Product Creation Formula MRR Ebook

Sample Content Preview If you’re creating a software product, creating it on a cloud-based platform will allow users to access and use the software from anywhere, even on a mobile device. If you’re creating a membership site, be sure to use a large-enough server so that it can hold all present and future data, be sure it’s mobile-friendly, and be sure to use a platform or plugin that ensures the right people get access to the site and denies all others who should haven’t access. Step 5: Plan Your Entire Product With An Outline Creating an outline of your entire product before you begin creating the product can help to avoid unforeseen complications and keep the process of product creation from being more difficult than it needs to be. An outline can help make any type of product (ebook, software program, membership site, email series, etc.) creation easier. Take some time at the very beginning to determine exactly what information/features/sections your product will have. Creating an outline at the beginning can help to ensure that the information/features/sections you want your product to have will be in there at the end. Step 6: Create It Yourself Or Outsource It Decide whether you yourself will create the product, you will use outsourcers to create all of it, or you and they will both create the product. If you create the entire product yourself, you will have total control over it and ensure everything you want is in there. However, if you create the entire product yourself, it will require your full attention, thus diverting your focus away from other projects and other aspects of your business. Utilizing outsourcers for your product creation will allow you to focus on other projects that need your direct involvement and on other aspects of your business. However, finding trustworthy, capable outsourcers can be difficult, and their ideas and ways of doing things may not exactly line up with what you have in mind; thus, challenges and revisions may arise as a result, which can also take time to resolve. Communication with outsourcers may be difficult due to their being in a different time zone, even being halfway around the world. Some notable outsourcer websites include: • Fiverr • Elance • Guru • Upwork • SolutionInn • PeoplePerHour. Ask friends and experienced Internet marketers if there are any outsourcers they would recommend. Step 7: Write Your Sales Letter And Set Up Your Funnel If you are experienced in copywriting, you can write your own convincing sales letter. However, if you are not experienced in copywriting, you can use an outsourcer who is or you can use some type of software program, sales letter template, or copywriting formula to create a sales letter. Focus especially on the headline; if it’s weak, prospects will not read the rest of the sales letter, and you will have lost the sale. Use headlines and sub-headlines; this will allow prospects to scan the sales letter, as most people don’t take the time or desire to read every sales letter they come across word-for-word. And remember to always make sure to focus on the benefits your product will deliver to the prospect; what is in it for him/her?

If you already own Bitcoin, no verification is required and you can start trading almost instantly. Moreover, Bitcoin is not fiat currency. This simply means the price is not related to the economy or policies of any single country. And unlike stock markets, there are no official Bitcoin exchanges. Instead, hundreds of Bitcoin exchanges operate 24/7 around the world. Because of no official exchanges, this results in no official Bitcoin price where the currency is known for its rapid and frequent price movements. Secondly is personal spending. You can use Bitcoin to purchase almost anything! From buying cars to travelling the world. In December 2013, a Tesla model S was purchased for a reported 91.4bitcoins. The dealer, located in California continues to accept Bitcoin as a means of payment. They have since managed to sell a Lamborghini Gallardo for 216.8 Bitcoin. You can also travel the world using Bitcoins! Just head to www.cheapair.com. On 22nd November 2013, they announced that they would be the first online travelling agency accepting Bitcoin. You are able to purchase flights, hotels, car rentals and cruises. You can even book the whole package. Cryptocurrency also provides the chance for you to give back to society. How? By crowd funding. You are able to be part of someone’s success story by donating to a crypto crowd funding project. Companies such as Lighthouse have built their crowd funding platform using Bitcoin. The perks of donating through this system are you will not be charged for your donation and funds will not be released unless the project meets its criteria. You are also able to withdraw from the campaign before its completion. You have complete control over the donation! Examples of successful funding campaigns are from Dogecoin, which includes campaigns run for Nascar driver Josh Wise. The question is, Why Cryptocurrency? Apart from cryptocurrency being very secure and is run through a decentralized network, there are other properties which projects why cryptocurrencies may be the most talked about topic in town. It has also been considered as potentially an investment vehicle, which may garner massive returns. Have you heard of Erik Finman? The teenage Bitcoin millionaire who started picking up Bitcoin at only $12 a piece back in May 2011, when he was just 12 years old. He received the Bitcoin as a tip from his brother and a $1000 gift from his grandmother. He now reportedly owns 403 Bitcoins, which holds a value of roughly $2,600 where it has accumulated to a stash of $1.08 million and change. There are various concrete reasons why you should invest in cryptocurrency. This will be elaborated further in chapter 6, but let me give you a brief summary on the perks of buying cryptocurrency. Firstly are its transactional properties. Cryptocurrency transaction is fast and global. Transactions are propagated immediately in the network and are confirmed within minutes. Since the transactions are managed by a global network of computers, they do not take into account your physical location. It is possible for you to send your cryptocurrency to someone in your vicinity, or even if they are living on the other side of the world. Secondly are their monetary properties. The currencies are in controlled supply thus there is a high chance that the value of the currencies appreciates over time. As mentioned earlier, Bitcoin will somehow reach its final number somewhere in 2140. Third is their revolutionary property. You have more control of what is going on in your account and how the system works and operate. This is due to the decentralized network of peers which keeps a consensus on account balances and the transactions made. As compared to your physical bank account, which can be changed and controlled by people you don’t see and governed by rules you don’t even know? 2-0 – The Types Of Cryptocurrency Available The world of cryptocurrency has always revolved around Bitcoin until recently, when virtual currencies has served a very important purpose in the investment realm and people start flocking to cryptocurrencies as compared to fiat currencies. Believe it or not, aside from Bitcoin, there are over 800 cryptocurrencies! However, we will only discuss the top 5 most prominent currencies in the market. The 5 cryptocurrencies are: 1. Bitcoin 2. Ethereum 3. Litecoin 4. Monero 5. Ripple Firstly, is Bitcoin. This is the first ever cryptocurrency invented and remains by far the most sought after cryptocurrency to date. Bitcoin is known as the digital gold standard in the cryptocurrency network. As explained in the previous module, Bitcoin is the pioneer of Blockchain Technology that made digital money possible. It is the first ever decentralized peer-to-peer network powered by its users without any central authority or middleman which means, no unnecessary costs are included in the digital money transaction. Over the years of Bitcoin’s existence, its value has fluctuated tremendously from zero to over $2000 per bitcoin to date. Its transaction volume has also reached 200,000 daily transactions. One major advantage that it has over other