How to Recognize Anger
How to Recognize Anger and Handle it effectively
Anger is a feeling that has to be recognized outright. Anger could be a start of something deeper, like rage or violent actions and reactions. You’ve got to control your anger, because it has the ability to control you.
Anger is best recognized and best controlled if it is more understood. The first step in better understanding anger is to know what the types of anger are. If you know the cause of your anger, the better you can combat it. Here are the types of anger and a short description of what they are.
1. Behavioral Anger. This type of anger is comprised of aggressive and cruel actions. It inclines mostly on the physical aspect. It usually implies an attack towards the subject of the anger, usually a person. It is expressed through trouble-making, physical attack and defiance.
2. Verbal anger. This type of anger, on the other hand, merely uses words and not actions. It is expressed mostly by openly speaking insulting words and hurtful criticisms. Accusing somebody of a crime or of a wrong-doing is also an example of verbal anger...

What Is Pilates?
The Pilates Method, more commonly known as Pilates, is a popular kind of physical activity and exercise that aims to improve the body’s strength and flexibility.
Pilates began early in the 20th century. Joseph Pilates, a German boxer and circus performer who, during World War I, was forced into an internment camp, developed it. While in that camp he developed floor exercises to help keep himself healthy and rehabilitate his fellow detainees.
After the war, Joseph Pilates came back to Germany and trained the Hamburg Military Police for a short period of time. He eventually moved to the United States, where he met his wife. The two of them worked together to improve the Pilates method and invent special equipment.
He trained students in a studio in New York, who eventually became teachers themselves of the Pilates method. Some teachers chose to teach Pilates in its original form, while some teachers opted to include their own styles, creating a contemporary style of Pilates.
Joseph Pilates wrote two books on Pilates. The books are entitled “Your Health: A Corrective System of Exercising That Revolutionizes the Entire Field of Physical Education” and “Return to Life through Contrology.”

What is Yoga?
All About Modern Yoga
Yoga is an ancient art of meditation and exercise that has its origin roots in religion and mysticism. The original purposes of Yoga were liberation of the self from worldly desires and the attainment of a state of spiritual perfection through practicing various physical positions, breathing exercises, and mental conditioning. Modern Yoga focuses more on the physical aspects of Yoga and it's health benefits, doing away with the mysticism and finding rational, scientific explanations for why certain feats formerly thought to be "supernatural" were actually feasible through Yoga.
The origins of Yoga were founded in the Hindu faith, with 6 major branches of classic Yoga philosophy. Later branches of Yoga spread out widely all over the Far East, merging with other Asian belief systems. The most notable branches that persist to this day are Buddhist Yoga, Zen Yoga, and Tibetan Yoga. These three branches in particular most easily integrated Yoga as part of their practices because the basic beliefs in Yoga meshed perfectly with their passive philosophies.

When does it Begin
Caring for your parents---when does it begin?
Parents are heroic people; they bring children into this world, feed them, nurture and love them and accept their idiosyncrasies no matter what. They sacrifice time and effort to take care of their children and make sure they grow up to be caring and responsible individuals.
Parents are superheroes because they can be everything their children want them to be. They can be happy for their children even when they are actually feeling sad and burdened by the daily challenge of keeping their family above the water when times are hard.
Parents are a very important part of the lives of their children because they are responsible for molding these clay-like individuals into what they will become in the future. No person could have managed to become what he is without the support of his parents.
But what happens to parents when they have reared their children and their children lead lives of their own? Parents are human beings and they succumb to old age and health problems that come with being old...

