a lot more determination than the ones in the first group. They take action and when they experience failure, they’ll try again by taking the same action. They’ll try again if they fail again. What will people in this group said when they experience failure? They’ll be saying “I didn’t work hard enough, that’s why I fail”. This group of people will work harder and harder to achieve their goal if they fail. They’ll put more effort, energy in doing it and they will work harder and harder. Can they achieve their goals? Yes they can, if they set small goals. What if they set big and exceptional goals, like becoming the top of their field? They’ll never achieve just by trying and trying again. They’ll experience a better result but not achieving their goals. WHY? Because they keep taking the same action without changing the strategy. If you keep taking the same action, you’ll get the same results. Pretty soon, they’ll start to get frustrated. Eventually, they’ll resign from believing they don’t have what it takes and stop taking action. Do you know people who are like this? You might as well have experienced this before. Write down the instances when you keep trying the same thing again and again and you fail to achieve what you want. Do you feel frustrated and eventually give up taking action?

If you are delivering a digital product such as E-Book, report, software, or script, remind your prospect that the delivery is instant. For example: The delivery process is automated and you can receive the manual instantly upon purchase. So, it doesn't matter even if it's 4:00AM in the morning so purchase your copy right now and you discover how you can tap into the planet's BIGGEST social networking site and bring your business to greater heights! 2. Avoid using the “until midnight” excuse. This is primarily the case in Internet Marketing circles where most savvy marketers know it’s really only a script at work. Unless you really meant that your product offer would be gone by midnight, you should refrain from using this tactic. Because in ways more than one, it’s pretty misleading even in pursuit of getting your prospects to act now. Evidently, your product would still be there the next day, being sold at the same price. So use any other scarcity factors… but this! 3. Press your prospect to act on scarcity reasons. You can say that you’re limiting the number of copies of your product (and keep your word on it!). And it has been proven that scarcity sells. People by nature like to have the privilege of owning so this is one factor you can really bang on to increase your conversion rate and sales. For example: Time-Based This is NOT an open-ended offer. This sale runs for only 7 days. After the 7th day is past, this offer will expire and be removed forever! Quantity Based Only 100 copies will be sold. No more than that. Once the 100th copy leaves the shelf, this offer will not be made available again, EVER! 4. Use Fast Action Bonuses. Nowadays, just offering bonuses just isn’t enough an incentive especially if you’re in a competitive niche. So you can add your edge by offering time sensitive bonuses. Aside from your bonuses having to be perfect complimentary products to your primary offer, the fact that they are scarce encourages your prospect to act now and swap the Fast Action Bonuses and get rewarded more value for the same money purchased. 5. Tighten the offer with a long-term guarantee. The longer your guarantee term, the better. Encourage your prospect to try your product out and test-drive it instead of being neutral or indifferent. Here’s an example: Don’t wonder. Don’t think. Just try. Also assure your prospect that you will be shouldering all the risk for him or her throughout the guarantee period. I stake my reputation on my claims (in as bold as they may be), but I seriously hate to see you pass such a great deal that I’m willing to shoulder all the risks for you so you can try it out worry-free! You may continue to go on and write: You have my word that this is the big break through you’re looking for. And if it’s not up to your satisfaction for any reason whatsoever, just drop me an email, delete the product off your hard drive, and I’ll refund every cent of your purchase. No questions asked. You have nothing to lose except a chance to try it out! 6. Use P.S.es to summarize your offer or reveal hidden benefits. Here are some things worth summarizing in your P.S. (or post-script), even though you don’t have to cover all of them; some will do: - You are shouldering the risk for your prospect through your Money Back Guarantee. - It would be more expensive and costly in terms of money, time and effort (or all) if your prospect seeks other solutions or alternatives than yours. - You can stress on the Fast Action Bonuses and how scarce they are that if your prospect doesn’t act now, he or she will miss them out. - If you have no other urgency factors, stress it out to your prospect on how valuable it is to him or her to tackle her current problems right NOW and not later with your offer. - You can use the P.S. to reveal other hidden benefits not mentioned earlier in your sales letter. It could be an unannounced bonus, guarantee statement or a reward for acting immediately. - You can choose to reveal even more praises and testimonials in effort to encourage your prospect to act now and become your customer. All in all, P.S.es serve as good summaries and presses your prospect to act now by purchasing from your order link/button/form. 7. Tell your prospect that the price you’re asking for is a bargain. You can do this by comparing to other possibly higher cost solutions by your competitors (without naming names) or less effective alternatives. For example: Which one do you think is a smart thing to do? Invest $97.00 and find out all of what you need to know about making a killing in the stock market OR flushing thousands of dollars into shooting in the dark – and get killed in the process? OR For the first time ever, you can tap into the secrets of top marketers at the measly price of $47.00. Now why would you even pay $2,000 to attend a seminar to learn the same secrets I share with you in my audio course?

