Welcome to Metabolism 101. Try to pay attention! All About Energy Our bodies are always using energy. We use energy when we run, when we sit behind a computer screen and type, when we do a set of pushups, when we have sex. No matter what we do our body needs to raise up enough energy to perform the function. This is an inescapable fact of life, for better or for worse. We can split the things that our body does that require energy into two broad categories. The first is automatic functions. The second are functions we choose to perform. Some examples of automatic functions include our beating hearts, when our eyes twitch, the working of our livers and kidneys. We don't control any of these, but as we will see later in our Guide dietary and lifestyle choices can certainly affect how much energy we expend on them. The functions we choose to perform include absolutely everything else we do in our daily lives. Walk the dog? Or get up to grab the milk? No matter what we "do", it requires some sort of energy expenditure. All this energy is measured in a unit I'm fairly certain you are familiar with the unit. It's called a calorie. Metabolism is defined as "the caloric sum of both your automatic and voluntary functions that must take place in order for the energy forming process to occur." Metabolism can be broken down into four parts for our purposes here. They are: Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR). This is, by far, the largest part of our metabolism. It counts for over 75% of our daily calorie expenditure. This is where the energy for all of our automatic body functions comes from. Can you see where even small enhancements here can add up to more pounds of fat lost week after week? Thermal Effect of Feeding (TEF). This is the amount of calories we spend on storing, digesting and absorbing food. Thermal Effect of Activity (TEA). The TEA is the area we can exert the most influence on. It's the amount of calories we spend on activities like cardio and doing strength training. For some of us it can amount to up to 30% of our caloric expenditure a day. Adaptive Thermogenisis (AT). We can think of this as our bodies "adaptive" metabolism. It adjusts up and down based on changes in our environment. Things as varied as the temperature we are operating in to our mental state can affect AT. This is an area that can be greatly influenced to our fat burning benefit using the secrets you are about to learn in our Guide! These four pillars of metabolism are usually the enemies of the multitude of us who are trying to look our best and be healthy. We're going to do our best to make them allies as we learn to burn fat 24 hours a day. The results far exceed the effort! Chapter 02 - Importance of a Healthy Diet When it comes to mastering your metabolism it should come as no surprise that diet comes first. It comes second and third too! Making smart changes to your diet is the quickest way to start shifting your metabolic gears in favor of burning fat fast. Follow these tips and no matter where your metabolism is now, it will quickly adjust to where you'd like it to be. Stay at a Caloric Deficit The first pillar of a successful diet plan is to be sure that you're not overeating calories. Now before you get nervous, this doesn't involve you having to do much math at all. Instead we're borrowing an old trick used by bodybuilding and fitness enthusiasts. Take your weight, in pounds, and multiply it by 10. This is the area you want to keep your calorie consumption in. If you weigh 220lbs that means you will eat 2200 calories a day. 175lbs? 1750 calories a day. It doesn't get much simpler than that. Never Let Yourself Go Hungry Now this may come as a shock, but to keep your body's metabolism burning, it is very important to eat often. There's no quicker way to cause your metabolism to shut down then to start starving yourself. Your body shifts into a low metabolic state when you go for longer periods of time without eating as a survival mechanism. Unless you use some fairly complicated dietary strategies when this happens you will retain fat. You may even pack more on as you lose muscle! Your goal is going to be to eat five or six meals a day, but to still eat in the area of your caloric number we determined above. By never getting hungry you are also setting the mental stage to be able to maintain our fat loss program. Believe me, experience has shown personally and with successful clients that if you avoid the feeling of restriction day in and day out you are much more likely to stick with any diet. This one included. The net caloric deficit will make sure you are losing weight. Your metabolism being high from eating five or six meals a day will aid the fight to be fit by taking off extra fat all day everyday. Eat The Same Meals Often If you're worried about having to count calories to keep yourself in the fat burning zone, there's an easy solution. Eat the same meals often. This removes over thinking the diet and impulse eating. I'd suggest coming up with two or three breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Rotate them as necessary to avoid being bored. No this isn't eating whatever you'd like. But it is a diet that will quickly get you the body of your dreams!

