5 Steps To Overcoming Excuses MRR Ebook With Audio

Sample Content Preview 2. All Excuses Can Be Overcome Excuses usually occur due to distractions. Distractions can be anything from noise made by spouses, children, pets, neighbors, etc. to being logged into social media accounts, email accounts, smartphones, etc. Usually, your attention will be diverted because of one of these instances. Many people will get distracted by their social media accounts, wanting to see who posted what content to their newsfeed or who is the latest person who wants to become their friend on social media. You get sucked into looking at your social media account, and before you know it, 30 minutes or even 60 minutes has gone by without you getting any work done. Obviously, you’re not going to have a thriving business if you allow distractions to rule your life and take away your work time. Thus, you need to learn to overcome the distractions and the associated excuses that prevent you from completing needed work in a timely fashion. When it comes to social media, stay off of your accounts when you are working; only spend time on them when you are not working or during breaks. When it comes to noise caused by others, use earbuds or cotton balls to drown out the noise and to keep your focus on your work. Talk to those who are causing the noise and see if you can find a way to reduce or eliminate the noise. Even when it comes to not knowing how to do a specific task necessary for your business, this type of excuse can be overcome as well. Look to YouTube and search for the task you are looking to complete to see if someone shows how exactly it is to be done, then follow along and do it. If necessary, ask someone in an online forum to assist you in doing the task or post an ad to an outsourcing website and hire an outsourcer to have it done. The point is that EVERY excuse can be overcome if you are really committed and dedicated to building and maintaining a thriving business; it just takes some effort and focus to achieve the solution. 3. Focus On Your End Goal To aid you in building and maintaining your business, focus on the end goal. Why are you building your business? What do you hope to gain out of it? How long do you want it to last? What do you want your legacy to be? Do you want to ensure your family has a happy, safe, secure financial future? Do you want to change the world for the better? Do you want your business to last beyond your own lifetime on Earth? How do you want your life to be remembered after you are gone. Really focus on these questions and see what answers come to mind. Even consider writing down those questions and answers on a piece of paper, in a journal, or in a .txt or .doc/.docx file. Review this every so often; if you have it on a piece of paper, tape it to your computer screen or have it right next to it so that’s it’s always there for you to read and review in the event you get distracted, frustrated, or thrown off track by excuses or distractions. Reviewing the reasons why you want to build your own business and what you want to get out of it will give you the drive and desire to work past distractions, not allow excuses to dictate your actions, and allow you to complete the work you need to complete at a high level and in a timely fashion. 4. Take Care Of Yourself Taking care of yourself is vital to ensuring you do the bestquality work you can do in a timely fashion. If you deprive yourself of eating well and sleeping well, you will not be as focused as you need to be in order to complete your work at a high level in a timely fashion. Instead, you’ll be fighting to stay awake and stay focused on your work. If you’re constantly hungry, you’ll be distracted by your stomach and not be able to complete your work at a high level in a timely fashion. In addition, you may get worn down and even become ill because you aren’t getting enough nutrients and vitamins in your diet. If you become sick, say, with the cold or flu, you’ll have more of an excuse to stop working, which is exactly what you don’t want to do if at all possible. And, if you eat regular meals, you’ll have a greater chance of staying healthy. The same goes with getting enough sleep. If you start depriving yourself of sleep, your mind will begin to wander, and you won’t work as proficiently or efficiently, resulting in lower-quality work taking longer to complete. In addition, it’s likely you’ll doze off while working, which could even lead you to want to get up and take a nap, thinking you’ll feel better after you get a quick nap and be more willing and able to work. Then, before you know it, you’ll have slept for 2-4 hours instead of 30-60 minutes, losing more time you could have and should have been working, all because you deprived yourself of sleep. The same goes with spending quality time with loved ones (family, friends, etc.). If you are always working and not spending time with them, your mind will start to think about them constantly. You could even start resenting your work because you’re always working and not spending time with them. Additionally, they may start resenting you because you always choose to work instead of spending time with them, which can cause more stress and strain for you and not allow you to focus as well as you need to to do your best work in a timely fashion. Therefore, taking care of yourself is vital to avoid distractions and excuses that can hinder you from doing your best work in a timely fashion. Being sick, being tired, or being depressed and sad can be major excuses for not getting work done in a timely fashion, so be sure to take care of yourself to ensure these excuses do not get in your way of achieving a successful, thriving business. 5. Reward Your Successes It is important that you reward yourself for the quality work that you do. If all you do is work and not take any joy or pride in your accomplishments, chances are high that you will start to tire of the work that you do and even resent it. Then, you will look for every excuse in the book to not do the work you are expected to do in order to have your own thriving business. In short, the work of creating and maintaining your own successful business will be worth more trouble than it’s worth if you don’t take time to enjoy the successes. That includes the monetary rewards you get from successful projects, including product launches and more. When a project goes well, consider taking a little time off and celebrating with a nice dinner, a little mini-vacation (even if you just stay at home and not work for a day or two), or purchasing an item you wanted to have.

