Here are a few ways to get started: Be Grateful: Consider keeping a gratitude journal that documents your day-to-day life, paying attention to the blessings in your life and its many joys. It’s easy to take things for granted, so by taking steps to faithfully acknowledge the good times will help you cope when times get tough. Look for the silver lining in problem areas and remember that every lesson in life helps you grow! Express Your Feelings: Don’t bottle up your emotions. It’s normal to feel nervous or worried about the future, but burying your feelings can lead to bitterness, anger and anxiety.  By being open and honest with those in your life that you trust the most, you’ll be better equipped to process those emotions in a healthy way. Let It Go: There’s no point in stressing about the things you can’t change, right? Instead, identify the areas in your life that are beyond your control and learn to let them go.  I know, easier said than done, but if you put an honest effort into trying to let go, you’ll not only minimize your stress levels but you’ll free up time to improve the areas of your life that are in your control. Tip #3: Find Purpose As we age, it’s common for us to get stuck in old habits and routines.  Unfortunately, allowing ourselves to become a creature of habit can restrict us in exploring new hobbies, passions and interests that improve the quality of life. One of the keys to healthy aging is continuing to find meaning, purpose and newfound joys in your life.  It keeps us focused and balanced, our minds sharp and our souls nourished. Here are a few ways to get started: Reconnect with Old Friends:  Think about the people you’ve grown apart from over the years.  Who brought you joy? Who made you laugh?  Who do you miss? Consider the different people that you can reconnect with. Not only will you be able to rehash old memories and fun times, but you’ll be able to make new ones. Pick Up a New Hobby:  Consider taking a class or workshop in an area that you’ve always been interested in, or re-explore a long-neglected hobby from days gone by.  Become Social:  Consider joining Facebook or other social media platforms that make it easy to connect with friends and family.  It’s a great way to stay up to date with loved ones from all over the country. Play Games:  There are hundreds of game-based apps that you can download to your digital devices, or you can play online.  Websites like https://guideforseniors.com/blog/senior-online-games/ offers a list of various interactive games that will offer hours of enjoyment! Expand your Knowledge:  Learn something new, such was a language, crafts, painting or an instrument.  New activities bring joy to life and can help you maintain a healthy brain and memory.  Travel: Consider the many places you’ve always wanted to visit but never had the chance to.  Perhaps now is a great time to plan that dream trip!  Take a Walk: Explore nature and connect with the beauty that surrounds you.  It’s a great way to free your mind, gain inner peace while also getting that fresh air and exercise that your body needs! Write a Memoir:  Everyone has a story that others would love to read. What is yours? Writing a memoir is a great way to revisit some of your favorite memories and will help you reconnect with what truly matters. Tip #4: Get Active Just because you’re getting older doesn’t mean you should transition into a sedentary lifestyle. In fact, it’s quite the opposite because the key to longevity is to become active as possible! No matter how old you are, you will benefit from regular exercise. Not only will it help you stay mobile and flexible, but it can help you effectively manage health problems, boost your immune system and vitality, improve your range of motion and help with mental health.  Here are a few tips: Check with your family doctor prior to starting any exercise program or workout routine.  Make sure that there are no health conditions that may impede your ability to exercise.  Discuss options with your doctor including how long or how often you should exercise as well as the different types of exercises that are safe based on your medical history. Start walking!  It’s a great way to stay fit while not requiring any expensive equipment. Plus, you can start slow and increase your speed and distance as your body adjusts. And if you’re concerned about being out on your own, check with your local community about senior-walks or meet-ups. Don’t Over-Do It: Start off slow, regardless of what exercise you are participating in. Don’t over-exert yourself.  Vary Your Physical Activity: Improve your endurance, strength, flexibility and balance by varying your exercise. Consider light aerobic activities, gardening, walking, water aerobics or yoga sessions designed for seniors. Tip: Consider purchasing a Fitbit or other fitness tracker that keeps track of your steps, distance, calories burned and more. It’s a great way to keep an eye on how much you are doing while also staying motivated.

Artificial Intelligence In Digital Marketing MRR Ebook

Sample Content Preview Machine Learning Machine learning on the other hand works differently. Machine learning utilizes huge data sets in order to gain surprising and almost frightening capabilities at times. Machine learning essentially allows a piece of software to be “trained.” An obvious example of this would be computer vision. Computer vision describes the ability that some machines have to understand visual information. An example is Google Lens, which can tell you what you’re pointing your phone’s camera at, whether that’s a type of flower, or a product you can buy in stores. Computer vision is necessary for self-driving cars to successfully navigate their environments, and it’s used by apps like Snapchat which use filters to change people’s faces. How do these work? By looking at thousands and thousands of pictures of every type of object. While the machine learning algorithm will never understand what it is looking at, it can look for patterns in the data which will then be useful to identify those objects in future. For example, it might notice that faces are typically oval in shape, with a dark patch of hair on top. It then knows that if it sees an oval shape with a dark patch at the top, it’s possibly looking at a face. Machine learning has HUGE potential in just about every field. In future, it can be used to diagnose disease more accurately than a human doctor, to advise on financial decisions, to identify fraudulent bank transfers, and much more. All of this has HUGE potential implications for internet marketing, and that’s what we’ll be exploring in the following chapters. A while ago now, Google announced that it had become an AI-first company. While that might sound like meaningless marketing babble, the truth is that this determination actually has HUGE potential repercussions for marketers, businesses, and SEO. Firstly, what does Google mean by this? Meet the New, Smarter Google You might think of Google as a search-first company. The first product that Google provided was a search engine and this is still what most of us associate with the company. Traditionally, Google’s search engine did not work much like an AI. Rather, search worked