Introduction
Herbs are plants used in medicine. Natural healing has come to denote any type of natural means used to aid in healing. Although most herbal remedies are from plants, there are some that are mineral or animal products as well. Herbal medicine is also called phytotherapy, the science of using herbal remedies to treat illnesses.
People have been using herbs for hundreds of years to treat all types of illnesses and symptoms. Throughout history we can find examples from many cultures of their use of herbal remedies. The ancient Egyptians used herbs in healing and in ceremonies as well. There are hieroglyphics that depict the use of herbs on some ancient walls. In ancient China, herbs were an important part of healing and still are used in traditional Chinese medicine.
Today, more and more people are turning to herbal remedies to cure anything from headaches to skin conditions to colds. You can find an herbal cure for just about anything that ails you. There are also herbal remedies that are used as preventions for many types of illnesses as well.
Medical doctors are also getting involved in more natural cures. There are specific additional medical courses available that instruct on herbal cures and their uses. A holistic M.D. is a licensed physician who has completed not only the traditional medical studies, but has additional education in the philosophy and methods of natural healing. A N.D is a doctor of naturopathic medicine, and they are recognized and licensed in a number of states.

INTRODUCTION
What’s an autoresponder?
If you‘ve ever asked for information online about a product or service, or signed up for an e-list or group membership on the Internet, and received a nearly instantaneous response in your e-mail inbox, an autoresponder program was responsible for delivering the reply.
Simply put, autoresponders are e-mail programs that send out a preset message in response to every incoming e-mail received. Some autoresponders, like sign-up services for e-groups and forums, are one-shot deals: a single response for every message received. Just about every Internet-based company uses autoresponders for a variety of purposes, from automating tasks that would otherwise take up hundreds of man-hours to building lists and tracking prospective leads.
Multiple autoresponders send a series of messages to received e-mail addresses on a predetermined, timed basis. For instance, a multiple autoresponder can be used to send an instant response, then a follow-up message three days later, then another five days after that, and so on. It can be programmed to send a message a day, one per week, twice monthly, or any interval that satisfies the purpose of the message series.
Autoresponders are the most powerful Internet marketing tools available. They are easy to use, and once they‘re set up the entire marketing process is automated and instant. When you use autoresponders, your Internet business runs itself 24 hours a day. Launching an effective autoresponder campaign can mean the difference between a struggling business and a wildly successful one.

HOW TO BECOME LIKE CHRIST.
“But we all, with unveiled face reflecting as a mirror the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.”--2 COR. iii. 18 (Revised Version).
I suppose there is almost no one who would deny, if it were put to him, that the greatest possible attainment a man can make in this world is likeness to The Lord Jesus Christ. Certainly no one would deny that there is nothing but character that we can carry out of life with us, and that our prospect of good in any future life will certainly vary with the resemblance of our character to that of Jesus Christ, which is to rule the whole future. We all admit that; but almost every one of us offers to himself some apology for not being like Christ, and has scarcely any clear reality of aim of becoming like Him. Why, we say to ourselves, or we say in our practice, it is really impossible in a world such as ours is to become perfectly holy. One or two men in a century may become great saints; given a certain natural disposition and given exceptionally favouring circumstances, men may become saintly; but surely the ordinary run of men, men such as we know ourselves to be, with secular disposition and with many strong, vigorous passions—surely we can really not be expected to become like Christ, or, if it is expected of us, we know that it is impossible. On the contrary, Paul says, “We all,” “we all.” Every Christian has that for a destiny: to be changed into the image of his Lord. And he not only says so, but in this one verse he reveals to us the mode of becoming like Christ, and a mode, as we shall find, so simple and so infallible in its working that a man cannot understand it without renewing his hope that even he may one day become like Christ.
In order to understand this simplest mode of sanctification we must look back at the incident that we read in the Book of Exodus (xxxiv. 29-35.). Paul had been reading how when Moses came down from the mount where he had been speaking with God his face shone, so as to dazzle and alarm those who were near him.

Article Marketing
In case of article marketing, you pen articles on subjects that you have a vast knowledge of. The article must be very well-researched and proofread for spelling and grammatical errors. This will ensure that you get a good targeted traffic to your website.
Forum marketing
You can start posting in various forums to enhance your presence, as more people will get to know you, and will trust you. For getting traffic from the forums, you must put your signature in your profile, which is nothing but text of about 3-4 lines, with a link to your site or the affiliate’s website placed strategically.
Traffic exchanges
Here, you need to visit other people’s website, who will reciprocate by visiting yours. It’s not a one-to-one relationship. On an average, you need to visit about 2 websites to get one visit to yours.
Free classifieds
Nowadays, free classified ads have lost their significance. Due to being free, many people opt for this medium for placing ads, which results in ads getting unnoticed. But trying your luck is not a bad idea. Since it’s free, placing a classified ad is good. Who knows, you might get a visitor!
Press releases
Your website will be overloaded with visitors when the website is printed in a press release. But your press release must be written properly, and not just like an on-the-face advertisement. This works!
Resource box
A resource box involves you putting a link for people to click on. But ensure that the site you wish the readers to visit is in relation to the article of yours. A resource box can get good traffic to your site, and it should not be considered an unimportant option.
Email
Emails can be used effectively to get people visit your website. Emails are inexpensive, and can give huge profits to online campaigns of marketing. Emails can be used to update the customers about your company, your product, etc.

