Sample Content Preview Technique 3: Amazon Kindle Next up, let’s discuss Amazon Kindle. Kindle is a reading device created by Amazon, and they have tons and tons of books that are created solely for Kindle, in addition to the paperback and hardcover books that have a Kindle equivalent. You just need to write a short book – or hire someone to write it for you – and then figure out which keywords, title, description and other SEO factors you need to adjust to get your book to rank high on Amazon for a search term that is popular. Technique 4: Amazon Products If you don’t like the idea of publishing books, Amazon has another great option. You can promote any Amazon product and make a commission whenever someone buys one. The commission is pretty decent, especially if you are promoting big ticket items. All you have to do is create a website, post the links to the Amazon products with your affiliate link, and then get traffic to your website that is looking to buy those specific products. Technique 5: Hostgator Hostgator is another terrific way that you can make money online. Hostgator is probably the best – and most popular – web hosting service currently on the market. For just a few dollars a month, you can get a Hostgator account that will allow you to have unlimited domains, unmetered traffic and a huge number of features included full WordPress support, SiteBuilder and more. But Hostgator also offers an affiliate program. If you can get people to sign up with Hostgator, you can earn some pretty big affiliate commissions, as long as they stick around for a couple of months. Technique 6: Clickbank If you have been in internet marketing for any length of time you have almost certainly heard of Clickbank. Clickbank is a marketplace for affiliate products – not for people to buy them (although they do have that feature) but for people to sell them. Clickbank hooks those people up who want to promote affiliate products with actual products that will make them money. The commission varies depending upon the product, but sometimes they can get pretty high and you can make a lot of money with this website alone. Technique 7: Blogging The next technique that we’ll be discussing is blogging. Blogging is something that nearly everyone is familiar with, but new internet marketers drastically underestimate just how well blogging can do for someone. Internet marketing is all well and good, but it takes work, and if you have a blog already that you have been working on, then you can probably use it to make money online. You just need to use the skills that you learn for internet marketing to take your blog to big readership and then monetize it somehow. It is definitely a head start if you have been blogging a while. Technique 8: Email Marketing Email marketing is another vastly underrated technique. Everyone has heard of email marketing, so they assume that it is tired and worn out. Nothing could be further from the truth. Email marketing is still the number one way for you to connect with your customers. There are two major reason for this: first, people read their emails even when they do not check anything else on the internet and second, people are much more apt to buy from you if they are already an email subscriber. Technique 9: Blog Tours Blog tours are another great way to get traffic to your website. Once the traffic is there, you still have to convert it to buying traffic, but the first step is definitely getting it there. Doing blog tours where you guest post for various blogs will require some effort on your part, but it is well worth it. If you cannot write, you can hire a really great writer for the task, and the blog will still be willing to publish build expertise in that industry. Plus, creating software or an app allows you to include a link to your own website or products, and this can be very useful. But even more than all of that, you could make serious money from PC or Mac software, or from a mobile app that solves a real problem. The next thing that you might want to consider is a press release. Although this is a really hard nut to crack, it can be extremely effective. What you have to do is find some kind of newsworthy reason for the news media to publish something about your company.