5 Steps To Unleashing Your Inner Greatness MRR Ebook With Audio

Sample Content Preview You need to look upon new activities and challenges as learning experiences. This means you need to look upon mistakes as learning tools, not events or situations that you need to fear or dread. Most people can tolerate making mistakes; it’s when they make the same type of mistake over and over again that really infuriates people. By recognizing the type of mistake you make the first time and knowing what caused it and what actions to take to avoid that mistake, you will be improving your skill set and unleashing your true inner greatness. 2. Do Not Fear Of Making Mistakes You need to adopt the mindset of not being afraid of making mistakes; too many people in our world today hold themselves back because they don’t want a mistake. Many times, this is because our work culture emphasizes perfection. While avoiding mistakes is understandable and even encouraged, most reasonable people know that mistakes do happen from time to time- they are unavoidable, but they can help you to grow and become better if you learn to identify what the mistake was, how and why it occurred, and how you can take actions to prevent the mistake from occurring again. Additionally, you need to realize that you can overcome most mistakes; they aren’t that serious to where they will do any serious harm that can be overcome. Many people dread making one because they will do such serious harm that their reputations and careers will be jeopardized because of making a mistake. Learning to improve yourself by experiencing mistakes will actually benefit you in the long run, plus it will help you to grow as an individual and achieve the inner greatness you want to achieve. It will help you to become the best person you can possibly be and make the greatest impact on our world, plus enable you to achieve all of the accomplishments you want to achieve in your life. You need to see making mistakes as a learning experience, one where you are not afraid to make a mistake. Recall that making the same type of mistake over and over again is frowned upon, so you need to learn why you made a specific type of mistake the first time and do all you can to avoid it in the future, but making a specific type of mistake the first time should be seen as a learning experience that helps you to grow as an individual and to boost your skill set and your self-confidence in your own abilities. In fact, making mistakes and rebounding from them is a good way to test your character, grow your skills, and strengthen you in terms of being able to bounce back from something that doesn’t go as planned. Life is often full of these moments; the best way to handle these situations and to fulfill your greatest potential is being able to bounce back from life’s challenges as quickly as possible and getting back on the path the achieving your inner greatness as soon as possible. Experiencing mistakes and growing from them is a key way to help you develop the skill set to bounce back from life’s challenges as quickly as possible. 3. Learn From Your Successes To help you find and unleash your inner greatness, you need to learn from the successes you’ve had in your life. You need to reflect on the fact that you have dealt with challenging situations in the past to where you needed to employ your skills, abilities, and resolve to overcome them, and that you did it to where there was a successful resolution. This reflection will remind you that you have the skill set needed to handle life’s challenges in a way where you can find success and your inner greatness, as well as achieve your greatest potential and the accomplishments you wish to achieve. Additionally, reflecting on those successes will enable you to review the skills you have gained and see if any of those skills can aid you in overcoming the challenge you are currently facing. Chances are high that at least some of those skills can aid you in overcoming the current challenge you are facing. By reviewing the situations you’ve faced and the skills you’ve learned and employed to overcome those situations, you will have more self-confidence to tackle the challenge that now faces you and help you to find and unleash your inner greatness. 4. Learn From Your Failures Learning from your failures is as important, and in some ways, even more important than learning from your successes. The key reasons why learning from your failures is important to helping you grow as an individual and unleashing your true greatness are because you learn of your weaknesses and what you struggle to do well. You learn what you need to do better in order to have fewer failures in the future. You also learn how to rebound from such disappointments and what skills you employed to help you recover from and overcome those failures. Failures can serve to teach us our weaknesses, as well as humility. If we constantly have successes and do virtually everything well, we may start to become arrogant and self-righteous in our actions, thinking we can do no wrong and that everything we do will turn out well and even great. Unfortunately, life doesn’t work that way, and just when we think we have life all figured out, a “curveball” will come in the form of an unexpected challenge or situation that we are not ready to handle, and disaster strikes. It can be the unexpected loss of a family member, it can be the unexpected loss of a business client, or it can even be the unexpected loss of a game of friendly competition.

Building Great Landing Pages That Convert Resale Rights Ebook

Table of Contents Introduction to Landing Page ........ 3 The Landing Page System 3 What You Need Before Getting Started ..... 5 Planning Your Landing Page Theme ............ 5 How to Write a Landing Page that Converts ............. 6 Tips on Increasing Your Landing Page Conversion Rate ......... 7 Driving Traffic into Your Landing Page ........ 9 Resources ........ 10 Sample Content Preview What You Need Before Getting Started Before you get started building your landing page, you will need a number of things to a) make your offer actually have a point; and b) facilitate the creation of your landing page. One thing you absolutely must have before you get started is an auto responder. Without any auto responder, you are tossing potential bags of money in the garbage. Rather than creating a relationship with customers and potential customers – and giving yourself the opportunity to attempt future up-sales -- you're allowing them to leave and never return. In addition to an auto responder, you will need to have an actual offer that people want to buy. You may want to develop a product, such as an E-Book or a piece of software. If you don't have the skills to do either, you can always hire a professional to do it for you through Elance.com or Guru.com. You will then either want to sell this product and attempt to get subscribers from your thank you page – or you will want to get subscribers by offering the product for free (which is what many Internet marketers now do). Another thing you absolutely must have before you get started is a check out service. You may want to consider Paypal, Click Bank, or 2 Check Out. All of these services will allow you to make transactions quickly. Another thing you must have before you get started is a set of graphics, which usually includes a graphic header, a check out button, background wallpaper, and a half-decent picture of yourself. You can probably provide the picture of yourself, but you might want to hire a professional to do the rest. Another thing you will need before you can get started on your landing page is some way in which to create a realistic signature. https://www.vletter.com is probably your best bet; but, if you're on a budget, you may want to opt for simply using a word processing program. Planning Your Landing Page Theme Perhaps the most important part of creating a landing page is planning your landing page theme. How you select your theme, of course, will all depend on how you plan to generate traffic. If you decide to generate traffic through search engine optimization, planning your landing page theme will entail finding phrases within your niche which have a high demand (aggregate search value) and a low supply (small amount of competing sites) and then creating multiple landing pages, each which is optimized around a different phrase. If, on the other hand, you decide to generate traffic through pay per click (PPC) programs, such as Adwords, planning your landing page theme will again entail