Youtube In 5 Easy Steps PLR Ebook

Table of Contents Introduction 5 Step 1: Channel Focus 7 Step 2: Creating a Keyword Strategy 15 Step 3: Branding Mastery 21 Step 4: Creating Shareworthy Content 25 Step 5: Build Your Subscriber Base 32 Conclusion 37 Resources 40 Sample Content Preview When it comes to setting up your YouTube account, there are many tutorials online that will guide you through the actual sign-up process, so we won’t cover that in this report. Instead, we’ll kick things off by talking about what really matters: The focus of your channel. The truth is, laying the groundwork for your channel early on is key to your success. In fact, the one thing that often separates successful channels from flops is in careful planning. First, you want to make sure you have decided on one main topic for your channel. Coming up with a strong theme will make it easier for you to grow your audience. And while you aren’t stuck creating content for only one niche, when you’re just starting out it’s always best to focus on one specific topic rather than trying to cater to multiple audiences. You can scale your business later by creating additional content that will attract other segments of your market. The key is to create a channel that is focused and delivers content that is relevant to one main niche. So, begin by jotting down ideas and notes about the kind of content you want to create. Research your market in order to better understand what kind of information they’re looking for, what style of content and overall tone are they most likely going to be attracted to and what can you do differently from other channels in your market? Quite often, the most successful channels are created based on topics you are personally interested in and passionate about. And of course, you want to tie your content in with your existing products, websites or blogs. The idea is to create one seamless brand where you’re visible on all major platforms, so connecting your YouTube channel with a blog that offers a text-based component will reach a wider audience and help you maximize exposure. If you aren’t sure what your channel will be about you’ll want to spend some time figuring it out before you go any further. Again, this goes back to researching your market so you can find areas that are lacking in content. Fulfilling a need in your niche with content that is in-demand but not widely available, will be the easiest way to launch your channel with little marketing needed. If you need extra help coming up with a focus and theme, here are a few popular themes used in many successful YouTube channels: How-To/Tutorials/DYI: These channels are always popular because they teach specific skills. Whether your channel will provide tutorials for things like software, marketing, website building or making money – OR – you create a content based on home improvements, interior design or saving money with renovations, this type of channel is always in demand. Best of Clips: Think of these videos as round-ups of popular videos. It could include content like “Funniest Home Videos”, or “Top 10 Vacation Spots”. The possibilities are endless. Just make sure you aren’t infringing on anyone’s content and that you have the right to include segments of videos. Travel Channels: People are always looking for reviews on places to vacation and what type of activities are available in these areas. You can easily monetize a travel channel with sponsorships later once your audience grows. Tech Videos: Always a popular topic, tech videos simplify technology. You could feature reviews of products such as computers, mobile devices and other gadgets or cover tech news. Crafting: These channels cover everything from creating crafts, selling crafts and everything in between. Many of the popular channels teach people how to create handmade crafts but there are dozens of ever-growing channels that show people how to create digital-based products to sell on sites like Etsy or Shopify. There are so many other channel themes that are in-demand and profitable, including gaming channels, podcast-style channels, story-time videos, fitness and health based channels, cooking channels and even channels dedicated to exposing online scams.

Purifying Plants PLR Ebook

They bring a vibrant beauty inside and create a natural oasis inside your home. They liven up a dull corner or window. The right plant can be a fantastic accent piece, whether it’s a hanging fern or a tall palm tree. And of course, they help create fresher air for you and your family. One of these wonderful plants is known as Pothos (otherwise known as Golden Pothos or Devil’s Ivy). Pothos is one of the easiest houseplants to keep alive. It’s a tropical plant, so it likes the warmth of an indoor setting. It’s a trailing vine with heart-shaped leaves and can grow up to six to ten feet in length. Pothos will tolerate low light and humidity, so it’s pretty easy to satisfy this plant and maintain it. However, for a healthier growth, give it bright (but not direct) sunlight and allow the soil to dry out between waterings. In addition, you’ll want to choose a well-draining potting soil. If your Pothos has pale leaves, it’s probably getting too much sun, whereas if you start to notice the appearance of differently colored zones within the leaves, it means it’s getting too little. If it starts getting a little leggy, just prune it back to shape it and control the length. Note: Pothos and philodendron plants are often confused. Pothos stems are grooved, while philodendron stems aren’t. New philodendron leaves have a sheath that dries and falls off; pothos doesn’t have this sheath. Pothos also like brighter light and warmer temperatures than philodendrons. You’ll often see pothos sold in hanging baskets. Tip: They aren’t heavy feeders, so fertilize monthly to bi-monthly during the growing season. Because it removes toxins like formaldehyde and benzene, commonly found in fresh paint, you often see this plant in offices or living rooms. However, it also absorbs carbon monoxide, so it’s a good choice for a bedroom as well. And Pothos also absorbs xylene and trichloroethylene. Word of Caution: This plant causes oral irritation and difficulty swallowing in pets, so make sure your dog or cat doesn’t chew on the leaves or stems. Purifying Plant #2: Dwarf Date Palm The pygmy date palm is a member of family Arecacea, an enormous group with over 2,600 species growing in tropical and sub-tropical zones of the world. This particular type is called the date palm because the small yellow flowers on the female trees give way to purplish dates once fertilized. Palms have numerous graceful arching frond-like leaves that branch directly from the trunk and the dwarf or pygmy variety can reach a height of six to ten feet. In the wild (Southeast Asia and Africa), they grow in the dense underbrush along riverbanks, in full sun to partial shade. They don’t like a whole lot of direct sunlight, but a little will be all it needs. Tip: Try a south- or east-facing window. Your palm will want plenty of water so plant it in sandy, well-drained soil and keep a regular watering schedule. Further, Date palms prefer temperatures above 50 degrees F (up to 75 degrees) so keep them away from cold drafts during Winter. It’s easy to keep a pygmy palm tree pruned, too – just snip off the dry or damaged fronds at the trunk. They’re slow growers, so have patience and you’ll have a full-sized tree in no time. However, if you see chlorotic or spotted fronds, your palm likely needs a good dose of magnesium or potassium. Feed your palm with a slow-release granular fertilizer only while it’s actively growing. Palm trees remove xylene and formaldehyde, so they’re good for a freshly painted or refurbished room, an office or living room!

