7 Set It And Forget It Ways To Make More Money With Your Website PLR Ebook

Sample Content Preview Test a lightbox popup. Most of us aren’t thrilled when we see popups on a website, especially if it obstructs our access to the content. However, a well-placed exit popup with an enticing offer can certainly get more people scrambling to join your list. The best way to find out if it works for you is by testing it. Next up… 2. Insert More Product Offers Many times marketers create a new product, announce the new product over several posts on the blog, and then don’t do a whole lot of promotion after that. However, you can make more money with your website simply by inserting more product offers across your website. Here are three ways to get more sales: Insert product offers in your blog sidebar. You can even create a “featured product” section, where you feature a new product each week. Or you can set up a plugin that rotates several products, so that visitors see a range of offers. Place offers on your subscriber confirmation page. At this point, you have a prospect who is interested enough in what you offer to join your newsletter. Now is a good time to put an offer in front of them. For best results, place an offer that’s directly related to the lead magnet the prospect just requested. Put offers on webinar registration pages. Do you offer live webinars? If so, you can place an offer on the registration page. Try something like this: “Get up to speed before the webinar by watching this video…” Next up… 3. Offer an Upsell or Cross-Sell If you’re selling something on your website, then every order form should include an upsell or cross-sell. What’s the difference? Take a look: A cross-sell is when you offer something related to the main purchase. This extra offer should enhance the enjoyment or benefits of the main products. The classic example here is when a fast-food clerk asks if you want fries with your burger. No matter what you’re selling, you can do something similar to this. For example, if someone orders a dieting book from you, you can offer a cross-sell for a related item such as a low-calorie cookbook or even a meal-planning app. An upsell is when you offer something that expands the order. The classic example at the fast food restaurant is when the clerk asks if you want to “biggy size” an order (which means you get a bigger fries and a bigger drink). You’re not adding any new products to the order, you’re just expanding what you’ve already ordered. Again, you can do this in your business too. For example, if someone orders a video from you, you might offer the transcripts of the video as an upsell. Or if someone orders three months of coaching from you, then you might offer an additional month at a really good rate. TIP: To really boost conversions on your upsells and cross-sells, offer a good deal. Make it clear that this discount or other special offer is only available at checkout. If someone wants to purchase the product later, they can. They’ll just need to pay full price. Here’s the next set it and forget it way to make more money with your website… 4. Embed Offers Directly Into Blog Content If you have a blog, then you probably put offers in your sidebar, header, footer and maybe even at the end of each article. Those are all good ideas. But be sure to embed offers directly into the content. This doesn’t mean you need to do a hard sell within the content, although occasionally you can do that too with direct-response ads, product reviews and product comparisons. Instead, what it means is that you recommend related products directly from within the content. For example, let’s suppose you’re writing an article about how to set up a mailing list. You can drop an affiliate link to your favorite email service provider, along with the benefits of that ESP and the reasons why you personally recommend it. Here’s the next idea… 5. Create Easily Shareable Viral Content Every piece of content you place on your website should have a specific goal. These goals might include creating sales, establishing you as an expert in the field, or even generating traffic. When it comes to that last point, one of the very best sources of traffic to tap into is your existing visitor base. That’s why you’ll want to create viral content that’s easily shareable. So what makes content go viral? Well, it is not an exact science, otherwise those who create it for a living would hit a homerun every time. However, here are five characteristics of the most-shared viral campaigns:

But, it’s important to first seek medical attention to make sure your back pain can’t be treated or at least reduced as you build better habits. Not only that, back pain can be a sign of a much more serious complication such as cancer. A doctor can help you pinpoint where the pain is coming from and determine if there are any underlying medical issues that may be causing the pain such as inflammation or scoliosis. Medication The most common treatment for back pain is medication. This includes pain relievers, narcotic painkillers, muscle relaxers and steroids. Painkillers and muscle relaxers are very controversial because they are known to be habit forming. If you find that they help you continue your day relatively pain free, and that you are using them safely, then nothing is wrong with taking them. Just take caution and understand the side effects. Physical Therapy If you are experiencing severe back pain, then physical therapy is a good potential treatment. It is used to strengthen those areas of your body that are weak or can’t move around very well. A physical therapist will use heat, cold, water or electrical stimulation to reduce any swelling or pain you may have, and then teach you an exercise program to rebuild your strength. Chiropractic Adjustments Chiropractors are trained medical professionals that work directly with injuries related to the spine. Back pain is treated by manually adjusting or manipulating the spine using special methods and equipment. These adjustments help reduce pain by restoring the functionality of the spine. Do not try cracking your back at home, go to a professional who has a good reputation as an adjustment done by someone who has no idea what they’re doing could be very dangerous. Surgery When no other treatments have successfully relieved your back pain, then surgery is an option. Just like the above treatments, it may or may not help. This is because doctors are not able to predict one hundred percent if it will work or not. Spinal fusion is the most popular type of back surgery. During a spinal fusion the surgeon will fuse together parts of the vertebrae to reduce stretching of a nerve possibly responsible for pain. As with any surgery, there are major risks that could be life threatening and recovery may take weeks and require a lot of missed work. Proper Footwear Back pain can also be associated with the shoes you wear. You may even be experiencing unevenness from your legs. A doctor can easily measure each of your legs to determine if this is the cause. If so, you can help with this issue by wearing special shoes with inserts that correct the problem. Heating Pads or Ice Packs Heating pads can be used to reduce back pain because it is believed that it warms and relaxes the muscles surrounding the spine. Ice packs can reduce back pain too because it reduces swelling and inflammation around the spine. In fact, if you have nerve pain, such as a pinched sciatica nerve, then ice is better than heat to help you get relief. Tip: Use small paper cups to freeze water, and then peel back the paper to reveal the ice to rub on the back.

