The Facebook Money Hack PLR Ebook

Sample Content Preview Chapter 2: Facebook – From Then To Now Facebook was originally founded in early 2004 by a group of ex-Harvard university students as a service that was initially restricted to students of their own university. From there, Facebook rapidly expanded their services into most of the Ivy League universities in the USA, and thereafter it went to a larger scale in the USA, spreading to most universities and eventually down into high schools as well. Next, the site went international by moving into Canada, Australia and the UK so that it was (in its final ‘guise’ as an educational service) open to anyone who had a university or college e-mail address (e.g .edu, .ac.uk etc). In late 2006, Facebook finally took the decision to move away from these educational grassroots and became a truly open service that anybody, anywhere in the world could register with and participate in (a move which prompted significant protests from the existing Facebook user base!). Despite this move away from their traditional roots, however, Facebook even now still has an effective stranglehold on the educational social networking community especially in the USA, with the company claiming that almost all US college students have Facebook accounts. This situation is, to a certain extent at least, replicated in many other countries across the world. As proof of this, according to Wikipedia, in late November 2007 Facebook had the largest registered number of collegiate and student users of any social networking site, with 55 million users worldwide. By the end of 2007, this figure is expected to pass 60 million users, of whom over half (that is, more than 30 million) actively participate in the Facebook community at least once a month. To put Facebook's current rate of expansion into some kind of perspective, one year ago the site was enjoying 15,000 new user signups per day. Now, that figure is over 100,000 new signups each and every day, and the site is expanding at a rate of 3% per week according to the latest statistics presented by the company Founder and CEO, Mark Zuckerberg. Perhaps more interestingly, Zuckerberg also claims that the fastest growing demographic group of new Facebook users is in the over 25 years of age group. This would suggest a ‘maturing’ of the Facebook community, and the beginnings of a move away from the original bias towards those with a college and high school background. Indeed, over 60% of registered Facebook users are now non-college students, and that figure is expected to increase to over 75% (that will be 50 million users) in the next six months. Facebook is currently enjoying 70 billion page views per month, and is the sixth most trafficked website in the USA, having recently surpassed eBay, and is now rapidly closing in on Google's traffic figures. Nor is Facebook still quite so focused on the USA as it once was, with over 10% of Canadians now being Facebook account holders, with similar levels in the UK. If you then add in the fact that Microsoft has recently paid 240 million US dollars for a 1.6% stake in Facebook (which values the company at around $15 billion in total) you clearly have a picture of a company and the website that is going places very quickly indeed. It is clear that Facebook is a website and social community that is enjoying phenomenal levels of growth from what was a relatively closeted and deeply specialized background. These numbers would also clearly indicate that Facebook could represent a potentially huge market place for any business or organization that can create means of advertising that are effective with the site members. Whether anybody has so far managed to achieve this or, indeed, whether it is actually possible to achieve is one of the critical questions that we are going to look at in considerably more detail in this book. Chapter 3: Comparing Facebook with MySpace Despite all of these facts and figures, however, MySpace is still by far the most popular social networking site, and that is a situation that seems unlikely to change in the near future. Now, all of the major community sites do emphasize that the main function is to provide a means for people from all over the world to network with one another. It would therefore be fair to suggest that most of these sites have (as far as it is possible) tried to discourage and prevent people from viewing them as commercially orientated sites. In other words, sites like MySpace and Facebook do not want their communities used by members promoting their products or services to other members. Despite the fact that it is owned by the Fox Corporation, even MySpace is no exception to this rule, and has gone to some lengths to prevent the site becoming a huge online auction or bazaar by another name.