by attempting to match search terms with the content in an article. This is why the advice for SEOs was to insert lots of key phrases into their articles, so that Google’s spiders could read that content and quickly identify that it would be a good match for what the person was searching for. As we all know, this didn’t work out perfectly for Google. Lots of unscrupulous “marketers” abused the system by inserted hundreds of search terms into every article, which in turn meant the content Google would show to the user would be garbled and unreadable. That’s why, over time, Google has begun to work more and more like an AI. Now, Google no longer attempts to look for exact keyword matches. Instead, Google tries to answer questions that you ask it. It does this by trying to understand what the user is looking for along with the context, and then to provide relevant answers through its search. RankBrain Google is able to do this through machine learning. Specifically, it uses a form of natural language processing, which Google refers to as RankBrain. RankBrain is at least partly responsible for helping Google to cope with phrases and words that it hasn’t seen before. If RankBrain identifies a word it isn’t familiar with, then it can “guess” what it might mean based on context and based on its usage elsewhere. This helps Google to deal with unusual searches that it hasn’t seen before, without simply matching search terms to content in articles. Search queries are turned into “word vectors”, called “distributed representation.” These are words and phrases that are close to each other in meaning and context. RankBrain will then try to map the query into words it understands, or clusters of similar words. From there, it insinuates what the searcher actually means and is looking for, and provides results on that basis. RankBrain also understands the relationships between words, and the way that they work together. At one point, joining words such as “the” or “and” were ignored by Google. Now Google understands the importance of these phrases and the way in which they impact on the intent of the user. Like all the best machine learning algorithms, RankBrain attempts to improve over time and adapt to users. It can see which results get clicked the most and thereby know when it is doing well and when it is getting things wrong. As such, it is able to improve search results for any given keyword quickly through algorithmic testing, which is helping to weed out low quality content that attempts to game the system. RankBrain works using a Tensor Processing Unit (TPU), which is an AI specific piece of hardware stored in Google’s data centers. This is a specific chip that is better able to handle the specific challenges of machine learning tasks. Google’s Further Plans Over the past few years, Google may have seemingly diversified. It now makes smartphones, it now makes self-driving cars, and it now makes apps like Google Lens. But at the heart of all of these initiatives is some form of AI or machine learning. Google Lens uses machine learning to identify objects in a scene and allow users to that way “search” the real world around them. Self-driving cars of course are highly reliant of various forms of AI. And the Google Pixel Phones? Arguably, their main focus is putting Google Assistant in everyone’s pockets. And this is the real clue as to what Google is up to. Google Assistant is an AI and virtual assistant that users can use to get weather reports, to book taxis, to play music, and much more. Google Assistant uses a combination of machine learning (to detect human language for example) and AI in order to provide useful results and speak in a natural manner. Google Assistant is closely integrated with Google search. You can ask Google Assistant a question like “who starred in Iron Man?” and it will give you a natural answer. It does this by first using machine learning to turn your speech into a string, then by using Google Search in order to look up useful answers (which involves machine learning in the form of RankBrain), then by using narrow AI to extract the most useful answers from the best web pages, and then by using another form of narrow AI to provide the response in a natural-sounding manner (which is designed to appear like general AI.) Much of this is carried out not on the device that you’re speaking to, but on Google’s TPUs located in the cloud. What Does All This Mean for Marketers? So what does all this mean for marketers? Simple: it means that Google wants to be able to understand your content and extract the most useful information. It no longer wants you to use rigid keywords, and it wants you to prepare for a more voice-driven form of search. Google is betting big on AI and machine learning. It believes that in the future, AI assistants will be HUGE and it wants Google Assistant to be number one. It envisages a future where we spend less time staring at our devices and instead get the information we need by asking our phones or our Google Homes. We’ll speak naturally to these devices, and they’ll provide us with handy answers. Whether Google Assistant eventually becomes the ubiquitous tool that Google wants it to be or not, the fact remains that Google wants search to become increasingly more natural and human. It already has in many ways. That means that marketers and website owners need to make some changes to the way they do things. It’s no longer enough to find a keyword and repeat it a whole lot, you now need to work as though you’re speaking with an AI. And that means a couple of things. LSI: Latent Semantic Indexing Latent semantic indexing is one of the most important things to consider if you’re interested in improving your SEO and getting to the top of Google. It’s even more critical if you hope to be ready for Google’s AI-driven future. Not only is it a powerful concept in itself, but it is also an important microcosm of the broader changes that we are seeing to SEO today. Search engine optimization is a big and very important part of digital marketing and if you want to drive the maximum number of people to your website or blog then it's absolutely essential that you have the search engines on board. In the past, SEO has largely relied on creating tons of content around a certain topic and repeatedly using a set number of keywords or key phrases in that content in order to help Google identify the subject and help the right visitors to find your pages. Unfortunately, a few people began to take advantage of this system and began 'keyword stuffing' by using the same keywords over and over again to the point of distraction. Google had to get smarter and so it did. Today, using the same keyword too much will get you into trouble. So what does Google do instead? It looks at context and the broader subject of the article. In other words, it looks for synonyms and related terms and this also gives it the ability to better understand what your page is about. For instance, if you had written an article about “decision trees,” then in the past Google could theoretically have gotten confused and brought your site up as a result when someone searched for trees. It may have thought you were talking about decisions about trees!

