That is progress, and you will feel good at what you have accomplished and be more motivated to put them into action. You are elated now because you have chosen what you believe is the best idea and you are ready to put it into action. It will be at this moment that fear will opt to cripple your mind. Creating doubts about your idea and your ability to implement them successfully. If you do not believe in yourself, and if you have not entirely convinced yourself that this is your time. That you were born to make an indelible mark on the lines of history and you are feeling your greatness churning in the depths of your guts. That you cannot control it anymore and you need to find your best life. Then, I am afraid that you will only get stuck at jotting down great ideas and not knowing where those ideas would propel you on your predestined path of prosperity. What is Fear? Fear is the mastermind behind the death of many goals. We all know someone who is an ―If I had.‖ The ―if I had‖ of life have many ideas and are always the first ones to tell you how to get things done even though they have never tried anything worth mentioning in their lives. Yes, they have all annoyed you and me at some point in time in life. You might have even been an ―if I had,‖ but the fact that you are reading this book means there is hope for you. It is not too late for you to make the decision to change your situation in life. The only way to dispel your fear is to take the necessary steps to set realistic goals and timelines for your concepts. The moment you decide to continue with your ideas you will feel the power fear had over your mind slowly losing its grip. Fear will entirely lose its grip on your mind when your concept becomes an action. So go ahead, even if you have to move with wobbling legs and shaking fingers, take your leap of faith. The Fundamentals Ladder Of Success Traits Goal setting and time management are equally important on the Success Traits fundamentals ladder. If you do not set targets with timelines, then you will have nothing to work towards and no achievements to look forward to celebrating. Setting goals is a medium that you can utilize to determine how close you are to achieving your plans. You have the ability to assess and make adjustment where necessary. It also assists in developing your skills set and discovering other talents that you were not aware that you possess. Hard work and determination is what will transform your goals into reality. If you only work hard some of the times, then, you should anticipate the partial result. A mind that is determined is the fuel for hard work, and hard work keeps you determine. That is why the both of them have to be used together consistently. It is impossible to achieve by having only one of the two. Think of determination and hard work that they are Siamese twins. They should always be joined, and it must be difficult to identify one from the other. Muhammad Ali has a quote that has an element of humor to it but it also clearly depicts what you have to do if you want to achieve your goals. ―The best way to make your dreams come true is to wake up.‖ – Muhammad Ali You have to wake up, be determined, and work hard. Making improvements to your skills set and plans, are another set of Siamese twins. If you improve on your skill sets, then you will discover other things that you can accomplish. You can gain success in other areas other than what you had made plans for initially. If you improve your strategies, then the possibility is that you will discover new abilities that you had no idea you had. The discovery of new abilities can be by attempting to work on the improved areas of your plan yourself, or you can employ someone completes the task in your revised proposal. If you hire an individual to perform the work, this is also a learning experience for you. You must always be aware of what is happening in whatever business transaction that you had initiated. For me, the final Success Traits Fundamentals is never fear failure. It is inevitable that you will fail at some stage of your plan. Failure varies for different individuals. You might experience a massive failure, and have to start your journey entirely from the first step. Your failure might be minor and with a few adjustment things can be back on the progress level. If you fear failure, you will not be able to recover from misfortunes. When you face failure, accept it, analyze what is the possible cause or causes, and start strategizing immediately to correct, as well as, prevent it from reoccurring, your fears will begin to diminish. Success Traits are crucial because we all need them to become successfully. If we try to skip a step, then, we can be sure of a definite fall. The fall will be in the form of failing to achieve our goals. Take things step by step while you discover yourself and find your sole purposes for being awarded the gift of life. Learn to enjoy your roller coaster ride that life is guaranteed to take you on. No matter how badly you fail, you can always raise again if you work hard and if you are determined enough.