Overcome Excuses MRR Ebook With Audio

Sample Content Preview As was alluded to above, when an entrepreneur fails to complete an important task or project on time, he/she only has to answer to himself/herself- there is no actual boss to answer to. As a result, the entrepreneur is not going to get fired; there is no real consequence outside of the business being negatively impacted, as well as the entrepreneur’s own reputation for getting things done in a timely manner. This is where you need to hold yourself accountable for any missed deadlines for important tasks/projects or for tasks/projects that are not done as well as expected. You need to treat your business as a real business and hold yourself accountable for any missed deadlines and failures. After all, your business’ and your own reputation is on the line, and just as it is in the 9-5 world, first impressions matter a great deal in the online business world as well. If you mess up, it will take a great deal of effort and time to overcome that mistake, so hold yourself accountable for any missed deadlines or poor-quality work and ensure that no deadlines or poor-quality work occurs. 2. All Excuses Can Be Overcome Excuses usually occur due to distractions. Distractions can be anything from noise made by spouses, children, pets, neighbors, etc. to being logged into social media accounts, email accounts, smartphones, etc. Usually, your attention will be diverted because of one of these instances. Many people will get distracted by their social media accounts, wanting to see who posted what content to their newsfeed or who is the latest person who wants to become their friend on social media. You get sucked into looking at your social media account, and before you know it, 30 minutes or even 60 minutes has gone by without you getting any work done. Obviously, you’re not going to have a thriving business if you allow distractions to rule your life and take away your work time. Thus, you need to learn to overcome the distractions and the associated excuses that prevent you from completing needed work in a timely fashion. When it comes to social media, stay off of your accounts when you are working; only spend time on them when you are not working or during breaks. When it comes to noise caused by others, use earbuds or cotton balls to drown out the noise and to keep your focus on your work. Talk to those who are causing the noise and see if you can find a way to reduce or eliminate the noise. Even when it comes to not knowing how to do a specific task necessary for your business, this type of excuse can be overcome as well. Look to YouTube and search for the task you are looking to complete to see if someone shows how exactly it is to be done, then follow along and do it. If necessary, ask someone in an online forum to assist you in doing the task or post an ad to an outsourcing website and hire an outsourcer to have it done. The point is that EVERY excuse can be overcome if you are really committed and dedicated to building and maintaining a thriving business; it just takes some effort and focus to achieve the solution. 3. Focus On Your End Goal To aid you in building and maintaining your business, focus on the end goal. Why are you building your business? What do you hope to gain out of it? How long do you want it to last? What do you want your legacy to be? Do you want to ensure your family has a happy, safe, secure financial future? Do you want to change the world for the better? Do you want your business to last beyond your own lifetime on Earth? How do you want your life to be remembered after you are gone. Really focus on these questions and see what answers come to mind. Even consider writing down those questions and answers on a piece of paper, in a journal, or in a .txt or .doc/.docx file. Review this every so often; if you have it on a piece of paper, tape it to your computer screen or have it right next to it so that’s it’s always there for you to read and review in the event you get distracted, frustrated, or thrown off track by excuses or distractions. Reviewing the reasons why you want to build your own business and what you want to get out of it will give you the drive and desire to work past distractions, not allow excuses to dictate your actions, and allow you to complete the work you need to complete at a high level and in a timely fashion.

Freedom In Forgiveness MRR Ebook With Audio

Sample Content Preview The thoughts that you have in your mind when you cannot learn forgiveness include negative and destructive thoughts. When you feel that you have been wronged, there can be all kinds of consequences. What you may not realize is that revenge eats away little pieces of who you are. A wife who has been cheated on may go to unhealthy lengths to try and make her man feel her wrath. Marriages that go through scenarios such as this rarely survive. While the woman may feel slighted, what she may not realize is that playing the part of the victim makes her even less attractive. Jealous people are rarely attractive as long term propositions. Although wrong may have been done, two wrongs certainly don’t put things right. In fact, the second wrong is holding onto negative thoughts. When Chuck found out his wife had been unfaithful, he recoiled into himself, rather than hating his partner. He knew he had never been as passionate as his wife wished he was, and he saw the ultimate betrayal as being largely his own fault. The negative feelings he experienced stayed with him for years and he even spent time in psychiatric care because he believed he was no longer whole without his wife. The reason I recount the two stories I have chosen is to demonstrate that whenever any kind of hatred exists in the mind, the person feeling it extends their suffering. They can’t forgive. They can’t forget and, consequently, are stuck because a mind that cannot forgive and let go can never find inner peace. Holding onto unhealthy thoughts also does something else. It triggers a reaction in your subconscious mind. If you hate someone and cannot forgive that person, each time that his/her name is mentioned, your subconscious mind records your response. This is a very negative response. The subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between emotions but it does set you off into a vicious circle of negativity because that’s how it sees you as reacting when this name is mentioned. There’s a very good way around this vicious circle and it takes a little bit of conscious effort on your part. If you can fool the subconscious mind into seeing things differently by forgiving the sin committed, you can start showing less reaction when that name comes up and your subconscious will record that your reaction is no longer negative. Then, move onward and don’t look back because looking back with regret only prolongs your agony and unhappiness. It may sound fundamentally simple, but the reason it isn’t so simple is because you haven’t yet learned to let go. There’s a trick that you can try which was used by a doctor on a YouTube video