If this sounds complicated then imagine an example. Say you’re a boy at school who has an older brother who recently had the same teachers and proved very successful. By this fact alone, the other teachers and pupils will assume that this new boy will achieve great grades too. This confidence and expectation will in turn rub off on him and he’ll start to see himself as someone who has great academic ability. (This is also a perfect example of how influences outside of our control can shape who we are – and why it is so important that we take matters back into our own hands!) As you’re probably aware, you tend to like things that you do well in and so by thinking you’re good at academia you will then start to enjoy it more, and put in more time as a result. This is why sports psychologists use the ‘sandwich’ technique when giving criticism; that’s positive, negative, positive. This way they can get across their advice without damaging the esteem of the sprinter or gymnast. Therefore, you need to try and constantly increase your own self-esteem and closely control how you perceive yourself in order to increase your success. The Law of Attraction How you perceive yourself also speaks volumes to other people as you will reveal your self confidence in subtle ways – the way you walk, the way you speak and the way you dress and the way you act. If you act as though you deserve respect then you’ll start to believe it yourself and if you start to believe it then so will others. This actually goes deeper than abstract opinions however and can even be used to generate wealth and success. For example, by dressing well and wearing nice watches (knock-offs will do, no one will know) you eventually be able to afford them. If you project an image of being wealthy then others will begin to think you’re rich and successful. This can mean that your boss is more likely to give you a promotion (this is why they say you should dress for the job you want, not the job you’re in). It also means others will be more likely to trust you in business and that other wealthy people will gravitate towards you (like likes like). Even the gifts you receive will be more expensive on average as you generally tend to spend more on gifts for people who own more expensive things – otherwise it won’t fit with the décor and you’ll look cheap. If you act confident with the opposite sex then they’ll assume you’re in high demand and as such will find you more attractive. So dressing well can make others believe you are successful and can make you feel successful too. When I was doing my finals I heard that many of my friends were putting on their best clothes to make themselves feel good while doing them – this was good advice but really they should have been taking this kind of care all the time. Don’t just look the part though – act the part, and over time by mimicking the actions and behaviour of someone successful you’ll start to pick them up as habits. Wish you spoke more clearly and slowly? They forcibly put that voice and manner on and over time you will develop it as your normal behaviour. Chapter 4: Looking After Looks One of the biggest reasons many people suffer from low confidence is that they’re unhappy with a physical feature – or indeed all of their physical features. If this describes you, then you should be pleased to know that there is a lot you can do about your physical features, and there’s a fair chance you’re not maximising your potential. Here’s how to play the hand you’re dealt and get yourself looking like a million dollars. It’s the Little Things – How to Feel Taller Firstly, appearance needn’t necessarily mean your face, and for many men in particular low confidence can stem from not being as tall as they’d like to be. Even if this isn’t a particular source of contention for you, adding a bit of extra height will automatically help you to feel more confident as you look down on people, or at least look at them at eye level, rather than constantly looking up. But it’s impossible to make yourself grow taller right? Well yes and no. Basically, rather than actually growing taller yourself, you can make yourself appear taller by investing in insoles that increase your height. If you type into e-bay ‘tall insoles’ you’ll find several products along the lines of what you’re looking for. These only cost a small amount and can be easily slipped inside your shoe then adjusted to be taller or shorter up to around four inches. Four inches of extra height if the shoes you’re wearing allow it, take you from a short-ish five nine to a fairly tall six foot one. If you combine this with fairly large shoes you can be really rather tall. For women the same can be true of high heels, and as an added bonus these also make women stand up taller and improve their gait and stride – you can’t shuffle in heels. For men bulking up will also make you more imposing and as you generally fill up more space you’ll feel more commanding and confident (more on this in an upcoming chapter). Try eating large amounts of protein along with regular exercise and work in particular on your chest and shoulders to create an imposing silhouette. It’s hard to feel insecure when you’re over six foot and covered in muscle. At the same time men who are conscious about their weight should make sure to do a lot of CV and avoid fatty foods to get themselves feeling leaner and less chubby – perhaps you need to take up less space. Likewise, for women, toning your abs and tightening your behind can make you feel sexier and again improve your silhouette. To help you along the way you can always use underwear that holds in the fatter areas and plumps out the bits that need plumping. Girdles and corsets are the best known but you can also get pants that support your bottom. Girdles also exist for guys and while it may be a bit embarrassing, they can at the same time make you feel more confident when you’re out and about – no one need know! How to Beam You know what also makes a huge difference to the way you feel though? Posture. In the last section, we saw the power of feeling taller or bigger. This can make you physically take up more space, which in turn can drastically increase confidence. But simply by pulling your shoulders back and holding your chin up, you can have a very similar effect. Not only that, but this has a physiological impact on your mood, which helps you to feel more positive and Putting Your Best Face On Inserting additional lifts into your shoes might all be a bit extreme though, and if it’s just your facial features you’re concerned about there’s still a lot you can achieve without resorting to surgery. Firstly, make sure you get a haircut somewhere nice and one that fits the shape of your head. The squarer your jaw the more rounded a cut you’ll need and vice versa as a general rule. If you’re male you also need to think about facial hair, and while this is generally a fashion mistake it can sometimes really improve your looks – just look at Rowan Atkinson in Mr Bean compared to the same guy in Blackadder. You might also want to try dying your hair to see if another color suits you better. If you’re a woman you have the benefit of being able to enhance your features with make-up. This means using foundation to cover up spots and blemishes and blusher to bring a bit more colour to your cheeks. Often those who are a little shy will try to dress and apply makeup minimally so as not to draw attention to themselves. However, this attempt to ‘hide’ in plain sight can cause all the same self-fulfilling prophecy effects that we have previously looked at. In other words, you shrink away, and people assume that you don’t want to be seen.