Here, we saw that it would allow you to contact your followers and customers in a more direct and intimate manner, which could in turn be highly effective in creating a stronger relationship and more engagement with those users. But that’s just one thing that sets Facebook groups apart as being such useful part of your digital marketing strategy. There are actually a number of different ways that you can utilize Facebook groups in order to mobilize your fan base and potentially increase your engagement and profits. Read on for some of the most effective. Top Ways to Make Use of a Facebook Group for Business Membership as a Reward One wat to think of a Facebook group is as a reward or an incentive. In other words, you can use this as a way to encourage your most loyal fans to take certain actions, and to thank them for their loyalty. Imagine that you regularly follow a particular blog or vlog and you are a huge fan of the content they put out. You find it exciting and interesting, and you love the community that often enjoys lively discussion each time a new piece of content goes live. You consider yourself fan, but you haven’t quite taken the leap when it comes to signing up to the mailing list or joining the Facebook group. Then you hear that as a thank you for joining up to the list, users will be given access to a private Facebook group that will discuss the topics tackled on the site in much more depth, that will be given privileged access to new products before anyone else, and that will be able to vote on the direction of the brand. This is a great incentive that will encourage many people to sign up right away. You can likewise use this as a way to encourage people to join your Patreon, to buy particular products during a promotion, or to share your link and encourage more people to sign up! Customer Feedback/Market Research What many businesses forget, is that social media is first and foremost a tool for communication. Many companies think of it purely as a platform or a pedestal from which they can shout about new products or services. They think of this as a one-way means of communication in other words. But that is to miss out on perhaps the most valuable and important aspect of social media. Being able to not only speak with your audience, but also have them respond is immensely valuable, as it will allow you to get customer feedback, to conduct market research etc. And this is invaluable when it comes to deciding the future of your business. Investing lots of money or time into a new business venture such as a product or a service is always going to involve a large element of risk. But if you first speak with your audience, you can ensure that there are actually people out there who are willing and interested in paying for said product. In many ways, this is one of the closest things to a truly ‘flawless’ business plan: you ask what people want, then you create it! Likewise, this is an amazing way to get more ideas for content, to get ideas for promoting your site, and to find out more about the people you are selling to. Many companies pay thousands of dollars for market research; with a Facebook group, you can conduct it entirely for free. Just keep in mind that your most die-hard fans are not necessarily the most representative when it comes to reflecting the interests of your followers at-large. Competitions and Promotions We’ve seen that Facebook groups can be powerful incentives or “prizes” when running competitions and promotions. People who are engaged with your brand will love the idea of being invited to an “exclusive” VIP club only if they should sign up to your Facebook page or like a post etc. But at the same time, you can also use the Facebook group in order to run future promotions and competitions. This is a great way to reach out to your most proactive followers, which in turn means you can motivate them to take action by spreading the word. Events Many people use Facebook groups privately to run events. This is a perfect tool for creating stag parties and hens, or just organizing trips with friends. Not only does this put everyone involved in one place (making it easier for you to see everyone in one spot and communicate the plan) but it also creates a forum where everyone can contribute ideas. This is something you can equally benefit from as a business. In fact, running events as a business or brand is another of the most effective and under-utilized strategies for increasing engagement and even just making direct profit! It’s one thing to run a fitness blog or a make money blog. But if you run an event, this gives people a chance to see you in person and to really feel involved. At the same time, it will allow you to Special Offers If you are cutting the price of one of your products or services, if you are running a two-for-one deal, or if you are introducing any other kind of special offer, then having a Facebook group will provide you with an ideal way to communicate this and to get more people to act on it. You have to be careful with this, however. After all, Facebook groups are not ‘for’ promoting your products, and there is always the danger that people will find this off-putting and be moved to leave your group entirely. Groups have ‘special access; to the home feed as compared with pages, and you need to treat this with respect. BUT there is a way to do this, and that is to make the special offers part of the appeal of your group in the first place. In other words, make it clear when promoting and marketing