They will consistently find fault with the world and ask why it is so difficult to contend with. Understanding the power of thoughts is the first step to personal mastery. The Insanity of the Mind From the perspective of spiritual systems, the mind is irrational, illogical, and insane. We are required to observe the mind and detach from it in order to see its dysfunction. But we can also observe this dysfunction on a grander scale with the wars, hate, environmental destruction, racism, sexism, homophobia, political attacks, broken relationships, government spying programs, smartphone addictions, health problems, and more. Something is a little dysfunctional with the human populace, and this is a result of millions of minds that are not in the right place. Social media and centralized media also serve to program these minds into a state of disempowerment and fear. And advertising also has quite a destructive effort as it encourages people to smoke cigarettes, drink alcohol, and consume sugar and caffeine. An important point to remember is that you are not immune to advertising even if you think you are. When you perceive something, it leaves a mental impression in your subconscious. So unless you switch off your tv and avoid going into a shop, you are a victim of advertising. Scientific Discoveries & Psychological Observations There are some scientific discoveries and psychological observations which might be of interest in understanding how the mind works. These include: 1. The mind cannot distinguish between real and imaginary. 2. 95% of your activity is subconscious (try being consciously aware of every key you type on your computer. Your progress will be vastly reduced.) 3. Your subconscious has stored everything that has ever happened to you, much like a gigantic computer. 4. We are bombarded with 2 million bits of data every second. It is the job of the subconscious to filter through all of this. 5. The conscious mind remembers between 5-9 pieces of information. This information is passed to the subconscious for processing to free up conscious space. 6. Most of our energy expenditure goes towards the brain. These discoveries have important implications. If the majority of our lives are fulfilled by the subconscious, it follows that we should try to manipulate our subconscious mind as opposed to our conscious abilities. According to Carl Jung - “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate”. Programming of the subconscious for conscious growth is the basis of affirmations and self-hypnosis for empowerment. But along with these strategies, there are other things to consider in order to create a positive mindset for growth and fulfillment. Chapter 2 - How to Develop Mental Strength Understanding that your thoughts determine your environment and that you can command your thoughts is the first step. But committing to a daily routine of developing mental and emotional strength is something else entirely. It takes discipline, character, and patience. The idea that we can just manifest what we want is a little misguided. The fact is that you may have spent the last 30- or 40-years anti-manifesting. Focusing on worry and stress, eating the wrong foods, in toxic relationships, with limiting beliefs that have been with you since childhood. These are not removed overnight. It can take years to rid yourself of certain thoughts and ideas, and you have to be constantly vigilant about what you are thinking and what you are consuming. Experiment with Exercise Thankfully, there are many ways to increase your mental and emotional power. And it has never been easier to embark on a campaign of self-development than it is today with all of the resources at your disposal, especially with the internet and instant communications. We have all of the tools. We just need some willpower and determination. One basic way to build mental strength is with an exercise routine. Write out your goals and objectives and see if you can stick with them. This might seem like very basic and fundamental advice. But both diet and exercise provide valuable insights into our behavior and they are the two foundational modalities that mental strength can be built upon. If you do not keep track of the fundamentals you will run into difficulties later on. Trying to become a master of the mind while staring at a TV all day and eating ice cream is just not realistic. Diet and exercise can be used to build a strong character and a healthy body and mind. Experiment with Diet Diet is another place to start developing mental strength. I think we all understand that we will function better without caffeine, sugar, ice-cream, and other processed products. Yet many people cannot go a single week without those items which clearly disturb mental wellbeing. Try and see if you can go on a certain diet for a week. And when you don’t stick to it, try and examine why this is the case. You will begin to realize how affected you are by the environment, how just being in a shop or entering a restaurant caused you to act instinctively and buy an item that you knew was unhealthy. In other words, your environment determined your behavior. The Importance of the Surrounding Environment For mental strength, try to manipulate the environment first. In this way, you will be taking away the opportunity to fail. Manipulating the environment for mental strength will mean that you make use of the concept of minimalism as much as possible. The less information and distractions you have in general, the clearer the mind will be. So, clean your room and your office, even the files on your pc. This will have a positive impact on your mental wellbeing. People who tend to hoard items find fresh mental energy when they let go of their many possessions and send them to the trash heap. Limit the time you spend on television and switch off your phone at night. Eliminating cable is also a good idea. Even things like making your bed in the morning and spending some time out in nature can really help to get the mind in order. Another way of describing the concept of the universe being a product of mind is that ‘the outer reflects the inner’. We can easily tell the personality of an individual by the state of his or her bedroom. It can be obsessively neat and tidy or it can be much like a dump. Ideally, it could be neat and orderly with a few items thrown around here and there. Understanding the importance of the environment is an important discovery. It means that we can change external objects and situations that will positively reflect on our internal state, and vice versa. Advertising and Media - The Negative Mental Devices The destructive nature of advertising and the media becomes more important when people start to look inside and understand the power of their own thoughts. If the majority of our actions are subconscious and advertising and media are specifically aimed at manipulating our environment, then they have a large say in how we behave. Scientific data has shown that people are victims of advertising even when they view themselves as impervious. When we see something, our conscious minds might not take it in. But our subconscious most certainly does. So almost by default, we are all victims of the surrounding environment which is aimed at subverting our actions. And it does an excellent job, given that consumerism is running rampant and people are now paying nearly $1,000 for phones alone while morals and ethics fall by the wayside. If you are serious about developing your mind, then it needs to be as clear as possible. Reduce your exposure to advertising and media where appropriate. Media is largely negative. And your subconscious mind is simply going to ingest negative material which will be reflected in your conscious daily activities. It is never a good idea to actively seek out this negative information. Most people fool themselves into believing that they need to “keep in touch with reality”, which is hilarious to people who actually understand how reality operates. Don’t let pointless information from advertising, the media, or other people take up valuable cognitive space by default. To limit this exposure, you need to get a little organized and create an empowering environment that is conducive to clear thinking.