tuning a number of different pages to fit the keywords you are purchasing. This is actually where most people fail when they create a landing page: they don't tune it to fit a specific audience. For instance, in the case of a squeeze page for a newsletter, they might start a newsletter about toys, but they only create one landing page and send all traffic to it. This is a big mistake. Chances are, if you create a quality product or newsletter, it can benefit a number of people. So why not communicate the exact benefits they will derive from subscribing or buying? If, for instance, you have a newsletter about Legos and toy blocks, so you group it under the loose heading of “toys,” a visitor who is looking specifically for information about either Legos or toy blocks will click off your page if they don't see the direct connection to the exact topic for which they were searching. Instead, you will want to setup a page centered around Legos and a page centered around toy blocks. On each page, you will want to communicate the specific benefits to joining the list for each of those groups of visitors. Going one step further, in addition to planning your landing page theme, if you are creating a landing page for a newsletter, you may also want to segment your list, so you can send information specifically about Legos to those who request it – and information about blocks to those who request it. How to Write a Landing Page that Converts Most people have no (or simply the slightest) idea how to write a landing page that converts. Instead, they slop together elements that they have seen used in other landing pages – but usually do not put them together in the same way the owner of the successful landing page did. One major problem is copy. And that's fine. Not everyone is going to be an excellent writer – never mind a copywriter. But as someone selling a product or trying to build a list, it is important that you know your strengths and weaknesses – and that you either spend the time to overcome them or hire someone else to do it for you. With copywriting, for instance, it is important to use a mix of compelling sales points with powerful psychological triggers. Most people who create a sales page miss either one or both of those elements. For instance, they might concentrate so much on building hype that they don't actually explain what solution they are providing – and for whom they are providing it. If I don't have a specific problem that your product solves, why would I buy it? I wouldn't. Now, if they fail to sprinkle in psychological triggers, such as “scientifically proven,” “guaranteed,” and “shocking,” no one will feel compelled to continue reading, as the benefits will have a low or average perceived value. In addition to these two problems, some sales pages lack coherency and direction. The copy looks amateurish and it doesn't slowly grind forward, breaking down the visitor's resistance to the sale – and compelling him or her to buy more and more at each sales point. Additionally, if there aren't multiple calls to action – another form of psychological trigger – then a potential visitor might never feel compelled enough to pull out his or her credit card on the spot and make the purchase. In addition to careful copywriting, there are other important things you must take into consideration when writing a landing page that converts. For instance, it is important to build a compelling case for a time-bound offer. Now, this doesn't mean you have to invent fake deadlines and constantly revise them each week. This is a good way to guarantee your complete loss of credibility in the shortest amount of time possible.

Searching For The Perfect Niche Resale Rights Ebook

Sample Content Preview Because I want to see what kinds of ads are in them. I need to know who else is selling what, and it will also tell me whether the people in this niche spend money. And the ads will not only tell me that, but they will also tell me what the people in this niche spend their money ON. And if I want to know which ads keep appearing (because then I'll know they are making money), I would want to pick up several issues in a row of the same magazine, if possible. Ok. By now I should have a pretty good niche market to test. And by knowing what kinds of informational products are selling, I can start to formulate the content I’m going to use for my test. This is where I go to niche-specific sites. So I’ll set up a mini-course on my autoresponder with my content. I like mini-courses better than just a free report to get them to opt in, because the free report is a one shot deal. I want to “train” them to be on the lookout for my emails, to anticipate them and open them. That way when (or if) my offer shows up in their inbox, it may have only been a day or two since they last heard from me, not weeks or months ago when they got their free report (in that case they’ll likely forget they signed up for your list and promptly delete your offer, unsubscribe, or report it as spam). If I have a free report I want to use, I’ll simply break it up for my mini-course. But as this is a new niche, it’s unlikely I’ll have a report yet. I’ll then set up some very targeted PPC ads using Adwords. I want to match each ad group to the keywords as closely as possible. Then I turn it all on and start building my list. So where’s the product, you ask? Well, at this point, I don’t know for certain how much traffic I’ll get or whether they’ll opt in or not, never mind whether they will purchase my product. I have an idea, due to my research. But now we want hard numbers to back it all up before I invest any more of my time and money. Hence, the testing. There are two things I primarily watch as the list begins to build: 1) How much traffic I am getting from PPC. I want to compare what I’m getting with my previous Overture estimates (adjusted for Google). At this point I want real numbers, not estimates. 2) My opt in percentage. If it’s too low, either my squeeze page copy needs to be tweaked, or, if I’ve done my homework with my copy, perhaps this market is not made up of enough buyers. Listen, if they’re not going to opt in, they’re certainly not going to buy. Now if my traffic and opt ins are both good, now is the time to start thinking about a product, which ideally should be along the same lines as the content they signed up for in the first place. Sometimes I will even email my list at this point and simply ask them what they want, or try to determine their wants and needs from carefully constructed survey questions. Just remember that people often say one thing and do another. It’s only 100% accurate when they vote with their wallets. An even better way to test your list’s desire for a particular piece of information is to announce a free teleseminar to them, then see how many show up. If a large percentage of your list calls in, it’s a good bet they’re interested in your call topic. HINT: Teleseminars also make GREAT products or bonuses themselves if you record them and sell them after the fact. In fact, sometimes I’ll announce a paid teleseminar rather than a free one. Why? Because then I know people will pay money for that information, an even better test indicator. They are voting with their wallets. Plus I can always sell the call recording after the fact as well. Another technique to test whether this niche is built up of buyers or tire-kickers and freebie seekers is to promote an affiliate product within that niche. If the product content is similar in nature to what you want to create as your product, it’s a good indication that you have the potential to get a similar percentage to buy yours. Just make sure it’s either a non-competing product or a front-end sale. If it’s a front-end sale, you’ll develop a mid or back-end product. Bear in mind that in the case of the latter, you’ll get less of a percentage to buy (compared with the percentage who bought your affiliate front-end product), but you may make up the difference and then some with a higher ticket item. It’s a risk, but it should be a calculated one. The beautiful thing is, once I confirm a niche will be profitable, with this approach I already have a pre-built list that keeps getting bigger by the time I launch the product. So there you have it. There are plenty of sites I use for research in addition to the ones above, but they are usually niche specific. These sites will help you to research practically any niche market effectively. Once you have this process down, you’ll be able to do this very quickly. After all time is money.