Perfectionism Many times, procrastination is the result of perfectionism. This can come about in a couple of different ways. Either you push it off because you know you can’t get it done precisely the way you want, or you end up redoing the assignment too many times until it's late because you can’t get it perfect. Perfectionism and fear of failure are correlated as many prevent success by not starting something. One example is waiting for everything in your life to be perfect before you start your own business. Most successful entrepreneurs understand that this is not reality. In fact, every day businesses go through unexpected challenges due to human error or due to unavoidable situations. In other words, a business isn’t perfect and takes risks to be successful. If you strive always to be perfect, you will never learn to take the right risks and leap for the opportunities that are right for you. The Fear of Failure and Success New responsibilities or requirements that may be rewarded after the assignment is finished can be too much to process and emotionally handle. The same can be true in reverse and cause you to stall or prevent doing the task. You fear the work because it's new, and you don’t want to be wrong or fail. Not doing it at it all, or using a last-minute motivation to get it done, seems better than giving it your most significant try and still failing. Fear of Criticism No one likes being judged, especially within their own relationships and at work. It can lead to poor judgment of one’s abilities and self-confidence which can further degrade your work and ability to perform. Unfortunately, not only does this lead to late or missing assignments but also to poor-quality work, due to the emotions of fear taking over your ability to perform at your best. Dopamine Response For some, the rush of getting work done last minute and the possible drama it can cause is a fun and exciting feeling. They do it for the dopamine rush to make their days seem more exciting or measurable. It is their way to challenge and add pressure on themselves to motivate or bring more excitement to otherwise dull work. False Reality of the Future In simple terms, you decide that whatever you need to do is more of a problem for your future self to worry about than today. You also tell yourself that you will know how to do it better later or have more time than you really do. Just like saying, “I will start my diet tomorrow.” A false sense of reality can easily set you behind. Just because it’s the future doesn’t mean things will automatically improve or be less of a problem later on. Unclear Goals, Desires, and Rewards You simply don’t care enough about the work or the reward to do it, so it’s not desirable enough and it seems far-fetched or out of reach. When you don’t know what you want, you can’t make reliable decisions, ultimately delaying what you need to get started or finish. Unpleasant or Humiliating Work The work required to get the job finished is unenjoyable or physically makes you ill, anxious, or gives other discomforts. It takes a lot of determination, grit, and motivation to work on something you don’t like doing. Not liking the activities involved to finish the work will persuade anyone to neglect it. Anxiety and Depression If a task makes you sad or anxious, it's easily avoidable. Maybe you know you need to pay a bill but are too afraid to see how much the late payment will be, or it reminds you of a traumatizing time in life that makes it hard to revisit. Too Much to Do: Overwhelm A widespread factor is that there is simply too much to do in the time you have to finish a job. When you stack too many tasks together, it can feel overwhelming and confusing to find a place to start. Instead of focusing or finding a way to finish the work, you concentrate on the amount and therefore run out of needed time. Low Self-Esteem and Efficacy You simply don’t believe in your ability to get the work done or that you are the best for the task. If you think you will fail it anyway, what is the point of getting started early?