These are relationships between two people who will often go their separate ways, who will often do things independently and will then come back to each other with much more to share and to talk about. Or another way to put it is that the couples who are happy apart, will be happy together. The same goes for friendships. On the other hand, if you are someone who needs to be around your friends or around your partner to be happy, then you will likely be ‘clingy’. This can lead to you stealing that person’s space. And even if they are the same way and they don’t mind spending all that time with you, you will likely find that it eventually leads to you running out of things to say to each other. You can start to become somewhat tired of each other’s company and end up sitting in silence. Likewise, if you are not confident in yourself, then this can lead to you projecting your insecurities onto others. Low self-esteem is something that is highly contagious and if you aren’t happy with yourself and you don’t believe in your own abilities, then you will likely end up unintentionally bringing down your friends, relatives and romantic partners. You might, for example, tell your partner that they should not try to start their own business because they will not succeed. This ultimately comes down to your own lack of self-belief – if you do not think you can do it, then chances are you won’t think they can do it either! Worse, some people do not understand why their partners are with them. They have such low esteem that they think they do not deserve love and because of this, they can end up feeling insecure in the relationship. They think their partner will leave them because… well why wouldn’t they? And as such they become jealous, clingy, and possessive. As you can see, hear their problem has become a larger problem for the relationship. Therefore, it is such a mistake for people to jump from one romantic relationship to another one without having any time in between. This is almost certain to result in problems, as you won’t have had time to define yourself properly in between. You’ll therefore risk changing too much in order to be like each of your partners, you’ll risk being overly dependent on your partners and therefore a little clingy and you might be overly passive, such that your own voice isn’t heard enough. Instead, you should spend time between relationships building your independence. And the same goes for your friendships: spend time on your own, pursue hobbies and make sure that you are as well rounded, independent, and interesting as you can be. If you are one of those people who just isn’t happy on their own, then know that this is something you can unlearn. The best way to do this is simply through practice and through perseverance. Spend more time on your own, go travelling on your own, attend classes, develop hobbies and have ‘you days’ that involve being comfortable in front of the TV with a nice glass of wine or bottle of beer. In short, spend time learning the skill of being alone and get to the point where you can quite happily spend evenings on your own without being highly stressed or upset. Confidence Likewise, you should also develop your confidence and you should develop yourself as an offering. In other words, if you are going to apply for jobs, then you need to ensure that you have the best and most relevant skillset and experience. Similarly, if you are looking for relationships, then you should be in a steady job, you should be in great shape and you should be well-dressed. If you are looking for friendships, you should be rounded, interesting and fun. All this will also help you top develop your standing in any social setting and will increase your ‘rank’ in the social hierarchy. Know that this is what all relationships are ultimately founded on. Our relationships are based on our evolutionary imperatives. They come from the need to be accepted into a tribe to gain shelter, protection, access to resources and mates and more. In the wild, being ostracized from a group meant being sentences to a certain death. Therefore, we feel so anxious when we think we are embarrassing ourselves -t he fights or flight response kicks in as though we were being stared down by a vicious predator. Likewise, the hierarchy also plays a critical role in our social interactions. When looking for a partner or looking for friends, we are looking for people that will enhance our likelihood of survival. We are looking for partners who will provide good genetic resources and access to resources for our offspring. And while this is not true today in the way it was when we were still evolving, it is nevertheless still a driving force that influences us unconsciously. If you are shy, unconfident, badly dressed and weak, then you send social signals that you are not advantageous to associate with. If you do not believe in yourself, then you will inadvertently send signals that others should not believe in you either. And you will be shunned or at least you’ll certainly struggle to meet members of the opposite sex. Therefore, it’s so important to develop yourself. It enhances every relationship both in the long term and in that initial, powerful signal you put out to those around you.