In the previous lecture we have discussed the platforms that we are going to use in order to apply the free methods of earning passive income from cryptocurrency and we have seen that these platforms are BITFINEX, BINANCE, ICONOMI, BitMax and Nexo. There are other platforms out there as well, but these are the ones that we are going to show you exactly how you can use them to actually apply these methods. And we are going to start with the first method and we are going to show you on each of the platforms where you can apply these methods how it works. ● And the first method that we have discussed and that we want to show you is bitfinex.com. After you do the account creation, the verification, what you need to do in order to start using the staking type of service, you need to deposit some money into your BITFINEX wallet. Basically, BITFINEX is a platform where you can actually deposit money like Euro, USD, or Pounds in order to buy cryptocurrency, it works also like an exchange if you want to work in trades also, between Bitcoin and US dollars, so you can buy cryptocurrency and you can exchange them between them on this platform, so you don't need to buy the crypto from somewhere else and then exchange it into crypto and move it on BITFINEX. You can actually do that directly here on the platform. So after you login, you are going to see that in the top part of the screen in the menu where you are going to have an icon which says wallet option in the menu you are going to go on the deposit function and in the deposit function you can select as you can see payment cards. So basically you can fund your wallet from bitfinex with your card. You can pay with your card and just have to go to payment cards you select one of the services basically they allow you to buy directly from euro or USD or other currencies, Bitcoin, USDt which is a tether USD, Ethereum front, we recommend you to buy tether USD because from tether USD basically you can buy all the other major coins. And you have to check which of the payment processors you are going to go with because they are going to take your small fee, it's either one to free percent it depends. So, that's how you find your wallet. Now, after you have some money in your wallet, what you can do is go in the more section and into staking rewards and check out what staking offers they have at the moment. We have basically opened a new window, we are not going to go into a lot of details about what staking means. Staking means basically putting those cryptocurrencies that you have for example, the aetherium or others to work with more cryptocurrencies and it will generate like early work. So, basically they will be part of your coins and will be part of bigger projects or bigger work and they will generate early work because they are the platform that is using them for that and if you are going to scroll down, you can see that you can deposit for staking and you can calculate your potential rewards for different types of cryptocurrencies. For example, we want a Polkadot which is a very popular cryptocurrency at the moment. And it will show you that basically, the equivalent in dollars of a Polkadot is $34.66. So, the yearly rewards for one Polkadot in staking is 2.43 USD dollars, which means that it's around 7% per year if I'm not mistaken, 7% per year. So it's not a lot but obviously, it's earning its passive income. And if we are going to scroll down you can see basically all the earnings for the major cryptocurrencies. And for Ethereum, it's one of the best estimated annual staking rewards up to 10%, for Polkadot exactly as we estimated around 7%. So 10% is not bad at all. Basically, this is passive income, you just think about it, if you put your own money or cryptocurrency in the bank, you have maximum per year, maximum maximum, and that's if they have different special offers maybe 2% 1.5%. that's the maximum. And if you take into consideration the inflation as well, I know a lot of people are talking about that, but it's something real. You might not actually earn anything, you might actually maybe even lose, or something like that. So stalking it's much more lucrative as a passive income than returns or dividends from the bank or other types of institutions. Obviously, it's a little bit more risky, but with the major platforms, it's very similar to banks and other other institutions as well. So, this is how you earn from staking and obviously, do your own research. Before actually going into this we want to do just to show you how this works. ● Now, another platform where you can do staking is BINANCE. And in BINANCE, it is very similar to BITFINEX. In terms of how it works, you will see that you have a wallet as well, you just click on the overview button of the wallet, you just click on deposit, and you can buy crypto with your credit card. It's as simple as on BITFINEX. You buy crypto with your credit card. And then if you are going to go to finance. In the menu, you will see Binance Earn, you just click on Binance Earn, you are going to see that you have some type of earnings here. And if we are going to scroll down to fixed terms, you're going to see staking, and if we click on staking, we can see what we have for staking. We have more and here we can see all the offers that we have for staking, it's with a fixed term, I mean, you put your coin, your coins for example, near you put your coins in there, and you lock them for 40 days and the estimated annual earning interest is 10.79. Obviously, you will get probably 40 days, around 1%, almost 1%. So if you're going to have 100 near, you're going to have 101. Also, some platforms have compound interest rates, which means you can reach higher returns. They add the earnings every day and then they calculate the whole earnings. And if you scroll down, you can see all the staking offers that they have. So it's easy, as you can see, it's not complicated at all. ● Now another great platform that you can use, and we are going to finish with the staking it's BitMax. And if you're going to go on BitMax, again, similar, you can go to your asset, you just click on a deposit and you see what you can deposit here. Basically, to deposit on BitMax, you first have to buy from somewhere else. You cannot just pay with your payment card or something like that, you have to buy the crypto from somewhere else. Or just go to the flat payment. I mean, you don't have it directly in your wallet, you just go