My interest in personal transformation started way back in 1986. At that time, I was still a medical student. There were not as many gurus then compared to now and good self help books and resources were hard to come by.
But I was determine to make a success of my life, so I lay my hands on whatever books and resources I could find and learned from all of them. I had an open mind and that, I realized, was critically important for my success today. Once I learned the “secrets” of success, I immediately put them into practice. Pretty soon, I was reaping the rewards of my faith in what I have learned.
The one thing I learned was that these secrets of success were not secrets at all. Anyone who has learned this knowledge and put it into practice in his or her life will DEFINITELY create a success for himself or herself. All these secrets are nothing but universal laws, and being universal laws they are predictable and replicable.
It works for everyone!
Anyone who wants to transform himself or herself needs to start with this knowledge. This book provides you with that critical knowledge.
The knowledge presented here is not new, of course. In fact, it is old – very old – thus I called this knowledge ancient wisdom. These are the teachings handed down to us from mystics and sages of old. Their wisdom is timeless. What I have done here is to present it in a modern way that you can easily understand.
There is an old saying:
WHEN THE STUDENT IS READY, THE TEACHER WILL APPEAR
I believe in it and I believe that you did not come across this book by chance. It happens because you attracted it into your life.
However, here’s a word of caution.

Dear Marketer,
You are about to learn the tools and resources I use every day in my business.
In many cases I will explain why I use them or why I refer them. You may find that some of them are not of the norm such as GoDaddy.com etc. If that is the case, I will explain why.
Also note that these ARE biased reviews. These are based on what I have found to work for my online business and truly feel that it can help you.
There will also be a few resources that I fully back yet may not use. If that is the case, I will let you know the reason. It may simply be for reasons that I have developed my own solutions; however, these resources are the ones I recommend on a daily basis to my friends, staff, clients and customers, caching students, and prospects.
Let me also state that many of the solutions are not free although many people will tell you that there are ways to get many of these items for free. In this case, I have found that the free services are not of the quality I was looking for and for the long term would simply not deliver what I require for a real business. I will however, do my best to also list places for you to get similar resources for free. Keep in mind, I strongly suggest going for the paid options in lieu of the free resources if your budget allows for it.
And finally, these resources are based on my preferences. For instance, I like MS Front Page and about half of the marketers prefer it as well. There will be heated discussions online all the time that tools such as Nvu or Dreamweaver are better. This really comes down to personal preferences and ease of use. There is no right or wrong here, only what works best for you in function and budget. I will do my best to give your not only what I prefer, but also what many of the other top marketers I know use.

Optimize Online First – Then Go Off! Literally
Website success is a complex art and science, as regular readers of our reports know all too well. To ensure that you get the kind of traffic, attention, ratings, and commercial results you want you need to invest in and manage a wide array of different strategies and tactics.
Something many even seemingly savvy Internet entrepreneurs don’t even think about is the huge opportunity out there to leverage all the traditional media that has always been used for marketing and advertising.
All the Old Marketing Ways Work for the Web Too
Consider it. Forget about banners and links and search engines for a second.
Is your Website a marketing tool or a destination in itself? In most cases the answer is both. So if you think of your Website as your online “storefront,” which it may very well be literally, think for a minute of all the ways businesses have always advertised and marketed themselves, before the Internet even came along:
• Print ads
• TV
• Radio
• Inserts
• Magazine and newspaper articles
• Classifieds
• Direct mail
• Direct response
• Local “distribution” channels
In this report we’ll explore each of these, and how you can use them right now to improve the performance and results for your online business.
Before we go “back to the future” of advertising and marketing, first you want to be sure you optimize your site itself.

1. Where Does Website Traffic Come From?
If you own a website and is interested to generate traffic to it, then it is important to know where does website traffic come from.
First some statistics. An Ipsos-Reid poll showed that people are starting to rely more heavily on the internet with increases in the frequency of internet usage in North America the UK and Asia. At the time of the poll 72% of Americans were online within the previous month, and that number continues to rise.
How are they finding information on the internet? According to research published by GVU (Graphic, Visualization and Usability Center), most users – novice, expert, young, old, male and female – find new websites from two main sources: hyperlinks and search engines. Pew Internet & American Life Project also published statistics about search engine use which indicated that “84% of online American adults have used search engines. That amounts to 108 million people. On any given day, 56% of those online use search engines.”
If a high proportion of traffic is generated through search engines, then understanding more about what search engines consider in order to rank your webpages become very important. Being listed high in the search engines means more people will find you when looking for the product, service or information you provide. Search engines use different methods for determining your position in the listings.
For instance, hyperlinks are links that direct a visitor or search engine to another website or page. When websites provide a link to your site, the search engines deem your site as valuable and this affects your position in the listings.
Two popular methods of getting traffic from search engines include Pay Per Click Advertising (PPC) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