Chapter 9: Choosing The Best Product Title For Your Keyword Final Words - Conclusion Sample Content Preview Chapter 2: Gauging Competition Have you ever attempted to optimize your internet site for Google and other search engines, only to be unsuccessful at accomplishing the desired outcome you were after? The majority of online marketers sooner or later discover themselves to be rather frustrated with their short comings of search engine success. Several will simply choose to give up and engage in other methods of traffic. Sadly, this is much of the time an error on their part. The majority of online marketers fail to understand that merely one uncomplicated alteration to their approach to search engine optimization could dramatically improve his or her outcome. You may be asking, "What is that one uncomplicated alteration? Simple - The answer is keywords. Online traffic success hinges on the keywords you select, and the majority of marketers choose the incorrect ones, which inescapably steers you towards failure and wasted time. Importance of Keyword Research Luckily, selecting the correct keywords is a rather elementary and straightforward process. You are not required to be a search engine optimization master, and you are not required to expend a great deal of time, funds, or effort. In this content I will demonstrate to you how to choose the correct keywords to receive the best possible organic search engine rankings, thereby insuring a costless stream of highly targeted traffic to your internet site. Prior to beginning with keyword research, we will answer the question: how come search engine traffic is so important for internet site possessors? Here are some of the key reasons: • Search engines put together are one of the most immense traffic generators around the world. • Search engine traffic is composed of extremely targeted traffic. • Organic search engine traffic is costless. Furthermore, organic search engine traffic requires very little up keeping and produces small amounts of headaches. When you've gained lead rankings for your “Cash words” (we will specify this term later on), your rankings, oftentimes, will continue for great periods of time. This implies that you aren't required to continuously stress over falling behind on your rankings, thereby allowing you to aim more positive energy towards additional prospects of your business. As well, holding top rankings in Google (and additional search engines) is a beneficial situation for both you and the search engines. This is why: • Google would like to provide people with the most relevant search results possible. Google succeeds when it can supply prime, relevant search results. • Those who explore on Google succeed when they discover internet sites that yield to them the info they’re looking for. • You succeed by targeting the correct keywords and delivering your web site to the top of the organic search results, therefore gaining the attention of those who are searching for the very subject or niche you are marketing. So in the end, everybody acquires what they desire. What could be better? With that stated, let’s move into the “heart and soul” of keyword searching and how you are able to utilize it to direct clouds of costless search engine traffic to your internet site. First of all - what is keyword research precisely? Simply put, keyword research is the substructure of online marketing. If you have knowledge of what phrases or terms your purchasers use to discover data in search engines, you will recognize how to grasp them. You will see precisely which keyword phrases you should concentrate on so that your marketing attempts harvest the most payoffs. I am certain you have heard the famous marketing tenet, “discover what people desire, then provide it to them.” The trouble is, nobody genuinely explains how to execute this. That is where keyword research comes in. It allows you to determine what people genuinely desire. By being aware of precisely what keywords people are utilizing to search, and by understanding how to pin point those keyword phrases and terms, you will be able to rank at the top of Google’s organic search results at any time you wish. Now we will explore a couple of the primary approaches to keyword research. Do a self examination and ask yourself if you fall under either or both of these categories: • Targeting the most eminent search volume keywords in your niche • Targeting only long-tail keywords in your niche Although both of these techniques are basic, neither of the pair is ideal. First of all we will take a look at high search volume keywords. These oftentimes are keywords that are merely a few words in length, such as “Pink Roses,” or simply the term “Flowers.” Yes, it perhaps might be a profit generating market, but becoming ranked for such short keywords can be quite complicated. The amount of additional web sites targeting or contending with you for these keywords is frequently tremendous, so even if you do pull through to the top of the organic results for these keywords, somebody is constantly biting at your heels, attempting to remove you from Google’s top page. It is a non winning situation. You will constantly be contending for the top pages, constantly marketing to remain in the top rankings where others may discover you. Long-tail keyword targeting as well bear severe drawbacks. These are terms, words, or long phrases consisting of between four, five, or more words inside any granted keyword phrase. (For example, “pink flowers mature best in organic soil”.) The trouble with long-tail keywords is that they capture small amounts traffic if any from month to month. You are recommended to target and keep up high-ranking results for hundreds, if not thousands, of keywords to bring forth adequate traffic to continuously maintain a profit generating internet site. That is a great deal of hard work. Producing material for that many keywords is time depleting and may be very pricey. That leads us to a master of techniques for executing keyword research - targeting “Cash words.” This approach analyzes keywords in a more scientific manner. A “Cash word” is a keyword that consists of really high search volume (high numbers of people are searching for the keyword from month to month) and really low competition in the search engines (small amounts of internet sites are targeting the keyword).