Affiliate Marketing Profits PLR Ebook

Sample Content Preview Each network has its pros and cons, and there are many more than these. You can find huge lists of affiliate networks by searching Google for "affiliate networks," and you can also find specialized networks. For example, if you want to sell organic goods only, you’ll find many options. You can also look up specific products you’d like to promote, find a link to their affiliate program, or email them for information about it. Some business owners don’t use affiliate networks, but so many do that you’re sure to find many profitable products that you can promote. Even if you don’t see one, you can always email the creator to offer your services by showing them your social proof. Determining Profitability Before you choose a product to promote, it’s imperative that you check out whether the product is profitable or not. If it’s listed on an affiliate network, you can see the metrics listed to help you determine how profitable the product is. If you are working directly with a product creator, you may need to test your assumptions after trying out the product yourself. Here are some things to think about. * High Commissions – When it comes to digital products, less than 50 percent commission is probably a waste of time. * High Sales Price – If it’s a commission lower than 50 percent, is the sale price high enough that you’d make a per-sale price that makes it worth your time? * Conversion Rate – Most affiliate programs will list something to do with the conversion rate, how many sales have been made, or other information to help you determine if this is a good choice or not. * Sales Page – What does the sales page look like? While it may not please you to know, the longer sales pages sell better than shorter ones for many audiences. Is the sales page thought out? Does it convert? * Buy It – When you find a product that you think you want to promote to your audience, buy the product. If you have enough influence, you may be able to get it free or a sample copy of some kind for you to evaluate. However, buying it as a customer is the best way to learn how they do business and whether the product is right for your audience. * Is There Competition? – If you do a search and find other products like this one that you want to sell, that’s a good thing. You won’t have to educate your market as much if it’s already something they want and are searching for. * Can You Come Up with More Search Terms? – Once you have determined that a product is something you want to promote, can you come up with more search terms for it so that you can start developing content for marketing? * How Will You Promote This Product? – The other question you want to ask yourself is how you’ll promote the product. Will you do an all-out campaign or are you going to slip it in as an in-content link on your blog? Will you promote it to people already on your list? Which segment? The more you can plan out exactly how, when and where you’re going to promote the product, the more likely it is to be profitable. Finding a profitable product isn’t really that hard if you’ve chosen a good niche that has a healthy audience clamoring for the solutions they need to make their life better. It’s your job to figure out what your niche is, the products your audience needs, and how you will present them to that audience. You can also create your own products for the niche. Let's look at that next. => Creating Your Own Products or Services Another way to make a profit as an affiliate marketer is to start creating your own products and/or services to promote to your audience too. As you work with your audience and gain customers due to the products you promote and the content you publish, you may gain insight into the audience that gives you the idea to create a brand-new product for them. Your product can be free or for a fee, depending on how you’re going to use it. Offering Bonuses One way that you can add your own products to the mix is by offering a bonus for the purchase of a different product for which you are an affiliate. The bonus product offers you the ability to add them to your list, boost your revenue, and perhaps demonstrate more of what you can do for the audience regarding their problems. Some affiliate systems enable you to add your bonus product right to their funnel on the affiliate platform (such as is offered via aMember.com or JVZoo.com) if the product creator activates that ability for you. In other cases, you may have to get creative and send the bonus another way. However, there is a lot of technology that will do it automatically for you too. Building Your List As an affiliate marketer, you can create your own products that are only for list-building purposes. A good example might be a checklist to help your audience choose the right affiliate marketing software or help them set up their first webinar. Anything that your audience really needs and wants that is simple to create makes a handy list builder. Another Income Stream Additionally, as a product creator you can create products as a separate income stream over and above your income generation as an affiliate. Maybe you can make a better cleaning organization calendar than the one that you’ve been promoting. Perhaps you have written a course about keeping your home organized that you want to market. Once you create the product, you also can recruit affiliates to make the sales for you. As a product creator, you’ll need to ensure that you have the right software like aMember.com that helps you set up a shopping cart and even a membership site that enables you to distribute your digital products and services to your audience. You can also use any number of affiliate networks mentioned to list your products and attract affiliates to boost your income.

But likewise, you’ll find that you can make a lot of money writing about dating, fitness, or other topics that speak to a fundamental human need in this way. Why You Should Get More Specific When Choosing Your Niche But in order to really succeed – and to gain an edge over the competition - you need to go a little deeper. Sure, your site might be a technology website, but what kind of technology do your write about? Who are you writing for? And what is the purpose of your site? For instance, you might write about all kinds of technology but find that you seem to stick more to technology that's just around the corner. Perhaps you write lots of big previews for technology that's coming. And perhaps you write in a very technical way that is clearly aimed at people who know their stuff? This is a very different niche from a site that reviews basic commercial technology in a style that can appeal to the average customer. Again then, you will have created your own niche that should be completely unique. You might make a football site sure, but is it a dry site that deals with a detailed overview of football for real fanatics? Or is it a more gossip filled site that's aimed at the typical 'bloke'? Again, these are slightly different niches and it's important to recognise the difference. If you can be consistent with your precise niche, then you will find that your site offers something that not every other site does. You will have a specific audience and people who particularly like the way you approach the topic. Stick to your guns and you can make your site highly successful as a result. The Power of Creating Your Own Niche That said though, there are few niches left that have a good number of people interested but that nevertheless don't have too much overcrowding in the marketplace. This is particularly difficult when you consider how important it also is that you actually be interested in the niche that you're going to be dealing with so regularly from now on and that you actually know a thing or two about it too. So how do you standout without limiting your appeal or writing about something dull? Well one solution is to come up with your own niche and to create a website that will be unlike any other. Here we will look at how you can potentially accomplish that. Sites That Don't Fit Nicely Into Boxes When you browse the web for inspiration on niches for your website, you will often find lists of categories such as 'fitness', 'making money', 'football', 'film' and others like these. Not every site though has to fit neatly into a category like this - it is possible to come up with a completely unique angle and to create a niche that wasn't there before. Take https://www.lifehacker.com for instance and https://www.lifehack.org. These sites exist in the same niche but go back a decade and that niche wouldn't have existed. These sites tie together lots of themes using a 'way of life' or 'attitude' to gel it all together. In this case that attitude is the 'hacker' attitude - where DIY applies to everything from selfimprovement to making money; but you could just as easily build a site around any other central idea like this. Bringing Various Concepts Together If you can't find a new theme to link the items on your site though, then another option is to simply combine multiple existing niches that you think will go well together. This way you have your built in audience - because you'll get visitors from both of those existing niches - but at the same time you will have your own unique USP and be able to offer something that's different from everything else. Examples might include 'bodybuilding and self improvement', 'making money online and city living', 'travel and art' or 'cafes, coffee and books'. Alternatively, just taking a broader approach with your stories can help to give your site more meat and put your niche more in context with other topics. This strategy is also effective because it creates a number of simple marketing options that you can use to reach a new audience. For instance, if you have a website based around bodybuilding and self-improvement, then you will be able to promote your site on self-improvement forums without being directly in competition with those sites. Going More Niche In contrast to broadening your niche, another option is to get even more specific by finding a category within a category. Again, this will allow you to market on sites that would otherwise see you as competition and will help make SEO easier by focussing your aim. An example might be to target a particular kind of film such as '80s action films', a particular era of music, or perhaps a particular kind of exercise such as bodyweight training alone. Trailblazing Finally, if you have the resources, then you can even consider creating a niche before you create your website. For example then, if you run a software company and you release a new piece of software or a new computer game, then you will likely find that this generates interest and fans. By creating a website focussing on the software you have released, you can then provide an official website for that interest and create an almost symbiotic relationship between your software and your website where the success of one helps the success of the other. This works for every kind of product and service that will catch the public's attention. Though not every webmaster will have a product to promote, it's important that businesses and entrepreneurs don't miss this opportunity when it does present itself.

