Their business consumes all of their time. The majority of online marketers are overweight or struggle with health issues. This is not a coincidence. The very nature of online marketing requires one to go through a steep learning curve and it’s also very time consuming. The initial stages of building a business is hard work before you reach a stage where you can automate your business and earn a passive income. There’s just no escaping this fact. Marketers do their best to do as much as they can at the expense of everything else. There seems to be no other way because of the nature of the internet marketing beast. This book will show you that being fit and being successful online are not mutually exclusive. You can build a six figure business and six pack abs at the same time. You just need to know the right techniques and the shortcuts so that you do what matters when it matters. This book will teach you simple but highly effective techniques to shed the excess pounds. Want to build muscle? No problem. You’ll discover time saving methods that will get you there as soon as possible. Trying to get a washboard stomach that will turn heads? That’s covered too. This book will also cover the emotional and mental issues that so many marketers go through in their online journey. You’ll learn to develop mental toughness and resilience to weather the constant challenges that come your way. There is no fluff and untested theory here. If something can be said it two words, I didn’t use three. The methods here work, if you work them. Make a promise to yourself that you’ll complete this book and apply what you learn. Knowledge is like paint. It does no good until it’s applied. “Victorious warriors win first and then go to war, while defeated warriors go to war first and then seek to win.” – Sun Tzu What Is Your Why? Knowing your why will make all the difference. So what is this ‘why’ that we’re talking about? It’s your reason for doing what you do and make no mistake about this - Your why will always have an emotional reason. You need to dig deep to discover why you want what you want. If you want to get lean and fit, ask yourself why you want to do it. Be honest. Most people do not want to get in shape for health reasons… That’s so boring. Oh no no no! There’s always something else. If men want to get muscular, they probably want to turn women’s heads. They want to feel desirable. The same applies for women who want to shed the excess pounds. Maybe they want their spouse or partner to look at them in a whole new way. There’s nothing wrong with a little vanity. What matters is that you know why you want what you want. Some people do it for bragging rights. Others want to prove their naysayers wrong. Then there are people who just want to achieve something worthy in their life so that they can have the confidence to say that they did at least one thing right. Even a person who has had a heart attack and recovers will change his eating habits and be more active for an emotional reason. They may fear dying or they want to live so that they can see their kids grow up. This is the REAL REASON. They’re not doing it for the sake of being healthy. You must dig deep and self-reflect until you find your underlying reason. Why do you want to make money online? It’s probably not the numbers that excite you. Saying that you don’t have your own boss is cool. Being able to brag that nobody controls you anymore and that you live according to your own rules is really fun. Being able to buy expensive things without worrying about your finances is beyond fantastic. These are the emotions that drive you. Your job is to find out what it is… and once you do, WRITE IT DOWN! This is your Warrior Purpose. If you want, you can even make a video where you record yourself on your mobile phone explaining why your goal is so important to you. It has to be heartfelt. You must be brutally honest with yourself. Save the video… and keep the paper that you’ve written your why on. Always keep them handy. There will come a point when you’re tempted to give up on your goals and dreams. This is inevitable. The universe is challenging you. It may seem all hokey… but you can definitely expect struggles and obstacles to pop-up. At times like these, you MUST look at the why that you’ve written down or recorded. Rewrite it if you have to just so you remember and feel what it is you truly wanted. This will prevent you from throwing in the towel. It will force you to choose between what you want now and what you want most. If you’re tired of starting over, then stop giving up. A warrior fights to his last. That’s his purpose… Your why is your purpose. Remember it at all times… and keep refreshing your memory when the initial excitement of taking the first step starts to wane. Fighting The Curse of Unrealistic Expectations This curse has probably killed more dreams than any other reason… but people bring it upon themselves. Rome wasn’t built in a day. This is a very bitter pill to swallow. Success takes time. It takes time to build a business. Losing weight takes time. Building a muscular body takes time. However, most people are impatient. We live in a world of instant text messaging and microwaves. Everybody wants results fast and they want them now. It just doesn’t work that way. Do not lose faith just because it’s taking longer than you thought it would. All things come to he who waits. Keep pushing forward in faith. Generally, a person can lose about 1 to 2 pounds of fat a week. If you’re just starting off, you may lose more initially but with time, your results will taper off and you’ll probably be at the 1 to 2 pounds per week range. What if you’re 40 pounds overweight? You’re looking at a 30 to 40 week stretch to reach your ideal weight. That’s about 8 to 9 months!

This stands for ‘If It Fits Your Macros’ and it essentially means that you can eat anything you like, as long as you eat within certain parameters. The concept began life on forums like Bodybuilding.com in fact as a response to a lot of inane questions. People were repeatedly asking: “Can I eat donuts?” or “Can I eat chicken with the skin on?” and the answer would always be: “Yes, if it fits in your macros!”. This was eventually shortened to IIFYM (as a joke as much as anything) which eventually evolved to become practically a diet in and of itself. The IIFYM diet! This is broadly speaking the diet that we’re going to be following in order to bulk! However, there are certain caveats here as we’re also going to see. So perhaps the best place to start is: what is a macro? Essentially, a macro is a ‘macronutrient’, which is effectively another term for a food group. Macronutrients include protein, carbohydrates and fats and together, these effectively make up your caloric intake. We don’t count fiber because fiber doesn’t contain any calories (it just passes straight through!). Protein and carbs both count for 4 calories per gram. So if you eat 10 grams of protein, that is 40 calories. Fat meanwhile contains 9 calories per gram. Seeing as you know that you can eat, let’s say, 2700 calories, this then means you want to work backwards in order to decide how much of that is going to consist of protein, carbs and fats respectively. And the answer to this is going to depend once again on various different aspects regarding your biology. Let’s take a look… Protein When it comes to building muscle, the most important thing is that you are eating a LOT of protein. Protein is basically meat and plant matter – carbon – and this is broken down to create amino acids. You may have heard that we are ‘carbon based lifeforms’ which basically tells you that humans are made from carbon. So when you consume protein, you are eating the literally building blocks that compose your body. This means protein can help you to repair cuts and bruises, to rejuvenate skin cells, to grow and crucially to grow muscle. Thus begins the cycle of muscle building: you work out to break down your muscle fiber and then you provide your body with rest and with protein which allows it to restore it again and build it back up. If you’re not getting the protein, then you’re not providing your body with what it needs to restore muscle. And that means that you won’t grow – in fact you’ll just become weaker! So now the question becomes how much protein you need. And fortunately, you have a very easy and simple answer for that question: 1 gram of protein for every lb of bodyweight. So if you weigh 170lbs, you need to eat 170 grams of protein. This will net you 680 calories, which means you now have 2,020 calories left to divide between fats and carbohydrates! Why 1 gram for each pound? That’s simply what has been shown to be optimal in studies. Countless studies have looked at this question and all of them have found that this amount leads to the optimal amount of muscle growth. And you can of course go