This is the usual case with people doing things wrongly with PLR material. Thus, it is just right to discuss the most common mistakes people do when harnessing the capability of PLR material so you can avoid committing the same mistakes. Mistake 1: Not Putting Your Stamp on the PLR Product to Make it Your Own Say, you chose a PLR material and decided to resell it as your own product. The first thing that you do is to put your label or name on it, upload it on the Web, and start marketing it. This is exactly the same mistake that 99% of sellers do; thus, they fail in using PLR material. The basic goal when using PLR material is being able to stand out from the rest of the sellers. You can do this by renaming and revising your product as well as your sales page. Get new graphics to give the product a fresh look. Mistake 2: Using or Creating Poor Quality Graphics on PLR Material Although it is just natural for you to provide graphics on your PLR product, you do not want to use them for the same reason mentioned above. The key is to stand out from the rest and you can do that by changing or creating new graphics. On the other hand, it is not for you to judge whether you have created an appropriate set of graphics for the product but your target market. Simply stated, you will know if your graphics are good if they appeal to your target market. Thus, it is much safer to let a professional graphics designer to the job. You would not want to have an equation that says: Poor graphics = not-so-impressive product Instead, you want to end up with: Professional graphics = impressive and professional-looking product Mistake 3: Unable to Create an Affiliate Program You should not stop exerting your efforts on making your PLR product stand out; rather, you should extend your efforts on recruiting affiliates to aid you in selling your product. It is more preferable to use ClickBank for your affiliate program. Many people put a PayPal button on their pages while attempting to sell as many copies of their product as they can themselves. This simply leads to the next mistake. Mistake 4: Not Being Able to Provide Your Affiliates with Needed Tools This is one of the most common mistakes among marketers. Once you establish an affiliate program, you should provide the necessary tools that your affiliates need in order to promote your products efficiently. These tools include product reviews, forum signatures, email signatures, email copy, graphics, and blog posts among others. If you can provide as many tools as you can, the better for your affiliates to promote your products. Otherwise, if you do not have access to any affiliate tool, it is mostly likely that you will fail to promote your products competently. Mistake 5: Not Being Able to Build a List from Your Efforts In any online effort, list building is an integral part of success. You can build three lists from each PLR product released. These include a prospect list, a customer list, and an affiliate list. More so, if you have an affiliate program, you can benefit from the efforts of others. As such, you should include an opt-in form on each page that you create. Mistake 6: Not Being Able to Build a List from Your Efforts This is not a typographical error. It is just worth mentioning again and again because it is probably the most substantial thing you need to do that is why you should make sure to build lists. Mistake 7: Unable to Read and Follow License Terms Just as any quality product, PLR products also have strict license terms. As such, it is very important that you read and follow these terms. Say, if the terms state you cannot market the product on auction sites, then you simply do not have to do it. Otherwise, you may appear irreverent and worse, not following the terms may cause you more trouble than you expect. Mistake 8: Assuming Old or Outdated Material as Substandard Regardless if the PLR material is more than 5 years old, it does not necessarily mean that it is already substandard. As long as it has quality and well written content, the product will still look as it was first written. It is also important that you update the product and work on enhancing it to give a fresh look. Mistake 9: Assuming Unlimited Licenses as Unfavorable Although a product has been distributed to numerous people, it does not necessarily imply that it is unfavorable. Most people think that limited licenses will sell more as compared to unlimited licenses. Fact is, your sales page sells the product and the number of people having access to the PLR product does not have relevance on your sales. The important thing is you put extra effort in making the product different. As such, you should not be affected if many people have access to the product since they are unlikely to do anything with it. More so, most people tend not change the graphics so the number of people with access on the product does not really matter. Mistake 10: Purchasing PLR Material and Unable to Use It You may be one of the people who have tried purchasing PLR material, simply stored it in your computer, and never made use of it. If you are planning to purchase PLR material or join in PLR sites, make sure you do not waste your money by not using the material. A system is included in this product that can generate full time income; however, you should make sure to follow it through as well as watch the videos to discover the power of the system. Since you have been continuing to read this means you are very serious on learning about PLR. Thus, you only have to follow it through, trust the principles taught here, and purchase a PLR product, which is for sale online. You will not have any regret about this. Chapter #3: Profiting from PLR System The system provided in this product is simple yet efficient and it is unbelievable how people do not implement it. You only have to take any quality PLR product, rewrite it, and market it on ClickBank. It is just that simple. Consequently, for any PLR product you use, you should do the following: Creating a Good Title If you do not change the title of your product, you will just be selling the same product as those being offered by others. As such, you should take time to choose a title. You do not have to stress yourself thinking of long titles. Three-word titles are the easiest to come up with so might as well give it a try. Buying a Dedicated Domain Name If you want to obtain success in marketing your product, do not use an extension of an existing domain. Take the following as an example: Domain 1: www.contentprofessor.com Domain 2: www.plrebookclub.com.com/digitalfiles/content_professor Which do you think appears more professional? The answer might be obvious but most people fail to distinguish the importance of having a professional-looking domain. Since you are trying to draw affiliate, it is advisable to invest on purchasing a dedicated domain name rather than maintaining one that looks like domain number 2. Putting Your Own Signature on the Material If you want to make money online, avoid doing the same things that lazy people do such as wanting everything done for them or spending huge amounts of money to have an easy life. You probably already realize that this is not going to happen. Although PLR material is something that can be promoted through easy money-making methods, the important things to remember are rewriting the material, putting your spin on it, standing out from everyone else, and making any product you recreate as your own. Consequently, this product includes “before and after” versions of the eBook to aid you on how it is done. In addition, the “original and rewritten” sales pages are also included. It is always right to bear in mind that making a little effort and doing a few hours of work can yield to long term outcomes.