THE COPY-CAT
THAT affair of Jim Simmons’s cats never became known. Two little boys and a little girl can keep a secret—that is, sometimes. The two little boys had the advantage of the little girl because they could talk over the affair together, and the little girl, Lily Jennings, had no intimate girl friend to tempt her to confidence. She had only little Amelia Wheeler, commonly called by the pupils of Madame’s school “The Copy-Cat.”
Amelia was an odd little girl—that is, everybody called her odd. She was that rather unusual crea-ture, a child with a definite ideal; and that ideal was Lily Jennings. However, nobody knew that. If Amelia’s mother, who was a woman of strong charac-ter, had suspected, she would have taken strenuous measures to prevent such a peculiar state of affairs; the more so because she herself did not in the least approve of Lily Jennings. Mrs. Diantha Wheeler (Amelia’s father had died when she was a baby) often remarked to her own mother, Mrs. Stark, and to her mother-in-law, Mrs. Samuel Wheeler, that she did not feel that Mrs. Jennings was bringing up Lily exactly as she should. “That child thinks entirely too much of her looks,” said Mrs. Diantha. “When she walks past here she switches those ridiculous frilled frocks of hers as if she were entering a ball-room, and she tosses her head and looks about to see if anybody is watching her. If I were to see Amelia doing such things I should be very firm with her.”

Chapter 1: Introduction
You’ve Got Mail!
Welcome to “Relationship Marketing With E-mails”!
In this book you learn all about one of the best ways to build your Internet marketing business – which is through E-mail marketing.
But before we dive in, let’s take a look why E-mail marketing is so effective in the Internet marketing industry.
• E-mail marketing is one of the fastest ways to leverage on the Internet. Because all you do is compose an E-mail, customize it to suit the reader (their first name or last name), and click the broadcast button to reach thousands of people instantly!
• E-mail marketing is highly scalable. Unlike an ‘offline’ business where the more customers you have, the busier you are, in E-mail marketing, it is
Relationship Marketing with Emails 6
Relationship Marketing with E-mails
Relationship Marketing with Emails 7
much easier because regardless of the size of your mailing list, whether it is 100 or 10,000, all you need to do is click broadcast and everyone on the list gets notified – all for the same effort!
• E-mail marketing is highly targeted. One of the reasons why E-mail marketing is highly effective at getting sales is because the recipient of the E-mail gets a kind of ‘in your face’ promotion. You are marketing directly to the customer through their PERSONAL mailbox. Not only will you grab their attention firmly, they will tend to respond with the right buyers mindset because they are marketed to directly (unlike other advertising where the buyer might not be in the frame of mind to buy things).
• E-mail marketing is personal. Autoresponders allow you to customize the E-mail in such a way that it allows you to connect with the subscriber individually. The more personalized your E-mail, the better the result (treat it as though you are writing to your best friend).

Select your target audience first
First identify who are the people you would like to sell your product to. Start on the basic premise of identifying potential customers before actually selling your product.
How to approach your target audience
Figure out ways of attracting their attention and presenting your product before them. This has to happen by knowing your target audience and their habits well. Do not first invest in constructing a website and then trying to figure out how to get your audience to visit the website. Know your audience well and then construct the site.
Know what is hot and happening
You’ll do well if you are interested in the in things. Rather than setting up a website about your favorite hobby, which might not appeal to people, cultivate your interest in something that is hot and happening, becoming a specialist in it.
Have a positive and realistic mindset
Positivism is always good, but setting realistic goals is also vital. Think positive but don’t get caught up in the online hype, expecting to become super-rich very quickly.
Have the right amount of information
You can ground your business by not using the knowledge you have; also you can cripple your business by not expanding your knowledge.
Use the power of Google Adwords
Use this powerful marketing tool to try and earn more in commissions than your PPC costs.

SHORT STORIES
I. ESTHER
From the Old Testament, Authorized Version.
AUTHOR UNKNOWN
Setting. The events take place in Susa, the capital of Persia, in the reign of Ahasuerus, or Xerxes (485-465 B.C.). This foreign locale intensifies the splendid Jewish patriotism that breathes through the story from beginning to end. If the setting had been in Jerusalem, Esther could not have preached the noble doctrine, “When in Rome, don’t do as Rome does, but be true to the old ideals of home and race.”
Plot. “Esther” seems to me the best-told story in the Bible. Observe how the note of empty Persian bigness versus simple Jewish faith is struck at the very beginning and is echoed to the end. Thus, Ahasuerus ruled over one hundred and twenty-seven provinces, the opening banquet lasted one hundred and eighty-seven days, the king’s bulletins were as unalterable as the tides, the gallows erected was eighty-three feet high, the beds were of gold and silver upon a pavement of red and blue and white and black marble, the money wrested from the Jews was to be eighteen million dollars, etc. The word “banquet” occurs twenty times in this short story and only twenty times in all the remaining thirty-eight books of the Old Testament. In other words, Ahasuerus and his trencher-mates ate and drank as much in five days as had been eaten and drunk by all the other Old Testament characters from “Genesis” to “Malachi.”

NEW TESTAMENT STORIES
THE WISE MEN’S VISIT.
The birth of Jesus Christ was announced by two remarkable events: the coming of wise men from the East, and the appearance of angels to some shepherds at Bethlehem.
The wise men were probably astronomers; and in watching the stars they had seen one that had led them to leave their own country, and take a long journey to Jerusalem. Most likely they rode on camels, and their journey was a tedious one. But at last they reached Jerusalem, where they inquired saying, “Where is He that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen His star in the East and are come to worship Him.” Tidings of these inquiries were brought to King Herod, and when he heard them he was much troubled. He was a wicked king; and feared that if another king had been born, he would grow up and take the crown away. Herod was also cruel and treacherous, and while pretending to act rightly, often did many evil things. And now he intended to destroy the infant King, who might one day take his sceptre away.