above this number – heading closer to 1.2 or 1.3 grams (around 884 calories) but this will start to reach the point of ‘diminishing returns’. Energy So now the question is where you’ll get your energy from and the answer is that it again partly depends on you and on your aims. Of course the objective is always going to be minimizing fat gain while maximizing muscle gain and in that regard there are two schools of thought. One is that you should eat more carbs and less saturated fat. And one is that you should eat more saturated fat and fewer carbs. Tricky! So perhaps it’s best if we assess each stance. Those who favour saturated fat do so because they believe it will minimize weight gain. It can do this because saturated fat is a slow release form of energy. That is to say, that it takes a long time for the body to break it down and use it as energy. This means that it will slowly release energy into your bloodstream, thereby enabling you to go for longer without snacking and prevent you from getting a sudden sugar spike. The concern with carbs is that they quickly release their energy into the body, causing a sudden spike in blood sugar which is then immediately followed by a spike in insulin. That insulin causes the body to use up all of the available glucose in the blood, thereby leaving you feeling exhausted and drained. This is one reason that we often feel sleepy after we’ve eaten! Saturated fat also has a lot of health benefits (the good kind), because it aids with nutrient absorption (helping you to get the goodness from your foods) and it encourages the production of testosterone (because testosterone is made from cholesterol). It’s good for the brain and in general, it’s a mistake to leave it out of the diet. Carbs on the other hand – specifically simple white carbs – tend to be processed, man-made food with lots of sugar. These are ‘empty calories’ that don’t provide any nutritional value and thus they aren’t terribly good for the body. But on the other hand, a lot of bodybuilders prefer to choose carbs as the dominant macro in their diet. This is because carbs are the body’s preferred energy source. That means that if you eat lots of carbs, they’re more likely to be used for energy during workouts and movements rather than being stored as fat. They also contain fewer calories in total, meaning that you can eat more of them without gaining lots of weight. Some people go as far as to believe that they can effectively eat large amounts of carbs without really gaining too much excess body fat (see Vitruvian Physique’s YouTube video on the subject). And there’s more here too because carbs are actually the preferred energy source of fast twitch muscle fiber. Fast twitch muscle fiber (as opposed to slow twitch, the other type) is the type of muscle fiber that is used for powerful, explosive movements such as sprinting or lifting very heavy weights. As it happens, fast twitch muscle fiber is also thicker than slow twitch, meaning that a muscle composed of more fast twitch will be bigger. On the other hand, the body prefers triglycerides (fats) when it comes to exercise that requires you to exert yourself over a long duration. This is true for jogging for example and for walking long distances. And that’s the reason that running is so great for burning lots of fat and getting slimmer. You want fast twitch muscle fiber, so it makes sense to fuel it with carbs. Note that not all carbs release sugar quickly. ‘Slow carbs’ or ‘complex carbs’ release energy much more slowly. These are carbs that also contain a lot of fiber and/or fat and good examples include green vegetables, new potatoes, whole wheat bread, brown pasta etc. It’s also important to note that not all carbs are empty calories. In fact, some carbs are highly nutrient dense and a good example of this is fruit! Fruit is a carb and it happens to be a fantastic source of vitamins, minerals and more. These have a ton of great health benefits which can help with bulking and are just generally very desirable – they can boost testosterone, prevent muscle breakdown, give you more energy, help you to sleep better and more.

Salespage Snapshot: >>> Click Here To View Full Sales Page... Sample Content Preview All too often, the instructions on these meal plans will contain advice like ‘take your chopped carrots’. Hang on a second… what chopped carrots? It’s a five-minute meal if you’ve already chopped your carrots – which will take most normal people a good 3 minutes at least. And even the things that are included often take much longer in reality than the writers care to admit. Then there are all the other things that take tons of time. You have to buy all that food remember? You need to get out your chopping board and the pots and pans. You need to wipe down the hob. Then you need to make the food, dish it up, eat it, wash up and put it all back. Suddenly, that five minute meal just ended up taking you a good 35 minutes minimum. When you’re in a hurry, or you’re feeling stressed, 35 minutes is simply too long and most people won’t manage to stick with it. And that’s to say nothing of the meals that don’t claim to be five minutes! Are you really going to do all of that every single day? And what about the fact that you have to buy all those expensive ingredients and that they’re not really being fully utilized? There is a ton wrong with programs like this. So what’s the answer? The Right Approach My advice is that you’re going to eat something sensible for your breakfast and your lunch and you’re going to snack smart. But you can eat whatever you want for dinner. Why is that? Well, what many diet plans miss is the fact that eating is very social and it should be enjoyable. One of the hardest parts of dieting is saying to your friends that you can’t go out for dinner, can’t have that extra drink and can’t join them for cake. Most people can’t do it. But even when you’re at home, unless your partner is on the same diet as you, you’re going to struggle. You now have to make two versions of dinner (5 minutes, huh?) and you’re going to miss out on the bonding of eating the same meal while you discuss your days. Again, there’s so much wrong here! But breakfast and lunch don’t normally have this problem. Most of us grab breakfast on the way out the door and we grab lunch while at work, from a lunchbox. We eat alone and in a rush, it’s not romantic, not social and not fun. It’s functional – it’s fuel. That makes this the perfect time to make sure you’re getting the right amount of calories, the right amount of protein etc. If you were dieting, then you’d eat low calorie meals packed with nutrients. But you’re bulking, so you’re going to eat very high protein meals instead with lots of carbs and lots of saturated fat. This is when you can chow down on your eggs, on your chicken and steamed rice, on your protein cereal… this is when you can eat all the boring stuff your wife wouldn’t want to eat with you! THEN when you get back, you can eat whatever you want for dinner (within reason) and be fairly safe that you’re meeting all your macronutrient goals (i.e. getting enough protein and carbohydrates). At the same time, you’re going to track what you’re eating using MyFitness Pal or something similar and then you’re going to know whether you hit your targets or not after dinner. If not, one more protein shake you’re probably sorted! Easy, Straight Forward Meals Seeing as your breakfast and lunch don’t need to be exciting, there’s no reason you can’t create a few simple meals and just stick with those same things, time after time. Maybe you eat an avocado with tuna for breakfast, followed by two eggs. Maybe you eat the same salad with chicken every day for lunch. Because you’re eating this every day, it should be no problem to enter it into a tracker like MyFitness Pal, or to track your calories yourself! And it also means you can choose things that fit easily into your routine. And this is what’s really important. Imagine yourself doing this same thing every single day for the next ten years. Is it honestly sustainable? Will you still follow it even on the days when you’re tired and lazy and can’t be bothered? This might mean spending a little more money, or it might mean not eating quite as healthily as you could. But the number one requirement is that you do follow it and stick with it. For example, in my old town, I used to go by a coffee shop every morning and stop by Morisons for lunch every afternoon. When I got my morning coffee, I would always pick up the ‘protein pot’ of eggs. It was a bit expensive but it was incredibly convenient and I liked it. For lunch, I always got the Morrison’s salad or meal deal. The salad let me pile on the eggs and tuna for extra calories, while the meal deal let me have a sandwich that was packed with 40 grams of protein, as well as two eggs for my snack and a smoothie with loads of