crypotcurrencies is bitcoins are impossible to counterfeit or inflate. The reason being there are only 21 million bitcoins created for mining, no more no less. Therefore it is predicted by 2140, all bitcoins will already be mined. Thanks to its blockchain technology, you have ultimate control over your money and transactions without having to go through a third party such as the bank or Paypal. Bitcoin transactions are also impossible to be reversed. Therefore, you should only deal with trusted parties as Bitcoin is also used as a means for cyber-crime like dark net markets or ransomware. Media companies and investment firms in South Korea, India, Australia and Japan have started discussing on how Bitcoin may surpass the value of certain fiat currencies in the future as an alternative monetary system. ABC News, a national news service in Australia have also reported recently it is likely for Bitcoin to replace even the USD in the next 10 years if it sustains its current exponential growth. The second most popular currency is Ethereum. Created by Vitalik Buterin, it has scored itself the second spot in the hierarchy of cryptocurrencies. This digital currency launched in 2015 is predicted to surpass Bitcoin and may be the cryptocurrency of the future. Ethereum is currently worth $279 since its launch. Is Ethereum similar to Bitcoin? It is in a way, but not really. Like Bitcoin, Ethereum is a part of a blockchain network. The main difference between the two currencies is that Bitcoin blockchain focuses on tracking ownership of the digital currency while Ethereum blockchain focuses on running the programming code or network. Instead of having to build an entirely original blockchain for each new application, Ethereum enables the development of thousands of different applications in a single platform. In the Ethereum blockchain, miners work to earn Ether. Ether is a crypto token that helps run the network. Another use of the Ethereum blockchain is its ability to decentralize any services that are centralized. For instance, Ethereum is able to decentralize services like loans provided by banks, online transactions using Paypal as well as voting systems and much more. Ethereum can also be used to build a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO). A DAO is a fully autonomous organization without a leader. DAOs are run by programming codes on a collection of smart contracts written in the Ethereum blockchain. DAO is designed to replace the structure of a traditional organization and like Bitcoin, eliminating the need for people and a centralized control. What are the most obvious benefits of Ethereum? Firstly, a third party cannot make any changes to the data. The system is also tamper and corruption proof. This is because Ethereum is built based on a network formed around a consensus as a result, making censorship impossible. Secondly, just like Bitcoin, Ethereum is backed up by secure cryptography. Therefore, the applications are well protected against any form of hacking. The third cryptocurrency is Litecoin. When the currency was first launched in 2011, it aspired to be the ‘silver’ to Bitcoin’s ‘gold’. Litecoin also recorded the highest market cap of any other mined cryptocurrency, after Bitcoin after its launch. The main reason of Litecoin’s creation is to make up what Bitcoin lacked. The main difference between Litecoin and Bitcoin is the 2.5 minute time to generate a block for Litecoin, as opposed to Bitcoin’s 10 minutes. For miners and technical experts, the Litecoin possesses a very important difference to Bitcoin, and that is a more improved work algorithm which speeds up the hashing power and system altogether.

By mastering the art of a Facebook group, you will be poised to use the biggest social media platform to your advantage. That, my friends, is the perfect example of the benefits of technological assimilation. What Are Facebook Groups and Why Are They Important? September 26, 2006, is a somewhat important date in the annals of internet history. On that day, Facebook became available to anyone over the age of 13 with a valid email address. Originally designed as a centralized website where the students of Harvard University could connect for academic and social reasons, Facebook soon spread like wildfire. The idea the connectivity inherent in internet technology could be used to connect disparate people in real time was not new. Various other platforms were available that did this is one form or another, e.g. chatrooms and instant messaging provided by AOL, Compuserve and others. However, no one had yet integrated a way to combine chat and integrated visuals into one smooth package. This is what made Facebook a game changer. Within hours of being started, Facebook had 1500 users on the Harvard campus. In less than one month, half of the graduate and undergraduate population of Harvard were Facebook users. Three months later, Facebook had expanded to include the populations of Yale, Stanford and Columbia Universities. The remaining Ivy League schools were next, followed by nearly every university in the United States and Canada. Universities in the UK and Europe were next, followed by the rest of the world. This phenomenal growth did not go unnoticed by the media. By the time September 26, 2006, rolled around, the non-academic members of the general public were lined up, eager and ready to give Facebook a spin. So when Facebook did open it's doors to the public at large, what was, until then, a phenomenal growth rate quickly became unprecedented. In eleven months, Facebook experienced an extraordinary monthly growth rate of over 178%. By August of 2008, Facebook had 100 million worldwide users. In the coming years, that growth rate continued unchecked. By July of 2010, Facebook exceeded 500 million users. In September of 2012, there were 1 billion people worldwide who used Facebook regularly. Today, Facebook's numbers continue to be impressive. The site has, on average, 1.86 billion monthly users and 1.23 billion users who are active on a daily basis. No matter how you cut it, that's a whole lot of traffic. The number one billion gets tossed around a lot, so much so that it becomes meaningless. So, here's a quick stat that will help you to pull Facebook's enormous reach into focus - if Facebook's average daily users were a country, that country would be the most populous nation on Earth. That's a lot of people, which translates to a lot of eyeballs that could be looking at what you're interested in promoting. That last sentence puts what makes Facebook so valuable when it comes to marketing and promotion. Nearly a sixth of the world's total population gathers in one place each and every day. If you have a Facebook presence, then a portion of that enormous population will invariably see your presence and take note of what it is that you're promoting. In short, a Facebook presence means awareness, engagement and, ultimately, conversion. So, how do you get an active Facebook presence? One of the best ways is by starting, promoting and maintaining a Facebook group. A Facebook group is primarily a place where people who share a specific interest, hobby, problem or concern can gather and exchange information, tips and connect. Members of the group can ask and answer questions, post photos, and videos and follow conversations that interest them. A Facebook group is sort of like a private club. Interest drives membership and interest keeps the individual members engaged. As a Facebook group owner, you are the proprietor of the club. You, more or less, run the place. You can decide who gets into the club. You can lead the discussion within the club, and you can remove any members who you find problematic. More importantly, a Facebook group allows you, the group owner, to connect directly with the membership of the group. Every time you post content, a message regarding the content, as as well as link to the content, is sent directly to every member's email inbox. Having the ability to connect at will to a relatively captive audience is the key to understanding the importance of a Facebook group. Facebook groups matter because they tap into the tremendous amount of traffic that Facebook generates on a daily basis. Month after month, Facebook's traffic beats the next three most popular social media platforms combined. Facebook usage accounts for one in every six minutes spent online. This constant flow, while slightly intimidating, represents tremendous potential. All demographics are represented in a cross section of Facebook users. For example, people of every age use Facebook on a regular basis. 