your group that you will be using it to present special offers and deals. You can do this by saying things like ‘sign up to the Facebook group for exclusive offers and deals. If you get this right, it can work extremely well: if people are truly engaged with your brand and they love your products, then getting to hear more about them might genuinely be seen as a powerful incentive and source of excitement. This is about how you manage your brand, but if you accomplish it, then you will effectively have carte blanche to promote your business and to ‘sell’ directly to your audience. Topic Group Perhaps the most powerful way to use a group and the one that this book has been promoting so far, is to build a private, members-only area for your most dedicated followers. While this can work wonders, another extremely powerful marketing option works completely differently. That is to create a group about a topic that ostensibly has no particular connection to your brand. For example, if you sell law courses, then you could create a group for legal students. Let anyone create new posts and make the group public. When you notice some of your members are highly involved, promoted them to admin status. This group will now run itself and you can pretty much forget about it and leave it to its own devices. But come back in a year and there’s a chance it will have grown. It might be extremely large and active at this point. And that in turn means that you can then use it for gently marketing your courses. This gives you a huge, highly targeted, extremely engaged audience to market to and to help springboard any new project you come up with in that niche. Advertising Speaking of which, you can also monetize your Facebook groups directly by using this direct access to promote other products and other offers from different brands. In other words, once you have built a large and engaged audience, you can then sell access to that audience. Advertising is a good way to make some quick money, and it can even be a long term revenue stream. But again, it’s important that you go about this the correct way – which means ensuring that your audience knows they’re going to be receiving these offers before you begin, and which means being highly selective and not taking every offer that comes along. However, one thing that you have to understand is that building your confidence plays a very significant role in offering a calming effect. It simply quiets the voice inside you that tries to convince you that you cannot do it. It is through the confidence that you can effectively unhook from your thoughts and act by your standards and values. Have you ever experienced low self-confidence in the past? Are you still struggling with low self-confidence? If yes, then there is a high likelihood that you already have experienced rumination many times. Rumination simply refers to the tendency to replay worries and perceived mistakes over and over again. When rumination is occurring too frequently, this is linked to anxiety and even in extreme cases; depression. This is something that can cause you to withdraw from the entire world around you. However, when you fill your tank with confidence, there is special energy that springs from within you and acts by breaking the cycle of negative thinking so that your inner critic is silenced. Achieve Greater Motivation Building confidence is not something that you can achieve overnight. It is a continuous process that needs lots of small steps which leave a strong sense of lasting accomplishment. Well, it is more like learning a new language, or being on a weight loss program, or even overcoming an obstacle. Think of it a mastering a new skill. Well, you may be wondering what your grades or success on weight loss has to do with being confident. One thing that you will notice is that those achievements you have had did not happen overnight. They must have taken time and lots of perseverance. If you can triumph through tough situations and adversities, then you definitely can duplicate the same grit and tenacity to other areas of your life. As your level of confidence continues to grow little by little, you will find that your self-drive is stretched and your abilities become deeply rooted and impeccable. The good thing is that even in the wake of these thoughts, the self-assurance within you will render these thoughts paralyzed rather than the other way round. In other words, the voices that tell you may not make it will be silenced by the wide grin on your face saying what if I make it! When you start to see progress, you will feel energized. Increase Resilience When you have confidence, you are well equipped to cope with anything that happens in your life. Even when faced with harsh setbacks and failures, you simply hold your head up, and shoulders pushed back, and you give it another try. Trust me, even the most confident people in the world fail. So, this does not mean that when you have self-confidence, you will never fail. It simply means that you will not stay down, beat yourself up, or become crippled by them. You will brace yourself and rise to the challenge of giving it another try. Confidence will allow you to push yourself to try new techniques, approaches, and means to make your dreams a reality. In other words, when you fail or make a mistake, you will learn that they are a part of the learning curve. Only through mistakes we can grow into a stronger version of ourselves. It simply means that you will accept failure knowing that it