8 Secrets To Boost Mental Resilience MRR Ebook With Audio

Sample Content Preview Identify the areas in your life where you are emotionally in control. For example, your level of self-confidence and self-belief, your ability to articulate and communicate with others, your anger triggers, and how well you manage anger. Knowing where you are on the control scale means assessing how in control you are of your sense of purpose and how easily you get distracted or frustrated. More importantly, honestly assess how in control you feel when things get chaotic. Do you panic? Do you get angry or blame others? Do you look for the easiest way out? Do you avoid confronting issues until things get even worse? Again, this requires some honest self-reflection to identify these "problem areas" and understand why you need to eliminate them. 3. Challenge Reflect on how you deal with challenges or setbacks. Do you see them as failures or hurdles? What types of challenges excite and motivate you? What challenges frustrate you and make you feel helpless? How well do you adapt to change? Do changes or challenges sidetrack you or make you give up? Do you consider adversity as an opportunity or a threat? Would you consider yourself flexible? Do you avoid challenging situations because you are afraid to fail? All of these are crucial questions that need to be answered in order to confront your negative mindset and behaviors and further understand how they are holding you back. 4. Confidence This is the extent to which you believe in your skills, capabilities and creative talents. It is your belief in your ability to complete tasks, set goals and achieve them. It's your confidence in your ability to influence others and express yourself articulately. The questions you need to ask yourself here are: is your confidence usually shaken by setbacks or unexpected changes? Do you have the confidence to seek out new opportunities and think out of the box? In what area do you feel you need to have more self-confidence? The bottom line: The 4 C's of mental toughness should be an eye-opener if your self-reflection is totally honest. Already, you have begun to see where you fall short on the mental toughness scale. and where your weaknesses and strengths lie. Based on this, you will be able to identify which of the 8 techniques you should focus more on. Keeping these findings in mind will help you tremendously as you begin your journey. t Now, it’s time to change your life! The 8 Secrets to Developing Mental Resilience and Avoiding Burnout Secret #1: Make Connections Human relationships are vital for our emotional health and wellbeing. They are even more vital for building mental resilience. Living in emotional isolation and thinking you can do it all on your own is a very lonely place to be. We all need human interaction to function well and lead balanced lives. Strong relationships are your buffer against the outside world, which can often be cruel and inconsistent. A mentally tough person will typically have a strong network of family, friends, colleagues, and mentors who are loving and supportive. Your first step is to strengthen your connections to the important people in your life. This means expressing your appreciation and love for them consistently and never betraying their trust in you. It means always being there for them just as you expect them to be there for you. When you put your heart and soul into these relationships, you can be sure that you will receive tenfold what you give. Who should these people be? Family, friends, colleagues and even your community, when you become active at your local church or volunteer at a charity or other community organization. Foster these healthy relationships with people who care about you and will generously give their time to listen and offer sympathy and support. These are the people who see your unique qualities and special talents - as well as your flaws and totally accept you for who you are. These are the people who will support you through difficult times and give you hope and reassurance. They care enough about you to show you "tough love" when you need it. They point out your mistakes and hold you accountable. They rejoice in your successes and are generous with sympathy end encouragement during times of adversity. Making these strong connections will foster your mental resilience dramatically. You know that if you lost everything tomorrow, you would still have these wonderful people in your life who will cheer you on to pick yourself up and start over. And you will do so because you want to make them proud. Secret #2: Controlled Exposure This is a powerful technique that builds mental toughness by forcing you out of your comfort zone. Controlled exposure means gradually putting yourself in uncomfortable situations that cause you anxiety and forcing yourself to react calmly. Research has shown that practicing controlled exposure strengthens mental resilience especially when it comes to decision-making and goal setting, as it decreases the fear of failure. One exercise to consider is public speaking. The average individual has a fear of speaking in public. Even professional speakers probably get the jitters every now and then when there's a particularly large audience.