7 Step Goal Setting Workshop MRR Ebook

Sample Content Preview 7-Step Goal Setting Workshop What's life without goals and ambitions? It's like living a life without meaning or purpose. When was the last time you felt that you were living your life to the fullest? Are you still desperately trying to figure out how to do that? If that is the case, you are not alone. Unfortunately, many people have been living their life without experiencing what life has to offer. Regardless of your business, career, life or relationship, it is crucial to set goals and be ambitious about them. Setting goals has always been the most fundamental step to take in order to achieve success. Many people approached me and asked, "How do you think of goals for yourself?" Goals are like the roadmaps that show us the direction in our lives and what is possible for our life.Setting goals is actually not complicated at all, it requires determination and perseverance. I have done many researches and have asked for advice from successful people on goal setting and come up with 7 simple goal setting steps that can help you to effortlessly strive for success. #1: Brainstorm Setting goals gives us an aim to go all-out for our lives. The very first step to crushing your ultimate goal is to brainstorm your ideas or short-term goals that will eventually LEAD you to your ultimate goal. Let's do a simple exercise: 1. Getting Ready Pick up a journal and a pen, if you don't have one; use a piece of paper or open up your notepad on your computer or phone. It's also advisable that you perform this exercise when you're in a good state - moments when you're feeling good, optimistic and positive. This attitude will affect the goals you produced. 2. Start Brainstorming When you were just a kid on your birthday and you were asked what do you want as a present, I'm pretty sure that you'd say anything that comes right into your mind. So, BE LIKE A KID! Brainstorm all kinds of ideas that excites you! That is key of an effective brainstorming session; At the same time it eliminates any doubt or fear that is stopping you from achieving your goals. Think and decide on what do you want. It doesn't have to be too specific as it is just a brainstorming process. Jump dump everything out of your mind. Take 10-15 minutes and jot down everything you can think of in your journal.

5 Ways To Feeling Whole, Inside And Out PLR Ebook

Sample Content Preview One part of being whole in your new changed life is to make sure you have goals that you are reaching for. For example, you might want to focus first on being whole spiritually. This means you need to have spiritual goals that you are working towards. You could have a goal of connecting more with people of the same religion. This means you need to start making it a habit to attend services or connect on social media with people. You need to make sure you are taking steps towards creating the fellowship and social groups that you need to meet your spiritual goals. You can also make routines centered around your goals. For spiritual goals, you can make a morning or nighttime routines that involve reading spiritual books or spending time in prayer. You can also create a routine that involves weekly fellowship or attending church services if you are part of organized religion. No matter what your goals are, make sure you have at least one goal for your physical health, one goal for your mental health, and one goal for your spiritual health. You need to have one goal, but maybe even more, for each aspect so that you can master your health. Habits and routines are much more powerful than you might think. Routines keep you grounded and allow you to fall into natural patterns that can benefit your health and lifestyle. Bad habits can have a powerful effect just as much as good habits though. If you find yourself with bad habits, no matter how small they might be, make sure to break them immediately. You can try to replace them with good habits so that you are still filling the time, but with something better. Eat Healthy and Sleep Better Part of mastering your health, especially physically, is to make sure you are eating better and have better nutrition. Part of eating healthy means you need to incorporate fresher foods including vegetables, fruit, and lean meats. You might also want to eat more nuts, whole grains, and dairy. One trick to remember is to try and stay around the border of the grocery store. Most of the time the borders of the grocery stores are where you find all the fresh food like meats, fruits, and vegetables. The inside aisles of the grocery store are where most of the processed food is located including junk food that you might want to stay clear from. Eating better has more than just physical pros though. Having a healthy diet can make you feel better mentally as well. When you are nourishing your body, your mind is also being nourished. If you aren’t sure how to eat healthily, you can always sign up for meal service or find a few easy recipe cookbooks online. You don’t have to make meals complicated to be healthy. When in doubt, just include a meat, some vegetables, and some fruit at the end of the meal. You can also add in some yogurt or cheese if you want dairy. Another trick to follow is to get into the practice of intuitive eating. This means you are listening to your body as you eat. Many people have learned to avoid the signals their body has taught them such as when it’s telling you it’s full or when it’s hungry. Since our work schedules are often so busy, we get into the habit of ignoring what our body is telling us. When you learn to be in tune with your body, you can eat when you are hungry and stop when you are feeling full. Intuitive eating also involves eating the food you enjoy and learn what kind of food you appreciate. To stay at a healthy weight and not resort back to bad eating, you need to make sure you are finding foods that you enjoy eating so that you will continue to consume what is good for you and what you look forward to eating. If you don’t like certain fruits or vegetables, find others that you enjoy better. Your meals and plates don’t have to look the same as everyone else’s. Make sure you are not cutting out too many foods or depriving yourself. Deprivation will lead to days of binging.

