Pick one or two of the most profitable projects to be your focus and for all the other projects… either let them go or put them into hibernation. The result is that when you start 2007, you will have a lot more time available to focus on the one or two projects that are your most profitable. Use the extra time to build these up until they are making a sustainable income.