5 Benefits Of Morning Ritual MRR Ebook With Audio

Sample Content Preview These benefits of morning rituals are backed by scientific studies. More Productive Days Taking a few moments at the beginning of the day to organize your thoughts and plan your day can go a long way when it comes to productivity. Going into work groggy, grumpy, and unprepared can leave you feeling unfulfilled and unaccomplished. Having a productive day is not just about making a to-do list either. Having a morning ritual that makes you feel good about yourself and start the day off in a relaxed mood will also help you be more productive. Instead of rushing into all of the tasks you have to complete with a scrambled mind. Less Stress Stress is a normal human reaction to having too much to do in too little time. There are a lot of physical and mental ways that stress can affect you over time. This includes increased anxiety, developing depression, fatigue, headaches, and even body pains from tension. One of the ways that having a morning ritual benefits you is that you know what to expect every morning and so your brain has less to worry about. Self-care rituals like exercise, journaling, or meditation can reduce your stress levels throughout the day because you can approach challenges from a clear mindset. Live Healthier If your morning rituals currently include things like pressing the snooze button multiple times, scrolling on social media while chugging a boiling cup of coffee, skipping breakfast, and violating several traffic laws as you speed to work...well that’s not great, but you are not alone. Many people get into bad habits and do not know how to break them. Having a morning ritual is a great way to implement healthy habits into your life. Having a schedule in the morning can help you make time in your day for working out and eating a healthy breakfast. These healthy habits will make you feel more energized and productive throughout the day and benefit your long term health. It is tempting to hit the snooze button (we have all been there), but once you get into a routine your body will adjust to waking up at a specific time. Having morning rituals that you enjoy to look forward to will motivate you to get out of bed in the mornings. Better Memory Have you ever taken a long commute to work and settled into your work when you suddenly groan and realize you forgot to complete an important task at home? Having a morning routine can help to prevent you from forgetting important things. Imagine working all night on writing a paper just to forget it at home on the day it is due. Instances like that are avoidable by using morning rituals to take time to reflect on the day ahead of you and prepare. Getting into a regular morning routine means that you do the same tasks every morning which makes it harder to forget things. Creating a to-do list is a morning ritual that will have a huge benefit in helping you to remember all of the important things you have to get done that day. Being clear-headed in the morning helps to improve memory. Make More Time For Yourself Morning routines save time because you do not have to waste time thinking about what to do next. This means that you can get more sleep or get more things done in the morning. Having time for yourself in the morning means that you can spend more time getting ready for the day. You can plan out your outfits and spend more time on your appearance which will make you feel confident and look more put together. For many people, the morning hours are a sacred time. Families with children will appreciate the quiet and calm before the kids wake up. Take time for yourself in the morning to walk outside and smell the fresh air. Write in your journal, burn a candle, meditate, take a bath, and pamper yourself and you will feel better all day. There are many ways that you can pamper yourself in the morning. Why Morning Routines Are Important All of the benefits that we listed have one thing in common: they will help you be a more successful person with a more positive attitude. Both your career and personal life can benefit from morning rituals.

Building Influence With Free Membership Sites PLR Ebook

Table of Contents Why Build Free Membership Sites 5 What You Need Before Getting Started 9 Building A Free Membership Site - Step-by-Step 13 Benefiting & Profiting From Your Free Membership Site 17 Recommended Resources + Bonuses 20 Sample Content Preview So... why limit your mailing list to just a paid membership site? Why not build a free membership site and gain an unlimited number of names and email addresses to which you have the legal right to send marketing emails? There simply is not satisfactory reason for NOT having a free membership site...at least not one that I can see. Free membership sites are easy to set up and easy to operate. Of course, there must be fresh and timely content but that‟s a lot easier (not to mention cheaper) than constantly having to run PPC campaigns or paying for advertising in related E-zines to attract members to your opt-in list and thus gain their permission to market products and services to them. We all know that visibility on the Internet is one of the basic keys to successful marketing. Getting visibility is one of the hardest tasks that most Internet marketers face from the inception of a marketing idea. All Internet marketers well understand the value of writing and marketing articles and E-Books, posting to blogs and forums that belong to others and doing PPC campaigns, as well as, exchanging links and paying for advertising in E-zines and newsletters. With a free membership website, you can almost guarantee yourself, not only a long list of customers and potential customers but that others will be willing to pay YOU for advertisements on your free membership sites and advertisements in the newsletters that you send to your very impressively long list. The shoe will be on the other foot, so to speak. Other marketers will be begging you to download and post articles and E-Books which they have written trying to gain that coveted Internet visibility. Influence is another sought after and enviable facet of Internet marketing. When an Internet marketer gains influence over even a small