on Neuro Linguistic Programming. It helps you to move forward. You need to prepare to do this and will need clown music in the background, so find something suitable on YouTube that you can play during the episode. Then close your eyes and imagine your relationship from the last time that you met right through to the first time you met. The image should come in the form of a movie playing backwards, accompanied by the music that I suggested at the beginning. Now, try to think of that name and you will find that your thought processes are very different. That’s because you have something very different to think about that will help to retrain the subconscious to help you get through this situation. It may sound a little strange, but it really does work. (ii) You think you are not whole without a partner I have heard this so often and yet know from experience in my work that if you feel incomplete alone, then all you have to offer to a new relationship is someone who is incomplete. When you start to celebrate who you are, you discover all the things that you enjoy doing alone. You don’t sit around waiting for love to happen and take the risks associated with this attitude. Have you ever known someone who is married to an abuser? The reason that people settle for relationships that are abusive is because they don’t believe they deserve better and everyone does. The first step toward being happy is to forgive yourself for all of your own shortcomings and accept yourself for who you are. When you are able to do that, you don’t settle for those who may harm you or those who belittle you. You look for something much more satisfying – a partner who is willing to walk with you, rather than dragging you down. 2. Anger and Hatred If you are a person who has experienced either of these emotions, you have weakened your own viewpoint in life. The reason that I say this is because angry and hateful people can never be happy. The two sentiments just don’t go together. You may have noticed postings on Facebook that sounded hateful, but look how many people actually joined in and showed their hate. The world is becoming a dangerous place and if you can step away from anger and hatred, you can begin to remake your world a place where you don’t have space for such negativity. (iii) You feel anger Anger usually comes from an action of some kind. This can be an action that was shown toward you or someone that you care about. Anger usually results in words being said which are later regretted but it does much more than that. It fills your head with a cloud of negativity. While anger is justified in some circumstances, you need to be able to let it out and then forgive. You can do this by breathing in the same way that people do when they meditate. These deep breaths help you to calm what’s going on inside of you. They also help to reduce the over burdening of the body with excess oxygen. This comes from entering the panic mode that anger imposes. Your blood pressure rises. Your heartbeat increases and you become your own worst enemy when you can’t let go of anger. This is one of the major reasons people are unhappy. Anger is destructive – every bit as destructive as the action that led to it in fact more so. Long after the person who made you angry has forgotten about the incident, you are still punishing yourself by continuing to hold onto anger. It’s pointless and it serves no purpose.

And I‟m going to be brutal with you now: there‟s a very strong chance that your site and business needs a complete rebrand. Sorry! The fact of the matter is that your social media success is going to hinge massively on your branding. If your branding is bad, then you won‟t be able to win over your followers and visitors. The whole point of your social media is to create positive interactions with an audience so that they consider signing up and subscribing and so that you build their trust and they consider buying from you in future. If you post regularly and with high quality content, but your page has an ugly logo or no real branding to speak of, then you are going to drive away your visitors. A strong brand will instil trust and authority right away. People should look at your logo and instantly know what your site or channel is all about and whether or not they‟re likely to like it. At the same time, they should see your branding and they should instantly feel that yours is a professional outfit and one that they can trust to produce high quality products and content. That‟s why you should hire someone to create a logo for you and then make sure that you use this consistently across all your channels and that this helps to create more synergy between your various accounts. Target Audience Your branding should be directly influenced by your target audience. What do I mean by this? Essentially, depending on your brand and your business, you are going to have a specific target audience. That might be middle aged businessmen, it might be pizza shop owners, it might be young, stylish women or it might be martial artists. Whoever your target audience is, knowing and understanding this audience is critical to your success. Ultimately, if you try and create messages and branding that is appealing to everyone, then it will unintentionally end up being appealing to no one. It will be too generic and brand. What‟s always better is to go after a small segment of the web but to have them completely on-board with everything you‟re saying and selling. And to do that, you need to first identify them. You can do this with market research. Ideally, that means surveying your current audience or customers and finding out how old they are, what their hobbies and interests are, what their beliefs are, what their passions are, where they spend their time… All this information will help you build up a picture of someone and know precisely who you‟re going to be marketing to. You can also do this by looking at your competition. Who spends time on their social media pages and websites? Who are they targeting? What can you learn from them? Once you know this, you can decide how best to design your logo and other aspects of your brand in order to best attract that audience. The same goes for writing any copy that is going to go on your page such as your „about‟. Now you know who you are appealing to, you can decide how best to appeal to them. A Personal Brand Something that more and more businesses should consider, is using a personal brand. A personal brand means that you‟re not going to create a logo in the traditional sense or give your business a name. Even if you do, that is going to play second fiddle to your own name and your own face which become your brand. This can work incredibly well, because by having a personal brand, you allow your visitors and followers to feel as though they can get to know you. In return, this then helps to build trust and familiarity. Would you be more likely to buy off of a friend, or a stranger in the street? Using a personal brand allows you to put yourself somewhere in between those two points.