Introduction: Why You Should Have Your Own Home Theater System
Watching a movie on the big screen is usually an enjoyable and fun outing. You can experience all the explosions and heart-stopping excitement like you’re really there. The characters seem larger than life. But sometimes, distractions can take away from this experience. You come back to reality and have to deal with the guy kicking your seat, the baby crying and the crook in your neck from straining to see behind the lady with the fancy hat. Yep, you’ve experienced it: Movie theater madness. But you’re in luck. Today’s technology allows you to bring the experience you love the most about going out to the movies home. Basically, all you need is a TV, a surround sound receiver, speakers, and a VCR or DVD player.
One of the first, most obvious benefits of creating a home theater is saving money. These days, going to the theater is like paying a bill. If you have a typical family of four, tickets can cost more than $25. That’s a lot of money considering you still want to get food. Trying to feed and hydrate a family of four at the movies can be expensive. Before it’s over, you’ve spent more than $50 to watch your favorite movie.
Secondly, creating a home theater saves time. If you have a home theater, there’s no need to stand in long lines. You just walk to your theater room and hit play. It doesn’t get any easier than that. Also, you don’t have to work your schedule around the movie theater’s schedule. Watch the movie any time you want. It will never be sold out. There’s nothing like getting excited about a movie and then get to the counter and it’s sold out; even if it’s not sold out, but at capacity, that is not anything to get excited about. Ever been in an overcrowded theater? Not fun. What’s worse is that you’re jammed in a seat and the stranger sitting next to you refuse to share the armrest. So now you’re stuck and can’t set your drink in the cup holder.

Yuletide - A Season of Celebration
Throughout Europe and into Eurasia, particularly in the Northern climates, winter has been a time of feasting and celebration, the time of yuletide. If you think about it, this actually makes good sense. By the end of November, all of the crops were in, and the deep cold of winter was setting in. Many areas had already seen their first snowfall and could expect to be snowbound until the following spring.
Even in the Midwestern United States, this is the pattern - the heavy work for farmers and livestock people is in the growing and harvesting months. Winter just doesn't allow for a great deal of outdoor work for agricultural people and you sure can't plant or harvest under a couple of feet of snow!
Most historians agree that Christmas probably grew out of Yule festivities. What they don't always agree on is just where the word Yule came from and how it evolved into Christmas.

>> Introduction
Whether you just want to earn some extra change to have a more comfortable life or you want to be a total capitalist pig, the methods in this manual can help you immensely.
Many times we talk about "building a business" - but building a business is not for everyone.
For one, it requires a ton of focus and training.
In this guide you will learn how to get the ball rolling and start making money online ASAP in a risk-free way. And, if you play your cards right (and I'll show you how) you can also "build a business".
You will notice that this guide is not hundreds of pages long – and there's a reason for that. I wonder how “simple” a system really is if it takes someone hundreds and hundreds of pages to explain it to you.
Most Search Engine Optimization or Pay-Per-Click advertising guides are too long. That's because there's a HUGE learning curve with these techniques. The “Traffic Hybrid System” doesn't require any technical knowledge or hundreds of hours of setting it up.
I want you to go through the guide, taking notes when needed.
Then, just follow the quick steps (I have included a summary and a quick-start guide towards the end of this guide) – and start making some money.
I have actually done most of the work for you. I have included text you can copy and paste so that you get others to do the work for you.

Oranges belong to the group of citrus fruits, but they differ from both lemons and grapefruit in that they contain more sugar and less acid. Probably no citrus fruit is used so extensively as oranges. Because of their refreshing sub acid flavor, they are much eaten in their fresh state, both alone and in combination with other foods in numerous salads and desserts.
ORANGE RECIPES
ORANGE PUDDING -1
Take three large Seville oranges, the clearest kind you can get, grate off the out-rhine; take eight eggs, (leave out six of the whites) half a pound of double refined sugar, beat and put it to your eggs, then beat them both together for half an hour; take three ounces of sweet almonds blanched, beat them with a spoonful or two of fair water to keep them from oiling, half a pound of butter, melt it without water, and the juice of two oranges, then put in the rasping of oranges, and mix all together; lay a thin paste over your dish and bake it, but not in too hot an oven.
ORANGE PUDDING -2
Take half a pound of candid orange, cut them in thin slices, and beat them in a marble mortar to a pulp; take six eggs, (leave out half of the whites) half a pound of butter, and the juice of one orange; mix them together, and sweeten it with fine powder sugar, then bake it with thin paste under it.
ORANGE PUDDING -3
Take three or four Seville oranges, the clearest skins you can get, pare them very thin, boil the peel in a pretty quantity of water, shift them two or three times in the boiling to take out the bitter taste; when it is boiled you must beat it very fine in a marble mortar; take ten eggs, (leave out six of the whites) three quarters of a pound of loaf sugar, beat it and put it to your eggs, beat them together for half an hour, put to them half a pound of melted butter, and the juice of two or three oranges, as they are of goodness, mix all together, and bake it with a thin paste over your dish.