group of consumers, they have a great deal influence among other Internet marketers, as well. When that pool of consumers is really large, a marketers influence with other marketers increases in direct proportion to the number of consumers that he has influence over. With a free membership site, an Internet marketer gains access to an unlimited number of potential customers in his niche marketing area. By keeping his content fresh and timely he will gain influence over the purchases that the members of his free membership make and even when they make purchases and from whom. This is commonly known as „clout‟. Paid membership sites usually have limited memberships. If the membership isn‟t limited by the marketer, it is limited by the number of people who are willing to pay an annual membership fee... and that number for any niche market IS a limited number. On the other hand, a free membership site that allows interaction between the owner, as well as, with other members is affordable by everybody who might even be remotely interested in the products and services that the enterprising Internet marketer will be offering to his list. The cost to members is a big fat zero and it just can‟t get any cheaper than then. Those who might well want to join a paid membership site but either don‟t think they can afford it or simply don‟t want to spring for the membership fees will certainly be able to join a free membership site. Many Internet marketers who have paid membership sites also have free membership sites. Often those free sites are made up on customers or potential customers who will eventually become members of the paid membership site so it becomes a win/win situation for all concerned. The bottom line here is that there is simply no reason NOT to build a free membership website no matter what niche market you are in. You will have the potential of building an extensive opt-in list and there simply is no other way that is as easy or as cost effective out there! What You Need Before Getting Started Building a free membership website is just about as easy as falling off a log...well, maybe not quite that easy...but it IS easy. There are so many associated advantages to having a free membership site that the little bit of trouble and expense will be well worth the time and effort that are required. To get started on building your free membership website you are going to need some tools. The first thing that you will need to secure is a web hosting service. There are actually two web hosting services that are excellent, reasonably priced and effective. You will have choices to make when you visit either of these two websites. Web Hosting: Host Gator https://www.hostgator.com/ You will see that there are several choices of servers ranging in price from a measly $6.95 per month to a whopping $174.95 per month. The service that will most likely serve your needs for a very long time can be found under the fist choice of „Personal Hosting‟. When you click on the „learn more‟ link, you will see that there are several choices beginning with a „hatchling‟ account and all the way up to a Semi-dedicated account. The one that will most likely serve your needs is the „Swamp‟ account. It costs only $14.95 per month and will serve your needs for a very long time.

It is all about who you know. There is a lot of give and take that comes within this kind of networking and you may need to focus on some different rules that you will need to follow along the way to make sure that you are able to do things properly online. But it is really about the relationships that you form. The more people you know in the right places, the easier networking will be. You can call on those connections later on, and they will be able to call on you later on if they need to. With the shift of many workers going from in-person work to remote work, traditional ways of building up a network is going out the window. Because of this, the culture of many companies is changing as well and the individuals and leaders will need to find some of the best ways to communicate and maintain the relationships that they need along the way. Proper communication is going to be important when it comes to making the right connections. Think about how you can communicate in a thorough and thoughtful manner. Learn how to do active listening, and show that you care. Finding ways in your business endeavors to gather virtually can make it easier for everyone to work on building up some of the networks that they would like along the way. As you start to work through your new networking ideas, whether you are a remote worker or not, you will need to think about who you already know and how you can utilize some of those different connections along the way. Everyone already has some connections that they are able to utilize, whether they realize it or not. And the connections do not always need to eb the people that you know from work or in your own industry. Think about the people you went to school with. Have you maintain some of those relationships over the years and can utilize them now to bring in more clients or more customers or to help with a job? Is there a professor who has some good connections that they could introduce you to along the way? What about one of your friends? They may not be a professional connection, but many of the friends you have maintained through the years may also have some connections that you can utilize as well. Or even colleagues from some of the past jobs. You can even look to different family members and some of the people that they know to see if there are some valuable connections that will serve you well over the years. Keep in mind that you will need to focus on forming relationships. These people are not just there to serve you and then go away. You need to form a relationship and maintain it. It could be years of maintaining that relationship before you are able to utilize it. But you will be glad when you do need it. There is also a lot of give and take in these relationships. There are times when you will be able to call on some of your connections for a favor or to help, and there are times when they will need to call on you for help. This is part of the networking