micronutrients. It only cost $4 and it was incredibly convenient to stop by and get the food. And it was this convenience and taste that meant I stuck with it! My plan to cook myself scrambled eggs every morning fell by the wayside meanwhile because it was just too much effort and involved washing pans before I left the house. So think about your own routine. Are you passing by anywhere where you can get some protein? What food do you already enjoy that you could eat more of? And of course if you’re struggling to pack on the calories, then you should look into the various different strategies you can use to get more. Adding more oil to your cooking for instance is an easy way to pack in more calories. Drinking glasses of whole milk will provide calories, saturated fat and protein. And avocados are a brilliant source of slow release energy. Now you’re eating logically, it’s time to apply some of that logical approach to your training. But first, let’s once again look at the technical side of things. Just how do you train to build muscle? The first thing to understand is that you mustn’t be exerting yourself in terms of cardio. In other words, going on long runs won’t build muscle – in fact it will break down your muscle and use it for fuel. Muscle – and especially the bigger, stronger muscle that is made from ‘fast twitch fiber’ – is not very energy efficient. This is to say, that big muscle requires energy simply to sustain and even more energy to use. If you are very hungry then or if you are placing big energy demands on your body, then your system will release ‘myostatin’ which signals the breakdown of muscle. If you train too hard, you’ll trigger this response and break your muscle down! So instead, the aim is to train just hard enough to encourage the body to build more muscle and to direct some of those calories and some of that protein here. This means you need to create a small amount of mechanical stress and muscle damage and you need to flood your muscles with chemicals known as ‘metabolites’. These include testosterone, growth hormone and IGF.

Organizing them based on their importance is the best way to ensure that you will achieve success in the long run. This chapter will give you a short guide for arranging your goals. Once you have set out to begin creating your life’s goals, you will surely have some difficulties in the beginning. There is a high chance that you will end up forgetting the goals that you made. You will also find it hard to remember the smaller goals that you have to complete for you to reach your big goals. Or you might forget to write down progress, making it appear as if no progress has been made at all. Arranging and organizing your goals will surely help you to reach them faster and at the same time be aware of the progress that you are making. Steps for Goal Organization So, how do you go about goal organization? What Do You Plan to Achieve? First of all, you have to accept and realize the fact that educational, financial and career goals will need more time and effort compared to other goals. You also need to consider your health if you have some physical goals like toning, gaining muscle and weight loss. Make sure that you discuss things with your doctor prior to trying any of them. When you arrange your goals, you have to start with those that are easier first. Goals like doing things that you enjoy or changing your attitude are much easier to be completed and can be reached faster. Also, never be afraid of asking for help. You can let other people know about the goals that you have, particularly when you goal is to make a difference in the world. This may actually inspire others to join in your efforts. List down all of your goals based on their level of importance and come up with a separate sheet for every goal with the smaller goals that you will have to accomplish in order to get there. Make sure that you keep the list of your goals and all the things that you need to achieve them in a single place. Your mobile device can be a good place to keep them but other portable things will work. Chapter 4 Determining Your Motivators Synopsis It is not enough to organize and arrange your goals. It is a must that you work your way towards them every single day or else all of your effort will go down the drain. Here, you will discover the best ways of attaining your goals and how you should go about moving towards them. For each day that passes, you either move closer to reaching your goals or you move much further away from them. Doing nothing will only move you further away from your goals. When you stay still, you will lose your momentum and the pulling effect of your current position will increase. Here are some steps that can assist in you in obtaining your goals. Ways to Reach Your Goals Every Day Have a clear picture of the things you would like to achieve. You will never be able to move towards your goals if you do not know what your goals actually are. Make sure that the picture is clear. It is never enough to just want to have “a better job” instead, make sure that you clearly picture the job you want and why this is going to be better than your current job. It is also not enough that you just have a goal to be self employed; rather, you have to come up with a clearer picture of what you are going to do and how this will change your life for the better. See to it that you spend time visualizing yourself being successful. As much as possible, try to envision detailed images in your mind and take the time to write your goals down in great detail. Every time you feel like you’re getting discouraged, try going to a quiet place for a while and use the time to visualize your endeavors’ success. The next step in reaching your goals is to associate great pleasure with reaching your goals. You should consider how you are going to feel once you succeed. How is life going to be? What kind of joy are you going to have? How are you going to celebrate? As much as possible, make this pleasure level as realistic and deep as you can. When more pleasure is associated with reaching your goals it is much easier for you to get out of your comfort zone and do all the things required for achieving your goals. Associating extreme pain with the thought of failure is also another great tactic. During college years, it is a motivator that can push students to writing an essay a day before it’s due. What pains will await you when you do not achieve your goals? What types of things will you restrict yourself from. How will this look to the people around you? How are you going to feel about yourself? Make sure that these pains will are clear in your mind and then use them to motivate yourself to take action. Always keep, you cannot avoid pain but you can use it to push yourself towards your goals. It is important to do things every day that help you achieve your goals. Start by determining the crucial activities that should be done to attain your goal. You can break down each goal into several steps and you can further break down these steps into activities that you need to do in order to reach these goals. It is a must to do something from your list every day. That means that even on days when you are tied up in doing other things, or when you are tired or when some unexpected event consumes your time, you have to search for a way to get it done. No matter how simple the act might be, it will help you by keeping you motivated and moving down the right path. Make sure to keep your goals on your mind constantly. It’s not enough to occasionally think about your goals, you must think about them throughout each day! There are plenty of ways that you can remind yourself about your goal, and one good idea is coming up with a storyboard that has photos of the things you want to have. You can also use a calendar for setting reminders or maybe even the alarm on your smart phone. Use everything possible to help you on your journey. These are the six simple steps that you can follow to move toward achieving your goals. Make sure that you put them into action. Chapter 5 Use Time Management Synopsis Managing your time properly is one thing that you need to master if you want to be completely in charge of your life. Salespage Snapshot: >>> Click Here To View Full Sales Page... Table of Contents Foreword Chapter 1: The Basics Chapter 2: Look At Things Differently Chapter 3: What Are You Doing Now Chapter 4: Realizing The Issues Chapter 5: Getting More Productive Wrapping Up Sample Content Preview Chapter 2: Look At Things Differently Synopsis When you begin viewing your commitments from the viewpoint of somebody who's determined to succeed at their challenging dream – meaning, somebody who must utilize their time optimally, fresh solutions to formerly “unresolvable” quandaries frequently present themselves. The Way You See It Your aged parents may likely find somebody else