This is the area of interest that your website is going to focus on and it’s what you’ll be writing about on a daily basis for your blog posts. This might sound like an easy job – but picking your niche is actually something you should consider very carefully. Getting this right can make your life a lot easier, while choosing poorly can make it almost impossible to achieve the success you’re looking for. Here we will look at some considerations that you need to bear in mind when picking your niche. A Topic You Enjoy Tip number one is to always choose a niche that you enjoy reading and writing about. Blogging is not a ‘small’ job by any stretch of the imagination. Remember when we said it would essentially need to become your full-time career if you wanted to be very successful? Well then you have to ask yourself – is this something you will be happy to write about on a regular basis? Writing will also come a lot easier if you’re well-versed in the subject. You’ll need to do less research and at the same time, you’ll find it much easier to come up with new interesting topics that people who like the subject will be interested in. What’s more, your passion will come across in the content and people will be much more inclined to read more of what you have to say as a result. Even if you plan on outsourcing your writing, knowing the niche you choose well will help you to feel excited about your site and to check over the accuracy and usefulness of the writing you’re receiving. Ultimately, choosing a niche just because some ‘guru’ says it’s a profitable one is a fast track to becoming bored and disillusioned and ultimately giving up. Popularity When picking your niche, you need to think about the competition out there and how easy it is going to be to stand out. Of course you want a subject that has a large potential audience, so why not pick something big like ‘fitness’ or ‘cars’? Well, that’s a good idea on the face of it until you think about how many other bloggers are writing in those niches. Bodybuilding.com is one of the largest sites on the net and it generates a huge turnover – most of which is invested back into the site to ensure a steady flow of new topics. Question is: can you compete with that? Are you going to be able to compete with any of those sites to get to page one? On the other hand, if you choose to blog about rearing stick insects, you’ll likely find that there’s a much smaller audience – but also far less competition. The best case scenario then is to find a topic that is popular but that isn’t so popular that it’s going to attract lots of huge companies and top-name bloggers. Things like ‘foraging’, ‘knitting’, ‘writing’, ‘parkour’ are all big without attracting too much attention. Broad vs Specific Topics Another strategy is to start with a topic that has a broad appeal but then to narrow it down to something more specific. For instance if you like fitness, how about picking a certain area of fitness such as running or CrossFit? Or alternatively, what about targeting a particular group? For instance ‘fitness for diabetics’. You can also try combining two different topics. A great example of this is the blog ‘Nerd Fitness’. Another alternative strategy is to go very broad with your chosen niche which has the advantage of allowing you to come up with lots of new angles for content. If you do this though, you risk a lack of focus so you need to ensure that you keep everything tied together with a commonthread. A great example of this is the ‘Art of Manliness’ blog. This blog writes about anything that could be considered ‘manly’ – so that includes editorials on the role of the modern man but also posts on how to smoke a cigar or enjoy whiskey and posts on how to raise children. This gives a huge broad range of topics for the writer while still having a very strong brand identity and focus. Choosing a Profitable Market Another consideration when picking your niche is whether or not it’s profitable. That’s right: some niches are far more profitable than others and you’ll find it easier to monetize depending on which one you pick. Examples of highly profitable niches include finance and business. These are profitable because they offer ROI in themselves: someone will be happier to spend money on an eBook about earning money because in theory they’ll make that initial expense back. Likewise, there is money to be made in any niche that has a big and obvious ‘value proposition’. A value proposition can be thought of like an emotional hook – it is the thing that people will want to buy your products or read your blog for and the ‘way’ that they hope their lives will benefit. Fitness is a great example because people badly want six pack abs and are willing to pay. The same goes for dating. Monetizing that blog on raising stick insects on the other hand will be harder. There is simply not the same demand or ‘need’ for products here. That said though, the relative lack of competition in the area, combined with the relative scarcity of information means there are certainly ways to monetize. Ultimately it’s worth just thinking hard whether or not your niche is going to be profitable or not and weighing this up when choosing whether to write about it. Look at your competition to see whether they look to be making much money, think about your business model and maybe even try verifying your intended business model. Verifying means trying to sell to your target audience first to see if they are actually there and if they are actually interested in buying your product.