Table of Contents Introduction 4 Connect, Entice, Convert 6 Bribe Your Way To The Bank 10 Creating Killer Bonus Content 13 Instant Bonus Packages 18 Final Words 20 Resources 21 Sample Content Preview Connecting with your target audience means much more than simply getting them onto your mailing list, or funneling them to your website or sales system. It also requires more than just a couple of quick emails sent out through an autoresponder sequence. The top affiliate marketers – every one of them – all have one thing in common: they know exactly how to connect with their audience on a personal level, and they’re willing to go the extra distance – further than the competition does. That doesn’t mean they spend hours of their time crafting personalized emails, or doing the back-breaking work of one-on-one conditioning. You can still easily connect with your target audience in a way that demonstrates your commitment to them without having to sacrifice every second of your spare time catering to individuals with a thousand questions or concerns. It all begins with how you meet your prospect. This means that every element in your sales system needs to be tweaked so that it speaks directly to your target audience and demonstrates clear value. From your landing page, squeeze page, sales page (if you sell products yourself), to your email campaigns, you need to know who your demographic is so that you can create compelling content that not only is share-worthy, but speaks to your market as though you are a friend guiding them every step of the way through every purchase decision they make. You see, positioning yourself as someone who is looking out for your customer will set you head and shoulders above the competition. You know the kind of affiliates I’m talking about – the ones who shovel dozens of emails into the faces of their audiences with little regard to whether the products or services they are promoting will ever improve the lives of their prospects. You’ve probably been on several lists of affiliates just like that, and if you’re anything like me, you couldn’t get off those email lists fast enough. They come across as hard sellers, rugged marketers who are only looking out for one person: themselves. And this becomes crystal clear to anyone who follows their methods long enough. That’s why they have to work so hard to constantly recruit new customers! Because they quickly burn their lists out and are forced to rebuild time and time again. Even brand new customers who may not be as savvy with Internet Marketing tactics will quickly discover that these affiliate marketers don’t have their back and will ultimately abandon them. Don’t be that kind of affiliate marketer. Instead, look for ways to design your emails and landing pages around what best serves your prospects. Speak their language, touch down on what’s most important to them and above all else, offer them incredible value. Earn their trust, and you’ll earn their loyalty. And that’s the ultimate connection that you want to make. Enticing your prospect involves knowing what makes them tick, what their most interested in, and what they are looking for. Offer that to them and you’ll break through all barriers and earn that commission time and time again. We’ll talk more about the easiest ways of enticing prospects and winning that sale in just a few minutes. Converting a prospect into a customer happens automatically when you’ve connected and enticed. If you’ve done your job at earning trust, and persuading that prospect that you have exactly what they need to improve their life in some way, you’ll see an immediate increase in conversion rates across the board. Bribe Your Way To The Bank When we talk about bribing prospects, we don’t mean that you offer something that’s too good to be true and then fail to deliver. We also aren’t talking about compensating them for purchasing through your affiliate link in a way that takes money out of your pocket. On the contrary, we are talking about “ethical bribery”, where you offer your prospects additional value – for free – just for purchasing through your link. So, what kind of ethical bribes will work for your market? It all comes down to the kind of products you are promoting, and how you can best tie your bonus product into an existing sales funnel. For example, if you are promoting a course that teaches people how to build mailing lists, you could create a series of squeeze page templates that are offered as a bonus product. This kind of bonus ultimately extends the value of their purchase, provides a done-for-you template that eliminates their workload, and simplifies the process. It’s a direct tie-in to the main product you are promoting without taking away from what that product offers. This also means that you never want to create a component that is already part of the main package that you’re promoting. Always strive to offer something not already included, as well as a bonus item that enhances the value.