process and will benefit both parties along the way. Be prepared to step in and help out when you can, even when you do virtual networking. The goal is to build up some good relationships that will serve both parties well through the years. Virtual networking makes it possible to do this, even when you work remotely or when you do not spend as much time in the office as other coworkers. With a bit of help and some of the steps that we will talk about through this guidebook, you will see how efficient and successful virtual networking can be and how it is part of the future for most people who are looking to network from home or out of the office. Chapter 2: Nurturing The Connections You Already Have Virtually You already have some connections. Whether you have done a few internships or worked at several jobs in your career, you have a few connections that you can work with at any time. This is great news because you already have a good source of connections that you can utilize the way that you want. You will be able to grow that a little bit more in the future, but for now, we need to focus on the people we already know. How can you connect with this group of people virtually? In our fast-paced world, it is not always possible to keep up with this network face to face, but that does not mean you want to lose them as an important connection, or that they want to lose you either. There are different ways that you are able to work with these connections and still reach them, even if you are not in the same location and can’t meet them in-person as often as you would like. Some of these options include: Make Sure You Have Their Social Media? Social media is going to be your friend when it comes to virtual networking. This is the perfect place to keep in touch with some of your connections, learn new things about that connection, and even send quick messages when you want to keep in touch with them. Make sure that you are utilizing social media, especially some of the big ones like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, so that you can reach your connections and keep in touch. This provides a personal touch to them and will make it more likely that they will be available for a favor later on.

Everybody now has a personal blog and it is all free of cost. Also, one does not need to be a computer engineer or a graphic or web designer in order to embellish their blog. Unlike a website which operates on a different domain, and for which every single template and tab needs to be designed and created from the scratch, blog sites do not need such knowledge. The blogging service providers have their own inbuilt templates and fonts which have to be chosen by the bloggers as per their own tastes and preferences. Blogging is an ideal way to make new friends and come in contact with more people than you can do in the actual word, from all quarters of the world. Such diverse people will obviously have differing viewpoints. Therefore, this gives scope for a good deal of discussion and debate with all points of view being taken on board. Blogs can also be for the sole purpose of making new friends and socializing. That is why social networking sites have picked up the clue and in these times social networking and blogging has, to some extent, been combined, and almost become indistinguishable. It would be interesting to note that the word ‘blog’ is both a noun and a verb. This leads us to the fact that blogging in some sense also helps get rid of hassles of publishing. Though your work will not come out in print, you know that you can publish your work – your articles, pictures, videos, etc – yourself through you blog. Therefore, it may be your own personal journal that you wish others to read or you works of art in terms of the stories or articles that you write, or the movies that you make. You can share almost any content with the world at large. It must also be noted that just like you do not have to be a web designer to create your own blog, you need not be a professional writer, a film maker or a photographer to publish content on your blog. It is just a space for you to indulge in your own small artistic pursuits and share those moments with others. Blogging must therefore be exploited to its full potential. How Can Online Blogging Be Profitable to Ordinary Individuals? Ranking of any website depends on a few factors. It would basically depend on the relevance of the article according to the key words used; the number of times that page has been linked and viewed, etc. These are quite easy to follow, and if these factors are carefully noted and looked into, the rankings of your website can increase considerably. The first step is to get your website linked through various other pages. The more the pages are that contain your links, the better ranking they will receive. The second aspect to be kept in mind is how often you update the content on your website. Frequently edited and updated sites receive higher ranking in search engines than those that have not been looked at by the owners for ages. Always editing the content of your website as a whole may not be an option. In this case what you can do is add a Blog to your website. A Blog will function as nothing but a forum for people to come and discuss the themes that concern your website too. It will create a platform, as well as become a journal whereby you can also post updates about your operations and your website. The advantage is that the content on such Blogs will not be restricted only to text, but pictures and videos can be posted too. The few easy steps as described below will take you through how to create your own blog and what are the things you must look out for: • Cost can never be a problem because free blogging services are quite popular all over the world. If you choose sites like Blogger or LiveJournal, you are sure to get exactly the kind of platform you are looking for. They are absolutely free. • If you are not very comfortable with web designing techniques, you need not worry. Creating your blog is not as complicated as designing template for a website. These blogging services provide a wide range of templates from which you can choose the one most suited to your tastes.