Using Writing Prompts Personal Use Ebook

Sample Content Preview One of the oldest, best, and easiest ways to drive traffic to your blog or website is through regularly writing fresh content for it. When you publish new blog posts, videos, audios, graphics and other types of content, the search engines pick it up and index it for future reference. When people use these search engines to search for information, solutions to problems they are having, or topics they are interested in, your pages will populate and display so the person can learn more. This person clicks the link, going to your website and voila! You have traffic. You may be thinking okay, that makes sense, but you don't have anything to write about. Perhaps you're worried about running out of topics to write about. Don't stress this! Even seasoned writers struggle to come up with topics sometimes but it's not a problem…. if you have swipe files of writing prompts to turn to when you're feeling uninspired. The fact is, there is always something to write about, you just need to open your eyes and ears to the opportunities. As you go through your day, look around for inspiration. Listen to what others are saying. See what people are reading or what's being written about. Write these things down so you build a large swipe file of topics to write about when you're lacking ideas. Writing prompts are a little gem of a secret that many of the most successful writers, bloggers and business owners have. Over the years, they've created a wealth of resources and countless lists to help them when things get tough. Writing prompts can help get your creative juices flowing even if the topic is not exactly what you're after. Warrior Mindset MRR Ebook With Audio

Sample Content Preview Watch any number of films about warriors or great heroes and you will find that they often start with the character going into exile. They go travelling and they live with very little, just as Seneca recommended. They will often spend this time learning from masters and going through training. This is seen in the film Batman Begins for example: an origin story detailing one of fiction’s favorite warriors. This is something that we can all benefit from. A great way to learn to live with less is to travel and to see the world – all while living from just a backpack and making do without creature comforts. What you’ll find is that you can make do with far less than you thought, and that your resourcefulness is often going to see you through the situations that you thought were impossible. Simple things like a cup of coffee can be nearly life changing when you’ve become used to being cold, tired and hungry. Going backpacking will further help you to open your mind, to see other cultures and to see the conditions in which some other people live. This broader context and appreciation will help you to make better decisions yourself. Take Cold Showers One more way to help start to develop the mindset of a true warrior is to take cold showers. This sounds like a very simple step, but the difference it makes can be profound. The reason for this is that a cold shower is so difficult to face, especially when you’re tired or you’ve just woken up. This is the last thing your body will want and thus it takes a huge amount of discipline to step under that cold water and to keep yourself there. Not only that, but once again, you are teaching yourself to make do with conditions that feel less than perfect. In the wild, we would have lived outside in the cold. Our only way to wash would have been to bathe in freezing cold rivers and waterfalls. Today we are once again spoiled. Taking cold showers is one way to become a little less domesticated and to start to learn to push against your impulses and desires. Once you can do this, you can do the same thing when it comes to exercising despite being tired, working despite feeling unmotivated and eating healthy food instead of fattening food. In other words, you learn the discipline necessary to take the noble path, rather than the easy one. Oh, and as an added bonus, cold showers are actually very good for you. Not only will they increase your wakefulness first thing in the morning and boost blood flow to the brain, they will also strengthen the heart, improve circulation and even enhance testosterone and sperm count. Oh, and later on we’ll see that you’re also going to be learning meditation. Cold showers are a perfect opportunity to practice mental focus. Did you know that some people can run naked through snowy mountains and keep their body temperature up simply with the power of their concentration? Making Decisions and Taking Responsibility If you follow all this advice, then with time you should learn to be able to take control of your emotions and to do the things you don’t want to do, but that need doing. But there’s more to the warrior mindset than this. Also important, is being able to suppress your emotions and your desires in other ways: for example, when there’s a crisis and it’s your job to respond and to help make sure everyone is safe and looked after. Imagine that a friend at a party has fainted and hit their head on the way down. Or imagine that you’ve arrived home to find the home has been broken into… what do you do then? We’ll get to that in a moment, but actually, many of us will even struggle to make decisive and final decisions in much less important scenarios. For example, you may have at some point been at the grocers when your partner asked you wanted for dinner. You say, ‘I don’t know’ and they say, ‘well make a decision!’. Your answer to this is: ‘why don’t you make a decision??’. Sound familiar? While it might be an amusing couple’s dispute, it’s also a sign of weakness once more. The inability to make even small decisions suggests that you don’t have an opinion, or you’re too scared to say it. This approach can lose you the respect of others, it makes a poor leader and in more serious situations it could lead to an inaction that causes others to become harmed.

