Intro: What Are Private Label Rights (PLR) Products?
You’ve no doubt seen “Private Label Rights” and “Resell Rights” titles thrown around all over the Internet. And many times these products and the rights they include can be confusing. But it’s important to know the difference because they are NOT the same and you can get into serious trouble by violating copyright laws if you’re not careful.
Furthermore, you want to make sure you understand them so when creating and distributing your own products you don’t give away more than you want to by mistake or experience weak sales because you didn’t use the right language in explaining your offer.
So, really simply, in general terms here are the basic rights. They each have variations, but this will give you an idea:
1) Unrestricted Private Label Rights – the most flexible of all rights and therefore most valuable. You can do nearly anything with these products including renaming, branding and selling as your own, editing, and bundling with other products in a package. You can also give them away, and you can sell or giveaway rights for others to resell, master resell, or private label. The danger with giving these rights is nothing prevents buyers from turning around and selling them the same day at ½ price and “stealing” your sales.
2) Private Label Rights – similar to unrestricted in that you can rewrite, edit, and call products your own. But usually they have some limitations like only sell above a certain price and cannot give for free.
3) Master Resell Rights – Resell Rights, vs. Private Label Rights allow you to resell products but not edit them in any way. You cannot call them your own, you cannot add or edit the content. With Master Resell Rights, you can also give away the resell rights to others, and often you can give away the Master Resell Rights, allowing others to resell the resell rights.

Introduction
John Acme is an online merchant. Through his websites he sells widgets to the public. With a merchant account and a credit card processor, John is able to offer potential customers an easy way by which they can order his widgets. His business is new, but he is seeing a regular profit that allows him to meet his living expenses.
One day, John opens his mail and finds a letter labeled “Retrieval Notice” from the provider of his merchant account. The notice references a specific transaction and requests a copy of the sales documentation. Acme finds this odd, as the transaction had seemed to go off without a hitch when it was processed weeks before.
John Acme may not yet realize it, but he is looking at a potentially costly situation. He has already sent the widgets to his buyer and has already accepted the payment he received. His response to the retrieval notice will determine whether or not he will be allowed to “keep” the sale at all. If he fails to provide the proper documentation, he may receive a chargeback. The money he earned will be deducted from his merchant account and he may very well never see the widgets he already shipped again.
If John is able to provide important information, he may be able to prevail. However, the proverbial deck is stacked against him. Merchants are assumed to be “in the wrong” whenever a customer requests a chargeback. If John’s efforts fall short of what is required, he will lose the chargeback argument and find himself charged additional fees on top of losing the sale.
What does John need to show the merchant account provider in order to protect himself? What kinds of information are valuable in these circumstances? What kind of things can online merchants like John do in order to prevent situations like this from happening again and again?
This report attempts to provide answers to these questions. Chargebacks are a potentially devastating force for any online merchant and must be treated seriously. Chargebacks and the fraud that is often their precursor are regular events in the world of online sales and they pose a huge risk to merchants of all types.

Introduction
“We cannot live for ourselves alone. Our lives are connected by a thousand invisible threads, and along these sympathetic fibers, our actions run as causes and return to us as results.”
- Herman Melville
Herman Melville lived in 19th century and the word internet, and RSS would not have come into his mind even in his wildest dreams. Still, a lot of writers have come and gone after him – I haven’t found a better statement to present our context before you. Money has stirred an honest nest around us and although money can’t be said to be everything in our life, it’s a fact that none of us can’t live without dollars. We all crave for dollars and run after that using different means. It’s these “means” that we select to run our business that matters. Putting it in simple words, modern day business is all about connecting people. Needless to say, those who connect to people in a better way, often succeeds. Paradoxically, those who are armed with the latest technologies are capable of connecting to people more successfully. Before the advent of RSS and blogs, these technologies used to burn out a hole in your pocket. All those days are gone. Now, if you have a website you only need some knowledge to make things happen for you. It’s this vital knowledge that I am going to pass on you through this book.