Once you learn to upgrade your own brainpower, you can trigger exponential improvements in every area of your life. Are you ready for that change? 2 A Complete Guide to How Your Brain Works (So You Can Begin to Hack It) The brain is by far the most powerful computer on the planet with billions upon billions of connections and a near limitless storage capacity. There are still countless things that we don’t fully understand about our brains but nevertheless we are starting to understand more and more over time. And with each new discover comes new ways to get more from our grey matter and upgrade our performance. The good news for you is that all this information is freely available now and you don’t have to go through years of complex experiments and research to unlock all the secrets. In fact, this chapter will serve as a complete primer to bring you up-to-speed on your brain… But a word of warning: this is complex stuff. If you just want to get to the good stuff and start learning how to get more from your brain, then you can skip this chapter. However, I highly recommend that you do not, seeing as it will give you a far better understanding of what’s actually going on inside that skull of yours and thereby give you more autonomy when it comes to discovering new ways to tap into your cranium’s near-limitless potential. Neurons The first thing to understand then, is that your brain is made up of billions of neurons. Neurons are ‘brain cells’ and in a sense, they operate just like any other cells in your body. They have a cell membrane (the wall surrounding the cell), they have a soma (the body of the cell) filled with cytoplasm (fluid), they have mitochondria to provide energy and they have a nucleus containing your DNA. But brain cells also have a few ‘extras’. Specifically, brain cells have axons and dendrites. The axons are the long ‘tails’ of your brain cells which protrude from the back. The dendrites meanwhile are a lot like routes or tendrils that stretch out across the brain coming off of the soma. The job of the dendrites is to find the axons of other cells, where they can then form a connection. Neurons come in all shapes and sizes. While they are microscopic, they will sometimes have connections stretching all the way from one brain ‘regions’ to another to form connections. Brain cells don’t actually touch but instead leave a small gap called the ‘synaptic gap’ and communication then occurs across the gap. When a brain cell lights up or fires, this is called an ‘action potential’. During this point, a small electrical current jumps from the synaptic ‘knob’ over to one or several connecting dendrites. This is how signals find their way around the brain. Each time a neuron fires like this, it corresponds to some kind of subjective experience in the brain. For instance, one area of the brain – the occipital lobe – deals entirely with vision. When neurons in this region fire, it causes specs of light to appear like ‘pixels’ in the eyes of the viewer. Meanwhile, other neurons might make us remember a specific event, experience a smell, move a finger or fall asleep. Generally, neurons are arranged into groups which is what gives the brain distinct ‘regions’ for particular activity like this. At any time, you’ll have a certain amount of activity in different regions of the brain – the entire brain is never lit up simultaneously. This will likely correspond with what you’re thinking, what you’re seeing and what you’re feeling at any given time. And the connections mean that seeing one thing will often result in you remembering something else, or making the decision to do something. Note that neurons only fire at one ‘amount’. That is to say that there are no ‘degrees’ of firing – a cell is either firing or it is not. However, it might require input from numerous different surrounding neurons before it becomes excitable enough to light up itself. Neurotransmitters and Hormones But it is not just a current that jumps across the synaptic gap during communication between cells. At the end of each axon at the synaptic knob are tiny ‘sacks’ called ‘neurovesicles’. These contain neurotransmitters, which include the likes of dopamine, serotonin and norepinephrine. Basically, a neurotransmitter will change the excitability of your brain, the likelihood of memories forming, your attention or your mood. For example, serotonin is the ‘feel good’ neurotransmitter. This means that it will normally be released when we see, think about or otherwise experience something that makes us happy. It’s also released during exercise and when our body detects sugar! Meanwhile, dopamine is a neurotransmitter that gets released when we think something is important. This then increases motivation, focus and the likelihood of a memory forming afterward. Neurotransmitters in this sense tell us what we should be feeling about the experience of certain neurons firing. In some cases, a hormone can act like a neurotransmitter and vice versa. For instance, testosterone has an effect on our brain cells, as does cortisol. More often, neurotransmitters simply make a cell more or less likely to fire an action potential, which results in them being categorized as either ‘excitatory’ or ‘inhibitory’.

