The concepts about it came from different cities and countries wherein each of them contributed to the overall perception of people in the present generation. What Is It Astrology Defined Astrology is composed of various divination systems according to the premise about the human world events and astronomical phenomena relationship. Several cultures had integrated astronomical events’ essence. The Chinese, Mayans, and Indians had created the elaborate systems in prediction of terrestrial events coming through celestial observations. In some of the Western countries, astrology is usually comprised of the horoscope system that explains the aspects of the personality of a person; at the same time, it predicts future events according to the positions of moon, sun and planetary objects during their birth. The Transition of Astrology In ancient Babylonia, Astrology has been practiced by priests for deciphering the gods’ will. From here, the Greeks adopted it and they rely on the oracles and stars to forecast the events in the future. The Indian Hindus had explored it from 5000BC to 3000BC. They developed some similar signs that people are now using in the present. The Egyptians were the ones who used astrology for the first time in foretelling the person’s character according to his or her birth date. Way back 4300 BC in Egypt, the star charts were discovered. Chinese developed the astrology system in 2800 BC. Greeks had influenced the astrology of the Egyptians through what they had learned from Babylonians. On the other hand, Ptolemy had written an astrology book that contains the present practices of using houses, signs and planets. Astrology had become an essential aspect of various ancient people’s culture. Augustus, the Roman ruler (63 BC to 14 AD) created coins that adorn Capricorn, his astrological zodiac sign. Later on, the Persians and Arabs followed the astrology teachings including other sciences such as medicine and mathematics of the Greek. These practices have been shared with Europeans during the 12th century and paved the way for Renaissance. Most Muslim and Persian astronomers had refuted this concern for religious and scientific reasons. The Decline Astrology started to decline in its popularity after the fall of Rome. Christians claimed that it has been a devil’s work, as Church had grown in power; these people had taken up the astrology practice for personal uses. For instance, St. Thomas Aquinas believed that planets are controlling all things. During the Renaissance period, astrology became favorable again. The seventeenth century became the Age of Enlightenment wherein it started to hold scientific accomplishments. For the very first time, astrology turned into 2 distinct disciplines. The Revival It remained in a background until the interest has been revived during the early 20th century. In 1930S, US came up with a famous astrology program that aired on a radio. It eventually made a spark interest among the people. At present, it is no surprise knowing that the international leader consults the stars. Some remain to refuse believing in the predictions while many take this so seriously. Chapter 3: Zodiac Signs Basics Synopsis For other people, astrology is only a language used for describing the energies of the universe. While for some, this is the planet observation as well as the energy patterns created at a given moment. Early cultures had closely followed these movements and observed the annual journey of the Sun through Zodiac. Then, they had seen that some individuals who were conceived under the signs of the Sun had the same traits. How Does It Work? Astrology has been working with Constellation Energy in the outer space. The light coming from the constellation (Astrology sign) is flying towards the outer space. It strikes the Sun, mixes with the light and hits the Earth. For instance, those who were born between the Planet Earth and the sign of Pisces/Constellation, it means that Pisces is their astrological sign. Sun Signs: Zodiac Signs Strengths and Weaknesses There are 12 various Sun signs present according to Chinese astrology. Sample Content Preview The only problem is, it takes a great deal of time and effort to create individual web pages. Especially since you have to create them with search engines in mind. It’s not just a matter of jotting down subject matter and getting it on your website. You need to carefully choose topics that can be optimized for keywords that can generate the most traffic, either individually or collectively. One thing you can do to cut down the amount of work involved is to use a program like Traffic Equalizer ( https://www.trafficequalizer.com ). Once you’ve chosen your keywords and created your page templates, you allow the program to generate all of the web pages for you. But it’s not just about how many pages you can create. You also need to focus on the content, mainly because it plays such a large role in how search engines assign value. Which brings the topic right back to keyword optimization. RSS Equalizer ( https://www.rssequalizer.com ) is a program that can help in both of those areas. First and foremost, it can automate the process of placing RSS feeds on your web pages. (If you’re using Traffic Equalizer, you can code the templates so that all the pages generated will display RSS content.) Secondly, it