Chapter 1 - Introduction
There is nothing quite like having your own business to make you feel financially independent and in charge of your own destiny. One easy business that you can start up, that is just right for the current economy, is a home painting business.
Why home painting? People always need services. Even in the Great Depression, service businesses were still in hot demand. Since most people are not selling their homes and are staying put, many of them want to spruce things up a bit. Painting is one of the most inexpensive ways that people can fix up their surroundings. Most people do not know how to paint nor do they want to learn. They would rather hire a painter who is in the business to do this necessary, but messy, job.
House painting is a recession proof business. It also works well when the economy is good and people are selling their homes. One of the first things that a real estate agent will advise someone who is looking to rent or sell a home is to give it a fresh paint job.
House painting entails both inside and outside house painting. Both of them are basically the same concept, although different paints are used for inside and outside. Your company should offer as many services as possible in order to fit the needs of just about every customer.
This book will teach you all you need to know about how to start your own home painting business, how to hire help, how to get customers, and what you need to know about starting any type of business. It will also give you an insight as to which are the right paints to use, the difference between paints, the different types of finishes and designs people like to have in the home, stains and even how to deal with customers who do not pay.
It is not difficult to learn to paint. It is one of the few trades that does not require vocational training. You just need the right equipment, the willingness to work hard, a few simple tips and the desire to succeed and you will have so many painting jobs that you will not know what to do with them all.

Chapter 1 - Introduction
Losing weight can be one of the most difficult things a person has to do. Like smoking, food is sometimes an addition. There are many reasons why someone may be overweight. In most cases, it is due to lack of exercise and eating the wrong foods. Often, people overeat out of habit. They may pick at food casually all day long or indulge in snacks that they love. In some cases, a woman has just had a child and needs to lose the excess weight that she gained after having the baby. This can be difficult as often a new baby is exhausting and distressing on the body. It can be tough to lose weight after giving birth, especially if you have other children to look out after.
My problems with weight gain didn’t start until I was older. I was a skinny kid all my life and even into adulthood. Even after I had my kids, in my 20s, I managed to get off the weight by using just a diet and a little bit of exercise. I seemed to be one of the lucky ones who didn’t have to struggle with weight, although I saw plenty of my friends and family members trying to get excess weight off. It did help that I had my children at a younger age and had them nearly three years apart - it gave my body a chance to get back into shape each time.
I remember when I turned 30, I started feeling as though I was putting on weight, and I was. A friend of mine told me that after 30, weight was more difficult to lose, so I joined a gym. I got back into shape. As a matter of fact, a good diet and exercise got me thinner than I was in high school. Although many people felt that at 5’7” and 118 pounds, I was far too thin. Over the years, I gradually gained the weight back. After I hit 40, I began to see that it was even more difficult to get the weight off. I went to another health club and got on a scale and saw I was 155 pounds. This was more than I weighed when I gave birth to my daughter.
It was harder to get the weight off after 40, but I managed. Then I turned 45 and it got even harder. For two years, I was not overweight, but not happy with my appearance. I no longer fit into my shorts and jeans and took to wearing elastic skirts all of the time to hide the excess weight. I would take some of the weight off, but then during the winter months, especially over the holiday season, it would creep back up. After the last holiday season, I found that I was up to 145, mostly due to eating foods that were delicious, but were no good for me. A sedentary lifestyle that we often have over the winter months also played into this fact.

Internet Marketing Intro
I remember just how frustrating it was venturing into the Internet Marketing industry.
Every Internet Marketer claimed to be the ‘very best’, and their methods were the “only ones worth following’. I really had no idea what to do, who to believe, or where to turn for sound advice without being led around on a very short leash., with my credit card seemingly always in my hand ready to purchase the next ‘map to nowhere’.
The money I spent trying to find the missing pieces, the lost chapters of what I believed to be the Blueprint to online success, nearly sent me to the poorhouse, and in the end I was still at square one, with only a slight idea of what direction to take.
Sure, I knew a bit more than when I started out. I could now construct a decent website, find potential buyers, make a few dollars from affiliate marketing and set up a Google ad campaign that was somewhat effective, but always extremely costly.
The tough part about being a newbie in the Internet Marketing world is that there are so many options available to you, that unless you figure out, early on, exactly what direction you are going to take, AND stick to, you will create a never-ending maze of opportunities and half-finished projects that go nowhere.