Lifestyle Design MRR Ebook With Audio

Sample Content Preview The biggest problem here is work. Most people spend 8 hours a day, 5 days a week doing a job that they don’t enjoy and that they have no real interest in. And while 8 hours might not seem like a big chunk out of 28, it is when you consider you probably also spend 1-2 hours commuting, you probably stay late at least a couple of times a week and you sleep for 8 hours a night. This now leaves you with about 6 hours of waking time. And seeing as you’ll be getting ready in the morning, you can slash that down to 4.5 hours. And seeing as you need to cook, wash, tidy, pay taxes, call the bank, fix the boiler… that 4.5 hours doesn’t go very far. And it also won’t go very far because you’re probably exhausted. This is why so many of us struggle to start working out and stick to that routine. And it’s why so many of us feel we don’t get to spend enough time with our family and friends. It’s why friendships fall away and it’s why we don’t have time to work on our master novel we’ve been thinking of. We’re just too exhausted during the few free hours we have to ourselves. All we have is the weekends, during which we are probably committed to doing other things (weddings, stag parties, funerals, tidying) and which really isn’t enough to do all of the things that most of us want to do. And this would all make sense if you loved your job. This would all make sense if you had always dreamed of being an astrophysicist and now you are. But for most of us that is not the case. For most of us, our job is whatever we kind of ‘fell into’ when we left college/highschool. You probably started with whatever job you could get, whether that be logistics or underwriting and you probably then got somewhat addicted as you started to progress. You built up your life around the salary you got there and now you feel like you can’t leave and still have the lifestyle you’ve come to expect. What’s more is that you feel as though you need to keep working harder and longer in that job. You’ve probably moved into a bigger house with bigger mortgage repayments, you’ve probably had children (which costs a small fortune), now you’re probably paying for a child minder and a big commute and if only you had a little more money. Meanwhile, dreams of one day becoming a rock star or a writer fade into nothing. Meanwhile, the idea of being able to decide on a whim to go for a stroll becomes an equally unrealistic fantasy. And apart from anything else, work is degrading a lot of the time. You get told what you can and can’t wear, you get told off for talking and you get told what you can have on your desk. Sure, some employers are a little more forward thinking than that but for the most part, being at work means being treated like a child. This is all not okay. But it doesn’t have to be that way. The thing is, that there are ways you can be free. Or at least that you can have the lifestyle you want. And all it takes is for you to flip your thinking on its head. Largely, this is thanks to technology. But actually, lifestyle design has been possible even before the advent of the internet. The web just makes it easier than ever and this has been the catalyst for what has become quite a big movement. The most obvious example of using lifestyle design to be free is to become a digital nomad. The digital nomad is an individual who has the freedom to go anywhere and do anything and who has achieved this because they work online. In other words, working online means that you can work from anywhere as long as you have an internet connection and a laptop. And if you designed your business model correctly, then your working hours can be flexible too. Therefore, the digital nomad is able to take their laptop and travel the world. They spend time working in the evenings in atmospheric bars and coffee shops, soaking up the sounds and the sights as people mill past. During the days though, they can meet new people, see incredible sights, go snorkelling or hop to the next city. It’s an incredibly exciting way to live and it exemplifies what lifestyle design is all about. But actually, that’s only one flavour of lifestyle design. This style of living certainly isn’t for everyone and there are a lot of downsides – not least the fact that it gets somewhat tiring and lonely and it isn’t terribly safe! Plus, you won’t be able to progress your career quite as easily as if you had an actual base of operations and the option to meet your clients in person.