Table of Contents Introduction 5 Avoiding Scams 8 Reducing Returns 10 What Causes Returns 10 Choosing the Right Supplier 12 Use Accurate Descriptions 15 Handling Returns 19 Third-Party Logistics 21 Refunds & Chargebacks 24 Conclusion 26 Resources 29 Sample Content Preview Reducing Returns Returns are probably the biggest problem you will ever face with drop shipping, because many drop shippers either don’t accept returns, take a long time to ship items, or require you to pay for another item to ship to the customer instead of accepting the item back and then sending out a replacement. There are a few ways to combat this, and we’re going to talk about some of the best methods for reducing returns. What Causes Returns There are three main reasons people return items. There may be occasional situations that fall outside these three main areas, but these situations will likely be quite rare, so we are going to focus only on the most common causes. Buyer error. This happens when buyers don’t read the description properly, choose the wrong size or color, etc. Your supplier probably won’t accept refunds due to buyer error, so it’s important to have a clear policy in place for situations such as these. It’s a good idea to accept all returns, because this will create loyal buyers, but you may want to charge your customer for the return shipping on the item since it wasn’t your fault they made a mistake. Description error. If there is an error in the description, it is ultimately your fault. Even if the description came straight from the supplier, it is up to you as the owner of your website to check all descriptions for accuracy before publishing an item for sale. So if a buyer receives the wrong item, always accept responsibility, even if you feel it isn’t your fault. Damaged or defective item. Most suppliers will accept returns for damaged or defective merchandise. If they don’t, you shouldn’t be working with them. When you receive a complaint about damaged or defective merchandise, don’t ask the customer to pay any sort of shipping fees, and make the return as easy as you possibly can. Returns are going to happen, no matter what steps you take. They’re just a fact of doing business. But there are ways to reduce returns, and the key is looking at the three reasons people typically return merchandise, and how to mitigate those as much as possible. Now, let’s move on to the next section, which is where we will start looking at simple ways to reduce returns. Choosing the Right Supplier It’s especially important to choose the right drop shipping company right from the start in order to make everything go as smoothly as possible. So, let’s talk about some ways to choose the best supplier for your needs. Choosing the right company is probably the single most important thing you can do to make your business run as smoothly as possible, especially when it comes to returns. First, always use a supplier in your home country, if possible. There may be times when this isn’t a possibility, because the suppliers in your company may be overpriced, have certain restrictions, won’t ship to other countries, or there may not be a supplier that has what you need in your country. If you use a supplier in China, for example, shipping times will be longer and there may be more mistakes in the ordering process. But Chinese companies often have drastically lower prices than other suppliers, which can often outweigh those occasional issues. If you must use an overseas supplier, be sure they have a good reputation, have reasonable shipping costs to the countries you want to do business in, and have a good return policy. If you cannot find information about a company online, be sure to place a few test orders and have them sent to your address to be certain the orders are fulfilled correctly, that shipping costs aren’t too high, and that your order arrives in a timely fashion.

Hey there everyone! So we already talked about video marketing, or about how you can use relevant video content to compliment any type of marketing campaign, and we’re sure that you are now seeing how some of your favorite content creators are simply using video marketing to drive home their message as the most effective part of their content marketing strategy. Yet by now you are also aware that video marketing is often used as part of a larger content marketing campaign for a reason, and that is because it is a longer-term strategy that is mostly used to create engagement instead of, say, create immediate sales. Granted, you can use video marketing to promote affiliate products and make money off it, but the truth is that you will be required to deliver not only relevance, but also value to your target audience. That means that you won’t be able to use video marketing to directly pitch your offers but to show your audience the benefits of your offer in an indirect way, which will in turn drive sales later on. So the question now is, what if your objective is to send your message in the fastest way possible? What if you want to bypass all the formalities and the difficulties so often associated with organic engagement and tell your target audience to buy your product now or to move on otherwise? Well, we might just have an answer for you: video advertising. Ok, But What Is Video Advertising All About? Just as the name implies, video advertising is all about the use of video for advertising. More specifically, video advertising is the use of online video for ad placements. In fact, video advertising is a very broad term that encompasses not only ad placements but also the use of the unique features offered by video sharing platforms for advertising. In this sense, video ads are no longer understood as simple banner ads flashing in online videos but also as any type of ad unit in video format. This is because you will also be able to see video ads outside of video sharing platforms such as YouTube, such as muted right-hand column video ads on blogs and pre-roll video ads on major sites. The internet has gotten so used to video ads that you may have a hard time telling one video ad format from another; people are simply happy to watch or interact with a video ad, just like if they were watching a video on YouTube, and that’s why so many marketers love video ads. Here are some of the most popular video ad formats; we’re pretty sure you have seen them before! ✓ Overlay Video Ads: These are the classic banner ads that appear underneath the screen while you are watching an online video. ✓ Companion Video Ads: These display-like ads appear outside the video, around the video player. ✓ Linear Video Ads: These are non-static video ads that can appear both on online videos as pre-roll, mid-roll and post-roll, and on website content as on-top-of, in-the–middle