Everyday Mindfulness MRR Ebook With Audio

Sample Content Preview If you are finding that being mindful for 20 minutes at a time is incredibly tough, start with 5-minute practices instead. As you get better, slowly increase the increments until you finally reach 20 minutes. After that, you can try to be mindful for longer periods of time if you would like, but you don't have to. There is absolutely no shame in approaching mindfulness like this. Even practicing for 5 minutes will be more beneficial than doing nothing at all, and it is teaching you mental endurance to practice mindfulness for longer periods of time. 2. Incorporate Mindfulness Into Your Daily Routine Let's face it. Many of us simply do not have enough time in the day to finish work, eat, communicate with loved ones and family, and be mindful. It seems that the modern world is constantly filled with never-ending tasks and to-do lists. If this sounds like you, try to incorporate mindfulness into your daily routine. This can include your morning routine, commute to work, or anything else that you do on a daily basis. Doing so will allow you to maximize your time in a way that is efficient and healthy. If you're unsure how to incorporate mindfulness into your daily routine, here are a couple of ideas: ● Morning Routine: Almost everyone, whether it is intentional or unintentional, has a morning routine. Yours may be reading the newspaper, drinking coffee, or preparing a nice breakfast. Find little ways to be mindful and present in the moment throughout this routine. It will allow you to practice your mindfulness and set a relaxing and healthy tone for the day. ● Commute: Most people spend at least 30 minutes in their car a day, and that time is often filled with mindless wandering. Use your commute time to become mindful and relax your brain. It is a great time to focus on your feelings and thoughts without taking up any extra time from your day. ● Shower: A lot of people think about their past and future while they're taking a shower. Instead of ruminating, be mindful and present while you take a shower. Your shower is a great time to get in touch with your senses and think about your feelings in a relaxing setting. ● Waiting in Line: Some days, it seems that all we're doing is waiting in line: waiting in line for coffee, waiting in line at the store, waiting in line to speak to your boss. Make the most of this waiting time by being present and mindful while in line. ● Before Bed: Help yourself fall asleep easier by spending a simple 5 minutes before bed being mindful. You may want to do this after you've already put on your pajamas and tucked yourself into bed. Simply close your eyes and be mindful before falling asleep. You can do this either in your head or write it out in a journal. Any of these ideas will be easy and efficient ways to incorporate mindfulness into your routine. 3. Set Aside Time Every Day to Practice Mindfulness If you want to see the true and full benefits of mindfulness, then you have to set aside time every single day to practice mindfulness. Being mindful for long periods of time on a daily basis is the best way to rejuvenate your life and feel more satisfied with it. The easiest way to start practicing mindfulness is to set aside the same block of time every single day for mindfulness. The morning may be the best time to do this since you are not already worn out, and it will set a great tone for the rest of the day. Most people agree that the morning is the best time for their mindfulness practice. For example, some people like to get to work early and spend the first 20 minutes in their office practicing mindfulness. This often helps people relax for the day and feel more level headed in the workplace. As a result, they feel that they perform better and more reasonably. The block of time that you set aside should be a minimum of 20 minutes long. If you have extra time, feel free to make it longer, but don't push yourself too hard. Once you know what time you want to practice your mindfulness, set a reminder in your phone, an app, or a calendar. Setting it in your phone will be especially helpful because you will get a notification in advance, allowing you to be reminded and held accountable for practicing your mindfulness. Once you decide on what time you want to commit to mindfulness, the hard part is over. Practicing mindfulness is relatively easy because it requires no props or excessive space. Simply sit down, close your eyes, breathe, and be in the moment. As you are sitting, make sure that you have correct posture. You may want to try sitting in a chair or sitting against a wall to make sure that your back is completely straight. You may also want to grab a blanket or pillow if you want maximum comfortability, but that is completely up to you. As you're practicing, thoughts will come into your mind. Try your best to let them come to a natural end and bring yourself back to the moment. You may want to try focusing on your breath. Pay attention to how the air feels when it comes in your nose, fills your lungs, and goes out your mouth.