has the ability to display content based on whatever keyword is being used (optimized) on a particular page. That means the content for each page will be highly specific, directly related to the keyword for which it was created. But whether you create and optimize pages manually or through the use of software programs, the only thing that really matters is the choice of keywords. Choose ones that will attract the type of viewers and prospects you need and you’ll continue to receive unlimited traffic for free for as long as your website exists. Pay-Per-Click Advertising If you can afford it, pay per click advertising is the most effective and productive method of gaining traffic. And since you choose and then bid on keywords that are precisely and specifically associated with your offer, you’re guaranteed to receive highly targeted traffic. Another top benefit is the fact that you can start receiving traffic right away, oftentimes within minutes of launching a pay per click campaign. Which in turn means you can begin to receive financial benefit almost immediately as well. Naturally, you’ll want to conduct a fair amount of research before diving into any pay per click campaign. That includes choosing the right (and most effective) keywords for your particular niche, determining how often those keywords are being search for each month, and establishing how much competition already exists for each keyword. Once you’ve conducted all the necessary research, you then need to isolate the keywords that would most likely generate the best results. Performing each of the tasks involved in that type of research can be performed manually. Or, you can save a great deal of time and effort by simply using a program like Ad Word Analyzer ( https://www.adwordanalyzer.com ). What’s most important about the pay per click ads you write is maintaining a balance between the amount of targeted traffic you attract and preventing too many clicks from people who are not seriously interested in what you’re offering. Write and Distribute Articles As previously mentioned, you want to choose topics that are related to both a product or offer you’re promoting and one or more targeted keywords that are associated with whatever you’re promoting. That gives you two distinct advantages… One, you’re able to capitalize on everyone who is searching for a particular keyword and will therefore already be highly interested in the subject of your article. Two, you’re able to mention specific products or offers within the article (related to both the topic and the keyword) and then provide links that take the reader directly to any pages you’ve chosen. For example, let’s say your article explains how to use Google Adwords more effectively and you‘re an affiliate for Ad Word Analyzer ( https://www.adwordanalyzer.com )… Within the body of the article, you could mention that Ad Word Analyzer is the perfect research tool and then include either your affiliate link or the page on your website where you pre-sell the product. And don’t forget your “about the author” resource box. It’s the perfect opportunity to advertise your business, your website, your products, or even drive people to a page where they can sign up for your mailing list. Of course, once you’ve written an article, you need to get it published and distributed. To start with, place it on your own website (hopefully within a separate section that contains all those other quality articles you’ve written). Next, submit the article to as many directories as possible. That will allow other website and newsletter owners to use your articles for their own content.

Becoming Stronger MRR Ebook

Sample Content Preview One of the most obvious things you can do with rings is the dip. A dip simply involves gripping one ring in either hand and then gradually lowering yourself in the middle. This is an excellent way to train the pecs, shoulders and triceps and it also requires a lot of balance and stability. What’s interesting about dips is that you actually can’t do them as well on TRX – despite it costing a lot more! Flyes You might not have expected this but you can actually perform flyes using gymnastic rings. All you need to do is to lean forward holding one in each hand with your arms apart in a cross position. Now bring them together in the middle to push your bodyweight back up. This is an excellent way to train your pecs and your grip at the same time. Pull Ups Using rings to perform pull ups is quite a lot different from not using rings. That’s because this has your hands facing inward which makes it a neutral grip pull up instead of a regular pull up. As a result, you’ll hit the lats at a different angle, while the wobbly nature of the rings will force you to engage your stabilizer muscles to keep the rings steady and prevent your body from rolling. Inverted Push Ups Inverted pushups are surprisingly not a form of push up… but rather another form of pull up! The reason they have this name is that they are effectively push-ups turned upside down. Here, you’ll hold onto the rings which are dangling a bit lower and then perform pull ups for your upper body only, with your heels resting on the floor. This allows you to lift a smaller amount of weight during pull ups, which thereby trains your lats but also allows you to use this as part of a drop set. In