or on-the-bottom of content advertising, and they often take embed-like positioning. ✓ Interactive Video Ads: This type of video ad often takes over the entire screen and integrates some form of interaction such as links, opt-in pages, and even mini games. They’re generally longer, from 1 to 2 minutes long. Awesome, right? Then wait until we tell you all about how video ads can benefit your business in our following chapter. Tune in! Chapter 3: How Can Video Ads Help Your Business? Hey there my friends! When you start looking for ways to rapidly expand your business, not every marketing strategy will do the trick. You need to make money and, just as importantly, you need to get a return on your investment. After all, you can’t keep a business alive through brand awareness alone. That is why video advertising should be your first bet. It is more effective than traditional TV advertising, and it costs substantially less, and there are many other benefits for your business aside from those. Here are our favorite ways video ads can help your business. Videos Ads Can Help Your Business Reach A Highly Targeted, World-Wide Audience One of the greatest advantages of video advertising is in its reach. By advertising on video sharing sites such as YouTube, which gets over 30 million visitors a day from all around the world, you will be able to reach out to millions of people with your video advertising campaigns within a very short time.

Your content has to become familiar enough for them to click on it. When audience members click on the content you share through your social media accounts, they get a chance to like your page, follow your Twitter feed, pin your posts, or subscribe to your YouTube channel. They still stay on the platform, but they get a chance to subscribe to your account or follow you. This is the second stage of the social media funnel or inverted pyramid. You have to develop some sort of in-platform credibility. Your content is not just this random material that came out of nowhere. Even if people don't click on it, they see enough similarity in terms of branding, graphics, as well as other content cues so that your brand stands apart from everybody else's. Again, they may not necessarily be motivated to click, but with enough repetition through social media channels targeting certain topic categories and hashtags, your brand doesn't remain an unknown quantity. Once you have people checking your content out through your social media accounts, you can then send them "call to action" content (CTA). This content recruits people to your mailing list. This social content that you're sharing offers some sort of incentive. Maybe you're giving away a free booklet, maybe you're giving away software—whatever the case may be, there is some sort of giveaway to incentivize people to click on that link, enter their email address, and join your mailing list. Whether you use freebies, special content, special free tickets to an online webinar that's pre-recorded, it doesn't really matter. Whatever the case may be, the endgame is to get people to join your list. The Endgame? When you look at the funnel, the endgame is to get people to that narrow end of the funnel. At that end, you're not necessarily getting them to click on an ad to buy something. You're doing something far more valuable. Instead, you're calling them to action so they join your list. You are converting your social media reach, meaning, the top end of the funnel, to list membership, which is at the very narrow point at the bottom of the inverted pyramid. This is where the magic happens. Once people join your list because you have successfully incentivized them to enter their email on your squeeze page, you get a tremendous opportunity to build a long term sales relationship. That's really the best way to describe it because when people give you their email addresses, what they're really telling you is that they trust you enough to want to have a business relationship with you. This means you should not abuse that relationship. You should not send them garbage. You should not send them spam. And by spam, I'm talking about material that is not related to the topic of your list. Stay on message. Because if you are able to do this, you would have a tremendous opportunity to shape the conversation and continue to sell and convert your list, not just once, not just twice, but over the long haul. There are many successful list marketers who make seven figures every single year, and all they have is a mailing list. It all depends on how you build that list, who is on that list, and what you are selling on that list. Regardless of how you cut it, you can turn what would otherwise be a huge amount of social media reach into a loyal list. This is the secret to effective social media marketing. You probably haven't heard this before. I would not be surprised because the vast majority of social media marketing books out there try to trick you into thinking that you just need to harvest all this traffic from social media so people can click like monkeys on the ads on your website. Maybe that worked when Facebook 1st launched nationally. It definitely doesn't work today. Sadly, this is where too many marketers fail. They screw this up. Now that you know the secret, here's some bad news. This is precisely the point where too many marketers screw up. When they're sending social media content, they promote their squeeze page directly. Although the squeeze page gives away freebies and incentivizes people to sign up, this is too much too soon. And, not surprisingly, a lot of these marketers burn through a lot of exposure just to get people to their list. Worse yet, when these people join their mailing list, they're completely unprepared. They don't know what to expect, they're not properly conditioned, a lot of them are not even fully qualified to become list members. So what do they do? They end up doing a whole lot of nothing. This is actually the worst kind of list member. It's much better to just have a very tiny list because if you have a huge list and almost everybody doesn't do anything to put money in your pockets, you're going to be paying for those list squatters month after month. Alternatively, you might attract list bouncers. These are people who join your list just to get whatever premium you're offering, download it, and then promptly unsubscribe. They have effectively bounced from your list. Effective Social Media Marketing Effective social media marketing means using your social media traffic and highly effective content shared on social media to build successful relationships. Your email list is going to be the platform you will use to convert the relationships made possible through all that social media traffic.