Working Part Time with A Full Time Mentality One of the biggest reasons why people fail at Internet marketing (or fail to break out of their rat race) is because of a flawed mindset towards Internet marketing. Yes, it is true that you have to spend the remainder of the hours you have left after work to work on your business part time. But that does NOT mean that you will adopt a part time or half-hearted mentality towards your business. Imagine this analogy… Let’s assume that an air plane takes off at 150MPH. You will need to ‘drive’ at a certain speed before the plane develops enough speed to take off. Do you think the plane will be able to fly itself off the ground if you are only travelling at a 100MPH? Of course not! It will not take off even if you are flying at 140MPH! Internet marketing is just like this. You will need to work at a certain momentum before you: 1• Develop the necessary knowledge to build your business (you can’t really ‘drive’ far if you are constantly locked in 2nd gear). 1• You need to show others that you are committed enough before they are ready to do a joint venture with you (after all, no one wants to JV with a half-hearted marketer – especially if they know that you are not constantly available). 1• You need to build your reputation strong enough because it will lessen your promotion work – the speed of trust between you and your customers is very crucial. The Art of Building Assets Online When you are building your business online, you must be able to build assets if you want to quit your job. Allow me to explain: A 9-5 job is only short term income. It can be a lot or a little, but fundamentally it is still short term… Why? Because the moment you stop working, you stop making money immediately! Your boss may tolerate your laziness for a few days but if you don’t put in the hours, you will never get any more pay whether it is weekly, daily or monthly pay! If you keep on trading time for money, you will never be free from your job! Online assets are different. Here are a few principles that you can apply to your online mentality: 1• Leveraging on the Internet: You can draw in traffic from search engines or viral marketing. 1• Leveraging on other Internet marketers. You do not need to build a mailing list if you have created a fantastic product that will keep customers buying and affiliates selling over and over again. 1• Leveraging on your mailing list. The money is definitely in the list. It takes 15-30 minutes to write a proper E-mail to your mailing list. The great thing about E-mail marketing is you will take the same time to mail your list regardless if your list has 100 people or 100,000 people 1• Leveraging on your reputation online: A blogger may start with no RSS subscribers, but the more you blog and the more you network, you will be blogging for the same effort but with more people reading your blog (and you will be able to monetize from the traffic!) 1• Leveraging on outsourced work. If you are making good money, you will be able to outsource your work to other people and spend more time on marketing your products (hence, making more money!) Take a look at this graph for example: Let’s take a look at a typical Internet Marketer… The blue line is your 9-5 job. You may get increments and bonuses (hence the rising graph and your salary will most definitely exceed your online income in the first few months, but after awhile, when your online assets start generating residual income, you will be able to quit your job once you have all the elements in place. Investing Into Your Assets through Outsourcing Not everyone can do everything at once. Even if you are proficient at all the tasks (albeit a master of none…), you will still need to outsource from time to time as the need to create more and more assets should NOT be limited by your time alone but by creating more through leveraging on other people’s time.

This is especially true when making first contact with a good potential Partner...remember; it is you going to them, for something you want- Not the other way around. Until you've cultivate your own Master List of 20,000, 50,000, even 100,000 Loyal Readers; and you are now the one getting slammed with 10 to 20 Joint Venture Proposals per day, on average... To create successful, mutually beneficial JV's; you must pole-position your wants, needs and desires in such a way as to naturally resonate with/compliment theirs. Often times, this is *much* easier said than done; as good JV Proposals require a fair and reasonable amount of selfless and candid receptiveness, attention to detail and deep meditation. However...the dividends are supremely worth it! Traffic Leverage Short of having a 'bottomless wallet'...you will quickly realize, early in your online success endeavors; exactly just how difficult it is to drive consistent, quality traffic to your Web site. Virtually all of the 'marketing gurus' trying to sell you how you, too, can quickly and easily make boatloads of cash online, with no out of pocket expenses; are feeding you a fat, stinky pile o' bull. Run...Fast! And hide your wallet!!! Furthermore, they straight-up buy their traffic, one way or another; until such point as they have established a monster downline of resellers [one of your primary goals, actually]. Ahhh, yes... Then you too can- indeed- make boatloads of cash on the Internet and perhaps even become the next 'guru'... Safe Rule of Thumb for ANY Business Endeavor The more money [up front] you invest in yourself, the less time that you'll be shackled to your venture. The less money you are willing to you invest in yourself, the more time you will spend [exponentially] to overcome lack of funds. In a nutshell, you can actually become quite successful on the Internet- generating a modest four figures a month- with virtually no out-of-pocket expenses. However... Do plan on exercising Due Diligence and spending thousands of hours. Hence, why it is critically important to choose something that you are 100% *absolutely* passionate about- as the end-consumer hobbyist! I apologize if the blunt truth of the matter 'takes the wind out of your sails'...but, again- I wish someone was this brutally honest with me years ago! “This will increase your profitability substantially, while cutting down your work load!” Labor Replication The closer you want to get to all of that free time and boatloads of money you've indubitably been promised time and time again... The more closely you must examine exactly what it takes to become as digitally automated as possible! Which also takes into consideration creative opportunities such as outsourcing, viral e-marketing and B2B JV barter. One very excellent example is the awe-inspiring power of autoresponders. Depending on your particular approach; a deftly-crafted autoresponder series can cultivate long-term customers, clients, subscribers, etc...Only if the information you are divulging high-quality. Another prime example is a genuinely high-quality, PLR e-book. Most especially if these can be re-branded, featuring your downlines' primary Web venture. Perhaps a Strategic Joint Venture Alliance...or a Member Site- In which you provide your members with a step-by-step plan of action and everything they need to achieve their own success, on- line [tenacity not withstanding, of course]! In each of these examples, the Principle of Labor Replication [another demonstration of leverage] is invoked- your one and only Way to *consistent* Internet Success- Regardless of your offerings...but if you are not willing to actually put forth the effort and initially act upon your knowledge, and then this will merely be entertainment to you.