other words, perform as many regular pull ups as you can, then switch to this to carry on. Lunge Performing a lunge with one leg looped into a gymnastic ring is a great way to make it a lot more difficult. This requires more balance again and stimulates the production of more growth hormones as a result. Other Forms of Exercise That Incorporate Bodyweight Training Bodyweight training has a great number of advantages. This is a way to work out that will allow you to increase your ‘strength to weight ratio’ thereby becoming more agile, more acrobatic and more powerful. You’ll be fast like a coiled spring and strong in a functional way that equates to real-world usefulness. But there’s no such thing as a perfect training modality. And one of the biggest complaints you’ll often hear from people who use bodyweight training is that they don’t like it because it’s ‘boring’. Doing press ups can get old fast and unfortunately just isn’t quite so challenging or exciting as lifting 100K over your head. It doesn’t turn heads in quite the same way and the progress can often feel a lot less rewarding. But that’s why it’s such a good thing that you can use bodyweight training as part of a more fun or interesting activity or even sport. Let’s take a look at some of the great ways you can incorporate bodyweight training into your routine without it feeling like a dull workout. Here are some great examples… Rock Climbing (Bouldering) Rock climbing is one of the most fantastic bodyweight workouts there is and it’s incredibly fun and rewarding whether you’re going to do it seriously or just as a fun hobby. Rock climbing involves using your forearms and grip strength in order to cling to the tiny cracks in the rocks and this can quickly build you Popeye-like proportions. From there, you’ll then be using your lats and your biceps to pull yourself up the wall and scale it like Spider-Man. Better yet, you’ll also be holding yourself in position for long periods of time using your legs alone. This quickly builds a lot more quadriceps and hamstring strength so that you’ll be getting a truly full body workout. Bouldering is a great way to get started with this. Bouldering effectively means that you’re climbing smaller rocks that present a challenge for how to get to the top. There’s no rope and you use a crash mat – so you can turn up at a climbing center and just get started! Other Forms of Climbing Don’t have a climbing center near you? Not sure you fancy the idea of climbing up the nearby cliffs? A great alternative is something called ‘traversing’ which is essentially sideways rock climbing. Here you never get that high up and as a result you don’t need a rope. As long as you have some kind of natural cliff or wall you can try it yourself! Or how about climbing a tree? Hand Balancing Hand balancing is a lost art that is highly rewarding and challenging. Being able to go from a pike position to a handstand requires a ton of muscle power and control, as well as balance. When you pull it off though, you’ll have a party trick that’s far more impressive than lifting 100KG and that you can actually do at a party! Why Bodyweight Training Outdoors is the Ultimate Workout A word that gets thrown around a lot at the moment when it comes to working out is ‘functional’. What is ‘functional’? Well essentially, this term refers to the idea that some types of exercises provide real-world and usable strength, whereas others do not. One of the exercises often called functional is the deadlift because it involves squatting down to pick something heavy up off of the ground using all the muscles in the leg in unison as well as muscles in the back. We pick things up off the floor all the time in real life and every moment is compound in this sense – meaning that we use all the muscles together rather than in an isolated fashion.

Here are just a few of the mental benefits that you can gain by practicing mindfulness through meditation on a regular basis. Reduces Stress, Anxiety, and Depression One of the main reasons why people engage in meditation is to find relief from stress, depression, and anxiety. They have determined that meditation helps to reduce stress levels and depression, both mentally and physically. When the body experiences a sudden threat or increased stress, it immediately triggers the fight or flight response. This leads to a sudden rush of adrenaline due to the release of epinephrine hormones. These hormones cause your pulse rate and blood pressure to rise, and increases blood flow to your muscles, and results in faster breathing. The relaxation process that occurs during meditation helps relieve stress and the symptoms associated with stress. After just eight weeks of consistent meditation practice, the benefits you gain are enormous and may even last for years. Mindful meditation, when combined with breathing techniques has the potential for dramatically reducing or in some cases, eliminating cases of stress, anxiety, and depression that occur when the daily pressures of life and other unpleasant situations become greater than you can cope with. Stress and depression don't occur because the situation at hand is valid or not. It is influenced more by how you respond to the situation. Practicing meditation gives you the opportunity to analyze the stressors and determine if they are valid or