Chapter 1 – Introduction
Fashion is something that will always be changing, innovative, and exciting. Making your statement or impact on the fashion industry can be rewarding and profitable if you have the creativity to keep fashion new and exciting. You can be a part of creating a new fashion trend by designing and creating your own fashionably exciting dress.
In dressmaking, the biggest obstacle to over come is creating a dress that is perfect for you. No two figures are exactly alike, so by making your own clothing, you have the advantage over shopping from the rack in knowing that the clothing you are wearing was made just for you and your body shape. You achieve the perfect fit that is most flattering for you.
Dressmaking is not as hard as some make it out to be. You can design a dress perfect for you by either studying already designed patterns and altering them to fit your body style, or you can create your own dress from using what you know works for you. Once you have a design in mind, the rest is a breeze.
You can copy an already popular style on the market, study fashion magazines with the latest fads, or create a scrapbook of several different styles of dresses you love and incorporate different aspects of each into a design of your own creation. However, you come up with your dress design; making it yourself will be the most rewarding thing you do when it comes to your fashion wardrobe.

Chapter 1 - What Is New With The 3G
The I-Phone 3G is the third generation of the I-Phone, the technological wonder made by Apple that some say will soon replace the laptop. Unlike traditional cell phones, the I-Phone is used for much, much more. It is a gateway to the internet. When you use the I-Phone, you can get music, videos, answer emails, play games and chat, to name a few things. There are hundreds of I-Phone applications available for this product.
Most people who have the I-Phone 3G are very happy to add to their I-phone applications. They are constantly looking for new applications that they can use and even share with friends. These can be anything from a game, a quiz, sending virtual gifts to friends, videos, music and more. Those who have some type of computer knowledge, or are able to follow software direction to create applications for the I-Phone can make a decent amount of money with selling I-Phone applications. This can even occur online, right on the Apple site.
If you are not familiar the I-Phone 3G, take a look at it. You can use the touch screen to get to wherever you want to go online. You can even use this device for GPS tracking, if you have the necessary applications. Some of new features of the 3G I-Phone include:
More initial applications
Better graphics
Touch screen capability
Better sound
The 3G is the latest of the I-Phone generations. Many of the applications that were made for older I-Phones are still used in this newest version. Apple usually makes products that can be used for long periods of time and do not require constant updates. Applications that you create for the 3G I-Phones will also most likely be used with newer generations of this product.

Chapter 1 – Introduction
From infancy, we begin to use body language to express ourselves, from everything between needs and feelings. It is how we learn to get our needs met. As we age while learning to talk, we continue to use a series of body language signals along with a grunt here and there to entertain, have a need met, or show an emotion we are feeling that we are not yet able to express verbally. If, while we are young, our caretakers pick up our body language signals easily, as we age we are more apt to continue to refine the skill of using body language.
However, when our body language signals go unnoticed as an infant or throughout childhood, in adulthood, the use of body language often goes to the wayside. Those are the adults you hear people refer to as “hard to read”. Although they can make great poker players, it does little for the art of subtle communication. Like the saying goes, if you don’t use it, you lose it, or in the least, get real rusty at it.
Life is a game of sorts. There are no guarantees in anything, however, you can higher your odds in the game of life if practice, and not just your body language skills, but your ability to read body language, and all other aspects of life. Communication through all forms is detrimental in life. It can make the difference between landing a dream job or that dream mate and many other factors. People use on an average of 50% body language to 50% verbal language when communicating.
If you cannot pick up the subtle nuances of the body language someone is giving, the message you may be receiving verbally could be quite different then what they intended on it being. The more you try to use and learn how to pick up on body language signals the better you will get at it. If you don’t get it the first time, then continue to try and keep trying. People watching is a great way to brush up on your ability to read body language. Go to a mall and just sit on a bench and try...