82% of 18 - 29-year-olds, 79% of 30 - 49-yearolds and 56% of 50-year-olds and up are regular Facebook users. Even more importantly, Facebook use is intergenerational. 83% of parents with a child between the ages of 13 and 18 are friends with their child on Facebook. Other demographic statistics show an equal amount of penetration by Facebook. The gender split between Facebook users is relatively even. 44% of all users identify as women, and 56% identify as men. Marital status is also even, with 39% of users reporting themselves and married and 39% reporting themselves as single. It's when we come to education that Facebook's demographic begins to show some disparity. 62% of Facebook users report some level of college education. On the other hand, a much smaller 30% report state high school as their highest level of education. The remaining 8% report some level of postgraduate education. As a Facebook group owner and administrator, your primary responsibility is to identify and understand your audience. The fact that Facebook's traffic reaches broadly across so many demographic boundaries increases the chances that you will be able to meet that responsibility. In a bit, we're going to be getting into the specifics of how to start and promote a group. At the risk of getting a little ahead of ourselves, Facebook provides group owners with free analytics that help owners understand what attracts and engages an audience. By digging into these statistics, an owner can narrowly focus their efforts on exactly the type of content that is guaranteed to resonate with their target audience. The analytic tools will also help them to define who their primary audience members are. This is invaluable when you are attempting to dominate a very narrow and defined niche market.

As you read through this chapter, you may start to come up with potential product ideas. Jot them down, so you have something to brainstorm and work from throughout the coming chapters. The main reason digital products are such a great way to make offers to your target audience, your website visitors, blog readers, and email subscribers is that they are products you can create yourself. There's no overhead. There's no long product development and testing process. There's no warehouses and shipping department to worry about. They are products that your customers purchase online and then download. I ’m sure you’ve come across plenty of free and paid digital products already. They are the short reports or audio/video recordings you get as a "Thank You" for signing up for someone’s email list. It’s the eBook you bought on a website ages ago to learn how to get your baby to sleep through the night. It's the video tutorial course you signed up for to figure out how to use Facebook ads. And of course, the report you're reading right now is a digital product. I n essence, digital products are bought and downloaded online. Most of them are information products. The big advantage is that they are created once and can then be sold again and again. This means that a digital product business is very scalable. Once you have your product, it’s not much harder to sell 1,000 copies than it is to sell 5. That’s what makes it so attractive to online marketers and solo entrepreneurs. It’s not terribly complicated to get into the information product business, yet you can scale it up to make big money by creating more products and reaching larger and larger audiences. 6 With information products, you end up spending a fairly short amount of time in the beginning to create your product, and then shift focus and spend almost all your time marketing it going forward. Until you're ready to create the next product. This is a very good thing because it allows you to focus on and learn how to do this one step at a time. It's yet another reason why it is such a good type of product to produce. Let's wrap this first chapter up with a quick look at the different types of digital products out there. What they all have in common is that they are a way to share content and information with the people who are looking for it or need it to reach their goals. EBooks and Short Reports One of the easiest digital products for most people to create is an eBook or short report. The eBook you're reading right now is the perfect example of this. The content is usually written in a text editor or word processor like Google Docs, or Microsoft Word. It is then turned into a pdf and uploaded to the web. Customers can then download the pdf after they purchase the product. The big advantages of this type of product are that it’s easy to create with software most of us have and are comfortable to use. It’s also easy to change and update the product down the road. You simply go back to your original Word document, changing it as needed, creating a new pdf, and uploading it to replace the old version. If your preferred method of content creation is writing, this is the way to go. Audio Books and Audio Courses I f you’re not comfortable typing out your product, or you know that your target audience prefers to listen to content over reading it, audio products can be a great choice. They also make a high-value addition to your written eBook. Record yourself reading your eBook for an audio book component to your digital product that adds a lot of perceived value. Another option is to create an audio course where you walk students through each lesson in audio recordings. You can create checklists and handouts to go along with the audio content. Video Courses And Webinars A third option is creating video products. You can create a video course and record each lesson either via screen capture software or by recording yourself talk using your webcam, phone, or even your digital camera. You edit and upload these videos to your site and deliver them to your customers who can either download or stream the videos. If you go this route, I recommend you create short individual lessons over one long video. It makes it easier to upload, download, and consume. It also makes it much easier for you to go back and change one little video instead of the whole thing when you need to make changes. Of course, live webinars and webinar recordings make another attractive video product. You invite your customers to join you live and then also provide them with the recording later. It's a fun format that allows you to create your digital content on the fly and interact with your target audience. Checklists And Printables Last but not least let’s talk about a quick and easy product you can create out of checklists and printables. People like things that make their lives easier from printable meal plans and shopping lists to checklists for setting up their first blog. Tap into this need by compiling the information and presenting it in an easy to use format. Checklists and printables also make great addition or bonuses to any other digital products. Of course, this isn't a complete list of what you can do with digital information products. You could also create apps or software, develop custom spreadsheets and the likes. It's simply a list of some of the most common and easy to create digital products. It's a starting point for you, and of course, you can mix and match these products to fit your needs and those of your target audience. Which brings us to chapter two which is where we'll explore what your potential customers want and need. What Does Your Audience Want And Need Now that you know a little more about the different types of digital products you can create, you may be tempted to jump in, pick a format, and get to work. There's one more piece of information you need first, which is what your audience wants and needs. It's important to realize that the two aren't always the same. What your audience wants and what they need to know or work on next can be related, but can also be very different. For example, your potential customers may want an easy way to add an extra $1,000 to their bottom