We know that fresh vegetables and fruits are necessary to our health. They contain the vitamins and enzymes that our bodies need to thrive. Why Our Diet Is Lacking Fresh juice is an excellent way to counteract our nutrition-challenged Western diet. Processed sugars and flours, unhealthy fats and cholesterol-laden foods have turned our once-healthy bodies into weak shadows of their former selves. Instead of sustaining our health, our modern diet is increasing our vulnerability to diseases and is depleting us of needed energy. When you add lack of exercise and environmental toxins to the equation, juicing certainly provides a much-needed weapon against today’s lifestyle. Fresh vegetables and fruits can help get our health back on track. They should be the mainstay of our diet, enjoyed in different ways each day. We can all benefit from increasing our intake of fresh produce. The good news is that juicing provides us with concentrated wholesomeness. We get more health benefits in a glass of juice than we could possibly get by eating an apple or orange. What is not immediately evident is that juicing our produce robs them – and us – off the fibers we need to stay healthy. Nature intended for us to bite into its rich bounty. Juicing removes fiber from produce. In effect, it separates all those glorious vitamins and antioxidants from the fiber. And fiber is an important part of a healthy diet. The Importance of Fiber Nature packages the energy and nutrients in fresh foods with fiber. Fiber plays many important roles in our health: What role does fiber play in our health? Quite an important one, as it turns out. 1. Fiber removes toxic waste from our colon. 2. It keeps cholesterol from getting into our bloodstream 3. It makes us feel full after eating, thus helping us eat less and lose weight. 4. It slows down sugar absorption into our bloodstream, a serious problem for pre-diabetics or diabetics. 5. It improves overall digestive functions. So, fruits, vegetables and fiber are all a good thing, but juicing separates them. As a juicer pulverizes the produce into a contracted juice, it strips away much of the fiber. In a way, a juicer can “process” produce in much the same way processed foods have their nutrients removed. Which means the juicer is processing the food instead of our own digestive system. However, our body absorbs nutrients a lot faster without the contained fiber. Fruit juice, of course, contains fructose, a natural sugar. However, our body can’t distinguish between natural and unnatural sugars, so a constant craving for sweet juice can actually lead to weight gain instead of weight loss. There is no denying that juices provide nutrient-dense calories that our body craves. That’s why juicing is so beneficial. It especially lets us enjoy the benefits of healthy vegetables we otherwise might not touch. For instance, you may not enjoy the taste of kale or spinach, and, thus avoid eating these important vegetables. However, when they are juiced along with other ingredients, you derive the benefit of these power-foods in a very pleasant way. Blending different fruits and vegetables is very much a part of juicing. However, unless you are doing a short-term cleanse (we will be discussing cleanses in another chapter), be aware that juicing should become a part of a healthier, more robust, lifestyle. It should not replace every meal for any length of time. It’s one of the best ways of getting all the nutrition we need for maximum health and energy. For example, 2 cups of carrot juice (very doable) has the nutritional equivalence of eight pounds of carrots. You surely don’t want to eat those eight pounds of carrots in one sitting, whereas you can enjoy two cups easily. However, you still need fiber when you’re juicing. That means that, along with juicing, you should be eating foods high in fiber, such as whole, fresh fruits and vegetables, oatmeal, and legumes such as lentils, and beans. These foods are the perfect complement to your juicing diet. Juicing is wonderful when used as a “fast food,” a quick, very potent and nutritious meal. With all the juicers on the market (we will discuss them in a later chapter), you’ll be juicing it in no time and loving it. Why Juicing? Juicing extracts juices from vegetables and fruits. Instead of eating your produce, you’re left with only liquid to drink. Remember that little citrus reamer your grandmother used to squeeze you a glass of fresh orange juice? Grandma was juicing. Of course, juicers have come a long way since then, although Grandma’s little gadget can still come in handy. Why is juicing more important today than ever? Because, unfortunately, a typical Western diet consists of up to 60 percent processed foods. That’s more than half! Thirty percent of our diet is meats and dairy, which provides needed protein, but we need more than protein to thrive. You may notice that leaves exactly 10 percent for fruits and vegetables. Not nearly enough. Our bodies lack the proper food balance. That may be fine when you’re 12 years old and are made up pure energy. But by the time you reach the northern part of your twenties, your body starts paying a heavy price. How Juicing Helps Your Body