to mow their lawn and pick up the groceries like a different family member, or the high school youngster down the block who requires a few extra bucks. Or, Your mate and kids may likely survive on takeout (or cook their own food!) A couple of nights a week. Or, Your acquaintance who needs a lot of support may find other people or even professionals, like a therapist to help furnish it. If you didn’t have a challenging dream that you were following on top of life’s average demands, then perhaps you could get away with mowing the lawn, fixing all the meals, and talking for hours daily with your friend. However when you own up to your challenging dream, you're basically declaring that you'll be really particular and self-directed in how you spend your time, as you have to reserve as much time as possible for your aspiration. This is in direct contrast to most individuals, who let other people including family, friends, neighbors, colleagues and corporations control their time for them. Nearly all ambitious dreamers, for example, have to reduce the time they spend on ho-hum household chores to as close as possible to zilch, so that they may utilize the reclaimed time and energy to work at their aspiration. All right, if you like gardening and it feeds your soul, then don’t quit. But washing? Yard work? Wiping up floors? Standing in line at the market? To the extent you’re able to find somebody else to do it. Send your wash out to be done, hire somebody to maintain the lawn (or get your mate or children to do it), purchase a floor mopping robot, and have your foodstuffs delivered. If you feel peculiar doing any of that, get over it: cutting down your housework burden is an investment in yourself. Likewise, it’s unrealistic to believe that you may spend your time the same way non-ambitious dreamers do and yet achieve your challenging dream. None of this ought to be taken to mean that you desert your loved ones or friends. It simply implies you invest your time judiciously. Even though you’re not cutting your parents’ lawn, for example, you may still be taking them to checkup appointments: that’s a much higher value activity that's likely a far better utilization of your time. And even though you’re not fixing home cooked dinners nightly, you may still do it a few times a week. And even if you’re not going to be able to speak to your friend for hours daily, you may still be available to her in times of true need. It may be scary to alter the terms of our interaction with somebody, particularly if we’ve been interacting with them a particular way for years. (Double particularly if we’ve been taught to subordinate our needs to other people, as many women particularly are.) Individuals frequently respond badly when we tell them we can’t do as much for them, or spend as much time with them, as we have been. Frequently, however, if we take the time to share our state of affairs, aspirations and needs, they're surprisingly empathic and eager to help. So don’t simply tell individuals you'll be less available tell them why, and invite their support and help. If, after you share your story, a few individuals still aren’t empathic, or are actively unfriendly, that’s a sorry issue to have, but a typical one. That’s why successful individuals learn to say “no”, and also to distance themselves from unsupportive or toxic individuals, even if they happen to be related to them. Whatever time you choose to spend helping other people you ought to build into your weekly or monthly schedule. You ought to likewise build in time both for your own relaxation and for unintentional events and emergencies. Many individuals think time management is about attempting to stuff as much as possible into one’s schedule, but it’s not; it’s regarding clearing as much as conceivable off your schedule so you may work, at a comfortable, non-stressful pace, on your crucial goals. - 17 - To summarize: whatever bumps you off your course that isn't an unpreventable emergency is procrastination, regardless how crucial it might seem at the time. Second-rate time management - - does the net entrepreneur ever believe that he has poor time management? Or, does he automatically believe that he's managing his time efficiently and effectively merely because he's a business owner? Either way, he has to cautiously guard against wasting time or not maximizing the full utilization of the flexible time that work at home entrepreneurs have. Without a self-asserting effort, he may be doomed for incompleteness or merely business failure. Frequently, procrastination is the primary perpetrator of poor time management, but is frequently not taken as seriously as of the perceived “creativity” in waiting. Put differently, net entrepreneurs frequently have trepidation about moving too fast on business projects or making decisions too rapidly. As noble as this might sound, it may often have the opposite effect and cause the work from home individual to move too slowly, move too fast or do nothing at all. Good time management may help. Failing to plan in any home business isn't different from failing to plan in any other sort of business. There must be a business model formulated, a marketing strategy followed out and a plan of action to accomplish goals for the business. This all ties into the ability to design, effectively handle time and resources and discovering what works for the business. Planning daily might seem like a lot of work to do but in actual truth when it becomes a habit, it gets to be second nature. Studies show that it takes an average of twenty-one times for something to get to be a habit. When something does get to be a habit, it's much simpler to maintain than if it's new or from the beginning. Home entrepreneurs have total flexibility and convenience in their occupations. There's no one standing over them, ordering their day, telling them what to accomplish, when to accomplish it, how to accomplish it, and so forth. With all of this freedom, an undisciplined individual won't understand how to effectively manage their time or when to say no to particular projects or fresh business. For a lot of entrepreneurs, they put off their work duties or obligations for wide-ranging reasons. Doing this may cause unbelievable tension for the entrepreneur and cause them to handle or work in a crises mode. Working in that way may produce additional issues that may become hard to solve or manage. There are errors made, uncompleted projects, missed goals, second-rate work quality and even second-rate business results. Chapter 3: What Are You Doing Now Synopsis Here are a few matters to bear in mind that may drastically affect your productivity rate when it comes to your business: Have A Look Beginning your day with no action plan If you begin your day with no action plan, you’re damned from the start! You start off late and feel overpowered from the beginning. You then spend your day in a defensive and crisis mood. You might likewise find yourself hurriedly and arbitrarily responding to other people’s issues and events and place them higher up than your own issues. No equilibrium There are 7 key areas in our lives where we have to practice equilibrium in order to feel and have success: Wellness - how your body feels and how it reacts to external stimulants Loved ones - quality time and responsibilities with loved ones Financial - amount of fiscal burdens and revenue obligations Intellectual - how exterior stimulants affect your life Social - how you interact with other people Professional - the procedures that you utilize to advance your career Spiritual - your relationship with the higher power and other people Each of these areas calls for our daily time for completeness, although they might not all get equal time every day. It’s not so crucial to spend significant time in every area, but it's crucial to spend a little time in every area. In the long haul, our lives will be balanced and harmonious if we spend a sufficient amount and quality of time in every area. All the same, if we disregard any one of these areas, we may quickly sabotage our success. For example, if we don’t take care of our wellness, our loved ones and social life suffer. Likewise, if we're out of balance in our monetary resources, we can't adequately center on our professional goals, career dreams and additional crucial areas of focus. Cluttered up workspace A cluttered up workspace may produce a cluttered up work brain. Issues result when you can’t find crucial business documents or locate info for your customers. These things induce mayhem, wreak bedlam and confusion, but may likewise lead to lost revenue and delayed billing. Studies have been conducted, proving that an individual who works with a cluttered up desk spends about one to two hours a day searching for things or being distracted by them. This may add up significantly in hours squandered per week.