line, but that they need a way to build a list so they can get more repeat business. In that case, your goal is to sell them a product that teaches them how to make an extra grand with a mailing list. But let's not get ahead of ourselves. Before you can get into your audience's wants and needs, you need to know who your target audience and ideal customers are. Define Your Target Audience Your first job is to figure out who your target audience is. Once you know that, you’ll have a much better idea of what your product should be about and even what format will work best for the majority of your potential customers. Start with the niche you’re in and then sub-niche it and get as specific as possible. For example, you may decide to create content and information products for local small businesses. You can get even more specific and decide that you want to work with people who have a web presence but are looking for ways to increase their business and their bottom line through online channels. They are the local restaurants, realtors, hair salons, flower shops, etc. who want to learn how to grow a list, get email subscribers into the store, grow their reach on social media, and make it easy to be found online through a Google search. That's the kind of specific picture of your target audience that you want to create. In this scenario, you may also want to define them as people who are interested in learning how to do these things themselves instead of hiring a social media and email manager. There’s a big difference between the two and one group will be interested in your info products, while the other is looking or a “done for you” service. Solve A Problem Or Entertain There are two big motivators that get us to purchase a digital product. One is entertainment, and the other is problem-solving. Think about the digital products you've bought in the past. Your Netflix subscription and most of the books on your Kindle are there to entertain you. This guide on digital product creation, on the other hand, helps you solve to problem of making money online (or at least part of the problem). As you start to think about other digital products you've bought, you'll quickly see that they all neatly into one of these two categories. Every once in a while a product may hit on both, but that's rare and not always possible to do.

Before you start using your account, let’s cover the Pinterest terminology you’ll need to know, so you don’t stumble around. 1. Boards You can think of Boards as bulletin boards you might put up around your house. This is where you post new content that you find interesting, helpful or inspiring (or all three) Boards are based on categories. For example, you may have a Board called “Low-Carb Desserts.” Every low-carb dessert recipe, how-to, etc. would be posted to that board. Boards keep you organized and help people find your content. 2. Secret Boards These are “bulletin boards” that are private—ideas you want to collect, but don’t want to share with your followers. No one can see these posts unless you make them public later. 3. Group Boards These boards are used by multiple pinners. These are great if you are launching a new product line with another business, for example, or are collaborating on a project. 4. Pin A Pin is the “post” you add to your boards. The focal point is an image that includes are redirected link to an external webpage, such as a landing page, blog post, video, etc. 5. RePin Repinning is what someone does when they save one of your Pins to one of their boards. This is the way Pinners share other people’s pins with their friends and followers. It’s like “Sharing” on Facebook or “Retweeting” on Twitter. 6. Comments and Likes These are the same as on other social media channels, such as Facebook. You can leave a comment on pins you find interesting, or you can click “like” to show you find the pin helpful or interesting. 7. Pin It Button This is a widget or plugin you add to your website to make it easy for visitors to pin your articles to one of their Boards. They just click the Pin It Button, and the article is pinned for them to view later. Utilizing Keywords on Pinterest Keyword phrases make the world go round, and that extends to Pinterest. You should take the time to locate the best keyword phrases so you can utilize them in multiple places, including your profile, boards, and pins. As with all keywords, you want to choose words your target audience will use when searching for the products and services you have. And you can do this right inside Pinterest. Do this before you start creating boards so you can make your content easy to find. Just like SEO with Google, you want to get as specific as possible with your keywords. Keyword phrases are actually much better than single words, just like on Google. First, go to the Search box on Pinterest and start typing in a keyword. Pinterest will auto populate to show you which keyword phrases that begin with those first words are most popular. You can choose these keywords to add to various locations to make your content super searchable. There are several places you’ll want to add your keywords to get the best optimization. Here are places you’ll want to include these keywords: On your profile • Immediately after your business name, so people can quickly see what you do and what you can do for them. • In your bio. A common template for including keywords in your bio is simply: “I help __________ to __________ by __________. Learn more/Click here/Sign up for my free thing: [your URL].” On your boards • In the name of your board—Don’t use cutesy phrases to name your boards. Those won’t be used for searching. Remember, the whole purpose of using Pinterest to market your business is to be introduced to new potential fans and customers. • In the description of your board—Don’t leave these blank. Many business owners do, but this is prime real estate You can either list out your keywords in the description or write them up in a paragraph*. Either way, use this space Pinterest gives you 500 characters, so you should have plenty of space. *Right now there is no penalty for “keyword stuffing” your descriptions, though this could change in the future. For this reason, it may be best to write up a cohesive paragraph that includes your keywords rather than listing them. On your pins • You now only have 50 characters to provide a description on pins, so you will need to think carefully about how to create an inviting description that also includes keywords. Some business Pinners list several of their keywords in the description area instead of a description. You might try both and see which has the most impact. On your pin images • Doing this can give you a definite competitive edge. If many businesses don’t even fill out their board descriptions, how many of them do you think add keywords to their images? That’s right. Not many. Adding keywords to your pin images gives them an extra push up on the search ranking with Pinterest and on search engines. To do this, simply change the name of the image to include meaningful keywords that someone might search for. On your blog posts • Include the same keywords in your blog post title and body you used in the Pinterest pin and pin images. This actually boosts the results rankings within Pinterest, as well as on search engines Many business owners don’t know that. They sometimes use conflicting keywords in their blog post and pins. Keeping them the same gives your pins a bump up in ratings, so they will be seen more often by a wider audience. Set up your boards Now that you know how to optimize your boards (and the rest of your account), it's time to set up your boards. Many Pinterest marketing gurus recommend setting up on 10 in the beginning and then adding to them as you go. This will provide your followers with a richer experience than if you add 25 boards, most of which are empty or practically empty. It also keeps you from being overwhelmed at the thought of filling those boards all up. Create your boards using both broad and narrower topics. This will offer the most comprehensive profile that will continue to bring followers back to your profile. Remember to use those keywords as the board names and to include them in your board descriptions so people can easily find you.