Worry about getting that raise at work, learning a new language and some of the other things you may want to do after you have accomplished this important milestone. The upside of getting fit first is that your new found confidence, energy and self-discipline will make your future goals MUCH easier to achieve. Fitness can be the foundation of the new you! No Accountability. Often New Year's Resolutions enter the land of pipe dreams, because we leave no one accountable to them but ourselves. If this was enough most coaches and motivational speakers would be on the unemployment line. Human nature dictates that we are much more geared towards accomplishing our dreams when we let others who are important to us know about our plan and they hold us accountable to them. Even having online support through forums and discussion groups on fitness can be a huge help. Having no accountability beyond yourself is setting yourself up to fail. An Unwillingness To Try New Things. If you keep doing the same old things there's no doubt you will continue getting the same old results. This is a unbreakable rule which requires that we step out of our comfort zones, sometimes radically, to see dramatic change in our lives. Since you are taking the time to read this Guide, I'm very confident you are open minded enough to consider and try new things to get the body and health you deserve. Congratulations on delivering a blow to this foe of New Year's fitness resolutions already! Thinking there is a "Easy" Way to Get Fit. Losing ugly body fat and getting your dream body to become a reality isn't easy, despite what supplement hustlers and infomercials may try to sell you. It requires hard work, sweat and dedication. Smart tips and insider information, like you will find in this Guide and elsewhere, can and will help, but please don't think it will be "easy". Hardly anything worthwhile in life ever is. This also means when you do succeed you will have every right to be proud of your hard earned accomplishments. This alone can be worth the price of admission! Now that you are better prepared to know what negative elements to be on the look out for let's dig into our program! CHAPTER 2 - THE SECRET TO ESTABLISHING NEW HEALTHY HABITS Are your habits acting like a straight jacket keeping you fat and unhappy? What if you were able to install NEW habits - ones that made your goals more easy to achieve, habits that made your body and your lifestyle more in tune with who and what you want to be? Learning how to establish new healthy habits is a secret that can be the deciding factor in achieving your New Year's fitness resolutions and beyond. Once you get the process down, and it's not hard, you will possess a awesome new power for self-change that can totally transform your life. Here's how it works... Set Your Goal. Pick a small achievable goal that fits into the bigger picture of the lifestyle change you are working for, Try not to be both specific and also not too broad. For example, "running four days a week" is a goal which works much better with this method than "eating breakfast every day, going to the gym and getting eight hours sleep." Those are all good goals, but breaking them down into smaller pieces and working on them one by one is a much more successful approach here. Establish a Trigger. You can think of your "trigger" as an action that signals for you to begin your new habit. This is an important part of why the method works psychologically. Continuing with running as our example a trigger could be drinking a glass of green tea or coffee every day before you immediately run. Your trigger will stay the same as long as you work with your new habit. Many people are more visually orientated, in which case something as simple as laying your running gear out each day before work could act as a trigger to run when you return home. Experiment and see which type of trigger works best for you. Keep it as Fun as Possible. If there's any way you can spice up your new healthy habit to make it more fun and exciting, do it! The more pleasure you can keep associated with it (or pain with NOT doing it) the better. This can be as simple as always listening to music you love while exercising or seasoning the healthy food well to make sure it consistently tastes outstanding. Don't Stop. Skipping doing what you need to do with your new habit before it sets in will take you back to step one. It's essential you force yourself to do it for these early days even if it seems uncomfortable. Remember, the nature of our minds is to strongly resist even positive change and to try to keep us in our comfort zone. Which is the last place we want to be when getting ourselves into the best shape of out lives! 21 Days is the Target. Most experts agree it takes roughly 21 days for a habit to be established. After that we can expect our "inner selves" to start working with us, not against us. If you can keep it going that long, which I know you can, things will become much easier. After that pick a new healthy habit and repeat!

One key to great online marketing is remembering that quality, not quantity, counts. Avoid buying e-mail lists and focus instead on building your own with people who are actually interested in what you’re selling. Today online marketing isn’t about how many people you get to your website or how many people are on your e-mail list. Today online marketing is all about how people react to your website and what it is that you’re selling. Personalizing Your Website Even if you’re not selling a product or service that is for a specific target audience you need to have a website that is personalized. For example, even though Amazon sells products that appeal to all target audiences they have still managed to create a personalized website that fits every customer. This is the goal of personalization technology. Try to limit the number of products or services that you’re offering to your customers. “Information overload” is one of the biggest problems on the Internet. If you give your customers too many choices they’ll have a hard time making a decision. The key to avoiding information overload is organization as well as making sure that products and services are directed towards your customers. Don’t make the mistake of thinking that online marketing stop when you generate a sale. Your current customers are the ideal way for you to reach . new customers. You want to get leads from your customers by using marketing concepts such as “tell a friend” e-mails. One mistake that many small online businesses make is to focus only on self-promotion. The bottom line is that customers don’t care about you. They only care about what it is that you’re selling and what you can do for them. When someone visits your website you have