When you send someone a message via email, you are messaging them in their inbox and that means your messages are going to be placed right alongside messages from their friends and family, as well as all the other things that they signed up for. All of a sudden, the way that your messages are parsed and interpreted changes. Suddenly, this is in a folder filled with correspondence that demands attention and your email message will take on that same importance as a result. As a marketer, it‟s your job to take advantage of this too – by making sure that your content is written in a way that feels personal and direct – this will have a much better impact on readers and make them much more likely to sit up and take notice of what you‟re saying. People like getting messages from people – not companies. 2. Email Marketing is Immediate With email marketing, you have complete control over your message and that even includes the timing with which your message is sent. On Facebook or Twitter, you will write a message and then hope that your followers see it at some point in the near future. However, with email marketing we‟ve already discussed that your recipients will get a buzz in their pocket as soon as the new message comes through. Even if they have several messages that they haven‟t read (meaning that they won‟t get notified for each new message), they‟ll still tend to check their messages to dismiss those unread contacts at several times throughout a day. That now means that you can time when your message gets seen and therefore you have some control over what mood the recipients are in when they get your message and how they are likely to respond. This is crucial because – as with comedy – timing is everything when it comes to marketing. If you can send a message at the right time, then you can take advantage of current events, or of the fact that your subscribers are likely to be tired and thus more impulsive. You just don‟t get this kind of control with any other form of marketing. We‟ll learn more about how you can utilize timing in your email marketing over the next several reports. 3. Email Marketing Requires Permission This is actually a very important aspect of email marketing and it‟s one that makes every message much more effective and impactful. The simple fact is that in order to send a marketing email to someone, you first need their express permission. And that permission requires them to actually give you their email address and contact details. This isn‟t as easy as clicking „like‟ and it‟s not something they can possibly do by accident. At first, you might think that this would be a negative thing. After all, it means that you‟re going to have a much shorter mailing list and your subscribers might be less inclined to sign up. But that is actually a positive thing. A big positive. Why? Because it means that the quality of your contacts is much higher. In marketing, quality trumps quantity every time and by a large margin at that. If your recipients actually want to be there and if they‟re interested in signing up, then that means they‟ll actually read your messages and it means they‟ll be much more likely to click „buy‟ or to pass the message on to friends. And the very act of giving you their email address also increases that trust. When someone gives you their email and invites you to message them, they are showing that they trust you not to abuse that power and that they value your ideas enough to give up some of their privacy. This way, they become „members‟ of your movement. Again, we‟ll look at how you can ensure your contacts are 100% valuable and the right fit for your list in future instalments.

Fossil fuels are used to make energy we use, but once they are gone we will never get more of them. Coal, oil, and natural gas all fall into this category. They are used all over the place in high amounts so you may not realize that they are in limited supply. These forms of energy have been used mainly because they are affordable and they don’t take up very much room to incorporate. They can be transported anywhere they are needed as well. With natural resources, there have to be certain elements in place to take advantage of them. The concept of renewable energy embraces the ability to use the resources we naturally have, but that we will never run out of. This way we can continue to have all the benefits we want without destroying the Earth. We also won’t be preventing future generations from having the chance to grow and evolve beyond what we were able to see take place in our lifetime. This process involves taking these types of natural resources and turning them into a product we can use for power. That means a great deal of information and technology has to be collected and evaluated. Many of these methods though continue to see advances in the designs and processing which will result in them being even more valuable in the future than they are right now. Most will agree that renewable energy sources are better for the environment. The burning of fossil fuels including gasoline and coal isn’t good for the environment. These natural resources will allow us to save resources and at the same time to live in a cleaner environment than we have now. Many believe it isn’t practical or safe to depend only upon these types of resources though. That is because the sun doesn’t always shine so the energy can’t be collected. There are many places where the sun is blocked for days due to the changes in the seasons. You can’t predict how much wind will be produced or how much power can be taken from the water. It will vary significantly but there is no reason why we can’t rely upon these renewable energy sources as the primary providers. We can then depend on fossil fuels as a backup so we never have to go without the energy we want to use. Chances are you have heard about the various forms of renewable energy but not in detail. Keep on reading and you will get all the information you need including the pros and cons of each type. You will find each of them does offer some hope for the future though as far as reducing our dependency on those resources that we can’t replenish. Chapter 3 Types of Renewable Energy When you think about the natural things around us a couple of things come to mind. First, you have the sun that continues to shine brightly in the sky day after day. It gives off a great deal of heat which can be converted into energy. The sun shines brightly some days and then is covered with clouds other days. So the amount of energy you can collect each day is going to vary. Next, you have water which covers the majority of the surface of the Earth. There is also the additional moisture and rainfall that can be collected as time goes by. There is energy found in the water as it moves along and this can be converted into energy at hydropower plants. Even if it is just barely there on certain days, you also have the wind. In some areas, it is extremely windy all the time. For the equipment used to create wind power to be worth the cost, it must be blowing most days at a speed of at least 15 miles per hour. Most people view that as a nuisance but they don’t realize the full potential of it. They aren’t aware that the wind that is all around you can be used to create renewable energy. It is also very clean for the environment so you don’t have to worry about negative effects from it. Biofuel is also a source of renewable energy and the one most people know the least about. This concept involves using types of materials that you can burn to create energy. This can be leftover paper and wood, trash, and even manure from animals. It is quite an interesting concept and one you will want to be sure you read about. You can be sure this is one area of renewable energy that will continue to grow by leaps and bounds in the next decade. Don’t underestimate how valuable it can be as it also removes waste from our environment. This type of renewable energy is scientific and one that has been around for the least amount of time.