to the flat payment and you have a bank card payment. And you can use two providers. And basically from here you can make the switches. It will take a 2% fee rate and we just buy the coins that you want. And after that, because that's what we want to show you is the staking, BitMax offers a very good staking program. They have plenty of opportunities here as you can see Polkadot is better and if you scroll down, you can see other projects as well. Can see they have many projects. And for some of them, it's very, very good staking rewards. Very good. So just check it out. BitMax, it's one of the best for staking rewards. So that's about all it's staking. Thank you very much for watching this lecture and we are looking forward to seeing you in the next lecture where we are going to discuss the lending function. Thank you again. Earn Interest From Lending Hello and welcome to our next lecture from this course on how to create passive income from cryptocurrency. In the previous lecture we have talked about staking and which are the platforms where you can do staking with a good margin of profit. And now in this next lecture, we are going to talk about where you can earn passive income by lending your cryptocurrency. Basically, you find your wallet on the platform with your cryptocurrency if Ethereum, Bitcoin or even which are USD or Euro or Pound. And you can lend them just like peer to peer lending and you can get some very good rates. ● So the first platform we are going to check out, it's BITFINEX and you already know what it looks like when you have logged into your dashboard. This is like the main dashboard. A lot of numbers here. And we have a wallet where you can deposit, withdraw, wallets, reports. This is not so important. But if we go in the left side, we have the funding which has funding and lending pro and we have the more section where if we are going to scroll down in the menu, we are going to see the lending products. If we are going to click on the lending products, we are going to see all the currencies available for lending. And we can see here a few of them. And we just have to check our balances and see what we can deposit in order to lend. For example, here we have ZRX, if we check ZRX has 3.45% per year return. So if we put this 22.97, if we deposit them in the lending account at the end of 12 months, we are going to get back. This amount, plus another around four zero. So it's a decent percentage. Then we have the lending pro function, which is a little bit more advanced, and if you are going to check the lending pro function. Just bear with me for a couple of seconds. Reloads let me just refresh it. So this is the lending pro function where basically you search, you can basically check here the currencies that you can lend and you can see the rates based on the rate. Basically, here is what you have to do here, you compete with other people on the rates that you offer in return. So you give an amount and you compete with other people which can basically lend money, as you do as well, and for example, if we take the USD dollar, the average return per year is 27.96% and in 24 hours, you have 87.23%. So it's a very good rate, if you think about it on more stable platforms or on more custodian platforms which are regulated by a lot of institutions. And it's not like a free market for lending, you are not going to see these types of rates. Obviously, this fluctuates all the time because people compete with each other. How to lend and to whom to lend. For ETH, let's see, where do we have it, we have 5.43% which is not a great one. So this is another aspect of BITFINEX, some other tool from them that you can use and for which you can get pretty good results overall. As you can see, you get some good results on some of the currencies, for Japanese Yen, 22.27% OmiseGO, 26.74, so pretty good rates. ● Now another platform where basically you can lend is Nexo, which is a custodian platform regulated by modern institutions. It's basically it's back to being short by a bigger institution. And what you can see here, we have earned up to 12 percent on your idle assets, which is a decent number. So if you are going to scroll down. What we can see here? We can see the percentages in Euro up to 12 percent. Bounce 12 percent. USDT, which is basically U.S. dollar, but in crypto, 12 percent. So very, very good rates, these are stable rates. These don't go up and down. Just top up your account and that's how it works. With an account, you have a minimum of one thousand, for example, Euros. Here and at the end of the year, you will have an extra one hundred and twenty euros. This is how this works. Pretty, pretty simple and another good part about Nexo, you can earn dividends, 30% dividends from Nexo, which is again, great. Because if you buy Nexo tokens, you will basically buy a staking in the company. You earn 30%t dividend, obviously, according to how much next year it's on the platform, 70%, they reinvest in the platform into developing it and earning even more. It's a pretty good deal, we think. So these are the two platforms that we recommend for lending. Obviously there are many others out there, but these are the two ones that we recommend. Thank you very much for watching. And we are looking forward to seeing you in the next lecture. Earn From Copy Trading Hello, and welcome back to our next lecture from this course, on how to use cryptocurrency to earn passive income. The last method that we are going to talk about is basically copy trading, which means to copy what other professional traders do or not necessarily professional, but other traders who maybe do this better than you. Or if you're not into trading, basically, you can copy what other people who are trading do. And we have two platforms where you can do that, one of them is ICONOMI and one of them is BitMax. BitMax you have seen before has a very, very good verified stacking type of service offering and ICONOMI is a platform where actually this is what you are doing, it's focused on copying traders, or copy trading. Now, copying traders is not something it's not like our financial advice, we do not give financial advice whatsoever. It's up to you however you want to invest your money, obviously, or if you want to copy other traders or trade yourself or anything like that, we are just going to show you how you can do that. And what we are looking for, but it's up to you, it's your decision how you want to do it.

