It should be unusual tips, little know strategies, unspoken secrets, etc, so they have value to others. Most information products have less value because the data is more commonly known.

How and Why Teleseminars and Webinars Are Successful
If you are subscribed to any Internet Marketers list, or if you visit marketing sites on a regular basis, the chances are very good that you’ve seen teleseminars or webinars advertised, and you may have even attended such events yourself. Teleseminars and webinars have become extremely popular marketing tools, and with very good reason.
First, the myth that holding such an event is costly is absolutely wrong. While this may have cost a lot in the past, that simply is no longer true, especially in the case of teleseminars. The other reason that there seems to be an explosion of teleseminars and webinars is that they simply work – for whatever purpose they are being held.
Teleseminars and webinars are used to sell products and services, to generate leads for future sales, to build lists, or just to provide value to existing customers. Teleseminars and webinars are also used to create products, since recordings and/or transcripts of such events with great content are very valuable.
In fact, the teleseminar or webinar may be a product themselves if fees are charged for participating in the event. Smart Internet Marketers are building entire businesses on teleseminars and the resulting products, such as transcripts and recordings.
People’s desire to learn about a specific topic is the whole reason that teleseminars exist. Traveling to seminars, where one must attend in person, is very costly. On top of travel costs for rental cars, gasoline, airline tickets, bus tickets, or train tickets, there are the fees to attend the event, hotel costs, and the cost of food while on the trip as well.
But with teleseminars and webinars, the participants never have to leave their homes. That cuts out the cost of travel and a hotel stay right there. Teleseminars and webinars are usually either free or priced low – generally anywhere from $30 to $200 depending on the content – which cuts out another huge expense. Seminars usually cost a couple of thousand dollars to attend, and that is just for the entry fee!
When a person has a desire to learn something, and they know they need to listen to the experts, they start looking for experts who will speak to them on the topic. In the past, this meant locating a seminar on the topic and arranging to attend. Now, they just surf the Internet and look for teleseminars or webinars on their topic.

Introduction
First, let me explain a little about whom I am and why the information I present here is not just a bunch of hyped up crap. I have been working on the Internet since the fall of 1994. Those first years I spent setting up and distributing information to clients while working in the telecommunications industry. I have been building websites for profit since January of 2002, both for my clients and myself. The first two websites I built I sold in the summer of 2004.
From 2002 until early this year I built, or was the webmaster building sites for other people, for over a dozen very different Niche sites. Some were mine but just as many belonged to other people and I did the programming and website design for them. Because of contractual obligations, I cannot divulge these other sites nor can I use any income figures from them. Although I can state that these sites all have made very good money for their owners and still continue to do so today.
In April 2004 several things happened within a weeks time that has literally changed my life. Let me explain what I mean.
What would you do if suddenly, and without warning, your world came crashing down around you?
One day you have a good job, a nice home and good health – so you think. Then you go to the Doctor to find out why your indigestion keeps getting worse and why you’re so tired all the time. You just kept thinking that you were working to hard and probably way too many hours – which you were just to keep your job.
Then you find out you have to have a multiple bypass operation on your heart because you have 90% blockages in two arteries and 50% blockage in three more arteries. After you pick yourself up off the floor from that good news and let that sink in. You think well I better call my boss and tell him I want be in for a couple of months. So you call and tell him what is going on and ask for some time off, without pay of course, for the operation and recovery period.
Well your Boss is all so very understanding and says he hopes you get to feeling better, etc. Then you get the -- “Oh by the way” speech. He proceeds to tell you – “Our company policy is that if you can’t work when, where and how we tell you to work then we don’t need you -- So you’re fired and good luck”!
Now that really gets you in the right frame of mind to be going into surgery doesn’t it?
Well you DO have the best Doctor in three states and you come through the surgery great. Then they move you from the Cardiac Care Unit to your room for a few more days of recovery before they send you home. Everything with your surgery has gone great but now you start worrying about all the bills and finding another job, etc., etc.

Introduction
You may not have considered this before, but if you have ever bought any kind of digital product online – software or an e-book, for example, - then that product came with some kind of ‘rights’ attached to it when you did so. In other words, in buying the product, you also bought the right to use it in some way.
Most commonly, you would just get what are called ‘personal user’ rights with your purchase, so you can use it but you cannot, for example, sell it someone else.
However, there are many products that you will buy online where you are given additional rights with your purchase.
Some products are packaged with Resell Rights, meaning that you can use the product yourself and sell it to others so that they can do the same. Then there are Master Resell Products which give you the license not only to sell the product yourself, but also to pass on that right to sell the product to your customer too.
Finally you have products that come with Private Label Rights or PLR. This is content (most commonly articles, e-books or reports) that can be used as is, or changed and modified before usage entirely as the purchaser desires, in compliance with the product’s PLR license.
Within this PLR product ‘category’ there are even a couple of sub-categories that are defined by the exact ‘levels’ of PLR rights that are granted by the product license. For example, there are some PLR products that allow the purchaser to resell the product but they cannot claim authorship of it when they do so.
However, the vast majority of PLR products that you are likely to come across or buy come with totally unrestricted PLR rights, meaning that you can essentially do whatever you want with them. For the rest of this book, this is the kind of PLR product that I will be talking about.