Sample Content Preview Posting at random times and expecting a lot of engagement just doesn’t make sense. So go to your favorite search engine and search for “best times to post on Facebook”. You will see the results of data driven research that you can use. There are a number of Facebook content scheduling tools available and we recommend that you look into these. Most offer a free service but there will be limits on the number of posts that you can schedule. You should be able to find a low cost scheduling tool that will help you to synchronize your posting days and times for optimum results. Do you give your audience what they really want on Facebook? Most marketers don’t do this and then wonder why their engagement levels are so low. Let’s say that you are a local restaurant using Facebook for marketing. Does that mean that everything you post has to be about food or drink – no certainly not! When you think about it, there is only so much that you can talk about any niche on a day to day basis. What you don’t want to do is to start to repeat your content because if you do this you will certainly lose part of your audience. Think about your Facebook content in this way – it is about your audience and not about you! Of course you want your fans to know, like and trust you but you don’t want to force yourself down the throat of your audience all of the time. What you need to do is to find some current content that will engage your audience. A good way to do this is to ask yourself some questions: What real world events can I use in my posts? There is always something going on that you can use to link your business to. For example, every year there is International Women’s Day so you could create a post about how you support this and you are offering half price for the ladies in your restaurant. What facts or statistics will interest my audience? If you are in the restaurant business then there are facts and statistics released all of the time about obesity, healthy eating and so on. You can really use these to your advantage. Ask your audience how they feel about the statistic or fact and watch the comments roll in. How can you make your audience laugh? This is a really good question. People like Facebook because they can keep in touch with their friends and family and they can be entertained. So entertain them! There are thousands of funny videos on YouTube for example and you should be able to find something that relates to your niche. It really is all about your audience. Making posts about yourself or your business is not going to drive much engagement. Use an 80/20 rule here – 80% of your content is for your audience and 20% is about promotion. Your audience will appreciate that your content is a “mixed bag”. It will make them more curious about what you will post next. They will look forward to seeing your future posts which is just perfect. If you have been making posts on Facebook for a while then you can easily identify which of your posts were the most popular with your audience. By looking inward like this you can see what type and format of content really resonates with your audience. It is likely that you are going to have some posts that just really performed well. They got a ton of shares, likes and comments because your audience really loved the content. Don’t just dismiss these posts as something out of the ordinary – analyze them to see why they did so well. The aim here is to learn all that you can from your successful posts so that you recreate this engagement love with your future posts. Did you use an appealing meme? Did you answer a specific question in detail? Did you show your audience how to do something useful? It is so easy for you to keep your finger on the pulse with your top performing posts using Facebook Insights. You can see all of your posts and the amount of engagement that they received as well as the reach of the posts. Facebook users will always be more attracted to good looking visuals. The vast majority of content on the platform is image based. The reason is obvious – it is a lot more interesting than a bunch of text or a boring link. So one of the easiest things that you can do to increase your engagement on Facebook is to get your photo house in order. Your audience does not want to see a lot of stock photos in your posts. So many marketers do this and it never works that well. The types of images that you use in your post are going to make a significant difference to your engagement levels.