Vegan Diet MRR Ebook

Sample Content Preview But let’s start with the basics. A vegan lifestyle is one in which the person undertaking it is conscientious about the origins of the products they use and the foods that they eat. A vegan views the world with a particular passion to be as animal-friendly as possible. The unfortunate truth about the world is that some practices utilized in order to feed the masses are inhumane and can cause needless suffering to animals. Vegans aim to try and stop that suffering by refusing to support the industries that allow it to exist in the first place. For example, a vegan who is living the vegan lifestyle will likely do a lot of research before purchasing any products. They will most likely want to know where the product’s origin is located and ensure that no living creature was needlessly harmed or suffered for the making of the product. They want to live with a clear conscience. Many vegans are also humanitarians, who will go as far as researching their clothing and coffee to make sure that the businesses they support are not causing harm to less fortunate people or communities. How far you take your lifestyle is up to you, but ignorance is a choice that can be difficult to live with. To answer a few other questions, vegans do not eat meat at all. They also do not eat any byproducts of animals. Animal byproducts are foods that are produced with animals involved, such as milk, cheese, eggs, and other dairy items. They choose not to use animal byproducts because practices can often be cruel. Take the egg industry, for instance. When the baby chicks are born, they are sorted into categories of male and female. The female chicks are taken to farms, where they are often fed growth hormones or forced in pens that are lit with artificial daylight 24/7 so they will lay eggs constantly. The male chicks are disposed of in dumpsters, left there to starve to death or suffocate. This is an inhumane practice. It doesn’t take much to understand how horrifying these conditions are. Vegans do not want to support anything that can cause harm and suffering of this caliber. They do not want to support factory farms or dairy farms where animals are mistreated and not allowed to live their fullest, healthiest lives. The goal is to show the rest of the world that such mistreatment does not need to happen and will not be tolerated. Money talks, and vegans use theirs to support businesses that align with their personal moral code. It may seem trivial to some people. They may say it’s pointless, because there is no way we will ever change the world enough that people will voluntarily give up their diet choices in lieu of veganism. The animals will still be slaughtered, everything will go on as it was before because there will always be a high demand for meat. And in ways this may be true. But even if the whole world continues to eat meat and support inhumane practices, the choices you make will always make a difference to the animals you chose not to eat that day. And that’s what veganism is all about. A common question that many people have is, what is the difference between veganism and vegetarianism? A lot of people may get confused and think that they are the same thing, when in fact they are vastly different. To begin with, there are several different categories for vegetarians. Lacto-ovo vegetarians include lactose and eggs in their diets. However, they will not include meat products or poultry into their diets. Lacto vegetarians will not include eggs in their diets, but they do consume dairy. They also prefer not to eat other animal products. Then we get to vegans, who will not eat any egg or dairy products, or products that have utilized animals in any way whatsoever. There are many people out there who call themselves vegetarians even though they will occasionally eat meat here and there. Some may not consider eating seafood to be a meat, so if you are going vegan you may find that you get the question, “Do you eat fish?” a lot. Just do your best to be polite when discussing your diet choices. Many people are unfamiliar with the vegan lifestyle, and the more compassion you show to them for being curious, the more likely you will be to receive compassion in return. Isn’t that what going vegan is all about? A lot of people don’t know the difference between vegans and vegetarians, so rather than asking if a food is vegan, which may cause people to answer in the mindset of “no, there isn’t any chunks of meat in this,” versus, “No, there are no animals or animal byproducts present in this dish.” That can cause some strife, not just for the vegan but for the person who is attempting to be hospitable. Sometimes it’s just easier to say that while you appreciate the good intentions, you are going to be providing your own foods at certain social gatherings or events, that way there is no mistaking what it is that you are putting into your body. A person who thinks a vegan diet and a lacto-ovo vegetarian diet are the same thing can easily violate a vegan’s boundaries by feeding them things that may have cheese or dairy in it because they misunderstand the meanings of the words or they simply haven’t looked into it well enough. What is a lacto-ovo vegetarian you may ask? A lacto-ovo vegetarian is someone who does not eat meat, but who does eat animal byproducts such as cheese and eggs. They have not cut out dairy from their diets the way a vegan would. It’s an easy mistake to make, especially for those who are uninformed. There are other types of vegetarians as well. Some are called ovo-vegetarians and they eat only eggs and non-meat products. Lacto-vegetarians don’t eat meat or any eggs or egg products. And then of course there is the flexitarian, who eats a mostly vegetarian diet but every so often will include meat in their diet. Another thing a lot of people consider vegetarianism is pescatarian, which actually means a vegetarian diet with the exception of eating fish. That is probably why a lot of people think that being vegan or vegetarian can mean that you still include fish in your diet. So this may be a question you get a lot once you have adopted a vegan lifestyle. There is no shame in any way you choose to live your life or the diet that works best for you and your body’s specific needs. It is important not to shame others for the way they live their lives, especially if you want to begin to create a more tolerant world that is accepting of the ideologies veganism often stands for. By being receptive, we create a more receptive world that is more likely to listen to our point of view in a way that doesn’t feel threatening to them so they may choose one day to try it for themselves and see how it feels. Even just a single meatless Monday can be a huge step in helping to eliminate needless suffering in animals. That isn’t to say you have to associate with people who make you feel ashamed to live the way you choose to live and for the way you eat. Treat others as you wish to be treated. And just as no vegan wants to be in the position of the suffering animals, neither do they want to be in a toxic atmosphere where people are making them feel ashamed for the choices they make. If you find that you are in a toxic environment then you would do well to find a way out as quickly as possible so you may begin to live your life in a healthier way. Once you have decided what label best fits you in terms of your diet, it will be easier for you to explain what your diet is like to those who matter the most to you. Once they understand your specific limitations then there is a high chance they will do everything in their power to accommodate you, which can be a great thing. Now that we have cleared up the difference between vegetarianism and veganism, let’s move on to applying it to our lives. Most people assume, wrongly, that a vegan diet is automatically going to be very healthy and good for you. Unfortunately, that is not necessarily the case. If you are eating vegan, sure, you are probably going to be getting more vegetables and fruits and leaner protein sources, but that is only if you are making an active effort to make sure your diet is including the things that are the best for you to eat. Some vegetarians and vegans get away with eating a carb-filled diet that simply includes cutting meat out and still eating the unhealthy Standard American Diet. This diet is also referred to as the “SAD” diet, because it is severely lacking in nutritional content and is high in saturated fats and other things that are detrimental to your body. They think that by living without meat, they are still making healthy choices for their bodies. Unfortunately, that really isn’t the case. Exempting meat from your diet doesn’t automatically make you a healthier person. In fact, if you aren’t paying attention to your diet, it can become very nutritionally deficient. There are certain nutrients that vegans have to pay close attention to. They need to make sure that they are getting these vitamins and nutrients from sources outside of meat, otherwise their bodies can begin to slowly suffer. Vitamin deficiencies are no laughing matter. The most important vitamins and nutrients for vegans to pay attention to are iron, vitamin B12, vitamin B6, and omega 3 fatty acids. It would also help to make sure you are getting enough protein from plant sources, such as soy. Diets lacking in animal proteins and other animal byproducts can easily cause deficiencies that, over time, can lead to anemia and heart problems, among other things.