Vegan Warrior MRR Ebook

Sample Content Preview Chapter Two: Debunking The Myths S1: In this video, we’ll talk about debunking the myths. S2: There are many different myths about the vegan community that perpetrate society. Some of them are large myths that have spread to the far corners of the world, and some of them are lesser-known myths that could wreak havoc on the community if believed by the general public. We are here to introduce you to these myths right before we debunk them completely. S3: Myth #1: Vegans don’t get enough protein in their diets. S4: This is simply false. While meat and things like eggs and milk are major sources of protein, they are not the only ones. Many of our beloved vegetables have protein, like spinach. One cup of uncooked spinach has around 7 grams of protein. Nut butter has 8 grams of protein per two tablespoons, quinoa has around 9 grams of protein per cup cooked, and one cup of cooked lentils packs a whopping 18 grams of protein! S5: Many research studies have shown, in fact, that both vegans and traditional eaters are usually getting too much protein in their diets. S6: Myth #2: If you can’t eat meat, then you can’t build muscle to become strong. S7: There is so much false in this statement it’s unbelievable. Things like hemp powder and dairy-deprived whey protein sources pack incredible volumes of protein (just like those traditional protein shakes that are beloved to bodybuilders) and the foods listed above are perfect meat protein “replacements” when it comes to taking in the required amount of protein in order to build and keep muscles strong. S8: However, another myth also flows into this point as well: it is possible to get the recommended amount of calcium into a vegan diet without drinking and eating dairy products that will enable someone to keep muscles and bones healthy for the long term. S9: Things like raw nuts, calcium-fortified hemp milk, and cooked greens like broccoli and kale have great amounts of calcium in them per serving. S10: Myth #3: Vegans are weak. S11: First off, what? Secondly, no. NFL defensive lineman David Carter, 6-time Ironman champion John Joseph, and the tennis sisters, Venus and Serena Williams, are all vegans. Need I say more? S12: Myth #4: Vegan diets are not healthy. S13: If fruits, vegetables, non-GMO products, no MSG, and a lack of meat and dairy are somehow unhealthy, then you’ve got me here. However, I highly doubt a diet that comes recommended by oncologists for certain cancer patients is unhealthy. S14: Not only does a vegan lifestyle afford the body more opportunities to acquire micro-and-macronutrients the body needs to operate and survive, it also helps to flush out the toxins and free radicals that have built up within the body that have been deposited by over-processed foods, grain-fed animal meats, and even over-pasteurized dairy products. S15: Myth #5: You will have to supplement holes in your diet with vitamins if you go vegan, which will end up costing you more money. S16: Alright, let’s break this one down: supplements for holes in the diet. A vegan diet has been scientifically researched and measured against dozens of other diets, and it has come out on top time and time again as the most nutrient-dense diet on the planet. S17: The only reason people who attempt a vegan eating lifestyle and end up having to supplement with vitamins is because they are simply cutting out animal products and dairy. That is only half the battle. The other part is then replacing those things you have removed with things you can then ingest. S18: This idea of supplements costing you money, which makes a vegan diet somehow unattainable because of the hit your pocketbook takes is simply absurd. S19: A basic multivitamin that houses anywhere between 30 and 60 once-a-day pills is anywhere between $12 and $15 U.S. dollars on the market. Would you like to tally up how much you currently spend in takeout or fast food? S20: If you adopt a vegan eating lifestyle and remove animal products and dairy, then you have to make sure you replace those foods. Try other fruits and experiment with other vegetables! S21: Try to broaden your taste buds, and as you do this you will be finding other sources of vital nutrients and vitamins that were otherwise absent from your diet. S22: Myth #6: Veganism is an eating disorder. S23: No, no, no, no, and no. First of all, “veganism” is a lifestyle while “vegan” is a way of eating. “Veganism” is a lifestyle that seeks to exclude all forms of animal cruelty and exploitation. This includes not eating animal products and byproducts, not purchasing clothing made from animal skins, and boycotting news and media outlets that either support or take no stance against animal cruelties. S24: “Vegan” is the eating lifestyle whereby animal products, byproducts and dairies are removed from the diet and replaced with suitable fruits, vegetables, and fortified non-dairy products in order to maintain bodily health and promote a healthy lifestyle. An “eating disorder” is a mentally-based condition that surfaces in physical manifestations of control resulting in an incredibly unhealthy treatment of the body. S25: Myth #7: Veganism is “white.” S26: Apparently, some people believe that a vegan eating lifestyle and “veganism” in general is something that is only perpetrated and truly adopted in white upper middle class communities. Because of this, many people believe that vegans are somehow racist in nature, which is absolute and utter nonsense. How do I know this? Well, refer back to myth #3. If you are not familiar with who any of those athletes are, then we will sit back and wait for you to look them up really quickly.