Golden Rules Of Online Marketing PLR Ebook

Sample Content Preview Take this a step further and you'll find that you are also responsible for your own happiness as well. You can choose at this very moment to be happy or unhappy, regardless of your circumstances. You can choose to reach out to others or not, you can choose to get up early to work on your business or not –everything is in YOUR hands –it's up to you to take full responsibility for your life and your success. And if you're saying to yourself, “I already knew this,” then allow me to ask you a question: Have you blamed anyone else in the last 48 hours for your own failure or shortcomings? Have you thought something like, “If only my spouse would ____, then I could _____?” Or “If only my parents had ____, then I could have ____?” It's human nature to want to place the responsibility on others, but it's the mark of someone destined for great success to take full and complete responsibility for their own life. Golden Rule #2: Do what you're good at and you'll unlock the door to personal and financial success.(And if it's also the thing you love doing, so much the better.) We all have our own talents and aptitudes, and when we follow those instead of trying to be what we're not, we're already halfway to success. When you do what you're good at and what you love, you naturally enjoy more energy and more happiness, which propels you further and faster down the path to success. And the passion you demonstrate for your area of expertise is contagious –your readers and customers will sense it and want very much to be a part of it. Imagine 2 people entering a niche –one because he knows there's money to be made in it, the other because she loves it. It's rather obvious who is likely to experience more success, isn't it? Personal and financial success are far easier to access when you're doing what comes naturally to you. Golden Rule #3: If you're not improving, you're falling behind.Staying ahead of your online competitors isn't difficult –you simply need to improve one aspect of your knowledge or business every single day. And it's in this constant improvement that you will find pride, confidence and security. Not to mention the fact that you will become the go-to person in your niche. Golden Rule #4: Give to receive. No, I'm not necessarily talking about giving away your knowledge or products, although there are times when this can add greatly to your business. Rather, you want to always be on the lookout for ways to add value to people's lives, especially the lives of your customers. Dedicate yourself to solving their problems or making their lives better, and you'll be rewarded many times over. As Zig Ziglar says, give enough people what they want and you'll get what you want. Golden Rule #5: Be really really good, or possibly even great -but forget perfection. You've heard that money loves speed, and that's especially true on the Internet. So while you want to put out great products, well written emails and so forth, never expect them to be perfect. Get them done and get them out, not sitting on your computer waiting for the day you perfect them. Golden Rule #6: To succeed you MUST believe in yourself. The belief you can and will succeed always proceeds progress and success. In other words, to achieve it you must first believe it, and that goes double for believing in your own abilities, self-worth, creativity and perseverance. Golden Rule #7: The fastest way to increase belief in yourself is to make immediate progress. You might not yet believe that you canbuild a multi-million dollar empire on the net, but do you believe you can take the first step in that direction? Then don't hesitate –take that first step and then the next, and with each subsequent step your belief in yourself will continue to grow. Golden Rule #8: Focus on accentuating your positives. If you're really good at writing content but you don't like the technical side of online marketing, find someone to handle that aspect for you so that you can concentrate on content creation. If you're working in three niches but you only enjoy two of them, sell the third website and just focus on what you love doing. And if you've got a bad habit like spending too much time on forums, replace that habit with something you like equally as well, such as writing emails to your list. When you focus on growing the positive rather than eliminating the negative, you'll make progress much faster. Golden Rule #9: Embrace failure, frustration and rejection and keep going. You can't have success without failure, and the sooner you come to grips with this, the more you can succeed. People who enjoy massive success have almost always had massive failure as well. An integral part of finding out what you're good at and what you can succeed at is discovering what you're not good at. Each failure can move you closer to your goal, if you keep going. A paradigm taught to sales people to help them deal with rejection is to find their closing ratio. For example, if it takes 20 phone calls to get 5 appoints, and 5 appointments to get 2 sales, then that sales person knows that on average they're going to get 15 no's on the phone and another 3 no's in person to get 2 sales. Now instead of dreading no's, the sales person looks forward to them because each no gets them closer toa yes. And so it is with anything you do –you are going to get “no's,” frustration and failures on your way to getting your successes, and that's more than okay, it's great. It's the person who never fails who also never succeeds. So resolve to fail your way to top. The more you try, the more you will fail AND the more you will SUCCEED. Turn your frustration into self-motivation and view each failure as both a stepping stone and a learning tool and your success will become inevitable. Golden Rule #10: Strive for real, tangible results every day. Who do you suppose is happier and derives more job satisfaction –a typical potter or a typical accountant? Unless the potter is unusually renowned for his/her pottery, the accountant almost certainly earns more money. Yet it's the potter who is nearly always happier in their work, because each and every day they get to see real, tangible results from their efforts. Accountants deal with numbers on spreadsheets, and so no matter how important their work, they're never able to derive the same satisfaction of achievement as the potter who holds their finished product in their hands. So what's the point? To be successful you've got to stay motivated, and one of the best ways to ensure you stay motivated day in and day out is to see real results at the end of each day. Write your blog post and then post it. Work on your new product every day, so you can see the new pages you've written or watch the new video you've created. Everyday do SOMETHING that shows you've been working. Even answering your emails can give you a sense of satisfaction when you see there's nothing left in your inbox to answer, but it's not the same as creating. But what if your work is more conceptual than hands on? Make “to-do” lists and post themprominently. Then each time you do something on the list, mark it off. If you start to feel motivation waning, look at the crossed off items on your list and know that yes, you can do one more right now. Golden Rule #11: Be super-efficient in your decision making. You're checking your email and you're not sure how to respond to 2 of them, so you decide to answer those later. Result? You forget, and the senders get annoyed, email you again, and the you have to reread the original emails and then decide howto respond. Better –respond immediately so you can put the task behind you. Or what about this scenario: A new business idea comes across your desk. You spend an hour researching it, but can't decide what to do so you decide to deal with it later. But later you're busy, so you put it off until even later, and of course forget all about it. Two weeks down the road you see the same idea, it still sounds good so you start the process all over again. Do either of these sound familiar? When you have to re-examine everything that come across your desk, you'll become overwhelmed and things will fall through the cracks. Instead, learn to make immediate decisions and move on. This way you don't miss opportunities and your desk and your mind are clear to move forward towards success. Golden Rule #12: Success leaves a trail. No matter what you want to do, someone before you has already done it or something very similar. Forget trial and error –find those who went before you and see what they did, and then model their success. Focus more on why they were successful than the exact steps they took. Once you know the why's, you can adapt to almost any situation and get the same positive results.