Plant-based foods consist of micronutrients, the vitamins and minerals you need to act and feel your best. These micronutrients help protect against disease and warding off infections. Even if you inherited divine genes, you need to maintain them. Your parents might have handed you sheer gold, but it’ll turn to rust if you don’t give your body the fuel it requires. Juicing lets you “reboot” to better health. No matter what condition you are in, the time to start is now. Juicing is the best way to detox your body, improve your immune system, start losing weight, ease any gut problems and enjoy more energy than you’d thought possible. Juicing and Detoxing Our body tries to detox every day when we use the bathroom or sweat. It knows what to do, but when we don’t give it the fuel it needs, it can’t do a proper job. Our skin, liver and kidney are all tools for eliminating toxins. But an unhealthy lifestyle can make it difficult.

Limiting beliefs are blind and unhealthy beliefs that stop and constrain you from achieving success in your life. They are self-imposed prison walls that you have built to protect yourself from the fear of failure and humiliation. It is a fake label that you give yourself to lock yourself in a cocoon of safety. The fear of stepping out of your comfort zone is so intense that you give up at the first hurdle that you come too. They ultimately stop you from going after your dreams. Our beliefs come from two sources, our experiences, and our influences. Our Influences From an early age, we are bombarded with opinions and information from our family, society, and the people closest to us. As we grow and form bonds with our classmates and others, our conscious and subconscious minds continue to absorb, filter, and process the information. All of the interactions we have on a daily basis, influence us to think, act and believe a certain way. Most of this happens subconsciously. If you grew up in a household that believed that family always comes first, the chances are that you have a close, well-connected family. If you grew up around people who think the wealthy are lucky and get all the breaks, chances are you believe that your ability to become wealthy is a steep, and impossible climb. If you grew up in a family that believes in a good education, chances are you believe the same and now expect your kids to get a good education as well. Our Experiences We learn from every experience we encounter in life. Whether you consciously learn from the experience or not, doesn't matter. Regardless, our minds tend to form beliefs based on single, significant experiences or cumulative experiences of the same nature. In fact, many of our limiting beliefs are as a result of our experiences. As a kid, if you performed poorly on a science test, you may begin to believe that science is a subject that you will never understand or succeed at. If you've repeatedly been cheated on in your relationships, you may think that there are no good people in the world and that you'll never find love. If you've been passed up for a promotion at work, you may believe that you are unqualified to perform at a higher level. Both our influences and our experiences work to determine what our beliefs are, and usually form during our childhood. As you begin to understand where your opinions come from, you can start to question them and ultimately change them. How Limiting Beliefs Keep You from Living Your Life Throughout your life, you've constructed beliefs in yourself and about the world, which can directly contribute to your way of life. What's surprising is that these beliefs can also have a physical effect on you. The more reinforced the idea is, the more impact it can have on your body. Whether you know it or not, your body shows the physical and mental manifestation of limiting beliefs that surround your self-image. Your limiting beliefs will cause you to feel like you will never be able to achieve a goal. This can result in decreasing your self-confidence, ultimately losing your self-esteem in the process. As your self-esteem falters, you might start avoiding trying new things and going on new adventures because you will believe that the risks and dangers surrounding the experience to be destructive and even fatal. This will result in you complaining to others and placing blame, without discovering the underlining source of trouble. This can result in you starting to lose the balance you want in life that is necessary to keep it healthy and running. Limiting beliefs, tend to cause self-judgment that is unhealthy, leading you to feel the need to put up a mask and hide your true self from the world. The fear of not accepting who you are could result in you losing your self-identity without even realizing it. The limiting beliefs that you hold can result in physical changes to the body as well. This includes continuous and persistent agitation, depression, anxiety, indecision, bad temper, queasiness, and other emotional problems. This can change who you are and the way you talk to others. The tone of your speech changes and you will tend to be negative. It can cause you to always find ways to complain and blame others for your problems and failures.