They’ll try to drive as much traffic as they possibly can to their website in order to encourage people to buy from them and thus they’ll have their own passive income stream. But there’s only so much promotion that one person can do and eventually their well is going to run dry. That is when a creator might start looking for affiliates to work with to help them promote their products. The product creator is thus willing to offer affiliates like us 70% and above because they want to incentivize us to sell their products. They also want to encourage us to sell their products rather than the products that other creators are offering affiliate programs for. While the creator will now only make 30% on their sales, this is still 30% more than they would have made on those sales otherwise – because they wouldn’t have exited. And if that seller can attract thousands of people to their books with a legion of online marketers, they’ll be making gigantic profits and much more than they could on their own. In short, this is a win/win situation. The creator gets a thousands more sales by encouraging marketers to work with them and affiliate get to sell a product as though it were their own and keep most of the profits! They can make just as much money as they would from their own ebook or course, but without having to develop one and take that huge gamble. Specifically, the way this process actually works is via the use of ‘affiliate links’ which in turn work via cookies. When you find an affiliate product you want to promote, you will be given an affiliate link and this is what you need to include on your sales page and in your blog posts. When a buyer clicks on your affiliate link, they will first be redirected to another page on the web. Here, a cookie will be stored on their computer which will identify them as having come from you. Now, when they buy something from that store, they will be recorded as being ‘one of yours’ and the commission will be added to your total for you to withdraw at some point in the future. For you it’s simple: promote the product and provide the link. That’s all there is to it! Chapter 2: How to Find and Sell Affiliate Products Okay, that’s enough hypothetical talk… how do you actually get started and become an affiliate marketer? Well, first you’re going to need a product. In order to get this, you are going need to head over to a website such as Clickbank or Commission Junction. Another good one is JVZoo. Here, you’ll be able to see a large selection of different products that have affiliate programs. Just scroll through and look for the ones you’re interested in. You’ll find that you can see some information regarding the different products, so try to look for things that are selling for a decent price and offer a good commission. Some sites will let you see a rough number of sales, in which case you of course want to look for the items that are selling well. Once you’ve identified the product you would like to promote, you then need to contact the owner. If you are successful, they’ll provide you with your link and you’ll be free to use that as you choose. Something else to keep in mind here though, is that many affiliate products will include marketing materials along with them. Remember: if you are doing well, that means that the creator is doing well. They have every reason to want to see you succeed and as such, they will provide things like emails, a sales page, banner ads and other materials in many cases. If you’re someone who is completely new to the world of marketing, then I highly recommend that you choose a product that offers these kinds of bonuses. This way, you can get up and running almost instantly by simply copying and pasting the materials you’ve got. You should then see yourself sell in the same numbers: it’s the same product and the same marketing spiel… so there’s no reason that it shouldn’t work just as well. Like I said before: this is literally a ‘copy and paste’ business model. Someone else already has the product selling well with a set system, all you are doing is copying the same system but making sure it’s your bank account that will receive the income. Selling Physical Products and Services While selling eBooks through platforms like JVZoo is an excellent way to ensure that you can keep the maximum profit, it also has its limitations. Despite what some other marketers might tell you, the most popular type of product online is still of the physical variety. And this makes sense if you really think about it. How many people do you know who buy physical products? Pretty much everyone right? But then how many people do you know who would buy an ebook? Your Grandma might not (unless it’s through Kindle) because she doesn’t know how to use a PDF file. Likewise, your friend who doesn’t like reading probably wouldn’t either! And that basically leaves you with a much smaller cut of the market. So how do we go about selling physical products as an affiliate marketer? The most popular option is to become an Amazon Associate. Amazon’s associate scheme is their version of an affiliate program and it’s a very tempting option for many marketers. If you look up information on affiliate marketing, then you’ll likely find that the vast majority of it focusses on selling digital products through the likes of JVZoo, ClickBank and Commission Junction. On Amazon, things are different. Amazon is already splitting the profits with the manufacturer, they have to pay for storage, shipping and postage and generally they can’t afford to offer you more than 4% or maybe 8% at a push. This means you’ll have to sell a lot more items at much higher prices in order to turn a proper profit. But does that mean you should rule Amazon Associates out? Not at all. For starters, selling physical products is often much more profitable than selling digital products. Think about it: are you more likely to spend lots of money on something you can hold in your hands and show to friends, or something you have to read on a computer screen? Better yet, Amazon is a recognized brand and a company people trust. That means they’re much more likely to buy from them – and they can buy with one click! Amazon has a massive roster of products you can sell and that means there will be something relevant to go with nearly every article. And finally, if someone clicks on your URL but ends up buying something else from Amazon… you still get paid! This can potentially result in a lot of earnings if someone were to – for example – buy a new computer and you were to get 8% of that. Even if you didn’t promote the product directly, as long as you sent the buyer to Amazon in the first place, you would earn that commission. So, the best thing to do? Use both types of affiliate marketing! But just don’t leave Amazon out of the equation or you’ll be missing out! In future chapters, you’ll discover how to promote Amazon products slightly differently, in order to get the most from them. (Note: One limitation of Amazon Associates is that you can’t earn cash if you don’t live in the same country. In other words, if you are based in the UK, then you will need to send your customers to Amazon UK. You can still make sales through Amazon.com, but you’ll only be able to collect vouchers in exchange.) Other Options for Selling Physical Products Amazon is of course not the be-all and end-all when it comes to selling physical products. There are countless physical stores out there, as well as many manufacturers that will offer affiliate programs direct to marketers. You might find that if you take the time to look around for other products, you’re able to find something that is much more directly relevant to the topic of your site (and thereby more likely to sell). To find these affiliate programs, just try typing in your niche and then “affiliate program” when searching on Google. You can also find plenty of lists online for the best affiliate programs in each industry. Another option is to direct a manufacturer or seller that doesn’t offer an affiliate program… and then to ask them if they would consider creating one for you. If you manage to do this successfully, you can strike up an exclusive deal and potentially get a large commission too. Of course, for this to work, you need to be able to demonstrate that you have the reach and the influence to make it worth their while.