about ten seconds to get their attention before they move on to the next website. That means that you have ten seconds to tell this person why it is that they need you. The home page of your website should tell people why your service or product is just right for them. Your home page should include information about your company and/or have a personal bio about who you are. If you’re not sure about whether your website is reaching the right people, ask them. If you provide something of value to people who visit your website they’ll give you information. Things of value include contests, coupons, and free products. Make sure that you let them know they can trust you by including a privacy policy on your website that states you won’t share any personal information they provide with anyone else. Stick to your policy and never sell the information your customers provide you with. Otherwise you’ll lose and abuse their trust. Once you know the demographics of your customers you’ll know how to spend your marketing budget. You can focus your online promotions using targeted marketing strategy. Even though you may end up with fewer people visiting your website, targeted online marketing is the way to go. Using Banner Ads One mistake that many online businesses make is using banner ads to reach the greatest amount of people. Your focus when it comes to banner ads is to reach the right type of people for the product or service that you’re selling. One thing to keep in mind is that, if you have a limited budget, you should avoid buying banner ads altogether. If you have a big budget, banner ads can be great for branding your company. You’ll be able to negotiate contracts that are long term with affiliated websites in your area of business. However, the results of clickthrough marketing are usually low and this makes banner ads the least cost effective of all online marketing techniques. If you decide that you want to purchase banner ads you should focus on buying them on web pages that are very targeted. Ads are cheaper the more targeted a web page is. And the cheaper the ad the more cost effective your banner ads will be. Another way that you can target the placement of your banner ads is to embed them in web page content. Before you purchase a banner ad find out what content the website administrators will be including on their web page that may be related to your online business. If the website uses a keyword search tool ask that your banner ads appear when key words that are linked to your product or service are typed into the search engine by visitors to the website. Try to place your banner ads on a web page that is as deep into the website as possible. This way you’ll be reaching people who are truly looking for information that relates to your business. This is a great strategy to use if you want to get the most value for your online budget. Again, if your budget for marketing is quite high, you’ll want to buy banner ads on the home pages of websites so that your brand reaches a lot of people. Keywords One of the most cost effective ways to use your online marketing budget is to buy keywords. You can find out the price of keywords that are specific to your industry at www.Overture.com. You want your keywords to be as targeted and specific as possible. Always remember the goal of your business and buy keywords that encourage people to visit your website. Keywords that are general will cost you more and at the same time will attract fewer customers to your website. Before you start buying keywords you need to look at the content of your website. You want to buy keywords that are effective for your business content and that keep people coming back to your website. Creating Profitable Content The Internet is designed to be changing and dynamic. People who visit your website want to see content that is new and filled with ideas and business promotions. If people visit your website and don’t see new content on a frequent basis they’ll think that your site is stagnant and has been abandoned without any customer service there for them to rely on. The home page of your website is one of the most important aspects of your online marketing strategy. It’s the content of your home page that gives your business a brand. The more useful and professional the information on your home page is the more credit you bring to your product or service. The Internet is one of the best places for consumers to find out about new products and services. This places the net above television, radio, magazines, and newspapers. When you use the Internet to promote your product or service you have the opportunity to reach a multitude of potential customers anywhere at any time. The web is one of the most powerful mediums for reaching and influencing people and the decisions they make about business. Components of Good Content One of the key ingredients to success on the Internet is creating website content that Internet users want to read. When you have content that is (1) interesting, (2) factual, and (3) well written, you have some of the main tools that you need to get the desired traffic to your online website. Writing Decisions: When you first start writing content for your website you’ll find yourself facing many decisions before you even sit down at the keyboard or pick up a pen. As you begin to develop the content on your website pages you’ll find that you’re often changing many of your first instinct decisions. This is all part of the process of writing. But how can you most efficiently sort out all you need to think about so that you develop website content that users want to read? It’s important that you find out what it is that Internet users are looking for on the Internet so that you can focus your website content on these issues. Take some time to study at the top hits in the search engines for products or services that are similar to what you’re selling. Even though these top ranked websites are most likely using Search Engine Optimization techniques you can still read what it is that they’re using to draw in the crowd. Take some of these concepts and include them in the flow of your web content….but ONLY if these concepts enhance what you’re writing and are entirely relevant to the products or services that you’re selling. Keep in mind that although one website may be at the top of the search engine rankings today, it won’t take them long to fall back into the ranks of “mediocre websites”. Websites that rely on SEO techniques don’t give people the information that they’re looking for to keep them coming back. How many times have you yourself searched a topic in a search engine only to find that the top hit is filled with articles and web content that has nothing to do with what the website is all about?