is part of life. Studies have shown that ironically, when you are willing to fail, you will become more successful. The main reason behind this is that you are not expecting that everything will be 100% perfect. Instead, when you take more shots, you can only get better. Improve Relationships This may sound a little counterintuitive. However, one thing that I have learned over the years is that the more confidence you cultivate, the less self-centered you become. Imagine yourself walking into a room full of people, when everyone is paying attention to the speaker, and then there you come in to take a seat. Often times, you’ll feel awkward and think that people are staring at you. Well, 90% of the time people will just take a glance and pay no attention at you afterwards. They are all wrapped up in their thoughts or what the speaker is talking about that nothing happening outside their zone of focus matters at all. Confidence wipes out the feeling that you need to make a lasting impression on people, and you find yourself flowing with the crowd and enjoying every bit of your interaction. You will not be caught up in a moment of trying to compare yourself with others. You simply sink into a relaxed state that puts everyone else at ease and hence helping you connect deeper. Studies have also shown that having unshakeable confidence breeds empathy. The truth is, when you are less confident, all your thoughts are roaming around thinking of what people might be thinking. However, when you are confident, you are comfortable in your true identity, and your thoughts are fully present in the moment. Instead of letting the external environment affects your internal dialogue, you divert the attention elsewhere and focus on things that truly matter at the moment. Simply put, you do not get preoccupied with self-doubt. You reach out and lift others. Experience A Stronger Sense Of Your Authenticity It is only confidence that can unleash your full potential. This is when you easily accept your weaknesses and failures with the knowledge that these shortcomings do not change your true sense of self-worth. Instead, you appreciate the fact that you have strengths you can celebrate even amid all adversities and hence, are empowered to use them fully. In other words, unshakeable confidence is what helps align your actions with your values, principles, and standards. This, in turn, offers you a superior sense of purpose. Confidence opens you up to self-discovery so that you can appreciate who you truly are and what you represent. When you see anything that is not right, you have the courage to show up, stand up, and raise your voice over the issue. You effortlessly allow your best self to shine through. Chapter 3 The Secret Language of Rock-Solid Confident People Here are the 3 most powerful secrets of Rock-Solid Confident People: They Manage Their Minds At Every Moment People who have rock-solid confidence know how to manage their minds at every moment. The reason why you feel overly anxious about that job interview or presentation or performance is because you can’t manage your mindset well to handle the tasks. The beauty of our mindset is that we can easily choose to shift it at any time towards the direction we choose. Let us consider an example where you are relaxing in your home on Saturday morning having breakfast with your loved ones. Suddenly, the phone rings. Out of nowhere, you were told that you must attend an urgent meeting in an hour! And you have to abandon your family for this unexpected meeting elsewhere. Wow! Anyone in their right minds will feel ambushed, angry, and anxious being put in such situation. However, all you have to do is try to instantly shift your focus from enjoying family time to getting into the confident, high-level meeting mindset. No one said that this would be easy, because it is not. But the first thing you should do is try and gather information from your boss about the expectations of the meeting, the agenda, the stakeholders seating in the meeting, and other important details. You could then talk to your family about what just happened and get going. One thing that is important to note is that when a new, unexpected situation arises, you have to accept that you will feel frustrated, challenged and stressed out. However, you can trick your brain into the right state of mind and get the important things done right away. At first, this may not be easy. However, as you gain more knowledge and learn from experience, you will always be mentally prepared for this kind of unexpected events. Simply ask yourself whether there is anything at all that will get you in the right frame of mind. Think of your brain like Google, which anything you ask will be answered. They Start A "Dream factory." If you are going to have confidence in life, the key to have a sense of direction in which your life is growth. Just a simple question such as, “What would you like your life to be like?” is enough to help you put things into perspective. Determine what your dream lifestyle is like and how do you measure your own level of success. Then write all your responses on a piece of paper. Ideally, you should get up each morning and read this paper about your dream life and take a few minutes to visualize it. As days go by, you can add more specifics to your dream life. By starting the day in such way, you are actually imprinting rock-solid confidence into your subconscious mind. This will also inform what steps you take to bring you closer to your dream life.