not. Meditation creates a level of awareness where you are able to see things from another perspective. Training the mind through various meditation techniques will increase the mental resources that are used to help you in addressing stress and depression. With consistent meditation practice, you can improve the clarity, focus, and calm in your mind, which leads to a reduction of stress. All that is required to be free from stress and depression is practicing meditation for about 10 minutes a day. Recovery from Addiction It has been proven that regular meditation practice can be extremely useful in helping with recovery from addiction. Meditation helps change how the brain is able to process information. This helps to enable addicts to evaluate cases of addiction and allows them to act appropriately without the use of drugs. Mindful meditation helps to induce the state of relaxation, giving addicts the ability to monitor their breathing as they stay calm. Being in this kind of state helps them to reduce negative feelings and the cravings that cause addicts to seek out the drugs or substances that they are addicted to. Anyone can learn the process of meditation for recovery from addiction. Engaging in meditation helps those recovering from addiction to clearly observe their desires and thoughts without being compelled to act on them. It allows them to come to the understanding that they aren't responsible for the thoughts that come into their minds, but that they are responsible for how they ultimately react to those thoughts. With the clarity of mind that meditation brings, addicts can make healthier choices that help in the recovery process. During the early stages of the recovery process, addicts often experience severe mood swings. By engaging in meditation, their mind is forced to focus on one thing, such as breathing, a mantra, or an object that can help them to focus on overcoming addiction. Reduces Pain There have been various clinical settings that have used meditation to help patients that deal with chronic pain. Numerous studies have discovered that if you are capable of focusing and calming your mind and body that you are equally capable of controlling pain. The practice of meditation makes it possible to face muscle tension, irritability, and sweating that is often associated with chronic pain. When you practice mindfulness through meditation, you are better able to come to terms with the pain that you are experiencing instead of running away from it or masking it with medication. Increase Happiness You can significantly increase your level of happiness and good feelings by engaging in mindfulness through meditation. Participating in regular practice will allow your brain to better focus on positive emotions. Just like when you train your muscles and exercise for better performance, you can also work on your feelings of happiness. Engaging in meditation regularly increases your feelings of joy and happiness. Mindful meditation helps to improve the psychological function of the brain, leading to the release of the hormones that are responsible for feelings of joy. Health Benefits The health benefits that are associated with meditation are pretty diverse. Some have even been proven scientifically to be extremely effective. Here are some of the health benefits that you can experience when you engage in meditation regularly.

It’s now time for you to find pictures, words, affirmations, photographs or cartoons that represent to you & your goals. It is also important that you find photographs of yourself in which you are in positive, optimistic, happy states. You will be sticking these pictures etc. on to your vision board, which is like a kind of collage of your goals and aspirations. It is important that you find these photographs of yourself because you will be placing yourself in the vision board hopefully doing the things that you really want to do, have, be and achieve. There are two ways that you can actually make the board. One way is to use a huge board and paste your pictures on it or you can use PowerPoint, Photoshop or keynote and create a board that you can print out. This cannot only be inspiring; it can be fun and exciting, too. Each time that you look at your vision board, and you activate your imagination to really see yourself achieving your goals, allow yourself to get into and enjoy the feelings of actually living out your goals in your mind, realistically, as if it is happening now and thinking about and imagining what is kinds of things you will be hearing on the outside, externally as well as the kinds of things you would be saying to yourself: i.e. positive self talk, you will be powerfully programming your subconscious mind to take you effortlessly to the full and complete realization of the goals that you set yourself. It’s important that you do not allow your vision board to sit around gathering dust. Rather, the daily study, the daily practice, the daily discipline of going back to your vision board, having it in a place where you will see it at least twice per day, for example, on your dressing table or above or beside your bathroom mirror, will help you to realize your goals much faster, with less effort and in positive, empowering ways. Continue to pursue this daily exercise of using your imagination to help you and your unconscious mind