We know that fresh vegetables and fruits are necessary to our health. They contain the vitamins and enzymes that our bodies need to thrive. Why Our Diet Is Lacking Fresh juice is an excellent way to counteract our nutrition-challenged Western diet. Processed sugars and flours, unhealthy fats and cholesterol-laden foods have turned our once-healthy bodies into weak shadows of their former selves. Instead of sustaining our health, our modern diet is increasing our vulnerability to diseases and is depleting us of needed energy. When you add lack of exercise and environmental toxins to the equation, juicing certainly provides a much-needed weapon against today’s lifestyle. Fresh vegetables and fruits can help get our health back on track. They should be the mainstay of our diet, enjoyed in different ways each day. We can all benefit from increasing our intake of fresh produce. The good news is that juicing provides us with concentrated wholesomeness. We get more health benefits in a glass of juice than we could possibly get by eating an apple or orange. What is not immediately evident is that juicing our produce robs them – and us – off the fibers we need to stay healthy. Nature intended for us to bite into its rich bounty. Juicing removes fiber from produce. In effect, it separates all those glorious vitamins and antioxidants from the fiber. And fiber is an important part of a healthy diet. The Importance of Fiber Nature packages the energy and nutrients in fresh foods with fiber. Fiber plays many important roles in our health: What role does fiber play in our health? Quite an important one, as it turns out. 1. Fiber removes toxic waste from our colon. 2. It keeps cholesterol from getting into our bloodstream 3. It makes us feel full after eating, thus helping us eat less and lose weight. 4. It slows down sugar absorption into our bloodstream, a serious problem for pre-diabetics or diabetics. 5. It improves overall digestive functions. So, fruits, vegetables and fiber are all a good thing, but juicing separates them. As a juicer pulverizes the produce into a contracted juice, it strips away much of the fiber. In a way, a juicer can “process” produce in much the same way processed foods have their nutrients removed. Which means the juicer is processing the food instead of our own digestive system. However, our body absorbs nutrients a lot faster without the contained fiber. Fruit juice, of course, contains fructose, a natural sugar. However, our body can’t distinguish between natural and unnatural sugars, so a constant craving for sweet juice can actually lead to weight gain instead of weight loss. There is no denying that juices provide nutrient-dense calories that our body craves. That’s why juicing is so beneficial. It especially lets us enjoy the benefits of healthy vegetables we otherwise might not touch. For instance, you may not enjoy the taste of kale or spinach, and, thus avoid eating these important vegetables. However, when they are juiced along with other ingredients, you derive the benefit of these power-foods in a very pleasant way. Blending different fruits and vegetables is very much a part of juicing. However, unless you are doing a short-term cleanse (we will be discussing cleanses in another chapter), be aware that juicing should become a part of a healthier, more robust, lifestyle. It should not replace every meal for any length of time. It’s one of the best ways of getting all the nutrition we need for maximum health and energy. For example, 2 cups of carrot juice (very doable) has the nutritional equivalence of eight pounds of carrots. You surely don’t want to eat those eight pounds of carrots in one sitting, whereas you can enjoy two cups easily. However, you still need fiber when you’re juicing. That means that, along with juicing, you should be eating foods high in fiber, such as whole, fresh fruits and vegetables, oatmeal, and legumes such as lentils, and beans. These foods are the perfect complement to your juicing diet. Juicing is wonderful when used as a “fast food,” a quick, very potent and nutritious meal. With all the juicers on the market (we will discuss them in a later chapter), you’ll be juicing it in no time and loving it. Why Juicing? Juicing extracts juices from vegetables and fruits. Instead of eating your produce, you’re left with only liquid to drink. Remember that little citrus reamer your grandmother used to squeeze you a glass of fresh orange juice? Grandma was juicing. Of course, juicers have come a long way since then, although Grandma’s little gadget can still come in handy. Why is juicing more important today than ever? Because, unfortunately, a typical Western diet consists of up to 60 percent processed foods. That’s more than half! Thirty percent of our diet is meats and dairy, which provides needed protein, but we need more than protein to thrive. You may notice that leaves exactly 10 percent for fruits and vegetables. Not nearly enough. Our bodies lack the proper food balance. That may be fine when you’re 12 years old and are made up pure energy. But by the time you reach the northern part of your twenties, your body starts paying a heavy price. How Juicing Helps Your Body Plant-based foods consist of micronutrients, the vitamins and minerals you need to act and feel your best. These micronutrients help protect against disease and warding off infections. Even if you inherited divine genes, you need to maintain them. Your parents might have handed you sheer gold, but it’ll turn to rust if you don’t give your body the fuel it requires. Juicing lets you “reboot” to better health. No matter what condition you are in, the time to start is now. Juicing is the best way to detox your body, improve your immune system, start losing weight, ease any gut problems and enjoy more energy than you’d thought possible. Juicing and Detoxing Our body tries to detox every day when we use the bathroom or sweat. It knows what to do, but when we don’t give it the fuel it needs, it can’t do a proper job. Our skin, liver and kidney are all tools for eliminating toxins. But an unhealthy lifestyle can make it difficult. Pollution, drugs, alcohol and a poor diet can create an overload of toxins inside of us. And when our body can’t eliminate toxins naturally, it starts to store them, where they nibble away at our immune system, tissues, and organs, causing serious health problems. We are natural plant eaters. Our forefathers gathered whatever plants and berries they could every day. Hunting down some meat happened a lot less often. And nothing was processed. Today, we have turned from a mostly plant-based diet to consuming more and more processed foods, meats and fats. Over 30 percent of American men and women suffer from obesity while still lacking vital nutrients. As we’ve pointed out, they are overfed and undernourished. We crave sugars and fats, and that’s okay. We celebrate with cake and commiserate with a pint ice cream. An occasional slice of cheesecake does no harm. However, junk food can become such a habit, we don’t even realize it. We order a pizza because everyone else does. This leaves our health at serious risk. Juicing will not only give our bodies a fighting chance, as we get used to the taste of various fruits and vegetable juices, we will start craving them. We get the similar feeling of satisfaction from drinking delicious juices that we used to get from chomping down on a potato chip. That’s when we start to feel and look better. You can start slow. As the great Chinese philosopher Lao Tzu, said, “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” Start your journey by juicing a glass in the morning to go with your breakfast, and eat well for the rest of the day. When you feel ready, you can have a glass of juice replace an entire meal. You still need fiber and protein, so don’t rely on juice for all your nutrients, unless you are doing a short-term juice cleanse. We will discuss that separately. What If You’re Not Ready To Start Juicing? Perhaps you don’t feel ready for juicing. You may like the concept, but you aren’t quite willing to forego the fast-food burger at lunch, the pizza delivery when you get home, and those nachos while watching the game. That’s okay. It’s your decision. However, this is when you might need a glass of juice the most. While you’re consuming all those toxins, your energy is lagging. You aren’t feeling as well as you could. Why not give your body the ammunition it needs, and a fighting chance? With at least one glass of concentrated juice a day, preferably more, the additional nutrition can help counteract some of the toxins. So, if you must, have that pizza. Consider having a glass of concentrated juice, as well.