Internet Business Models MRR Ebook With Audio

Sample Content Preview What This Book Is NOT About… This book is NOT a magic pill. There is NO get rich quick scheme. If your idea of a business model is to earn money without providing value to others, then you are on the wrong ship. The best education… is REALIZATION. There is no seminar, E-book, audio interview or video tutorial that will make you a whiz at Internet marketing. Developing the skills of an Internet marketer is just like riding a bicycle – you don’t learn to ride a bike by reading the instruction manual! It is very personal and practical at the same time! There are many Internet marketing models available. Each and every one of them can bring you lots of money; some might even make you a fortune! This book does NOT presume to give you the secret formula for every business model because it is impossible! There are just too many ways to make money online. But what I am going to do for you is present the popular business models in layman terms and lead you on a path of self-realization so that you are very clear what you want to do and how to develop your own skills online! Start Investing In Your Education TODAY! There is no such thing as a free lunch in this world. There is no one in this world who is willing to share their ‘rice bowl’ (a Chinese term for source of income) with you so if you want to get something done, you must do it by yourself and invest in your education. So let’s get started immediately! Chapter 2: Getting Started Developing A Winner’s Mindset Did you know that there are more than 90% of people who attempt to start an Internet business fail to make a stable income online much less break even? The statistics are scary – the same way most ‘real world’ business startups fail within their first two years of operation (and those that DO survive, struggle to make a profit due to competition and rising costs!) However, most of the failures can be traced to one problem – a wrong mindset! Now, I know you are probably thinking, “Yeah, yeah… attitude is everything, be positive, blah blah blah… (not one of those motivational pep talks AGAIN!)” If you think you have ‘arrived’, then you probably have a long way to go. So you must always have a teachable attitude! However, having the correct mindset isn’t just about having the right attitude ALONE… you must also have the proper vehicle that will get you to where you want to go. Allow me to give you this simple illustration. Having the positive attitude is very important, no doubt… but without the right vehicle for success, you are no different than a person driving a car with the WRONG ROAD MAP! You can be really determined… but you are just wasting gas and driving in ‘circles’! You can be really positive… to the point that driving around in circles doesn’t even bother you at all! (After all, you are so positive, you probably wouldn’t even care if you are wasting gas!) You can even get really fired up (like what they do to you in motivational seminars telling you to PURSUE YOUR DREAM) but it will only get you to the wrong place faster! Make no mistake about this. A lot of people out there are totally fired up about making money online and starting their first Internet business. But if you do now have an understanding about how to generate traffic, building a relationship with your target audience, pitching the right offer and doing things properly, it is very hard for you to succeed with just pure determination alone. In the next few chapters of this book I will go into more detail, but suffice for you to know for now, you must develop the proper mindset which is Good Attitude + Right Vehicle = Guaranteed Success!