Im Guide To Viral Marketing PLR Ebook

Sample Content Preview There’s really no limitto the methods in which viral marketing can be implemented. The only criteria is that viewers have the ability to either tell other people about it or to personally pass it along to someone else. Beyond that, the “virus” can pretty much spread itself. Which is exactly what you want to happen. The true benefit of any viral marketing technique is the fact that you only need to set it in motion once. From that point on, it becomes a word-of-mouth type process that spreads and multiplies on its own. Naturally, you can also continue to independently push, promote, and advertise any viral method on an ongoing basis… Like taking the time to list your free ebook in as many download locations and directories as possible. Or visiting discussion boards and letting the readers know about some ebook, funny video, or free greeting card service you have available (without breaking any of the board rules). Or implementing and improving keyword search engine optimization for pages that are associated with your viral marketing methods (just like you would any of your other website pages). Viral marketing methods -if used properly -can be responsible for the majority of targeted traffic and overall promotion you receive. And of course, the more traffic you receive, themore income you’ll ultimately generate. Viral Marketing Techniques Adhering to the following guidelines will help you achieve the most benefit from viral marketing. First and foremost, you need to provide something that’s both original and interesting. If you want the best viral results, you can’t distribute ebooks that have little or no value in terms of content. Just because it’s free doesn’t mean it can be inferior. Instead, you should view ebooks (or any other viral entity) in the same light as you would a product that you intend to sell. As something worth putting a price on. If it’s not good enough to put a price on, it’s not good enough to use as a viral marketing tool. After all, no one is going to recommend something that has little or no value, much less pass it around to their friends and associates. No matter what you come up with -ebook, report, funny video, greeting card service -make certain it’s something people will want to talk about and share with everyone they know. Otherwise, there won’t be any viral benefit to enjoy. Another important factor involves thinking outside the viral box… The most common method for distributing content is to use free ebooks. But what about audio and video presentations? These two formats in particular have recently gained a great deal of popularity. Take advantage of that fact and you could see a tremendous boost in your viral marketing results. If you create videos, here are two places where you can receive maximum exposure… Google Video https://video.google.com https://upload.video.google.com (submit your video) YouTube https://www.youtube.com You also need to be imaginative with regard to how you get the word out. Here is a list of some of the more creative ways to do that… •Get your product listed on any and all websites that offer free downloads. •If your product is an ebook, submit it to as many ebook directories as possible. •Create a version of your product that people can brand with their own information prior to distribution. •Let product owners know that you have a free product available, one they can include in their bonus package. •Locate large giveaway packages. Many of them have open submission, allowing owners to include their products along with all the other offers listed there. •Sell your viral product on eBay for a small fee which includes rights to either resell it or give it away. The goal is to get your viral products in as many hands as possible. The more people who see them, the more they’ll get passed along. And the more they get passed along, the more benefit you’ll achieve.

Normal people can be happy with a regular life. I was different. I felt there was more to life than plodding through a normal existence... I have always been impressed by stories of greatness and power. I wanted to do something special, to be recognized as the best. I saw bodybuilding as the vehicle that would take me to the top, and I put all my energy into it. The point is: knowing what you want from life will fuel you with energy, whether that is wanting what’s best for your family, wanting to achieve creative accomplishments, wanting to reach a certain point in your career… etc. Think about a new parent. Parents have seemingly endless energy and will sacrifice their sleep, their finances and their happiness to look after their children. They can accomplish anything because they have found something greater than themselves. A parent’s love will give them that warrior’s mindset but you can’t rely on just that. In order to accomplish the most and to build the best world for your family and friends, you also need something that is intrinsically motivating to you. In other words, you need a purpose and a goal that doesn’t rely on anyone else – so that even when no one needs you, you still have the strength to pull yourself out of bed and to refuse distractions and unhelpful desires. Once you have your goal, you will find a passion. And once you have a passion you will find that you have endless energy and drive and that you even speak with more conviction and greater charisma. Did you know that we gesticulate more when we speak about something that we’re passionate about? That’s because we are now speaking with our entire bodies – our body language is congruent with what we are saying. And did you know that when people see us speak in that way, they actually rate us as more charismatic? More inspiring? And better leaders? When we really believe in what we are saying, we will be more efficient at getting others to believe it. This is how movements are started and this makes us far more attractive and magnetic. And with your goal and your objective, you will better be able to make decisions and to avoid unnecessary distractions. You will be more decisive and you will be more impressive. Why? Because you can consider every decision through the following lens: ‘does this help me to achieve my goals’? If the answer is no, then you do something else. What career path should you take? The one that helps you to achieve your overarching goals. What party should you vote for? The one that helps you to fulfil your vision. Goals and the Warriors The point of the goal is to have something that is greater than yourself – something worth fighting for. This single-mindedness is something that was central to the psychology of all of history’s greatest warriors, though it took a very different form. Historically, you had your samurai and your knights. A samurai’s training went to great measures to ensure their loyalty to a ‘shogun’ (a master samurai). They would be willing to die for their shogun, just as a king’s knight would be willing to die for king and for country. Today though, this is dangerous thinking. We are all too aware that our politicians are flawed and we’ve seen how blindly following a leader or a set of beliefs can lead to terrible atrocities. So, what we need to do instead is to create our own set of values and principles. Rules to live by and a goal or a vision to strive for. This can change but we must never let others force us to act against our code. Unfortunately, there is no objectively ‘correct’ way to approach life. We don’t know why reality exists, what is waiting for us on the other side (if anything) or what the meaning of life is. Therefore, it is up to each of us to make our own way by assessing our own values, principles and rules to live by. Finding Your Goal So, let us start with finding a goal, something greater than yourself to strive toward. A purpose that you will be an instrument in accomplishing. So this might mean that you set about changing the world for the better. Maybe you want to put an end to world hunger, maybe you want to help slow down global warming, or perhaps you are interested in becoming a rock star or a musician. Maybe you just want to get rich. No goal is ‘wrong’, it is simply having a goal and something to be passionate about that will give you the fuel and the fire to keep going no matter what. Goals start with visions. So visualize the way you want life to be 5 or 10 years for now. Picture where you are, what your surroundings are, who you are with, what you’ve accomplished. This should be a vision that makes you excited and energized – your perfect life. For inspiration, consider the times in your life you were happiest, consider what you wanted to be as a child and picture some of your role models and what you can perhaps learn from them. This is what you will picture in order to drive yourself toward change and toward greatness. This is what will get you out of bed in the morning. And then on top of that, you are going to structure yourself goals – smaller, more measurable steps that will help you to reach that point. Creating Your Own Code of Ethics On top of this, you will build your own code of ethics. Your idea of what you consider to be ‘living well’ and ‘doing the right thing’. Again, this doesn’t have to be your conventional set of rules. It might be that you don’t agree with some aspects of the law. Some well-known philosophers are known for views that stray from conventional ideas about ethics and morality. Take Ayn Rand for example, who believed that morality comes from what makes them happiest. She said: Man has no automatic code of survival…. His senses do not tell him automatically what is good for him or evil, what will benefit his life or endanger it, what goals he should pursue and what means will achieve them, what values his life depends on, what course of action it requires. Man must choose his actions, values and goals by the standard of that which is proper to man - in order to achieve, maintain, fulfill and enjoy that ultimate value, that end in itself, which is his own life. She believed that individual morality should be based on what makes that individual happiest. That means working on things that you love, improving yourself and protecting the ones you care about… who in turn make you happier. Rand would suggest that we should look after our families and our loved ones, pursue our passions and our self-betterment and that way contribute to society. Whatever you believe your code to be, you write it down and then commit to stick to that code. That way, you won’t be persuaded by other people, you will be able to fight for your values and people will know where they stand with you. That said, you also shouldn’t be afraid to evolve and adapt your ideas over time. That is why it is so important to keep reading and keep learning. Keep up to date with politics and what is going on in the world, read philosophy and reassess your values. There is no value in sticking to one set of goals or principles indefinitely and refusing to readdress them, as ultimately this becomes a ‘lie’ as much as any other You should not vote a certain way because you have always voted a certain way. And you should not be afraid to reassess the way that you feel about certain aspects of your code.