Teleseminars Explained MRR Ebook

Sample Content Preview IN ADDITION, teleseminars can help you do the following: Sell more. By presenting a sales presentation over the phone, you offer much more interactivity and a stronger personal connection than you can through a website or direct mail piece. Create products. The calls themselves can be turned into products or classes. You can sell access to your live events, or you can record them and sell them later as CDs or audio downloads. And that's just for starters. Get to know your audience. Being able to interact with your audience in real time allows an unprecedented level of market research, right in the moment. Establish yourself. If you interview experts in your area, you will quickly be seen as an expert by association. Build your list. Teleseminars are popular ways to introduce yourself to a new market. It's easy to invite people to your free events -- and as they sign up, they become part of your list. Create trust. Trust is crucial when you want to do business online. And one of the best ways to build trust with your audience is to interact with them directly. As they hear your voice live on the call -- and as they ask questions and get answers right then and there -- you become "real" to them and they'll be able to bond with you. This is something that's much harder to accomplish through sales letters and emails. But what about skills? Don't you have to have some kind of “chops” to host a teleseminar? Stop wondering! If you have enough experience to start a business, you have enough experience to produce and host a teleseminar. Read on and I'll show you how. PLANNING FOR SUCCESS I n order to pull off a great teleseminar, you'll need to plan for success. Sure, there are things that can go wrong, but if you plan your teleseminar well, most of them can be avoided. Let's review what you need to do to ensure your teleseminar will go as smoothly as possible: 1. Choose a good topic. Choosing a topic for your teleseminar is much like choosing a topic for a blog post. You don't want something too broad, or you'll have no focus. And you don't want something too narrow, or you will run out of things to say. Instead, you want to balance your need to cover new ground with your need to keep the length and breadth of your teleseminar manageable. For your first go-round, I suggest keeping things tight and focused. You should also plan keeping your call to an hour or so. Any longer and you may burn yourself out or run into more problems than you're prepared to deal with! Start by brainstorming a list of possible topics for your telesemi-nar. When it comes to scope, ideal topics are suitable for magazine articles rather than books! In short, go through your list of topics and decide for each one whether it is so broad you'd need a book to cover it, or if you could do it justice in a magazine article. Then make a list of your top picks. Can't pick just one? Remember, you can always hold another tele-seminar -- and you should! Right now, you're just getting ready for the first one, so select a topic you feel comfortable with. 2. Decide on an expert. One of the greatest advantages of telesemi-nars is that you don't have to be the expert; you can interview someone else with more experience. You can also hold a dialog between the two of you, or you can do the whole thing yourself. It's entirely up to you. 3. Pick a day and time. Next, you need to pick a day and time. It's easy to drive yourself nuts trying to find a day and time that works for everyone in your target audience. Just realize that no matter what you do, you simply won't be able to pick a time that is convenient for everyone! Instead, pick a time that works for you, and go with it. You can always make the audio available later if you like. 4. Decide on whether to charge or not. Are you planning to charge for your teleseminar? You'll want to decide upfront whether to charge or not, and what you should offer as upsells. In a later section, we're going to cover fee vs. no fee teleseminars in more detail. That's it! These are the key decisions you need to make before you get started because they will affect a lot of your other activities. Just keep in mind that they're not necessarily either/or decisions. There are a range of options you can select, so let's discuss those in greater detail, starting with inviting an expert. One of the easiest ways you could host a successful teleseminar is by inviting an expert. Having an expert take part in your teleseminar has a number of advantages: You don't have to rely on your own expertise – your expert will be there to educate your audience. You'll achieve expert status by association. Think of Oprah: She isn't a weight loss expert, but because she has interviewed dozens of them, she is seen as a health and fitness guru in her own right (even in light of her ongoing battles with her own weight!). You can bring new expertise to your audience. Offering an added perspective to your audience raises your value in their eyes. You become a “connector,” someone who knows all the right people. You can get in front of new prospects. Many experts have audiences or lists of their own, and their “tribe” will follow them to your sphere of influence. If they like what they see, they will stay a while – and maybe even buy something!

Nevertheless, it remains an important truthful statement that you can only treat with levity at your own peril. Health is wealth and there is no doubt about that. At least, you need it to make wealth. You cannot go to work if you are sick unless it is very minor. Even when it is minor, you will still find it difficult to be at your best when you don’t have sound health. Moreover, you need to be healthy to enjoy your success. What is the point of making all the money only to spend it on sickness? You should take an “excursion” to the hospital once in a while to learn some vital lessons in life. There are many rich people in the hospital who are there battling for their lives. They have money but they don’t have the sound health that money cannot buy. The fact that you can afford an expensive meal doesn’t mean that you should buy it. You should consider the health implications of the things you consume rather than their prices. Success is only worth it when you are in good health and can enjoy it with the people that mean the world to you. What Makes a Habit Healthy? We will end this section by identifying the qualities of healthy habits in order to help you identify them and avoid destructive ones. Healthy habits have the following attributes. Beneficial to the Individual in the Long Run It is crucial to mention that a habit should be beneficial in the long run before it can be considered to be healthy. There are many things we do that gratify our desires in the short run but are disastrous in the long run. For example, smoking settles the desire to feel calm in the short run. However, it affects the lung and other parts of the body eventually. So, if a habit cannot make you stay healthy in the long run, you shouldn’t let the short-term benefits blindfold you. Lack of consideration for the future consequences of an action will only bring tears and regrets eventually. Beneficial to Others When something is beneficial to you but hurts others, it’s not a good habit. We have to be conscious about how our actions affect the people around us. This is the reason the government of some nations restricts the activities of industries. The fact that a company is boosting the economy and raking in a lot of money doesn’t mean it has the freedom to jeopardize our health. We should apply the same principle when evaluating our habits. For example, sexual promiscuity might make you feel good immediately. Nonetheless, it will hurt your partner emotionally when he or she finds out. In some cases, it might even affect the person physically if you infect him or her with sexually transmitted diseases from unprotected sex. Beneficial to your Physical and Mental Health It’s in your best interest to consider how your actions affect both your physical and mental health. If a habit affects your mental health