Perhaps the best place to start is by asking what makes a great leader. What is the end goal here? What are you aspiring to? When we think of great leaders, we will often think of inspiring superhero types. People with heroic, puffed out chests, powerful voices and a cool air of confidence. They always know the right thing to do and they have the uncanny ability to reel off motivational and inspiration speeches at the drop of a hat. No one ever defies these great leaders because they don’t want to – the leaders are so just and wise that they have no need. But if anyone ever did cross them, they would be immediately be put to rights with a stern but fair judgement and unquestionable authority. These are the leaders that make us feel safe, that steer our ships through uncharted waters and that make us feel like we can do anything as a team. These are the heroes taken straight out of the Saturday morning cartoons you probably watched as a child (which, by the way, are based very much on our Father and Mother archetypes). Now the chances are that you probably have known a few people like this in your lifetime. Perhaps you have a parent who really is that wise, all-knowing figure. Or maybe you had a teacher that inspired you when you were younger and helped you to make the career choices that led you to where you are today. You might also know of some famous real-life characters who fit this bill. Perhaps you know of a few celebrities who you look up to, or a few historical characters even. But for the most part, this is not the reality of what makes a good leader. While all these things could certainly help you to inspire followers, they are certainly not necessary for you to become an effective leader. And it’s just as well - as that would be an awful lot of pressure to put on yourself! So what does make a good leader? What is the minimum entry requirement? Of course this is a somewhat abstract concept and not one that can be satisfied with a simple answer. But let’s give it the best shot. Ultimately, the best leader is the leader who gets results. And they do this by organizing, stabilizing and motivating a team in order to get more out of them than they would be able to accomplish on their own. So put simply: does having this leader in place make a big difference to the team’s ability to accomplish goals? If the answer is yes, then the leader is providing a useful function and they are worth keeping in place. If the answer is no, then you could make the argument that the leader is not useful and is a waste of money or time. But this mentality, while accurate, is dangerous. Why? Because it leads to ‘performance reviews’ and other tests to identify the ability of the leader. A leader might then be punished or penalized if they should fail to meet monthly targets, or if they should be seen to be spending too much money. This seems to make sense when you think about leaders in terms of their ability to help teams meet goals but this is forgetting one small factor: time. Because a leader’s ability should not be measured in terms of their ability to accomplish X in T amount of time. If that is the only concern and the only aspect of performance that the leader is graded on, then in all likelihood they will end up making the wrong decisions for the good of the business and the good of the team. They will stick with what works, they will stick with what they know and they will avoid taking risks or evolving their business model to meet new challenges. A good leader should be someone who is able to see the road ahead and to seemingly pre-empt the changes that will affect businesses most. These are the leaders who will be able to help a business to grow rather than just survive and who will be able to help avoid catastrophic failures that lead to layoffs or bankruptcy. And this same theory applies in other contexts too - the best parent is one who can not only keep the family happy and functioning well but who can also help to improve their circumstances so that they become happier and so that they become more fulfilled. They are also able to foresee potential challenges and set up contingencies so that they can deal with crises while remaining cool and level headed. This is the true example of ‘Super Dad’ and ‘Super Mum’. So we can conclude that a great leader is able to help a team meet goals more effectively than they would otherwise and that these goals should be long term goals rather than short term. When a leader is stifled, it is very often because the leader above them is short sighted. If management higher up is forcing quarterly reviews with strict, punitive measures for those seen to be underperforming then it will stifle a leader’s ability to grow and bring changes. This means that the goal needs to be right as well and in many ways, it’s that goal that we will see is the most important driving force behind a great leader. Traits of a Great Leader That’s a rather abstract overview of leadership though and one that doesn’t really give us all that much concrete information to work with. So let’s take a look at some of the more concrete traits that we can break down this concept into…