Passion For Your Passions MRR Ebook

Sample Content Preview FINDING YOUR TRUE PASSION “Nothing great in the world has been accomplished without passion.’ – Georg Hegel, German philosopher So you have decided to break away from the pathetic monotony of your regular job. You want to live fully and passionately and reap all those rich rewards at the end of the rainbow. How do you find out what you are truly passionate about? How do you separate the delusions from the do-able? You could be passionate about becoming the King of Spain, or winning the lottery or ruling the world. Indeed, there are people who have dreamt of that and done it. Alexander the Great ruled almost the entire known world in his time. But what is your true passion? HERE ARE a few steps you can take to discover the currents that move you deep inside: 1. Read your own body language. How does your body behave at your present job? Does it tense up and ache all the time? Do you get panic attacks very often? Are you so bored that you doze at your desk? Do you keep looking at the clock as break time approaches? Then you are in the wrong job. You simply don’t have the passion for it. When you work on a job that you are passionate about, all your aches and cramps will dissolve. You will find yourself working extra hours, talking to your friends about your work and simply bubbling with life. 2. What did you love doing as a child? Your childhood hobbies and obsessions can indicate a genuine passion. Education and family pressures often move us away from our true calling. Did you love bikes or gardening or trekking? Then maybe a career in the automobile or landscaping or travel industries is where you should be! So sit back and recall your childhood and write down your memories. What made you smile then may still make you grin today and in the future. 3. What do you love doing as an adult? You might very well have passionate side pursuits even today. Do you love your moonlighting job more than your regular day job? Many corporate honchos work the night shift as chefs or night school teachers. Start spending a few hours every day on your pet hobby. It may just hold the key to the real you! “Rest in reason; move in passion’ – Khalil Gibran Sometimes to unleash true passion in yourself, you may have to change your job to suit your aptitude better. But you may find that you do love your existing job, but simply don’t feel very passionate about it. You can study your situation and then try to make a few changes to rekindle the passion you felt when you first started working. Visualize yourself working passionately at your job. What would you be feeling? A sharp focus, clear vision of your future, total control and mastery over your work, a healthy body and an exuberant atti-tude! Then reverse engineer these symptoms to regain your passion. Check on whether you work better with a team on the field rather than those solitary hours at a desk. Are you logical minded or creative minded? Are you crunching numbers when you would rather be in the design section? Get a revised aptitude assessment done. Ask your superior for a redesignation or transfer to a more appropriate department. Exercise your body for at least thirty minutes every day. Let the adrenalin pump and flow in your blood. Eat healthy food and drink a lot of water. Quit smoking and using any stimulants. Restore the balance between your spirituality and physicality by meditation and prayer. Your refreshed body will invigorate your mind and passion will return. Increase your knowledge of your field by taking new study cour-ses. Take time out to travel and widen your perspective. Take a half-pay sabbatical to add new qualifications to your resume. Some lateral career movement can bring an innovative twist in your way of working. Passion does not come overnight. Taking these proactive steps will see a gradual increase in your enthusiasm. You will begin working with a newly fired zeal which becomes contagious, moti-vating your team mates as well. You will have consciously taken charge of your life again and the fruits of prosperity will be in sight once again. PASSION FORCE 1 - CURIOSITY W of the Force. hat drives passionate people to work so hard? Where do they get their energy from? Passion can be fueled by many factors. Let us examine 6 most important sources Curiosity. One of the most powerful triggers of human invention has been curiosity. Why does something happen? How does lightning occur? What happens if you mix two chemicals? Which route will discover new lands? The human mind is programmed to question everything around it. Discoveries take place when this curiosity becomes a passionate driving force. It takes on a relentless unstoppable energy which will not rest until a solution is found. Thomas Alva Edison tried out thou-sands of versions of the electric light bulb until he came up with one that worked. Madame Curie and her husband Pierre Curie spent all their lives unlocking the secrets of radioactivity. Steve Jobs’ search for a better computer user interface finally gave us the Apple computer with the now familiar graphical user interface using icons, which eventually spread to the whole world of computing in the form of Microsoft’s Windows. Christopher Columbus, Vasco da Gama, Roald Amundsen and all the great explorers of the world travelled passionately in the quest of conquering new land for humanity. After centuries of looking up at the moon, Neil Armstrong and Edwin Aldrin actually walked on the lunar surface. Nothing can stop the force of curiosity and the deter-mination that it fires up. Success stories in the workplace often arise out of sheer igno-rance. An employee may find he knows nothing about a particular field and begins learning it to satisfy his own curiosity. Pretty soon he has mastered it and is teaching the world a few new things about it. So step out of your ‘known zone’ and venture into the unknown. There just may be a discovery waiting there, with your name written on it.