Chapter 1: General Cooking Tips
1. Add a little zest. When a recipe calls for a “zest” of a citrus fruit, it’s referring to the colorful outer part of the skin, not the inner white part, which is known as the pith. The zest contains all of the aromatic citrus oils and provides a hint of citrus tang to the recipe. A simple method of obtaining a fine zest is by rubbing the fruit against the smallest holes of a cheese grater.
2. Don’t be afraid to experiment. Good cooks are never afraid to deviate from a recipe and add their own flair. Whenever you make a substitution or addition be sure to make a note on the recipe so you remember next time whether you liked the change or not.
3. Salted butter vs. unsalted butter. Butter is available both with and without salt. The salt is added for extra flavor and to help preserve it so it has a longer shelf life. The problem is that sometimes the salt in butter can be more than a recipe needs. Choosing unsalted butter gives you more control over how much salt your dish contains. If you only have salted butter, the best thing to do is omit approximately ¼ teaspoon of salt per ½ cup (one stick) of butter used in the recipe.
4. Use your kitchen scissors. Right now you probably only use your kitchen scissors for opening packaging and bags of milk. But next time you’re trimming fat from a roast, opening pitas or cutting chicken into strips, consider using your scissors! Chefs use them all the time for cutting meats and other food items. It’s probably best to have a pair that are designated as food scissors only. And be sure you clean them very well after each use because they do have crevices where bacteria can hide.
5. Keep your recipes organized. Nothing is more frustrating when you’re ready to start cooking then not being able to find your recipe. Keep things organized by finding a system for filing your recipes that you can keep close at hand in the kitchen. A great option is to buy one of those photo albums where you peel back a plastic sheet and underneath is a sticky surface. This makes recipes easy to find and at any time you can remove or replace them!
6. Stop foods from sticking to the pan. To keep food from sticking to the bottom of your pans, try to avoid ever putting cold foods into a hot pan. Also, don’t put food into a pan that is not perfectly clean, otherwise the resulting build up could lead to burned food.
7. Stop water from boiling over. To keep pans from boiling over when cooking, add a thin layer of butter around the rim of the pan. This works well for rice, pasta and potatoes.

- Introduction
Hello and thank you for grabbing a copy of my report.
In this report, I am going to outline a few ways that you can start selling to the “Herd Mind”..
Although some may not want to admit, just about everybody is a part of the herd mind at one time or another, some are always and will be for the majority of their life.
The herd mind is simply people following people.
We are brought up to be lead and listen to authority. Once we are old enough to think for ourselves, we usually become a part of the herd mind in one form or another.
It’s the whole idea of “everybody else is doing it so it must be right”..
Good marketers know how to tap into this herd mentality and profit hugely from it.
If you can convince a mass of people that you are the authority or that you are right, then they will follow. It’s hardwired into our brains.
This of course can turn into huge profits!
Every million dollar (or billion dollar) company out there markets to the herd mentality in some way or another.
So in this report I am going to give you the secrets or marketing to the herd so that you too can make mega bucks! Let’s get started . . .
- Selling The Dream
Everybody wants "The easy dream". The easy dream is simply that, the easiest way for somebody to live their dreams.
The easiest (and often times laziest) way to accomplish a goal or get a job done will always be a big seller.
If it's weight loss, then popping a pill is much more attractive then doing 30 minutes of cardio exercise per day.
Everybody knows that doing cardio exercise every day is an effective way to lose weight right? But who wants to do that? That’s just more work added to our lives.
But, popping a pill once or twice per day isn’t work. It doesn’t require 30 minutes or an hour of time that we could be sitting on our butts watching TV.
It doesn’t require us to sweat and put forth any sort of real effort. Because it requires no work, the pill popping idea of losing weight sells big!
If it's Internet marketing, then the "already made, set it and forget it" technology will generate sales.
Who wants to sit there and spend days or weeks creating a product, writing a sales letter, researching a market, etc..
“If all of that is already done for me, I’m in!” (says the herd mind)..
Whatever the easy way to live the dream is, us marketers can use in our marketing to sell more product.