It will take a little time and perhaps some up-front investment in order to actually create your product but from there you'll then be able to generate income without having to reinvest anything. Unlike selling physical products, there's no need to invest in inventory and stock or in manufacturing and material costs. You don't even pay for delivery! Apart from a couple of fees (such as PayPal fees), the money you generate from digital products is almost 100% profit. And what this also means is that when you don't sell anything, it doesn't cost you anything. There's zero risk here. In the best case scenario you will earn huge amounts of money while you sleep and potentially be able to quit your day job and buy that yacht. In the worst case scenario, you'll occasionally get the odd $50 that you can spend on a nice meal without feeling guilty. Furthermore, because there's no risk and no cost involved in building digital products, there's no reason that you can't build 50 of them. This then completely removes the 'luck' aspect and means that as long as you have the time to invest, you can pretty much guarantee that you're going to succeed. Is your ebook or app only selling a copy every week? Fine – then make seven and you now have at least one sale each week. Chances are though that with seven ebooks, one of them will be a big hit… What's more, once your books are on JVZoo, you'll have thousands of people trying to help you sell them. This is a huge advantage and means you aren't even putting in the work yourself in order to do the marketing. Even that is auto generated! Hopefully you're now starting to see what an amazing opportunity this really is and how perfect a business model too. This is an amazing opportunity and really it's right there for the taking. The only reason that more people aren't taking advantage is either that they don't know about it or they don't realize how hard it really is to fail. Types of Digital Products You Can Start Creating Are you stoked yet? Great! Now let's stop flapping our gums and look at what digital products are actually out there for you to create and sell. This is the first decision you'll make and it's going to have a big impact on how your business runs moving forward. A digital product is of course anything you can sell that has no 'physical' element. Each option has its own strengths and weaknesses and will be more or less suited to particular types of people. Here are each of the main categories and their pros and cons… Ebooks When you say 'digital product', ebooks are the first thing that will come to mind for many people. This is the prototypical digital product and it has many advantages over other options. For starters, ebooks are particularly easy to make. All this really is a Word document that's converted to a PDF with some images and fancy formatting. If you can write or you can afford to hire a writer, you can create an ebook. What's more, because ebooks usually contain actionable information and advice, they are actually very easy to sell. Ebooks promise to make our lives better by helping us to get richer, smarter or fitter, or by teaching specific skills. This gives them a very clear 'value proposition' and a great emotional hook – a fitness ebook is easy to sell as long as you focus on the fact that it's going to make your readers succeed with the opposite sex, feel confident and energetic and look amazing. Who wouldn't want that for $30? On the downside, there are a lot of ebooks out there which means you'll be going up against tough competition in a saturated marketplace. Unfortunately, the quality of ebooks can vary greatly which means some buyers aren't all that trusting of them. Finally, to be successful an ebook really needs to offer something genuinely useful and new. If you have a skill, then selling an ebook is great. If you have some unique experience, then again ebooks are easy. If you lack those things though, then you might struggle to fill all those pages. Software Software lies at the other end of the spectrum compared with ebooks. Unlike ebooks, software is not 'easy' to create and will generally require at least a fair amount of technical knowledge. There are 'app building' programs out there but none of them will give you the control you need to build something really unique, powerful and functional. On the other hand though, creating software means fulfilling a specific function that people will be looking for. And if you come up with something new and fulfill a need/niche in the market, you can potentially be the first to market with something new and thus have no competition. You'll also find it's easier to generate buzz and media coverage for software versus yet another ebook. The drawback with software is that it tends to involve a bit more work on your part. Other than the initial challenge of coming up with an idea and actually creating the code, you'll then have to provide ongoing support for those with technical issues as well as creating regular updates to keep up with the competition. Software can broadly be split into lots of categories – from desktop software, to apps, to computer games. Again, each of them has specific advantages and disadvantages. Courses and Video Tutorials In between software and ebooks are courses and video tutorials. These basically fulfill the same function as ebooks but in a slightly different way. Selling a course can mean lots of different things. It will often mean an email sequence that teaches lessons to the recipients on a regular basis. Alternatively though it could be a series of videos that can be downloaded or it can be a large package containing lots of types of media. Some courses include videos, documents, ebooks, graphics, software and more which all combine to provide a multimedia experience. These sorts of courses take longer to create but provide more value, meaning that you can sell them for more. That higher price tag will be a little off-putting for some people though, so you'll need to have established some authority already in your niche and you'll need a high quality website that is capable of really selling you as a consummate professional. Of course there are many more different types of product out there to create and sell, but these three categories will cover the majority of options that beginners would be interested in. This is a great place to start and especially for your first product.