Generate, Evaluate Test Your Own Product Ideas PLR Ebook

Sample Content Preview How Do You Know Which Product Idea To Choose? An idea should have every attribute listed here. If it is missing even one of these, then you need to either change your idea or choose something else entirely. Do you like to do it?If you don't, then you probably won't make a great product from this topic. If you do like it, then you're going to enjoy creating the product and that's going to make your product creation 10 times easier than if you don't like the topic. Are you good at doing it?If you are, then you're going to be able to convey great info to your buyers because you know what you're talking about. Work around for the first 2 attributes:There is an exception to liking to do something and being good at it, and it's to find someone who fulfills both of those qualities. Partner with an expert in a topic and let them create the product while you focuson the marketing. Is it something that's difficult for others? In other words, you don't want to create a product on how to place one foot in front of the other, since the vast majority of people have been experts on walking since age 3 or 4. However, if you're good at rebuilding classic engines, you've got skills to teach that most people don't possess. Is someone already making money doing this? The odds are exceedingly slim that you've discovered the one thing no one else is selling that WILL sell. When you've got an idea that meets the first 3 criteria, check and see if others are also making money doing or teaching something similar. If they are, you've likely got a great idea. Bonus criteria to a successful product: Is your idea something you canimplement QUICKLY? If you're looking to create a product to sell online, you're not writing the greatest novel of all time or creating the encyclopedia to your chosen niche. Instead, you want something that goes from idea to implementation quickly, without a ton of expense or time involved. Why? Because you don't want to invest a year of your time just to find out your idea wasn't very good, or to discover your idea is now obsolete. Money loves speed and immediate action. Even more important, the faster you can get your product to the market, the more enthusiastic you can remain throughout the entire product creation process. Conversely, the longer the process drags out, the harder it will become to finish. How Do You Know If Your Idea Will Work? You can research, you can haunt forums, you can do polls, you can call customers directly to get their opinions, and when it's all said and done, there's still only one way to know for a fact if your idea will work or not, and that's to try it. You can, however, do some preliminary research to give you an indication of whether or not you've got a winner. For example, go to Amazon and see if there are books/cd's/videos with similar topics as your info product. Are they selling? Check places like JVZoo, Clickbank, Ebay and Google and see if you can find similar products. In other words, research the competition and observe both what they're doing and how well they're doing. Use the Google keyword tool and find out how many people are searching for your topic and how strong or weak the competition is. Use Alexa to check up on your future competitor's traffic –if their site is a ghost town, keep looking for one that's getting traffic so you can get confirmation that a product like yours is actually selling.. Warning: Spending a great deal of time analyzing your research is going to create something we call the paralysis of analysis. Do your research and then make a decision on whether or not you will move forward on your topic. Don't get caught in the quagmire of indecision that leads to doing absolutely nothing. How To Actually Test Your Product Idea If you want to test the waters, create a rough version of your product. This is the one before you've polished everything, added in the bonuses and so forth. It's a quickie product that you put together as fast as possible simply to test and see if there is a market for your refined product. Complete the quickie, then offer it to your own mailing list or even just a portion of your mailing list and see what happens. If it sells, you've likely got a winner. Get testimonials from your list, smooth all of the rough edges from your product, add in all the whistles and bells and then do a real launch. Another way to test and see if your product will sell is to first sell your product and then create it. Seriously, you can sell your product prior to creating any of it. Simply write your sales letter, add your sales video and start taking orders. Or hold a teleseminar or webinar to sell it. Then roll your product out week by week as an online course, webinar or whatever method you choose. If you don't get many orders, you can always cancel and refund those who did purchase. Then of course once you finish your series, you can package it together and continue to sell it as an immediate download or a CD or DVD course. If you're offering a coaching program, begin with a beta group to test your teaching method. You might offer them a very good discount to be your “guinea pigs” and you can see what methods of coaching work the best before rolling out to a larger audience at a much more expensive price point. Be sure to get lots of feedback from your beta group. This will allow you to create a killer program with outstanding testimonials that warrants a large price tag.

How Not To Be A One-hit Wonder PLR Ebook

Sample Content Preview Now then, every evening you're going to make a list of the most important things you need to accomplish the following day in your business. If your number is 2, then write down the 2 things you want to do. If your number is 5, then you'll list the 5 things. Obviously, you're not going to choose 5 really big things like “build a new website,” “create a new product,” etc. Instead, you'll break down your tasks so that they're manageable and doable in the time allotted. And then you're going to do those things, no matter what. As in, NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS. Doing the things on your list take priority over your favorite TV shows, eating out, etc. These things are as important as brushing your teeth and sleeping, and once you realize that then you're not arguing with yourself on whether or not to do them, you're simply DOING them. I told you this would seem too simple –does it? Because this one technique will do more for you than almost anything else. Certainly it will allow you to accomplish more than any self-help seminar you could attend, or any time management tool you could use. The list technique is not new, it's old and it's proven and you know what else? It flat out WORKS. So if you're not already doing it, then I encourage you with all my heart to start using this method now, today, right this very moment. A word of caution –I see students of Internet Marketing get very excited and say something like, “I am going to do TEN things every day!” But this is a trap. What happens is you get burned out and in less than 21 days you're not doing ANYTING in your business because it just became too overwhelming, too time consuming and too much like WORK. And isn't that what so many of us are trying to escape, the drudgery of WORK? So don't fall into that trap. If you have lots of hours in your day then choose the number 5, do those 5 things in the morning and early afternoon, and then TAKE THE REST OF THE DAY OFF. That's right –do not allow yourself to get burned out because you will find that your biggest asset in your business is actually your enthusiasm for the business. Also, do take a day off. Not 2 days, at least not in the beginning, because if you take 2 days off those 2 days often become 3, and then 4, and then you're not doing anything. But you can take one day off and go do something totally unrelated to your online business, and come back refreshed and re-energized the next day. My second tip for ensuring you have long term success is so simple, and yet few people understand the power of it. Ready? It's to FINISH WHAT YOU START. If you start creating a product, finish it and then promote it. It's not finished until you get it out there and promote it. If you're writing a blog, set a schedule and keep to it. True, your blog will never be “finished,” but if you stop writing then it's as good as an unfinished project. Look, I probably sound like your father on this one. “Son, you've got to learn to finish what you start.” Why do you suppose your father said that? Frankly, he probably said it because HIS father said it, but there is a terrific amount of wisdom behind that thought. First of all, if