Sample Content Preview Diabetes One of the biggest first indications of diabetes is fatigue. Even though most people think diabetes only affects overweight people, many people who appear healthy still wind up with type II diabetes. If you already know you have diabetes since birth and are often tired, talk to your doctor about this. Today, even older people are being diagnosed with type I diabetes, so the old rules don’t fit anymore. You can feel fatigued whether your blood sugar is high or low; if it’s off you will feel the effects. That’s why it’s so important to talk to your doctor to try to manage your disease through medication, diet, exercise, and regular sleep. Depression and Anxiety While there can be underlying causes of depression and anxiety such as anemia and other vitamin and mineral deficiencies, sometimes people have these conditions for other or even unknown reasons. If you’ve checked everything and nothing shows up, talk to a professional about whether you suffer from depression or anxiety (or both). Anxiety causes fatigue by preventing a good night’s rest, and depression sometimes has the effect of making you want to sleep away your problems regardless of how much sleep you get. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Another illness that can cause fatigue is CFS. It’s right in the name. There could be many causes for CFS that we don’t know yet. But it is a real medical condition that is often characterized by fever, body aches, and protracted exhaustion. This condition sometimes occurs after you think you’re recovered from another viral infection. It’s very difficult to diagnose and is only given after a complete work-up to discount other possibilities. But, it is a real illness that can be managed and treated. Sleep Apnea An almost epidemic problem today, sleep apnea is caused by either an obstruction due to the way you sleep, or because the brain isn’t signaling your muscles to breathe properly even if your airway isn’t blocked (known as central sleep apnea). Both types of apnea are very dangerous and can lead to sudden death while sleeping. However, most often what it leads to is a low quality of life due to experiencing non-restorative sleep. To diagnose this issue, you’ll be sent to a sleep center overnight to do a sleep study. There are many ways to get help with this problem. Even if no one has mentioned that you snore, this is a great test to get to ensure that you are sleeping well. Medications If you have any type of illness where you’ve been given medications, they may be causing your problems. They might make you tired, or they may make it hard for you to sleep - thus causing daytime fatigue. Sometimes you still must take the medication, but often there are other options that you can use so that you can find a medication that doesn’t cause you as many problems. Other times, there are additional medications that you can take to combat the problem if it’s interfering with your ability to live your life fully. So, now that we have talked about potential medical issues that cause fatigue, we can move on to talk about other issues that may cause fatigue and how you can overcome it. After all, the entire point is to find ways to recharge your body and take control of your life. Whether that is via medical intervention or something else is less important than doing something to make a difference. How Mental Exhaustion Affects the Whole Body Everyone thinks it’s normal for someone to be tired if they work out in a field all day or stand on their feet all day. But, people who have a desk job or spend a lot of your time on mental tasks are often surprised and shocked that they are still exhausted. Mental exhaustion can affect your entire body in negative ways. Not only are people with mental exhaustion tired, they also often suffer from body aches as if they have worked out all day long. Overusing your mind is just as bad for you as overusing yourself physically. For example, many people who suffer from mental exhaustion, in addition to being tired most of the time, may start to get sick more often, have a lot of headaches, experience back pain, muscle aches and more. Plus, mental exhaustion can affect your ability to get a good night’s sleep which can just make all the above worse. Take note of the symptoms that are caused by mental exhaustion. If you have more than a few of these and have been burning the wick at both ends, consider mental exhaustion a potential culprit.