Authority Traffic MRR Ebook With Audio

Sample Content Preview An ad swap is like a guest post but concerning emails. The idea is that you share a mention of another brand in your mailing list and they do the same for you. Like the above, this can lead to a lot of organic views and also have various knock-on effects. 3 Shout Outs But you know what? Just getting a shout out on social media or in a blog post/on a YouTube video can also be highly effective. The hard part here is just getting those big influencers with the millions of followers to actually respond to your messages. Which brings us to the next tip… 4 Work Your Way Up If you want to get the best guest posts, the best ad swaps and the best shout-outs, then the key is to not start by going for the biggest name in your niche. We don’t start by emailing Tim Ferriss! Instead, the best strategy is to start nearer the bottom and then to work your way up. So for instance, that might mean that you begin by messaging someone with the same number of monthly visits as you or even someone who has fewer visits than you! That way, you are much more likely to get a response but actually, this can still double your exposure overnight. That then can lead to your numbers swelling, meaning you’ll be better poised to then message someone a little bigger. And a little bigger! 5 Network! A lot of people start working online because they want to make a living while still be unsocial. A lot of online workers don’t like socializing or picking up the phone! But you know what? If you never pick up the phone or meet anyone in person, then you will drastically limit what you can accomplish – even through working online! Actually meeting people in person and networking is a far more effective way to get people to respond to your messages and to make a lasting impression quickly. So don’t be afraid to talk to people in person. Go to those networking events in your city! 6 Facebook Ads This might not sound like a hack. After all, you probably already know about Facebook Ads. The surprising part is just how effective this tool can be when used creatively. So, Facebook ads are PPC or ‘Pay Per Click’. That means that you only pay when someone actually clicks on them. No clicks? No expense. You also get to set what your maximum expenditure per click will be. This is your ‘maximum bid’. By choosing this number and by knowing your ‘CLV’ (customer lifetime value), you can calculate your campaign to make sure that it is only ever profitable. You never pay more for a visitor than you know each visitor is worth to you! 7 CPA CPA is Facebook’s ace in the hole. This is ‘Cost Per Action’, meaning that you pay only when someone takes a certain action. For example, this might mean that you only pay when someone likes your Facebook page. Now you are paying only for people who you’ll be able to communicate with for years to come – making this a highly worthwhile way to spend your money. CPA can also mean paying only when someone installs your app, when they watch your video or when they redeem a special offer. There is endless potential here! 8 Ask Nicely Here’s a way to get more traffic that you might not have considered… ask nicely! What am I talking about? Simply be real with your visitors. If you write a blog post, ask the people who are reading to consider signing up for your mailing list, to make sure they check back next time or to share the post with their friends. The same goes double for videos – tell them to follow you on social media or to visit your site. Doing this is a fantastic way to get people who appreciate your content to show their appreciation!

Sample Content Preview Hack #2: Interview + Authority Have you ever read the book “Think And Grow Rich” by Napolean Hill? It’s one of the most important financial books ever written about the science of personal achievement – the philosophy of success. Napolean Hill was commissioned by Andrew Carnegie (the Bill Gates of the day) to research on what made rich people rich. Hill set out and interviewed over forty millionaires of his time. The book was written in 1937 and has sold over 70 million copies before he died in 1970. A lot of people thought that Hill was paid by Carnegie to do the research. He wasn’t. Carnegie only introduced Hill to the experts of the time – writers, business people, presidents, royalties, sports starts and it started rolling from there. You could do the same. All you need is to get the first interview and leverage off the interviewee’s network. Interview ten experts and you become the eleventh expert and when you post the interview on your site, it becomes searchable content on Google which leads to traffic going to your site. The Hack: Leverage on the traffic and followers of authority figures by interviewing them. How It Works: When you interview authority figures that are related to your niche, you are ultimately leveraging off their influence, authority and traffic. At the same time, you are building your own credibility as an authority figure. The content produced can then be repurposed into a blog post, a tweet, a podcast, an infographic and even an ebook. The Steps: 1. List down all the authority figures in your niche 2. Prepare a pitch and an angle for the interview 3. Reach out to those authority figures 4. You may even consider the lesser known ones first to start gaining traction