you don't finish what you start then you have wasted your time and energy on that project. Second, you receive nothing in return for your effort –you can't make sales and earn money on a product you didn't finish. Third, unfinished work breaks you down psychologically. Having unfinished tasks in your life is like having pesky little green goblins sitting on your shoulders tapping you on the side of your head and telling you that you're a failure. Why? Because an unfinished project is a failure. It's a constant reminder of something you intended to do but didn't follow through on. One note: Ifyou're in the middle of a project and you realize that it's the WRONG thing for you to be doing (for whatever reason) then by all means bail out. There is no sense wasting more time on something once you've realized your project has little hope of success. Careful planning and research should minimize the instances of this happening, but there are times when things aren't in our control. For example, you're writing a series of promotional emails for an affiliate product that suddenly gets pulled from themarket. Best case scenario –re-adapt the emails to another product and move on. Which brings me to my next tip for ensuring you are not a one hit wonder –success loves SPEED. If you are quick to move from idea to implementation, you'll seldom have a project that goes unfinished or doesn't pan out. For example, if you're writing code for a plug-in on a piece of software today and you get it finished next week, you can start selling it. If it takes you 6 months to write that code, and the software is obsolete in 5 months, you've wasted your time. Not to mention the fact that speed also reduces competition, at least initially. Using the plug-in example, if you're fast you can get that plug-in on the market 2 weeks ahead of any competitor, rather than weeks behind the competition. Again, success loves speed so when you get a great idea, don't sit on it, ACT on it. NOW. Next is your mailing list. Yes, you need to be building a list. I don't care what kind of marketing you're doing or want to do, what your product or service is, etc. It doesn't matter, because everyone who enjoys long term success online is growing a list. In fact they have TWO lists –a list of buyers and a list of interested prospects. And whatever else you are doing, you need to be building that list and sending them offers. This is KEY to long term online success. I know you've heard this before, but if you're not aggressively building your list then you're just not “getting” it and it's high time you start. I don't mean to sound likea drill sergeant on this, but it's simply not negotiable. Unless you want to be some flash in the pan marketer who creates a product, sells a few hundred copies and disappears off the Internet, you MUST build a list and never stop building that list. The reason you can never stop is because some people on your list will lose interest in your niche, or they change email addresses and don't tell you, or any of a number of reasons they are no longer a viable prospect, and so you always need to be adding new prospects in order to continue to grow your business. Now some folks will say that you don't need a list because of social media, to which I'll vehemently disagree. Social media is an awesome tool to help you build your list, and I highly recommend you spend time on Facebook, Twitter, Linked-in and YouTube if it's helping you build your list. But you still need a LIST of people who know you and like you so that you can send them emails and yes, SELL them stuff. You'll find that the majority of your income comes from emailing your list and either letting them know about your own products or suggesting an affiliate product on which you earn a commission. The best thing you can do when it comes to list building? Build quickly, aggressively and without hesitation. What I'm saying is, find all the best ways that work for you to build your email list and then be relentless in using those methods to build your list even bigger and stronger. Look at it this way –if you add 10 subscribers a day to your list, ina year you will have 3,650 subscribers. But if you really focus your time and resources on list building and instead of adding 10 subscribers a day you add 100 subscribers a day, in a year you will have over 30 THOUSAND subscribers. This is a profound difference in just a year. Multiply it out over 3, 5 or 10 years, and you can see how worthwhile it is to be aggressive in your list building. Of course quality matters as well. A list of buyers is worth far, far more than a list of prospects. I'll tell you my secret for quickly building a list of buyers: Create a product that sells for $5 to $10, and then give away 100% of the commission to your affiliates, paid immediately via Paypal. You'll find the Warrior Forum Special Offer area is good for this, orthe JVZoo marketplace. By paying your affiliates 100% commission that goes straight to them, they have a huge incentive to promote your product. And YOU get to keep the prospects and market to them time and time again.

Eleven Tips For Launching A New Anything Online PLR Ebook

Sample Content Preview Think about it –despite how busy we all are, we still love holidays and birthdays and graduations and so forth. Why? Because they are events –they're things to look forward to and celebrate. That's why when you turn your marketing into an event, you'll completely bypass all the other marketing that's happening and you'll stand head and shoulders above the other distractions competing for your prospects' attention. 3. Create urgency.Whatever it is that you want people to do –buy your product, get a freebie for subscribing, join your membership, whatever –give them a deadline or use an element of scarcity. For example, if people purchase during your launch period (typically 2-7 days) then they get a special deal or extra bonuses or a lower price. Or your offer is only available during the event –after that it goes away permanently. It's because you're running this special event that you can add in the scarcity element. Otherwise it's difficult to do it ethically –for example, those scripts that say the price will increase by midnight of the day the visitor hits the page are not only unethical –they may even be illegal. And because of the scarcity –the bonuses going away or the price increasing or the actual product no longer being available –you'll find there is a surge in sales in the hours before the deadline. Scarcity really is a powerful motivator. 4. Introduce something in the middle of your event to spike sales.Let's say you're doing a five day event. On day 1 sales will be high because people are primed to buy. But by day 3 sales will have fallen off dramatically. That's why you need something to add excitement and make more sales. It might be an additional big bonus, or it could be a payment plan. Whatever it is, introduce it shortly before the halfway point. You should see a sales spike in the hours immediately after your announcement and again on the last day of the event in the final hours before it closes. 5. Your sales letter is not what you think. Sure, on the day of your big launch you've got a sales letter ready to sell your product or sell whatever action you want them to take. But that's only the END of your sales letter. Really your entire sales letter begins with your first marketing message and continues all the way through the pre-launch phase. What you're doing throughout your entire prelaunch phase is introducing yourself to your prospects, letting them know that you suffered from the same problem they have and you've found solutions. You're telling your story, and as you tell your story you also share tidbits of really excellent information that they can use right away. You're actually accomplishing two things at the same time –you're establishing trust by telling your own personal story, and you're establishing credibility by sharing some of your best stuff with them for free. Mind you, you're not giving away the farm or telling them everything you know. Rather, you're telling them what they need to do to accomplish their goal or solve their problem. You're just not telling them how to do it, because that is covered in the product. This way, when you get to the actual product launch day, you've got people who don't even need to read your letter in order to purchase your product –they're ready to buy. And those who do need a sales letter to make the decision are already warmed up and very interested –you just need to push them over the fence. 