Let’s begin! 1. What do you want to achieve? This is the first step on the list. You have to sort out your goals – do you want to increase your brand awareness? Do you want to get your ads in front of as many people as possible? Do you want people to visit your website? Install your app? Buy from your online store? Facebook Ads have 3 different campaign objectives – you have to choose the right objective that will match your goals. For example, if you want people to visit your website, then you may want to choose the Traffic objective. But it’s not always the right choice especially if you’re targeting people who have yet to hear about your brand. This kind of traffic is called ‘cold traffic.’ If you want higher engagements on your posts, you’re going to have to convert this cold traffic to warm or hot traffic. For cold traffic, try getting them aware of your brand first. You can choose between Brand Awareness or Reach objectives. You’re basically introducing your brand to your target audience, sort of like saying “Hello, I’m here! I exist!” You can try letting your ad run for a few days while spending a few dollars each day. It’s not going to bankrupt you, you just want to test the waters. When your advert’s been viewed by a good number of people, then you may want to create a second advert and this time use another ad objective. You can then target the people who’ve engaged with your initial, testing-the-waters ad. Since they’ve already engaged with you, they’re not cold traffic anymore. They’re now known as a warm audience – people who’ve interacted with your brand previously. You’re not total strangers anymore. So, in the second stage of your advert you should remind people of who you are. Remember, people do see tons of content on their news feed. So don’t be shy – remind people that they’ve seen you before! Also, while planning your goals, you need to map out your strategy. You can’t just spend money on Facebook ads without knowing which variables to measure. It’s important to know when you need to stop advertising when nothing seems to be working. 2. Know your target audience Knowing this information is crucial to succeeding on Facebook, or any other social media platform for that matter. If you’re targeting the wrong crowd, then chances are you’re not going to get very good engagement rates. For instance, if you’re offering women’s hygiene products, there’s no sense including men in your target audience, right? And if you’re targeting younger women, say 18-30-year-olds, then you shouldn’t include females outside of that age range. Otherwise, you’re just going to be annoying people. When people report or flag your ads to Facebook, you’re going to get a low relevancy score. In the world of Facebook Ads, you want to have the highest relevancy scores possible (9 or 10). This means people are interreacting positively with your advert, so you’re probably targeting the right kind of people. However, even if you do have good relevancy scores, but you’re not getting any sales or conversions, then you probably need to work on putting out a better offer in front of your audience. The thing is, knowing who to target is extremely important. You don’t want to be wasting money, you don’t want to be annoying Facebook users. Rather, you want to add value. To do that, you’re going to need to know first what your audience needs which leads us to our next point. If you don’t already have an existing demographic for your target audience, you can run ads targeted to different groups of people. Find out which group responds best to your ad. Once you’ve found the winning demographic, then your job just got a whole lot easier as you’ll find out in the next point. 3. Create highly engaging ads Knowing your audience and what they want will allow you to create ads that will speak directly to them. If you’ve got a product or service that addresses your target audience’s pain points, then you just may have extremely good conversion rates. That’s the beauty of putting the right offer in front of the right audience – you not only bring value to a lot of people, you also reap plenty of profits in return. When creating ads, it’s best to know what kind of content your audience prefers. If you’re targeting older audiences, then you may want to use videos and high-quality graphics to make it easy for them to consume your content. Put yourself in your audience’s shoes, would you want to consume content in video format or would you want to squint your way through a 2,000-word article with size 10 font! Optimizing your ad design is extremely important too. Facebook users gets a lot of visual stimulation from the photos and videos their friends share with them. You have to stand out too if you want people to notice your ad.

Personally, I would say a sense of creativity and a good work ethic will take you a long way when you apply them to the proper strategies. The thing about affiliate is how we don’t have to make our own products for this business to run.