to focus on the achievement of your goals. In summary, make a list of your goals, go out and find magazine pictures, photographs — including of yourself — and design empowering affirmations, words or prayers that remind you in verbal format of what you are trying to achieve. Put yourself into a collage using what you have found and you have a vision board on your hands. The fun part and the part that is most left out of teaching about vision boards is the vision part or as the author has heard it said by wealth mentor Leslie Fieger, “Imagineering”, because it encompasses not only visual imagining, but tricking the mind into believing that the goal you want to achieve is actually being achieved right now, in this moment. This should be done daily and each time should feel terrific, as you experience yourself actually achieving your goals as a very “real” imaginary experience. So, allow yourself to have fun and enjoy the process of designing new life experiences that will enable you to have your dreams come true. Getting the Big Picture Visualization techniques People who are successful often employ the visualization process. If there is something you truly want, you need to put that big brain of yours to work. Imagine that what you want is right in front of you or create the path to get there in your mind. Dream about what you want and create pictures in your mind that show how it all develops. You need to be in the proper mindset to do this, which can be achieved using the following relaxation techniques. Move to a quiet place where you can remain undisturbed for about a 30-minute period of time. Sit in a comfortable chair, back straight and feet on the floor. You also have the option of lying down, although it is important that you only do so if you can guarantee that you will not fall asleep during this period of relaxation. Once you are comfortable, close your eyes and take a few deep, abdominal breaths. Breathe in through your nose, allowing your stomach to push out slightly. The goal here is to loosen up the diaphragm so that more air can enter the lungs. Hold your breath for the slightest of moments before allowing it to slowly escape through your mouth, bringing your stomach back to its normal position. In order to ensure that the proper breathing technique is being used, place a hand on your stomach so that you can feel the movements. Taking the time to perfect your breathing will make your visualization process easier each and every time. In your head, count backwards from twenty-five to one, breathing deeply as you do so. If you haven’t reached a relaxed state by the time you get to one, try again, only this time start at fifty and count back. As you perfect the technique, you might find that you don’t have to start with such a high number in order to become completely relaxed. Once in this state, think of something that you already have, which could be anything from your car to your job, or even just the roof over your head. Pay attention to how your mind and body reacts to possessing something with such total certainty. There will be no feelings of stress or anxiety when you think of these things, just the pure certainty of knowing. Allow yourself time to get used to this feeling and to fully embrace the serenity of it. Perform this process on a regular basis, as this will allow you to transfer those feelings of certainty and trust when you imagine the things you want during visualization. When you have put in as much time as is required for you to visualize all the possibilities, you then need to switch to focus mode. In the moments before you perform the action that will deliver the outcome you hoped for, place the picture of what you are about to do front and center in your mind. Visualization works, but you need to be comfortable, in a calm state, and free from worries. The whole process is like meditation in many ways, except that your mind is totally active. Visualization encourages you to use your mind and imagine all the possibilities that lie before you Meditation, on the other hand, requires you to basically cast all that aside and focus on a single thing.

On the other hand, just like any marketing tool, you can lose money if you do not know what you are doing. The purpose of this guide is to give beginners to AdWords the knowledge they need to dramatically improve their odds of success. The first step to successful advertising on the Big G is to determine what you are trying to accomplish with your advertising campaign Clearly Define Your Goals The way AdWords works, you need to have a clear picture of exactly what you want to accomplish with your campaign. If you don't, if your goals are vague, your efforts will reflect that. You may also end up spending a lot of money and seeing few results. There is another reason you need a very specific idea of what you want to accomplish. There are several different ways you need to choose from to deliver your ad. You may want to work with Google's search network, or perhaps you would prefer a display ad. You may choose video ads or advertisements that show up in an application. In each of these situations, understanding exactly what you want to do with each ad campaign is vitally important for you to see the intended results. Are you trying to send people to your website? Do you want these ads to lead