6. Begin your launch just as you would begin a sales letter–with a big headline. You need something to capture people's attention and get them excited. And each phase of your pre-launch should have another headline, whether it's a written message or a video. Always be capturing attention and creating curiosity all the way through the process. Remember, this is an EVENT, so treat it like an event. Rather than using hype, attract people with what's actually happening and what's really taking place. Your launch can change people's lives –if not then maybe you should rethink it. And because it can change lives, you need to clearly convey that message to your prospects. And the best way to do that is by using an attention grabbing headline each time that sets the tone, and then following up with really great information. 7. Have a great offer. This goes for anything and it's especially relevant for launches. Just because you're going to all the trouble of creating an event doesn't mean you don't also need a great offer, because you do. I don't care if you're a wiz at prelaunches and launches, if your offer stinks then you're not going to make sales. So what's a great offer? It's something where the customers thinks, “Wow, I can't believe I'm getting so much value for so little money.” That doesn't necessarily mean that your offer is cheap –it could be $1000. But it does mean that you are offering far more in value than the price you are charging. For example, if you're showing someone how to set up a business that pays them $1000 a week, then $1000 for that information is nothing, it's peanuts. Or if you're showing them how to solve a problem that's been driving them crazy for days or weeks or even years, and you're dong it for only $47 while they've spent hundreds trying to solve it, then it's a great offer. 8. Get help with your marketing message. You go through the whole process of prelaunch and launch, only to have a dud. Ouch. You can prevent this and have a strong event by taking a little time to have some conversations with your prospects in advance. For example, float your idea in a blog post and gauge reaction. Are they excited? Do they want to know more? Oris the sound of silence all that you're receiving? Talk to your prospects and customers on forums, webinars, via email, teleseminars, etc. Gauge reaction and tailor your sales message accordingly. This can only aid you in having a successful event. 9. Sussout the marketing objections. Eighteen Steps To Creating Best Selling Products PLR Ebook

Sample Content Preview Now go toAmazon and find books on your niche. Use the “look inside” feature to study their table of contents. You're looking for more things you may have left out of your product. Fill in the holes, expand sections if needed and see if you're inspired to add anything new, or to even change the heading or focus on certain sections. You're fine-tuningyour outline so that when you get started on creating this product, it's the absolute best it can be. One note: This is YOUR UNIQUE product. So don't think that justbecause a book on Amazon has a chapter you don't have that it means you must include it in your ebook. Use your discretion and stay true to the focus of your product. 5. Be one-of-a-kind. There are a ton of information products out there –a TON. So here's the big question –what makes your info product unique? It's a two-fold answer, and I can even give you the first half –your product is going to be unique because it's created by YOU. And I just happen to know that you are the only “you” in the entire universe. That's why it's vital that your product convey your uniqueness. Your message, your style, your very essence should permeate through the product, whether it's written, audio, video or whatever. Do not sound like everyone else and above all don't come across as the latest robotic talking head. Instead, imagine you're sitting at the kitchen table explaining this topic to your friend over coffee. That's what you're going for. Are you funny? Then be funny. Are you dramatic? Then be dramatic. Whatever youare when you are being yourself, that's the voice you want to use in creating your product. The second half of what makes your product unique is going to be by design –it's your angle, your hook, or your unique selling proposition (those are all pretty much the same thing.) Decide what it is that 10 makes your info product different from any other info product on this particular topic. We actually hit on an example of this earlier when talking about the election product -“How to win local elections againstan incumbent when no one knows your name.” Your angle is that you're teaching how to go from absolute scratch –no connections, no name recognition, no experience –and win an election, even against the person currently holding the office. Choosing your angle or USP is vital to making a product that stands apart from all the rest and grabs people's attention, so spend some time on this. And be sure you write it down and keep it in front of you as you continue this process. From time to time check in withyourself and see if you are sticking to your USP. And also make sure you're giving your product your own unique brand of “you” as well. 6. Pick a number. Stick to it. At this point you might be thinking the hard part is over, you've got this licked, and your product is practically created. Nothing could be further from the truth. It's the false sense of security we get from having made a start that often derails us. Sure, we'll get to it. Maybe we'll work on it later today. Which becomes tomorrow. Which becomes next week and then maybe never. That's why you're going to pick a number and make a schedule. And above all, you're going to stick to your schedule, no matter what. Tell yourself that. Make a pact. Write it down. Tell your family you won't be available during your scheduled writing times. And when it's time to write (or record video, or whatever) then do it. So what's the number for? It's how many days you're going to work on creating your product. If you can do it in five days, that's terrific. Ifyou need 10, then so be it. But try to choose a number no larger than 14. No matter what your info product is, odds are it can be done in 14 days or less, or your topic is probably not as narrow and focused as it should be. So pick your number, then divide your outline into that many parts. Schedule your time each day to work it. And then just do it. Section 2 –Creating Your Product 7. Give A Smashing Introduction. You can write your product introduction first thing, or wait until the product is finishedand write it then, whichever works better for you. Here's what I want you to know –your introduction sets the tone for the product. It's really the “after purchase sales letter” for your product, what people read after they make the purchase but before they begin chapter 1 (or video 1, or whatever.) You want to come out of the gate running. In fact your first paragraph of your introduction should be so on-fire compelling that no one could stop reading after that paragraph. And your entire intro should sell the customer on devouring every morsel of your product, much like a movie trailer sells the viewer on watching the movie. Now you might be asking, “Why?” They've bought the product, so why should I care if they actually consume it? Three reasons: First, if they don't read it, they're more likely to regret their purchase and 14 request a refund. Also, by selling them in the intro on how this product is going to change their lives for the better, you are reinforcing how smart they were to purchase the product in the first place, again reducing your refund rate. The second reason for writing a great intro is even more important –if they consume your product and love it, what's going to happen? They're going to become die-hardcustomers. They're going to open your emails because they want to know what you have to say. And they're going to buy your future products because they know you deliver great value. And the third reason is because you never know which of your new customers may also be your next great affiliate if you deliver the goods. The better your product, the more affiliates will want to promote it to their customer list, the more sales you make and the more new customers you have on your mailing list. So whether you write your introduction beforeyou create your product to set the tone for the whole work, or you wait until the end of your product creation and write it then, make sure that introduction is a great one. 8. Use headlines liberally.Web users tend to read about 25% of what's on a web page and about 50% of what's in an ebook or e-course. Contrast that with over 90% of headlines and subheads being read, and you know exactly how to capture someone's attention: Use headlines and lots of sub-headlines.