Table Of Contents Chapter 1: Unpack Your Mind Chapter 2: What The Brain Loves Chapter 3: The Mind Needs Sustenance Chapter 4: Reward Learning Chapter 5: Reflect Sample Content Preview Synopsis It's helpful to appreciate some of the precepts that underlie the operating systems of your mind. The Brain Loves… The brain enjoys exploring and making sense of the world. You're brain is constantly seeking to build new networks, to process and store knowledge. Your mind is ceaselessly seeking to make sense of what it goes through. Your brain is continually looking for fresh data, for fresh experiences. It’s very determined. A crucial outcome is that, to see to it that your brain is powered up; you have to give it as many fresh things as possible, as well as the time to make sense of them. A different practical outcome is that, like any adventurer, your mind tends to do better when it has a map or at any rate knows where it's going! The mind likes to make connections. The brain learns is by creating connections. Axons and dendrites link together to enable meaning and learning to flow from one nerve cell to another. As a matter of fact, your brain is so great at making connections that it will frequently attempt to fill in the gaps even when it's missing data. You watch a cat moving along behind a fence and, while part of the cat’s body is hidden by the spots in the fence, your brain fills out the rest and believes it's watching a complete cat. Or when somebody tells us a half-truth or merely gives us partial information, our mind immediately begins to make up the omitted bits. If you're attempting to solve an issue, this propensity is a positive one. But if you're attempting to communicate to your co-workers or loved ones and only provide part of the story, it may lead to distrust, gossip, and disquiet for others as their brains attempt to fill up the gaps. The mind flourishes on patterns. As your neurons build the same or like connections with one another over time, so patterns are instituted. Pattern making is at the heart of your minds file system, its power to make sense of what it's learned. If you've never watched a lion, the first time one charges at you might think it's some sort of horse. Assuming you come through this ordeal, the next time one lashes out you'll make yourself scarce. Your mind has observed that an animal with a tawny mane and a concerning roar isn't going to be friendly. A pattern has been constituted. All lions coming along in the future will be “filed” in the part of the mind marked “unsafe beasts.” Our power to make patterns is at the heart of our culture. We arrange our communities into homes and streets and towns. We set up road networks. We produce languages and systems of numeration. Interestingly, this really positive attribute may also restrict our potential when particular patterns become deep-seated and we therefore become resistant to change. The mind loves to copy. Allied to pattern making is the minds capacity for imitation. Till a synaptic connection has been made there's no “knowledge,” except what we're born with. The most effective way for connections to be founded is by seeing what other people do and imitating them. So, we learn to speak and talk when we're young by observing and listening to other people. We learn a lot of social traditions by watching. The capability of the mind to mimic other people is crucial. The utilization of role models and modeling particular behaviors at home and at work are potent methods of passing on learning. In the workplace, coaches help to quicken this process of intelligent imitation. In most households, much of the learning takes the form of Imitating other loved ones. Stress isn't good. Your brain has developed from the bottom up. The crudest functions are at the base of your brain, the brain stem. It's here that speedy decisions of life-or-death are taken, those normally named “fight or flight.” If your brain perceives a major menace to your survival, it has to act fast. In practice, it triggers the release of chemicals like adrenaline and noradrenaline (a.k.a. epinephrine and norepinephrine), which place your body into a state of enhanced arousal. Either your arms and legs start to fight your attacker or your legs begin to move quickly as you flee the scene. Once your brain is under grievous stress, it may only think about survival. Blood and energy that would differently be useable for higher-order thinking and learning brain is merely diverted into seeing to it that you live to fight another day. This isn't the same thing as stating that all tension is bad for you. To the contrary, without the challenge on which your mind also thrives, you merely wouldn't grow and evolve. However, few individuals find it simple to consider complex issues when they're staring calamity in the face. For effective learning to happen there has to be a balance between elevated challenge and depressed threat. Synopsis If this were a user’s guide to a piece of electric equipment like a PC, then early on there would be a little advice on setting it up and looking after it. So, what about the mind? How you ought you feed and care for it? Learn To Take Care There are 2 kinds of revolutions taking place today. The 1st is the explosion of wellness and fitness centers and gyms, the growth of healthy, frequently organic food, and the bearing of water bottles as a life-style item. The 2nd is the flourishing empire of cafés and the ever-increasing sum of packaged food with elevated levels of sugar and salt. While the 1st of these is plainly positive for your brain, the 2nd may be unhelpful. You might be questioning if there's a magic, brain-friendly meal or diet that will heighten the way you utilize your brain. Unhappily this isn’t the case, but there are a few useful precepts that you are able to apply. Your brain, like the remainder of your body, flourishes on a balanced diet. The 3 key principles with respect to food are: 1 Hydration 2 Balance 3 small and frequently. The first precept is that your brain requires to be fully hydrated to work effectively. You have to drink several liters of water daily for your brain’s “circuitry” to act well, more if you're also consuming food that's diuretic. Many individuals are, in fact, living in a state of partial dehydration in which their brains work well below their capability. It's hard to power up your brain if its circuitry lacks the H2O it requires to function effectively. Secondly, you require a balanced diet. Not amazingly, different foods have different effects. Proteins like egg, yogurt, fish, poultry, and pork bear the amino acid tyrosine. This is broken up to produce 2 useful chemicals called neurotransmitters, norephrine and dopamine, which both raise alertness and the effective performance of memory. More complex carbohydrates like veggies, rice, and fruit produce the amino acid tryptophan, which slows up the brain. Fats bring about acetylchline, which, in fair amounts, is good for your memory and for the overall wellness of your neural networks. We tend to eat too much fat. We likewise eat too much sugary food. Simple carbohydrates like sugars give you a prompt burst of energy, while, as those who take care how they blend their foods will recognize, it depends what you have with them as to precisely how they affect you. Salts are crucial to the healthy functioning of all cells. However, most individuals eat too much sodium. Caffeine, taken from coffee or tea, is widely loved the world over. It's a stimulant. The brain becomes awake over a short period, explaining why coffee helps to keep you awake. Too much coffee, nevertheless, stimulates dizziness, headaches, and trouble in concentrating. Coffee is likewise a diuretic, so for each cup you drink you need at least 2 of water. Assorted additives commonly found in processed food impact the brain adversely. This is most marked when you're young: for instance, there's sizable research to connect additives with unhelpful levels of hyperactivity in students, at an age when their brains are much more requiring of energy and must have great food and drink to produce this. We require a balanced diet of all the ingredients above. For a lot of us this means eating lower fat, less salt, and less sugar, and drinking less coffee. For a few of us it might mean reviewing the amount of protein we eat. And for many of us it means eating more fresh fruit and veggies.