negatively, it will eventually take its toll on your physical health, and vice versa. So, the fact that an action doesn’t have a direct impact on your physical health doesn’t mean it is right for you. For example, you might be doing a job that doesn’t demand too much from you physically. Nonetheless, if you are told to do unethical things that don’t align with your conscience, you’ll not be happy. The feeling of dissatisfaction will become more intense when you realize that your activities are hurting people. If you keep having negative emotions, it can affect the way you take care of your physical health. For example, when you’re not in a good mood, it’s not likely that you have an appetite. The desire to exercise or enjoy sex if you are married might become affected. So, a good habit doesn’t only have physical health benefits; it should also have mental health advantages. Chapter 2: Lifestyle Choices Life is a game of choices, and you have to choose wisely. We should never forget that we have the right to pick our choices but we don’t have the right to decide the consequences of our decisions. Making the Best Personal Decisions The quality of your life depends on the quality of your choices. Whatever you’re experiencing today is often a product of your previous investments. You don’t have to wait until you are sick before you start eating healthily and working out. You can choose to have a culture of having a healthy lifestyle to protect your health both in the short-term and long run. Note that you are always making a decision even when it seems as though you’re not doing anything. Indecision and choosing to do nothing are still choices. You should be more deliberate about the choices you make because they all have consequences, which can be either positive or negative. For example, you shouldn’t just eat anything you can grab. It’s a wrong approach to feeding that can make you gain excess weight or jeopardize your health. An adage says, “You are what you eat”. Regardless of your perception of this statement, it’s not far from the truth. Your choice of food and how you eat it affect several parts of your life, including your physique and overall health. Nonetheless, your feeding habit isn’t the only lifestyle choice you make. Your choice to commit to a daily workout or the decision to stay off will also bring its consequences. Lifestyle Choices A lifestyle choice refers to a personal and deliberate decision to carry out a behavior that may decrease or increase the risk of disease or injury. It’s likely that you have made lifestyle choices already. For example, if you have decided to take a walk for thirty minutes every day, it is a lifestyle choice. In the same way, if you have made the decision to stay away from alcohol, it is a lifestyle choice that will promote your wellbeing and help you avoid damaging consequences. By deciding to avoid or reduce alcohol consumption, you are decreasing the chances of a car crash due to driving while drunk. You’re also reducing the risk of liver damage when you make this choice. Ultimately, you are decreasing the chances of dying early. Besides, the stigma that comes with being known as an alcoholic can take its toll on your mental health. Unhealthy Lifestyle Choices Most of the lifestyle choices that have been mentioned so far are positive. However, there are negative ones too. They can cause devastating damages to the person that has this lifestyle and also the people around them. Below are examples of unhealthy lifestyle choices. Smoking An example of a negative lifestyle choice is smoking. It is a major risk factor for different cancers, including lung cancer. Smoking doesn’t only affect the smoker; it also has destructive impacts on the people around the smoker. For example, the individuals around a smoker are also inhaling the smoke coming from the cigarette. So, they end up suffering the same or even worse health issues. If you smoke, you’re not the only one at risk. The people around you are also at risk because they are passive smokers. Use of Firearms The use of a firearm is also a dangerous lifestyle choice. It’s not safe, especially if you have issues with anger management. You could hurt others and also yourself on a day when you are frustrated. Indeed, it can help in selfdefense, especially in states where they are legal. Nonetheless, you should think twice before you procure one even if you are living in that kind of location. The fact that something is legal doesn’t mean it is good for you. Seek other alternatives that can help you apart from it. Drug Abuse If you have a habit of taking drugs without a doctor’s prescription or supervision, you are also playing a dangerous game. Drugs are chemical substances. Therefore, when you consume them, they will affect your body in ways you might never know. Most drugs have side effects. It’s only that some are mild. Still, some drugs have devastating side effects ranging from pregnancy complications to constipation.

Why is it that most people will settle for ebooks or just placing ads on a website? The answer is simple: they think that creating a physical product is beyond them. The assumption here is that companies like Apple, Microsoft, Hasbro, Ikea, Nike… They make the physical products because they’re the huge, multinational corporations. They have manufacturing plants, patents, shipping deals, huge amounts of marketing and more – and they poor billions into market resource, focus groups, R&D and more. So how can one person do all that? How can you possibly compete? Well, that’s where things are changing. And that’s where all this gets very exciting. Because right now, it’s actually incredibly easy to create and sell your own digital product. If you’re willing to make something simple, then there are options that will allow you to start selling physical products from your website today. But I’m not just talking about those simple ideas. I’m also talking about the ambitious ones. Want to make your own smartwatch? Well you can do! Want to make some kind of device for opening jam jars and sell it from major stores? Again, you have that option. It takes a little bit of work – and that’s why I recommend creating an online business first and using that to bootstrap yourself (although we’ll see how you can avoid the need for doing that too). Ultimately though, the web is the ‘great equalizer’ and has closed the gap in many ways when it comes to creating hardware. It’s now more possible than ever to not only do all this but to do it from the comfort of your home without ever stepping foot outside. You can outsource your manufacturing, you can outsource your shipping and storage and you can do all your marketing and selling through the web. Today, just one person can have the same kind of impact with a physical product that a large company can. And it’s only going to move more and more in this direction in future. And actually, that’s an incredible thing. There is a genuine hardware revolution occurring right now. Are you going to get involved? Chapter 2: Some Very Easy Ways to Get Simple Products Off the Ground This book is going to tackle everything you ned to know about coming up with an idea and then taking this all the way to market and manufacturing/selling it. But before we get into the technical and ambitious stuff, let’s start out by looking at the easy stuff. If you want to create a physical product to sell from an existing website – just to gain some additional profits and perhaps strengthen your brand (it always looks very ‘professional’ when you have your own physical products), then there are ways you can do that right now without having to learn a ton of new skills or invest any cash. Let’s take a look at some ways you can dip one toe tentatively into the world of physical products. Physical Books One of the easiest ways to start selling products is to sell physical books. If you’re already selling a digital product such as an ebook, then it’s only a small transition to start selling a hard copy of that book. And actually, this is incredibly easy to do. If you already have the file, then all you need to do is to take