Chapter 1
The Multilevel Marketing Concept
What is Multi-Level Marketing?
Multi-level Marketing, or MLM, is a marketing strategy which creates a down line of distributors and a hierarchy of multiple levels of compensation. The sales force is compensated not only for their own sales but also for the sales of the people they help recruit. Firms, having a large product base, often cannot employ equivalent sales force; and believe they would be better off without the traditional approach. Hence, they implement MLM to survive competition from multi-nationals.
MLM is also known as Network Marketing because it utilizes a network of individual customers to hit other potential customers. In other words, every individual customer serves as a sales representative.
Multi-Level Marketing Vs. Pyramid Marketing
People often confuse MLM with pyramid marketing; however there is very clear distinction between the two approaches: pyramid marketing is about getting your money and then using you to recruit other distributors; MLM, on the other hand, is about moving the product through a larger network of distributors so that the business can increase sales volume.
Another difference between MLM and pyramid marketing is that Pyramid marketing requires each level to DOUBLE before a new level is created so it isn't fair to people lower down in the levels and also unethical. MLM, however, awards a commission based upon the volume of product sold through own sales efforts as well as that of the down line organization.

INTRODUCTION
In recent years the issue of Alternative Healing has skyrocketed to the forefront of the medical field. A 2004 government survey concluded that more than one third of adults use alternative medicine and healing.
One facet of this burgeoning interest is Herbal Medicine. While it may seem “trendy” to some, Herbal Medicine has been around for thousands of years. In fact, many of the familiar pharmaceutical medications we use today were originally created from “natural” ingredients. Drugs like opium (from poppies), aspirin (from willow bark), digitalis (from foxglove) and quinine (from the cinchona tree.)
Interestingly, the synthetic version of “aspirin” is credited with the beginning of the pharmaceutical industry. A chemist working for the Friedrich Bayer Company in Germany created the synthetic. The company registered the term “aspirin” as a trademark but Bayer lost the patent rights when the Allies seized and resold its foreign assets after World War I.
The right to use the term “aspirin” in the United States was purchased by Sterling Drug in 1918. But even before the patent expired in 1917, Bayer had been unable to prevent their formula from being copied. Hence, the term “aspirin” has been a generic term in the U.S. ever since.
It would be impossible to cover this topic adequately in one volume. What we will endeavor to do with this ebook is provide you with an overview of herbal remedies and subsequently give you an in-depth look at 47 simple herbal remedies to common, everyday ailments.
Please remember that there is no substitute for advice from a medical practitioner. The contents provided here should not replace a health and fitness program and is provided for educational purposes only. You should consult your own medical practitioner before embarking on any program that affects your health and well being.

Watching Your Baby’s First Step
Parents of newborn babies won’t be able to hide their excitement when they see their child trying to carry out his/her first step ever. Babies trying to walk are a good indication that their bodies and mind are developing at a normal rate.
Some parents might become a worried if they see that other babies learning how to walk sooner than their own kids. That could happen. Children have their own calendar as to when they will be attempting that very first step.
Walking is considered a motor skill. Most of the time, it does not have anything to do with the intelligence of the child or their physical weight and size. And it certainly has nothing to do with one’s parenting skills as well.
The only thing that parents should take note is that their babies should have at least tried to walk during their eighteenth month. If attempts to walk seem to take longer than that, it could be time to check with their pediatrician.
Parents might observe their babies to be pigeon toed as they try to walk. Generally, during the first two years, all babies have this characteristic. They are all toeing in as they walk...

Chapter 1
Definition of a Happy and Successful life
We all have formed our own definitions of happiness right from childhood. A lot of these perceptions are because of conditioned development i.e. they are a part of our habits due to repetitive inculcation by parents, teachers and the society in general. That is why, none of us has actually pondered about what exactly makes us feel happy! This feeling has been left to our sub-conscience and we simply feel the happiness according to the situation we are in.
A lot of small things can give happiness to us. For instance, just the thought of shopping or spending money tends to excite us and makes us feel happy. Opportunities and new ideas also have a similar effect on us. This excited state makes us imagine things related to these incidents. For example: the perspective of going on vacation while getting an office bonus would not only make us excited, but also make us plan and imagine the holiday. In fact, we would feel the bliss without actually being on the vacation itself! However, when being on the actual vacation, the excitement tends to settle down as one begins to feel contented.
Same is the case with objects. We are quite crazy to purchase the latest cell phone, laptop, I-pod or the new car. But once we own that stuff, the excitement settles down and the appeal doesn?t stay the same. The cycle of excitement begins again when another new product is launched.