and momentum 5. Conduct the interview 6. Upon completion, ask the authority figure for a warm introduction to other authority figures in the industry 7. Rinse and repeat Hack #3: eBook + Link + Gift + Kindle Self published books contribute on an estimate 31% of all eBook sales in the Amazon Kindle Store. Anyone with a great idea to share or a solution that solves a big problem can now publish their own book on Amazon. There is 100% chance you have downloaded at least one eBook in your entire life and read at least a few pages of it. This is what makes this hack viable. People do read at least a few pages of what they have downloaded and this is a low cost method to generate targeted traffic to your website. The Hack: Publish a guide or an eBook that directs targeted readers to your website on Amazon. How It Works: Using the “Kindle Direct Publishing Select Program” (KDPS Program), you publish an eBook or a guide that provides a solution to your audience. The KDPS Program makes your book exclusive to the Kindle Store for 90 days and pushes it to the Kindle Owner’s Lending Library. This enables thousands of targeted readers to borrow it for free. In your eBook or guide, include in a link directly to your website in the book. You can also use it as a free giveaway and place the link on your social media sites and websites. The intention is to get the word out. Price your guide or eBook low. Recommended is $0.99 cents. This eliminates the elements of risk from the buyer and becomes a no brainer. When done correctly, it’s cheaper than major advertising channels. Now, when people buy the book, they see a “free gift” call to action with links leading to your landing page and they have to provide their name and email to claim their free gift. Anddd voila, you get targeted traffic and grow your email list.

Extreme Couponing Playbook Personal Use Ebook With Audio & Video

Table of Contents What can you realistically expect from couponing? .... 3 Tools and basic organization .... 3 Getting your initial start-up set of coupons ........ 4 How to get deals at grocery stores and big box stores 5 How to get deals at drug stores ........ 7 Shopping for items that rarely or never have coupons ........ 7 How to find out about the deals ....... 8 How to do a deal at the store .. 9 How to decide how much to buy .... 10 What to do with your stockpile of goods . 10 Ethical couponing . 11 What to do when you meet with resistance..... 12 Couponing terms and abbreviations ........ 12 More ways to save ........ 13 Sample Content Preview You will obviously need some method of cutting the coupons you will soon begin to acquire. Scissors are the best and most easily accessible of all cutting tools; they give you the greatest control over what you cut. However, they are best suited for only cutting one, maybe two or three, layers at a time. Like/identical coupon insert pages and printed sheets can be stacked, possibly stapled, in order to expedite cutting. For stacked coupons, a guillotine paper cutter is ideal. However, care is needed, so as to not accidentally cut into the coupons. Other cutting tools include, but are not limited to, gift wrap cutters, paper trimmers, etc. A calculator is crucial. Make sure to keep your cellphone handy and fully charged when you shop, because you will need your calculator feature. It might actually be easier to use a separate handheld calculator, because you will need your cellphone for other functions while you shop (i.e., internet access, grocery list). You will find the calculator helpful for keeping a running tally of your total; this is especially crucial if you need to stay within a certain budget. Using Google Sheets or a similar spreadsheet app on your phone is a great tool to use while you shop. You can set it up before you leave the house with the items you intend to purchase, the quantity, the cost, the coupons to be used, and the anticipated totals. You can then make changes in the store as necessary, according to what they may have on hand, and what you might need to adjust. Because the totals automatically change in the spreadsheet as you update the numbers, you will always be able to maintain an accurate total while you shop, which is particularly helpful if you’re shopping on a budget. You will need some method of storing and organizing your coupons, once you begin to cut them and organize them for your shopping trips. A small coupon wallet with sections is ideal, especially for beginners. Many couponers eventually upgrade to a large coupon binder. It is advantageous because it holds many more coupons than a small wallet. It is a liability, in that it clearly identifies you as a couponer, and thus earns you some dirty looks in the store, by customers and cashiers alike. Expert couponers usually eventually outgrow even the large coupon binders, for storing all of their coupons. They can then switch to using hanging file folders, kept at home, for storing all of their coupons, and then they pull only what they need for various shopping trips (in which case the small wallet is once again sufficient.) Coupons are maintained in chronological order in hanging file folders, and are often stored by whole insert, as opposed to cutting them all out. The advantage is that you have a small, manageable quantity of coupons when you are in the store. The disadvantage is that, if