Bad things can happen without a plan and then can leave behind a sense of lasting pain and fear. But sometimes, our mind can fantasize about things that never happened and probably might never happen too. These things can be our biggest fears. We can imagine catastrophic events and jump to the worst possible conclusions with no reason or logic. And so, by doing that repeatedly, you live the experience that many times (because your mind and body might not be able to differentiate real from the imaginary world). Self-Blame. Self Loathe. All of it. Rachel suffers from constant worry and anxiety. Some she says are the result of the busy life she leads. She wakes up at 5 am every day, travels an hour to reach work, is constantly rushing through meetings and deadlines, takes another hour to reach home at 8 pm, cooks and finishes her dinner, prepares for the next day before she can go to sleep at 11 pm. Sometimes things get rough, her anxiety kicks in as a result of her worst imagination. Here’s how she says her mind plays out events when that happens: As a result, she blames and hates herself. My throat hurts. I think I can feel a bump. What if it’s cancer? Am I going to die? What will happen to my family once I’m gone? Will they miss me? I remember a bad/traumatic experience and replay that event repeatedly, imagining it is happening again. Sometimes, I imagine it being worse too and my responses are very real. I see a group of people giggling in front of me. Are they laughing at me? Is it my dress? Do I look okay? Did I do something odd or funny? I need to get out of here. Why do people always make fun of me? I don’t deserve this. Nobody likes me. I’m hopeless. My manager didn’t greet me as usual. I wonder if he/she is upset about my work. What if I get fired? What about my bills? Why can’t I do anything right? Why am I never good enough? I hate myself. Worksheet 6 - Living Your Biggest Fears - This Time with Reason Decide to live your biggest fears once again-this time more mindfully. Take one fear at a time and if there are many, then move over to the next fear only after you’ve completely made peace with the previous one. Sure, this might take time, but the positive effects can last a lifetime. So, don’t rush. Again, decide whether you want to have someone around to watch your back. Sit with yourself when you’re feeling most secure and comfortable. Remind yourself that what you are going to experience isn’t real. Remind yourself to disconnect from emotional trauma you are knowingly going to put yourself through. Remind yourself of the purpose of this exercise. You want to dig deeper into your fears and understand what you are learning from it is. Once you recognize this, you can work on the learning and the suffering will gradually decrease. And when you’re ready, go through the experience, your biggest fears, the worse possible situations, your inner demons so to speak. What is it that keeps troubling you? Why do you keep inviting this experience into your life? Is there a lesson? What’s the worst possible? Okay that happened. Can it get worse? Imagine that too. Live the experience all the time telling yourself that this isn’t real and isn’t happening now. Again, when you’re ready, bring yourself back to the present and reflect on your thoughts and emotions. Write them down when you are ready. Repeat this exercise whenever you are ready for it and until the time you’ve made peace with the fear and can move on. The best way to gain perspective is to mindfully talk to yourself as you experience the rush of fantasized images. Now that you know that that can happen, the next time you catch yourself doing something like that, tell yourself: - This isn’t real and it’s not happening now - Whatever happens, I can cope - I am going to stop causing my suffering - I am doing great. I’ve got this - I love myself. I feel great. Connecting Them with Your Mind and Body Remember, you can manage and even overcome your anxiety by learning to feel better with introspection. Ask yourself as many questions about your anxiety. Persist because deep down, you have and know the answers. Observe your relationship with your feelings, thoughts and your body’s responses to them. Track them and talk yourself to a better, calmer, and panic-free state of mind. Yes, you can! Worksheet 7 - Talking Yourself Out of Anxiety - Each day, record events that made you anxious. Elaborate and specify the event as well as your thoughts and bodily reactions to it. - Use feeling words to describe your emotions. - Go through the experience and decide to make peace with it. Keep telling yourself that the present is great, and the future will be even better. - Work on your feelings. Talk to yourself. Gather support from others if you want to. - At the end of every week, look back on your tracker and evaluate your progress. - How are you feeling? As you work through the exercises presented this book, you should become more aware of your anxiety, the reasons for it as well as how your body reacts to events in your life. The more knowledge you gain, the better you can understand and manage your anxiety. So, keep at it. Chapter 3 - Overcoming Resistance to Change Being watchful, precautious and reflective while taking your time to do important things might have their advantages, but if your habit is inching more towards procrastination, then it could be that you are resistant to change. And frankly speaking, you are not alone. Most people, in some way or the other, are resistant to change because of the level of uncertainty it brings with it. Recognizing Any Resistance to Change Truth is, most people hold many assumptions about change. They resist it because it is unknown and therefore frightening. It takes effort to act on changes and some aren’t so keen on putting in that effort. Some don’t believe they can see the results they seek and so why try? Others think they don’t deserve to be happy and so don’t change to improve their situations. Some get so lost and stuck up in the cycle of anxiety that they fail to recognize the scope for change, for a better life. While most of these thoughts are indeed assumptions, they can become the very beliefs that stand in the way of what you want to achieve.