5 Secrets To Getting More Done Without Burning Out MRR Ebook With Audio

Sample Content Preview Choose Work That Boosts Your Energy One of the easiest ways to avoid burning out is to choose work that boosts your energy, instead of taxing it. The difference between working yourself into a grave and making your life fuller is to select projects that boost your morale. If you wake up every day and dread having to go to work, it's a sure sign that you are working yourself into an early grave. When you commit your time to completing activities that make you tired rather than excited, and still do it compulsively, you're a workaholic that has probably already experienced burnout at least once in their life. If the prospect of going to work brings a smile to your face, then you've found a job that enhances your quality of life, and it's much easier to continue working on things that make you happy. You need to consider whether or not your job is a source of energy and happiness, as well as being a source of money. If it's not, you have to ask yourself what you can do to change that. Can you try to leverage your current position into something that will be more meaningful for you? Are there any related positions within your present company or elsewhere that would leave you with more energy at the end of the day? It is crucial for you to do what is needed to find happiness in your work. To increase your quality of life, even more, be sure to add activities to your free time that invigorate you. Work to cut out those activities that drain you emotionally, like scrolling through Facebook, or binge-watching your favorite television show. Try to replace these with activities that energize you, like playing sports or working out. Having creative outlets, outside of your job can help to keep you engaged and motivated in your daily tasks. If you're not able to flex your creative muscles at your position, it is essential to find something outside of work that will allow you the opportunity to include things you love in your daily life. Have a Plan One of the most valuable aspects of having a schedule is that it establishes a routine while allowing you the flexibility regarding what work is being done. However, to get more done without burning out, you need to have a more detailed plan. This is where creating a daily to-do-list can be invaluable to getting more done. At the end of every day, you should sit down and develop a plan and establish the priorities for the following day. Creating this list at the end of the day allows you to hit the ground running when you get to your office the next morning. While having a to-do list is important for getting more done throughout the day, it is also essential to have a framework in place to evaluate what's worth your time and what isn't. Too often you might find yourself being pulled in a million different directions and ‘fighting fires' all day, only to go home and feel like you didn't accomplish anything meaningful or worthwhile. When creating your to-do list, you need to ask yourself if what you have on your list is something that has to get done. Is it something that can wait or be scheduled to be completed later? You also need to determine if you can delegate anything on your list to someone else. Not everything that you write down is something that you have to do, look and your list and ask for help to complete specific tasks. When it comes to planning for meetings and other time-sensitive tasks, take advantage of an electronic calendar. The moment you learn about a new meeting or time-sensitive task, schedule it on your calendar. Set alarms in advance to make sure that you have enough of a reminder, so you don't miss those important events. The planning process should become a part of your routine. Start the habit of writing down your priorities in advance. The power of planning in advance is that you never have to worry about whether you’re working on the right thing or if you’re going to miss a meeting. Take Small Breaks Throughout the Day To help keep your productivity high and your stress level low, take small breaks throughout the day. Taking short, purposeful breaks throughout your day can help you re-orient yourself, allowing you to stay focused on the task at hand. Taking time to review your priorities and check your progress toward meeting each of your goals, and orienting yourself with the next set of tasks you need to complete, can make you more efficient and effective at your job. Along with it being important for your recovery, taking small breaks throughout the day facilitates productivity. It is impossible to sustain working 80 hours per week over an extended period. When you work at that level of intensity, you will be working yourself into an early grave, regardless of whether or not you are doing work that you love. It is vital for your mental well-being and your health to spend time every week to do absolutely no work. It is essential for you to start making a habit of pausing periodically throughout the day to evaluate your work and assess whether you are meeting your goals, and to figure out the reasons you are or are not meeting them. Take the time to decompress and forget about the challenges you are facing at work once a week to help you avoid burning out. Have a Daily Routine Having a routine in the morning before work is a great way to keep yourself on time. Creating a daily routine, that includes the tasks, you must complete throughout the day can set you up for getting more done throughout your day. When you are working, break down your time into chunks, giving yourself more flexibility in the evenings to relax and tackle any lingering activities you may currently be working on. Your daily routine should reflect the priorities in your life and at your job, and it should incorporate those priorities into important parts of your day. The power of having a routine is not having to think about what you have to do next to complete your tasks. You don't have to waste your time deciding what the most important thing to do is and you don't have to spend time thinking about what makes the most sense because you've already done it. Once you've developed your routine, do your best to follow it daily. You can’t always control every minute of your day. You have to have flexibility in your routine to tackle emergencies and tasks that you weren’t expecting. The challenge is not allowing your entire routine to become derailed when unexpected things happen. If you do find that you’ve deviated from your routine, step back from what you are doing and take proactive steps toward getting back on track.