that file and upload it to either Lulu (www.lulu.com) or Amazon’s publishing service. This is called ‘Print On Demand’ (POD) and it essentially means that you’re printing out your physical books every time someone orders one. Normally, if you were going to self-publish a book, then you would have to order thousands of copies of the book to keep in a warehouse. This would involve a large up-front investment and you’d then have to sell all those copies at a profit to make any money. That would mean going to retailers and generally it’s a lot of work that led to a lot of people crashing and burning over the years. Alternatively, you could try and find a publisher, which would mean going via an agent – and this would usually lead to years of rejections before you got a deal. Even Harry Potter was rejected by several publishers before it found one! With POD though, you simply upload the files to a machine that’s capable of printing out the books. When someone orders your book (or you do), the printer simply makes a new copy ready to sell. There’s no up-front investment and no risk of losing a profit. And the only overheads are the printing costs (which are very small) and whatever you paid for designing a cover etc. Custom Gifts There are plenty of sites on the web that allow you to create items with your brand printing on them. These include sites like Vista Print (www.vistaprint.com) and like Spreadshirt (www.spreadshirt.com). Using these sites, you can start selling printed t-shirts or printed mugs, caps, mousemats and more – and all of them will look highly professional without any work on your part. Like POD, these print each time items are ordered, which means you’ll never end up with a ton of stock on your hands! You can’t create anything particularly inventive but if you just want to get a physical product on your website, it’s another easy way to do it. What’s more, is that this route is ideal for strengthening your brand. By giving or selling items with your logo printed on them, you increase the sense of loyalty your customers have as they feel proud to brandish your brand. What’s more, every time someone uses your custom mug or cap in public, more people will see your logo! And some people actually manage to make quite a lot of money by selling t-shirts with funny slogans on them etc. Crafts And guess what… there is one more way you can quickly start selling. It’s pretty retro but it works! That method? Simply start making things by hand and selling them online. If you watch The Big Bang Theory, then you might remember the ‘Penny Blossom’ episode where Penny creates lots of small paper flowers and sells them online. She ends up creating a human assembly line and minimizing her overheads and the result is that she’s able to generate a good profit for a day’s work. You can do the exact same thing, with a website to sell your product and something you can relatively easily mass produce, you have all the basics you need for an easy online business. This is made even easier by the fact that you can also promote your products on sites like Etsy (www.etsy.com) or eBay (www.ebay.com). There’s also no reason that your items have to be mass produced at all. If you are a creative type and you have a particular skill or craft that you can sell, then you can just as easily make money selling portraits on eBay, caricatures, home-made jewelry or even artwork. My sister left art college with no job lined up and became a sales-person. That wasn’t exactly what she wanted but it doesn’t matter to her because her real passion comes from making stunning artwork and selling it on eBay. What’s more is that this makes her a very nice little profit on the side! Drop Shipping Finally, why not have someone else design and manufacture the products – even handle the fulfilment – and you just put your logo on it? As it happens, that’s actually a thing! And it’s called ‘drop shipping’. This is a white label service, meaning no one will ever know the other company is involved. The only difficulty is finding companies that offer this. Try WorldWideBrands (www.worldwidebrands.com) or Alibabab (www.alibaba.com) to find companies that do. Chapter 3: One More Easy Option - 3D Printing One more easy option that is now starting to take advantage of modern technology is 3D printing. 3D printing is basically like any other kind of printing, except that instead of printing onto paper, you’re now printing actual 3D objects! These objects can be made from plastic, metal, wood, china and more and all you need is the raw material (which will often come in the shape of a thin tube) and a 3D file called a CAD file (computer aided design). The file provides the 3D printer with the detailed instructions for how to produce the item and the printer then goes about melting the material and drawing it one layer at a time. As it does this, it slowly builds the solid object up from the ground. What this means is that as long as your product is relatively simple, you can ‘print’ it from nothing with no need for any complex manufacturing or assembly. There are websites you can do this from, such as Shapeways (www.shapeways.com) for example. To use Shapeways, you simply need to send your CAD file away and then choose your material. This way you can make literally anything you can think of. And of course if your product has more than one part, or if it uses more than one material, then you can just attach those two materials or two colors yourself by hand as the last stage of production. Shapeways in particular has actually come on a long way. Today it has more options such as drone parts and even allows you to open your own store right there on the site to begin selling. You can also browse what other people have made. The other good news? It’s actually possible to buy 3D printers for your own home. These aren’t particularly cheap and the amount you’ll spend really depends on what it is you want. The products range from things like Formlabs Form 2 (for several K) to CHINA A8 for just over $100- $200. If you’re going to be making tiny, plastic toys then these cheap desktop 3D printers are probably enough. If you want to run a full business, then investing in a larger printer becomes necessary.

Click on one of the above upload options and choose the file or files in your computer that you wish to upload to your channel. If you get interrupted, YouTube will save the video as a draft on your upload page. You’ll be asked to provide a title, description, and thumbnail for each video. You can also add the video(s) to a playlist and set the video’s audience. You can also find additional settings if you click “More Options” at the bottom. Once you’ve added all the details, click “next” at the bottom right of your screen. If your channels are monetized, you’ll then be led to that page and can choose to have monetization turned on or off for that specific video. Click “next” when finished with monetization. You can then add details like end screens and cards to the video. Click “Next” again. Under Visibility, choose whether you want your video to be public, unlisted, or private. You can also choose to schedule the video to be published later, or to publish it as a premier. Then click “Publish” if you want the video to go public immediately. Click “Done” if you are choosing to have the video unlisted or private. Click “Schedule” to schedule for the future or as a premier. You should always keep the raw video file you’ve made even after you’ve uploaded it to YouTube. That way, if anything should happen, you can just upload it again. If it’s been accidently deleted, you can download a copy from YouTube Studio. Just go to the Video tab on the left of your Dashboard and hover over the visibility status. You’ll see three dots. Click on that and select “download.” Editing Videos There are a few ways to edit your video settings with YouTube Studio. If you hover over a video on the Channel screen, you’ll see four clickable icons: edit video details, access video analytics, review video comments, and “more” (edit title or description, view on YouTube, get a shareable link, promote, or download).