directly to sales, sending the web surfers to a sales page or your online store? The Google AdWords platform has specific methods for getting customers to call your business or fill out a form on your blog or website. If you want to drive foot traffic to your physical business, keep that in mind while creating your ad campaign. Perhaps you want to run a campaign where you are trying to build brand awareness. You want your brand name and logo to appear over and over, so people subconsciously have your business in mind when they are searching for the products and services you offer. Clearly defining your goal of each individual ad campaign is extremely important. Take some time here to be very specific about what you are trying to accomplish. You should have one specific goal for each ad campaign. Remember, you can create endless campaigns for an endless number of business goals, so don't try to do everything with one campaign. Eventually, you will have one campaign for each business goal, and you can run simultaneous campaigns with the hopes of achieving different sets of results. Additionally, in each campaign, you can run multiple ads at the same time. Once you have a goal in mind for your first campaign, you will need to open an AdWords account. Opening an AdWords Account To get started, you will need to set up a Google AdWords Manager account. This is where you will build ads and campaigns, monitor their performance, and test and change different aspects of your advertisements until you discover a profitable combination. Head to the following URL to get started. https://adwords.google.com Click the Sign In button at the top right of your display. You can sign in with your Google account if you have a Gmail address. You can only attach a single email address to your AdWords account, and Google much prefers this to be a Gmail address. ** You need to choose a time zone you will be operating in and add billing details. Your billing details include a payment option which will be linked to your AdWords account. This is how you will pay Google when your ads are triggered. Your time zone can be changed in the future, but your billing details cannot so keep this in mind when setting up your account. ** If you would like to open a Gmail account with your non-google email address, do this. Go to Google.com and click the Sign In button in the upper right corner. Click Create Account and enter your info. When entering your username, you will see an option that says, "I prefer to use my current email address." Click that link, enter your email address, and follow the prompts. How to Choose Your Campaign Settings Now that you know exactly what you want to accomplish with a specific ad campaign and you have opened an AdWords account, it is time to decide what type of ad you are going to use. You will select specific settings and filters that give you the best chance at successfully achieving your business goal. The choices you make here will dictate where your ads are going to appear. Your selections will also decide how your ads will show up, for example, as text or video. You choose which of the two Google ad networks will see your advertisement, and you can choose to exclusively show up on desktops or mobile devices, or select both of these options. To get started, choose a campaign name. Then choose from the following options regarding where your advertisements will display. Search Network This is pretty self-explanatory. You probably have searched for things on Google before. When people use any of the search engines which make up the largest search engine on the planet, Big G or any of their affiliate engines, your advertisements can appear in those search listings if you choose this option. What you may not have known is that Google sells space on their advertising network. Smaller search engines understand that they can never compete with Google as far as sheer amounts of traffic and search requests are concerned. This means it is harder for them to develop advertising revenue. Smart search engine owners agree to pay Google to receive a portion of the ad revenue Google creates. They become an affiliate search engine for Google. When you choose the Search Network when selecting your campaign settings, your ad may appear on search engines other than Google. This will not affect the amount of money you spend, according to how much you decide to pay per click or impression. What it does is effectively expand your reach beyond only the Google search engine.

We all want to succeed. We all want to achieve our dreams and our goals for ourselves and for our families. After all, failing is often perceived as a sign of weakness, incompetence, and to be quite frank, of being dumb. No one wants to be called dumb. We don’t want to see people laughing in our faces, or behind our backs. No, we want to stand in front of people and have them admire and congratulate us for our brilliance, our talent, and our success. Anything else is unacceptable. Or is it? As you’ll find out in later chapters, failing at something does not equate to the end of the world. In fact, in many cases, it opens the door for so many more opportunities that are bigger and better than what you previously hoped for. You just need to learn to recognize it when you see it. But before you can get to that stage, you need to know