7 Traits Of Successful Visionaries MRR Ebook With Audio

Sample Content Preview In other words, you come up with an idea for something you want to invent that could change the world and you hold nothing back. You imagine what the product or service you’d be most excited for would be in a perfect future. And then, from there, you ask yourself how you could make that possible. Chances are that it won’t be possible. A phone that never runs out of power? Not possible. A projector like the one used in Star Wars? Not possible. But then you ask what is possible and what could come the closest to emulating the same effects. In the former example, you have something like a solar powered phone charger/case. Or perhaps you could take something like the excellent ‘Crank’ iPhone case that showed up on iOS. This is a phone case that allows you to recharge the battery by turning a crank by hand to generate kinetic energy! For the hologram, the answer would be something like Microsoft’s highly exciting forthcoming HoloLens. This type of thinking forces you to overcome limitations and to get inventive and can lead to real innovation. By thinking big, you can come up with ideas that other people haven’t even entertained and you can make real breakthroughs as a result! Let’s consider Elon Musk: here’s a guy whose end game is to colonize Mars and to rid the planet of its reliance on fossil fuels. Not exactly modest aims, but it seems to be working for the guy! Trait #4: They Know When to Work With Others Speaking of Elon Musk and his big ideas, this is a perfect example of how having a big idea can generate excitement and help you to make a splash. Because when Musk came up with the notion of SpaceX, he had no clout behind his name and no prior experience. How would this ‘nobody’ gain serious interest in his competition to develop a spacecraft? He didn’t even have the money to put behind the idea! The solution was simple: he found serious people within the industry that would give the presentation with him. He found ambassadors that lent his idea credibility and that was enough to ensure that backers would cough up the prize money. This is an example of an entrepreneur recognizing their own limitations and knowing how to get around them by working with others. Likewise, you should also think of all the other ways that you can get around your own limitations with the help of others. Don’t know how to program your website or app? Hire someone. Not a great graphic designer? Hire someone. Trying to do everything yourself is a big mistake as it will not only waste your time but also result in a less high-quality product than if you had used professionals. Know when to work with others and don’t try and do everything yourself! Trait #5: They Take Precautions Many people think that it requires a lot of guts and risk-taking to be an entrepreneur. This is true to an extent but it doesn’t mean you should be reckless. In fact, a good entrepreneur will always have contingencies and backup plans to mitigate risk. One way to do this for example, is to be less of a perfectionist and to keep the costs of developing your idea to a minimum before you start profiting. This might involve creating what you would call an ‘MVP’ - a ‘minimally viable product’. The aim here is to offer something that is unpolished and that has zero bells and whistles. In the case of an app or a website designed to offer a crowd-based service, this might mean that you do handle the design work yourself and settle for something relatively ‘ugly’. In the case of a product, it might mean that you quickly put together something that is cheap to make and that has no attractive packaging etc. The reason this is a good idea, is that it allows you to test and see if there’s an audience for your product before you spend more time, money and effort on it. If the MVP starts selling a little, then you know there’s interest and you develop it further into some perfect. If the project doesn’t work out, then you simply move on to the next one – no harm done! This way you can ‘throw lots of paint at the wall and see what sticks’. Become the ‘lean startup’ and don’t spend too long on an idea that you haven’t verified. Likewise, you aren’t taking a huge risk by investing countless hours and huge amounts of money into an idea that might not work. A similar strategy is to first ‘validate’ an idea, which means that you try to sell it before it is ready. If you find buyers who would have paid for the service or product, then you can invest the time necessary to make it! Then again though, it does also take a lot of courage to be a successful entrepreneur or visionary. You need to have the resilience to fail and to get back up and the thick skin to not care when other people ask what exactly you’re doing! Trait #6: They Can Spot Opportunities Of course, all of this would be a little moot if you didn’t have an idea to sell in the first place. Now I’m not going to say that all entrepreneurs are true innovators and visionaries. Some are, sure. But others are lucky and others still are just savvy. Either way, the key skill to cultivate here is the ability to spot an opportunity and to milk it. That means looking for gaps in the market. Looking for things that don’t exist yet but should and looking for ways to reach the right audience.