The Easy Way To Profit From List Building Resale Rights Ebook

Sample Content Preview Solo Ads The next list building tactic I want to talk about is solo ads. When I'm actively running solo ads, I’m usually able to generate hundreds of leads per day right now, this year. This may change down the road, but as of right now, this year, solo ads are cheap, they’re effective and very easy because you don’t have to worry about landing page quality score or paying per click and keeping an eye on your ads ad paying by the click. What you’re getting is an ad that goes out to a subscriber list, so whenever you buy a solo ad; let’s say you buy a solo ad for $300 for 1,000 clicks to your site, you pay 30 cents per click to your site and you know exactly how many clicks are going to come to your site and the guy who sends you a solo ad sends an ad out to his email list, which recommends your freebie or your website. So they’re transferring their authority over to you, in a way, that’s what makes it the most effective way of generating traffic right now, in my opinion. Because the ads are still cheap, it’s very effective for anybody who has the money to risk on it. One place you can find a lot of great solo ad deals is by getting on Skype and talking to different solo ad sellers. I realize it’s not going to be easy just to find a solo ad seller, or any solo ad sellers if you have no clue about the world of solo ads right now, but once you find some solo ad sellers, you want to start connecting with them on Skype and getting into the world of solo ads because you can meet so many different solo ad sellers who will give you great deals on Skype that they don’t give outside of Skype. You can find solo ads at one place called soloaddirectory.com. That’s where I would go if I were going to go and look for solo ads right now. The key to have profitable solo ads is your sales funnel. You want to have the squeeze page that generates the free leads that gives away something. Then you have an upsell from there, which will be a one--time offer for something that’s below the $17 price point and then you want to have upsells from there so you can afford to pay for your solo ads. Now you may also want to promote things on the download page for your freebies that you’re giving away. That way you can come close to breaking even or you can profit directly right away from that solo ad before you even get the subscribers on your list. Although many solo ads I haven’t profited from right up front, I made a profit on the backend from promoting strictly to the subscriber list. That’s something you have to think about. A lot of companies in advertising are willing to pay a lot of money upfront and even lose money on the front end because they know they’re going to make money on the backend with their follow up marketing, which is what email marketing is all about. Ad Swaps So let’s move on to ad swaps. Ad swaps are where you send out an ad to your list promoting someone else’s squeeze page and then someone else does the same for you to their list. So it’s similar to solo ads except for no one is buying anything; you’re just trading off ads. The place where everybody has moved to these days is called safe--swaps.com. There used to be a site called IMadswaps.com, which was like an ad swap forums. There are other forums that kind of emerged in the last few years and they’ve pretty much slowed down because of safe--swaps.com. The thing about ad swaps is that it is getting less effective because seeing that it emerged around 2009, that’s when everyone was discovering ad swaps and starting to do it. Now people are over--mailing their lists with ad swaps. They’re doing way more ad swaps so they’re getting less responses from the subscribers. Retention rates are going down, click thru rates are going down, but if you still want to generate hundred’s of leads per day, you still can do that. The key to profiting from ad swaps is the same key to profiting with solo ads, which is your sales funnel. So if you’ve got a good sales funnel, you can use it for your ad swaps. Also, ad swaps are a great way to test your sales funnel before you start buying something like solo ads. You’re probably going to get less quality leads from ad swaps than you are solo ads, yet it’s still a good indication of whether your sales funnel will convert traffic into sales, and that’s what’s necessary to profit with ad swaps, because you’re not promoting anything that’s going to be making money directly to your list; you’re promoting someone else’s squeeze page, so you’re relying on the traffic coming from the JV partner’s list to your sales funnel. Depending on your sales funnel, you can do ad swaps every single day if you want to, become the master of ad swaps and just tweak your sales funnel and have very good business there. You don’t want to overcomplicate marketing. This kind of thinking is really profitable if you could get super focused. Think about how simple this business is right here. You put together a sales funnel. You do ad swaps every day. You test your sales funnel every day until you’re converting the maximum amount of visitors who land on your page. That in itself is a business no matter what anyone says. So that’s what I try to do in my business... SIMPLIFY. I have a daily routine that I try to simplify down more and more every day until that is just brain dead stupid, and lately, it has been solo ads because I’ve found that I’m getting the best returns on solo ads. But if I didn’t have any money, I would start off with JV giveaways just to generate 100 subscribers or so, then I would move to safe--swaps.com and I would start ad swapping. That’s what I would do if I didn’t have any money. There’s also another thing I would want to do if I didn’t have any money and I had a small list. This goes out to the small list owners, people who are just starting their lists and what not. If you have a list of 100 people or 1,000 people, you could start doing what’s called click banking. It has nothing to do with ClickBank.com but what it is, is you go to a marketer with a huge list and you say, “I will send you 100 clicks or 1,000 clicks over the course of this month (clicks mean visitors) and what you will do is return those clicks all at once after I’m done.” So what happens is the big marketer with a big list will give you a tracking link to use on all your emails. You’ll work hard to build up your traffic to them through that link, and then when you’re ready to cash in your clicks you go to them and say, “I’d like to cash in my clicks,” and then they send you clicks; they send you as many as you have sent them. This is real similar to ad swaps, as you can see, but it works out well for small list owners because you can just focus on sending traffic to one big marketer without having to set up all kinds of ad swap deals.