first if you fit into the profile of someone who’s afraid of failing. It’s important to know this because it’s going to be hard for you to advance to the next stage if you don’t even know you’re afraid of failing! You want to stay in your comfort zone You never want to commit to anything that’s going to be well outside your comfort zone. You don’t want to take risks. Before you do anything, you want to be certain you’re going to succeed. Does this sound like you? If it does, then you’re probably afraid of failing. You have trouble imagining what your life will be like if you fail. Or, you have an all too vivid imagination, and you think everyone’s going to talk behind your back when you fail. If you think you’re not afraid of failing, then how about you do something you don’t feel comfortable doing? Something you may have never tried before. Or perhaps something you have tried previously, but failed because you didn’t prepare enough. If you’re scared, try leaving your comfort zone one step at a time. Don’t leave too fast. Take it slowly, from one stage to the next. Get yourself comfortable at each stage, before you move on to the next. Before you know it, you’ll have made it safely all the way to the other side, well outside your comfort zone! You’re procrastinating, and you’re stuck in preparation mode You want to make everything perfect. You’re trying to make sure everything goes according to plan. This in itself is an admirable quality, but not if you spend all your time planning and then not actually doing anything! Planning and doing are two very different activities, just in case you’re not aware. Planning is a key step to succeeding in life. It’s going to be hard for you to go anywhere if you don’t plan. But if all you do is plan and plan, and not carry out your plan, then something’s wrong. You can have the best-laid plans from Plan A to Plan Z, but if you keep delaying when your plans should go into action, then nothing’s ever going to happen. You spent too much time planning and preparing to take action on your goals, but then you ran out of time to implement what you actually needed to do. The best way to solve this problem is to stick to your plans and quit trying to be perfect! When it’s time to act, then stop planning and go with what you already have. Stop delaying the inevitable and just follow what your plan tells you to do. When you’re too preoccupied with making things perfect, you’re going to lose out big time, and it’s going to be much harder for you to succeed. You have bouts of anxiety just before you need to take action Anxiety attacks happen to the best of us. Even the most wellprepared and the most successful individuals still get anxious from time to time. You’ll feel like you have butterflies in your stomach and you’ll have last-minute headaches. You’ll also feel like you’ve run up an entire building and you’ll feel like you’ll pass out anytime soon. If this happens to you all the time, then you’re most probably afraid of failure. These ‘symptoms’ manifest every time you need to go up on stage, or every time you have something very important to do. You can try taking deep breaths to calm yourself down. Or you can find a quiet corner and meditate for a few minutes just to get your head in order. Think about what you need to do, and why you need to do it. Think about who you’re doing it for. Are you doing it for yourself? For your family? For your spouse or your kids? What are you hoping to achieve? Ask yourself these questions and think of how disappointed you or your loved ones are going to be if you fail. Then take another deep breath and step into the limelight and do your thing. You’re far too easy to distract When you’re afraid of failing, you want to take the easy way out. You try your hardest to avoid failing, and as such you do everything in your power to make sure you don’t fail. When you’re about to do something you don’t want to do, you may look for an easy escape. You know it’s important, but you’re not too confident if you can, in fact, do it to a good standard. So, you goof off with your friends or you binge watch on Netflix. When you finally realize what you’ve done, you either try to come up with something half-heartedly, or you tell people what you did last night and use that as an excuse. Either way, you’re not going to get very good results obviously. Again, self-discipline will play a crucial role in fixing this ‘condition.’ With self-discipline, you’ll stay focused on the task at hand. You’re not going to be acting all irresponsible and then using that as an excuse for why you failed. You keep your dreams and your goals all to yourself You’re so afraid of failing that you can’t even bring yourself to share your dreams and your goals with your loved ones. You’re afraid of being judged, that people are going to call you names if you don’t succeed. Even if you are a very private person, you’d probably still let someone in on what you want to achieve in your life. You’re telling yourself that you’ll tell people when you finally make it, when you finally succeed. But how long is that going to take? Years? Do you think you can keep a secret that long? The road to success is long and lonely. There’ll be days when you may feel like giving up. And you probably will, if no one on the entire planet knows your goals and your dreams.