you don’t know beforehand you need a coupon, you won’t have it when you do need it. Getting your initial start-up set of coupons One of the most popular types of manufacturer coupons is the coupon inserts found in the Sunday newspaper. Most Sundays (except for holiday weekends), your local Sunday newspaper will have one or more coupon inserts. The three most common inserts are Proctor & Gamble, Smart Source, and Save. Try to obtain at least one set for each member of your household (i.e., if you have 5 family members, try to get at least 5 Proctor & Gamble inserts), but no less than four. One set of coupons is not really going to be enough. Another popular category of coupons is Internet printable coupons. If your access to newspaper inserts is limited, you can print coupons from various internet sites. Generally, you can print 1 or 2 coupons from each device (i.e., 2 from your cellphone, 2 from your laptop, etc.). Make sure you do not photocopy coupons, or print more than one copy of each coupon; printable coupons have a unique code, found usually in the upper right quadrant of the coupon as a QR code. There are many sites from which to print: coupons.com, Proctor & Gamble, the product manufacturer, etc. Sometimes, there are manufacturer coupons available in the store. These in-store coupons are often one of four types: peelies, blinkies, tearpads, or hang tags. Peelies are named such by couponers, because you peel them off of the product. Blinkies are found in the blinking dispensers usually located attached to the shelf near the product, and they dispense one at a time. Tear pads are on displays usually located attached to the shelf near the product, and you tear the coupon off the pad. Hang tags are coupons that hang from the product. Sometimes, there are booklets in the store that contain coupons. Sometimes coupons are mailed to you. You may have an opportunity to sign up for coupons through a website, or a special offer, etc. If you are on a store’s mailing list, they may send out coupons once a month, or once a quarter, etc. Some stores send coupons based on your shopping habits at their store. Some coupons are part of general mailings that come to all US households (similar to junk mailings). Digital coupons are growing in popularity, and can take many forms. Some digital coupons can be accessed via your cellphone. Often, these coupons have a scannable code that you present at the register. Some digital coupons are made available only through your account with a particular store; you load the chosen coupons to your account, and the coupons will be redeemed when you purchase the item(s). Many digital coupons are specific to you, and can only be used by you; it is an easy way for a store to track you, and to have a way to advertise to you. After all, you are a proven customer. Each digital coupon means one less paper coupon. There are other methods of obtaining coupons that are sanctioned by some but not by others. Some couponers will trade coupons with other couponers. Some couponers use clipping services, which are businesses that acquire, clip, and mail coupons for a service fee; they do not charge for the actual coupon. Because the language on a coupon deems it void if it is “copied, scanned, transferred, auctioned, purchased, or sold,” it is obvious why some object to trading or using clipping services. The advantage of these methods is that those who live in regions that don’t receive certain coupon inserts, can now have access to them. You will decide for yourself if you will use any of these methods.

When you click or tap on this link, you will be presented with 3 options. You need to choose “instant meeting”. We will cover the other 2 options a little later on. You will get a message on your screen requesting your permission to access your video camera and your microphone. Be sure to confirm this as you need your camera and microphone to participate in meetings. After providing your permission, you should see yourself in the meeting room that you have created. When other people join your meeting room you will see a tile of them on your screen. Everyone that participates in the meeting will have a tile. Your screen will get pretty busy if there are a lot of participants in your meeting. There are features that you need to be familiar with on your video screen. You will see these at the top of your screen and at the bottom. At the bottom of your screen, you will see various controls including an icon for your video camera, an icon for your microphone and a button where you can “leave the call”. If you want to put your microphone on “mute” for any reason then you can do this by clicking or tapping on the microphone icon. The microphone icon will change with a line through the microphone image and it will also turn red. Nobody else will be able to hear you in the meeting if you mute your microphone. When you want to unmute your microphone, just click or tap on the microphone icon again. You can turn your camera off by clicking on the camera icon. When you do this, other participants will be unable to see you. There may be times when you have to do something else while the call is going on and you do not want the other participants to see what you are doing. If you have an image associated with your Google account then the other participants will see this when you turn off your