INTRODUCTION & IDEAS
Most of the following recipes require a quart jar, large or small mouth opening. I find though a large mouth works easier to get the ingredients in.
Besides a quart jar with lids, you will need a large rubber band. A piece of material 8x8 square. Ribbon to decorate. After filling the jars, place the material on the lid and put the rubber band around it to secure it in place. Tie with decorative ribbon and tie the recipe card to the ribbon for the directions on how to bake the ingredients. If you have a printer, print out the tag onto a colorful piece of paper or onto adhesive paper.
When putting in the ingredients, make sure to pack them down tightly. If you have loose ingredients like nuts, M&M, raisins, etc. make sure they are the next ingredient on top of packed brown sugar. If the next layer is to be white sugar or flour, the white sugar or flour will seep through the nuts, M&M, etc some what. Also when using cocoa, wipe inside of jar before adding another ingredient to keep jar looking nice. Have fun and give the filled jar to a friend!
SOME IDEAS TO MAKE YOUR GIFT OF COFFEE OR COCOA MIX MORE SPECIAL:
Get some plastic spoons and dip the spoon end only in melted chocolate chips; sprinkle with non-pareils or colored sugar sprinkles if desired. Let the chocolate set up. Wrap a spoon or two (depending on who the gift is for) in a piece of cellophane and tie with a pretty ribbon. Include this with a gift jar of cocoa mix or coffee mix.
Make some homemade biscotti. After biscotti is cooled, dip half of each stick into melted chocolate chips (or melted vanilla candy coating also known as chocolate bark). Let chocolate set up. Wrap and add as you would the above spoons. Sew up a pretty gift bag from a festive fabric of your favorite holiday calico or even a shiny lame to wrap your gift jar in. Decorate with twigs of silk holly and a pretty ribbon
Place the wrapped jar of mix in a basket and include the recipe if desired so the recipient may make more when their supply runs out. Add a bag of home made cookies, a couple of coffee mugs and a CD of holiday music.
SOME IDEAS FOR MAKING YOUR GIFT OF COOKIE MIX MORE SPECIAL:
Wrap your jar in a fabric bag as described above, but add a cookie cutter or a wooden spoon to the jar instead of the chocolate spoons. Place the jar in a mixing bowl and add a new digital timer.
Place a jar of cookie mix and a jar of cocoa mix in a basket together to give to a young family with children.
Put cookie mix in a cookie jar, wrap the jar containing the mix with a couple of new kitchen towels so it won't rattle inside the cookie jar.
Make a basket with three different cookie mixes in it and give to a family with school aged kids who will be on vacation during the holidays.

Introduction
“The trouble with the rat race is that, even if you win, you're still a rat” ~ Lily Tomlin ~
There was a time, in the not-so-distant past, when families were expected to give up everything in order to achieve the financial security they craved. Perhaps you remember those decades, perhaps you are too young to recall those times.
Those were the days when climbing the corporate ladder was a revered activity, and wives and children gazed fondly at pictures of the breadwinner in order to remember whether poor, exhausted Dad had blue eyes or brown.
Large companies moved employees from one city to another, like pawns on a chessboard and, if you had any hope of climbing the ladder toward upper management positions, you packed up the wife and kids and moved on from Chicago, to Boston, to New York, to Tokyo.
In the intervening years, the divorce rate climbed, fathers lost touch with their families and died of heart attacks and strokes at an alarming rate. When these men retired, they felt useless and unproductive.
Over the years, the identity of these men had become inextricably tied to their success on the job. New retirees found themselves wondering who they were, and why they were living with women who were complete strangers to them. And, whatever happened to those darling kids who used to live in the house?
Then women entered the workforce in earnest and joined the rat race.
Lest you think that this rat race has come to an end, look to the evidence of stress related death and illness, an increase in the average number of hours worked by employees in the U.S. and around the world, skyrocketing numbers of divorces and children in single-parent families.
And, let us not forget those of us who are responsible for the care of aging parents.
We live in a world of conveniences that were designed to give us more leisure time. But, it would seem that all the informational overload, whirring computers and media blitz has given us is more time for work.
It is not unusual for men and women to work sixty or seventy hours per week on average. Some of us work eighty or ninety hours without batting an eyelash. And, we fool ourselves into thinking we have a life!

Introduction
Whether your relationship is a new romance or one that has passed the test of time, there are probably days where you wonder how to keep the fires burning.
As time passes, and you settle into a comfortable relationship, you may find it all too easy to relax and forget the ‘romance’. Suddenly you feel that something is missing.
Perhaps your spouse or partner has complained that the romance is missing from your relationship. Maybe YOU are the one who has noticed the change.
And now, it is time to do something about it.
But, you aren’t sure what you are supposed to do!
You don’t have to be a creative person, or even a dreamer or a hopeless romantic to get things back on track.
Most people just need a ‘starter kit’, a set of ideas and concepts they can use to get the juices flowing.
After that, you will probably find that you can come up with plenty of ideas on your own.
The only thing you need is the desire to put romance in your life and to spend a little time and energy focusing on your relationship. Take the time to pay attention to your love life!
It may sound corny or trite, but putting some romance in your life will improve your relationship and ensure that your partner knows he or she is loved and valued.
If you invest a little energy in the process, you’ll find that soon you and your partner, spouse, fiancé or new love will come up with new ways to surprise each other and take pleasure and interest in keeping the process going.
The men in the crowd may feel that they don’t know where to start, or that they don’t have a romantic bone in their bodies. The women may feel that they will expect too much or that they will overwhelm their partners.
Perhaps you will schedule a romantic dinner and stare at each other across the table, feeling you have failed the test.