It might be a bit higher now, given inflation, but you can expect the average is still somewhere in that ballpark. Of course, startup costs can vary dramatically depending on the type of business you’re trying to start. Opening a retail business or a restaurant, for example, might cost a minimum of $50,000 or more, because you have to pay for the physical space, fixtures, product, licensing, employee salaries, and more. But starting an online business focusing on digital products, affiliate marketing, drop shipping, or something similar might require as little as $25 to start. This is one big reason so many people start these types of businesses. There’s a lower barrier to entry. Even $25 can be a significant investment for some people. If you’re already living on next to nothing, even such a small amount can seem like a fortune, especially when it comes to risking it with a potential for failure. But entrepreneurs know that there’s no reward without risk, and only you know how much risk you’re willing to take. So, the first thing you need to do (after you make the major decisions regarding the type of business you want to create and such) is figure out exactly how much you’re prepared to spend starting your business. A lot of this will probably depend on how much you have to spend. If you don’t have very deep pockets, and most of us don’t, you will be limited in the amount of money you have available to start your business. Some people don’t mind risk, and they’re willing to put more of their available funds into their business in order to try to extract profit more quickly. Others prefer to risk a bit less and grow more slowly. Either way is fine. It’s up to you to decide how much risk you’re willing to take. This is why it’s important to set a budget and stick to it as much as you possibly can. If you have $20,000 in your savings account and you’re willing to risk half, then you need to set a budget that falls within the $10,000 you have available. If you have no money available, and you’re starting with nothing, budgeting becomes even more important. You’ll have to find money somehow, and that’s not easy if you have no experience to prove your ability. Determine exactly how much money you have to invest, and how much you’re willing to risk. Then sit down and total up every single expense you can possibly think of with regards to opening your business. Don’t forget things such as: Product (either buying or developing it) Location (either a physical location or a website) Marketing expenses Employees or outsourcing expenses Office supplies and utilities Six to twelve months of operating capital Take note of that last one. Many businesses don’t become profitable for at least the first 6-12 months, so it’s important not only to ensure you have enough capital to start your business initially, but also to run it until it becomes profitable. Determine how much you are likely to need to run your business until it becomes profitable, and try to pad that number as much as you can in order to account for unexpected expenses. Once you’ve determined your budget, you can start purchasing the things you need to open your business. Sticking to Your Budget Let’s talk about a few things you can do to make sure you stick to your budget once you have developed it. After all, a budget won’t make a difference if you don’t stick to it! Using Credit There may be times when using credit is absolutely necessary, but try not to use it unless you have to. Interest rates vary based on the type of loan/credit and your credit history, and can be as much as 30% or even higher for some types of high-risk loans. This kind of expense can destroy a brand-new company if it’s not managed carefully, so it’s wise to avoid using credit if at all possible.

Plans start at just $29 per month, making it a great option for new companies and those who aren’t doing enough business to support the price of one of the more expensive options. Once you’ve decided which system you’re going to use and you’ve signed up for an account and familiarized yourself with how it works, it’s time to move on to the next step—the offer. Step Two: The Offer Once you have chosen your system and set up your initial campaign, it’s time to think about creating your offer, which many people refer to as your “lead magnet”. It’s kind of like fishing, where your leads are the fish, and your lead magnet is the bait that lures them in. Remember, this offer should appeal directly to your chosen demographic. You can’t expect to catch a catfish with a flashy lure meant for bass. While it’s possible, it’s not likely, and you’d stand a much better chance of catching a catfish with something that is known to appeal to them—such as chicken livers, or earthworms, or stink bait. Try to think about what might appeal to your target audience. What would they be interested in learning that they don’t already know? What would they be interested in getting a discount on? Most people create a special report as their lead magnet. It’s usually 10-20 pages, but may be up to 50 or so, depending on how much you want to say. Longer reports are more appropriate when you have a complex subject and aren’t selling information on the topic. For example, if you’re in real estate and selling houses, you can give away a 50-page guide on how to find the perfect house, including information about stuff like zoning regulations, homeowners’ associations, utilities, road frontage, home inspections, etc. But if you’re selling a course on SEO, a shorter report, say 20 pages, on a small segment of the topic would be much more appropriate, because you don’t want to give away all your information for free. You can always outsource the creation of your lead magnet, or purchase a high-quality PLR product that you can use. This will save you a lot of time. If you are in the Internet marketing or B2B (business-to-business) fields, you might be interested in signing up for the Automated List Profits monthly program, which delivers two fully-automated lead generation packages per month and includes a report, squeeze page, and thank you page. All you have to do is paste your opt-in code and upload everything! >> https://www.swabd.com/monthly-plr-lead-magnets-package You might also consider just offering a hefty discount coupon to leads, especially if you have a product that is in demand in your niche. This is especially useful if you have a recurring business model or a sales funnel with upsells that will allow you to use the initial sale as a loss leader and make more money on the back end later. Once you have your lead magnet ready, be sure to add a link to it to your autoresponder service as a follow-up after people opt-in. You don’t want to have to send all those freebies out manually! Check your autoresponder’s help files to find out how to set up a follow-up email that contains a link to your lead magnet. The process will be slightly different for each service, but it’s not difficult. It’s about as easy as sending an email.