camera. Otherwise, they will see a blank screen for your tile. Only click or tap on the “leave call” button when you want to exit from the call. Another useful feature in Google Meet is “chat”. The chat button is an icon with a “speech bubble” which you will find in the top right-hand corner of your screen. When you click or tap on this you will see a chat window appear. You can then type whatever you want into the chat window, and when you hit the arrow next to your text it will display your message to all of the participants. Maybe you need to share important information with the participants such as a URL. It is better for you to type this into chat than to try and speak it and when you use the chat feature you will not interrupt another person when they are speaking. Next to the chat button is an icon that has two heads and when you click or tap on this you will see a list of all the meeting participants. These features are the basics with Google Meet. It will not take you long to get used to them. In the next section, we will reveal more advanced features of Google Meet… Google Meet Advanced Features In this section, we will cover the more advanced features of Google Meet. Starting a New Meeting It is very easy to start a new Google Meet meeting. If you are using a computer then open a browser and navigate to meet.google.com. Sample Content Preview Being rich in antioxidant properties, Acai berries are great for athletes. Most athletes suffer from immense pain after a workout session owing to the buildup of lactic acid. Berries help in cutting down on this acid thereby reducing the pain. Blueberries Blueberries are said to be the king of berries and are a must for all athletes to include in their diet. Blueberries come with extreme anti-oxidant content and a chemical known as Lactate dehydrogenase that helps in reducing oxidative damage. This, in turn, helps in enhancing muscle health and help athletes’ recover faster from muscle tears and soreness. Goji berries Goji berries help in increasing cellular respiration. This means that your cells will have more oxygen before and after a workout thereby enabling better performance. These berries also contain Lactate dehydrogenase, thereby making them a must have in your diet. As you can see, nibbling on a few berries before and after your workout can help in increasing your athletic performance to a large extent. Chapter 2: Oatmeal It is no secret that oatmeal is considered to be a favorite breakfast all over the world. It keeps you full and provides your body with lots of fiber. However, these are just minor benefits compared to the ones that they are capable of providing athletes. Oatmeal is quite a popular ingredient in a body builder’s diet and makes for an important component of daily meals. It need not always be consumed for breakfast and can be eaten as a pre/post workout snack. Here are some of the reasons that make oatmeal ideal for athletes. B vitamins One important vitamin that is essential for the upkeep of muscle health and metabolism are B vitamins. B vitamins include vitamin B6, B7, B3 and B5, all of which are required to improve muscle function. A single cup of oats is capable of providing your body with the requisite amount of B vitamins and increasing muscle recovery. You will also feel energetic for several hours without having to snack in between. Magnesium An important component of an athlete’s diet is magnesium. Magnesium is required to relieve sore muscles, enhance cell repair and cut down on the stress hormone known as cortisol. Magnesium also helps in maintaining a healthy nervous system. A single cup of cooked oats can leave you with 275 milligrams of magnesium, much more than what several vegan foods combined can offer. Proteins It’s a no-brainer that athletes require proteins to build stronger muscles. Proteins help in building leaner muscles that are not easily burned away during the performance. People might wonder as to how vegans can meet this protein requirement without the addition of meats and eggs to their diet. The answer lies in oatmeal, as they can easily replace these ingredients and increase body proteins by a large margin. Just ½ a cup of cooked oats can contain 7 to 9 grams of proteins, which is ideal for athletes. Dry oats are often added to pre-post workout shakes in order to capitalize on their protein content. Iron An athlete’s body requires a good dose of iron, as it binds with oxygen and circulates throughout the body. A cup of cooked oats is capable of providing you with 18% of the minimum requirement thereby making it a must have in the mornings. Beta glucans No athlete’s diet will be complete without the addition of foods that are rich in beta glucans. These help in draining cholesterol from the bloodstream and provide the body with ample soluble fibers. You will have the chance to develop a leaner waistline through the consumption of oatmeal on a regular basis. As a vegan, you can prepare oats using water or substitute milk with almond or soymilk. Chapter 3: Leafy greens (Kale and spinach) Leafy green vegetables are loaded with multiple vitamins that are required to maintain a healthy body. There are several types of leafy green vegetables that one can choose from, but kale and spinach take top billing for the amazing health benefits that they provide. Some of these benefits are as follows.
