This means that you can set up thousands of websites, each making a dollar a day, and you can still make a decent income at the end of the month, or you can build one website making tens of thousands of dollars every single month. The beauty is that it is your choice. You can automate so that you don't have to be physically present while your website to closes deals to make money. You can also scale up the number of websites you own or scale up your websites’ offerings so that you make more money with each online property. A Quick Recap of How Affiliate Marketing Works Here's a quick recap of affiliate marketing and its basic concepts. It is important to understand affiliate marketing so that you may become successful when using it as a practical part of your online business or service. You don't have to be a technical expert in the field of affiliate marketing to reap the benefits of it. However, it is essential that you understand of the basic concepts so that you know what to do, when to do it, and why to do it so that you produce the expected outcome. Your aim should be to understand how affiliate marketing works just as you would aim to understand how a hammer works when you are hanging a picture. So, how exactly does affiliate marketing work? First, it begins with a product seller. A product seller is person who has a product but doesn’t know how to drive traffic to their product or how to convert traffic into actual profit. This person integrates (hyperlinks or banner ads) an affiliate program using a special software. This person's website has a link to an affiliate program that is set up using specialized tracking software. Alternatively, this person could sign up with an affiliate network. An affiliate network is a special platform where the network owners recruit both product sellers and affiliate publishers. Affiliate publishers are individuals who sign up with affiliate programs to obtain affiliate links. Then, the affiliate publishers publish varying types of webpages with varying content to drive traffic to those pages. When driven traffic clicks on affiliate links, the affiliate network pays the affiliate publisher a commission. Similarly, this process can work with an affiliate program set up directly by the product seller. The affiliate either advertises a link that drives traffic to it’s content or uses its own website as a “through-way” to make money via earned commissions. When a product seller begins using an affiliate network it is important that the network drive traffic to the product seller’s product. Both the affiliate as well as the product seller should benefit from the partnership. Without an affiliate program, a product seller becomes limited in their ability to drive traffic. Conversely, without product sellers, affiliates have nothing to promote and therefore nothing from which to gain a commission. The Problem with Affiliate Marketing Although affiliate marketing does offer many benefits it is not an effective strategy when used alone. Also, there are four problems with affiliate marketing that you should both be aware of and address when developing your own business or personal marketing strategy. To begin, many products or courses claim to have a proven formula for making YOU money. Many of these do address affiliate marketing by claiming that the course will coach you as you learn the details of affiliate marketing. Most of these courses are written by individuals who are paid only to write, but not to research or understand the content about which they are writing. Many of these authors use the copy and paste method to repackage old, outdated, or even incorrect data then resell this same material time and time again. It is important that the reader of these types of repackaged information and gimmicks be savvy to the ways in which to avoid them! First, the reader should find whether or not the author has a proven sales record, good and unbiased reviews of products or courses, and a thorough personal understanding of any topic about which the author is writing. A second problem that the affiliate marketing sector faces are “unactionable ideas”. It is common for an affiliate marketer to propose a marketing idea that seems clever, user-friendly, and lucrative but is nothing more than raves and banter about “creating hype” or “pursuing unlimited possibilities”. To combat this affiliate marketing problem, the product seller should ensure on his or her own that the idea presented by the affiliate network is both actionable and profitable. For example, if an affiliate network advertises that it will increase your visibility and traffic if you sign up for a premium package or spend money by paying higher commissions to the network, it is imperative that you analyze the return on investment as well as the risk to benefit ratio. It might make sense for a multimillion dollar company to spend an extra $100,000 to reap benefits in excess of that amount while it would be simply foolish for an unknown niche market private company to spend this same amount with the only realistic expectation for improved sales to be around a $25,000 increase in profit. It is ultimately the responsibility of the product seller, not the affiliate, to analyze and decide whether a particular idea is worth the initial money and time investment. A third challenge to the credibility of many affiliate marketing books, seminars, or courses is the presentation of outdated, obsolete, or antiquated methods for increasing profitability. In fact, some affiliate marketing seminars and membership sites continue to tout the value of article marketing. Believe it or not, there are still affiliate marketing video guru seminars and membership sites out that tout the financial benefits of article marketing. Those who haven't been living under a rock or did not suffer from suspended animation for several years would know that article marketing, at least as practiced in the year 2000, no longer works. However, if you do decide to continue article marketing it is imperative that you use a Google adapted/adopted technology in order to ensure that you are profitable. This is one example of outdated or obsolete advice and it is sadly only one example of the many outdated forms of advice. Finally, and most importantly, one of the main reasons why people who buy the typical affiliate marketing blueprint or coaching system fail to make any money is that these products or services underplay the importance of traffic. Traffic is crucial. In fact, if you do not know how to drive traffic to your online business you won’t have an online business for long at all. In the current online world, traffic is no luxury, it is an important and crucial need that must be met in order to effectively grow an online business in the current technological period. Although the importance of traffic one of utmost necessity, many of the heavily acclaimed and hyped affiliate marketing guides immensely underserve the reader by not addressing the solution to the problem. In fact, many times the problem is simply repeated many times without any attempt providing a solution. Well, this is not a guru book. Instead, this book will provide a detailed method about how to effectively use affiliate marketing. The Better Way This book is the better way! In this book I will provide step by step instructions and clearly outlined directions that will guide you through the actual processes. Follow my directions and you will learn this better way. Each step is an actionable step, not mere theory. Here, I don’t sell you speculation or hop you up on hype. It is a method that has worked for me and will work for you as well. Also, each step is directed and user friendly, either by follow-through or by using software programs.

Table of Contents Prologue 3 Chapter 1 --How to select a great topic-- 5 Chapter 2 --Where to find great writers-- 20 Chapter 3 --How to choose the best writer for your project-- 38 Chapter 5 --How to sell your book on the web-- 57 Chapter 6 --Where to find good, online ebook information-- 70 Sample Content Preview Find out the most popular nonfiction books from the New York Times bestseller list, Amazon, and a Google search for ebooks. Your findings will tell you exactly what book subjects people are buying right now. Try this. Go to www.amazon.com. From the tabbed menu running along the top of the Amazon home page, click "Top Sellers." I did this one day in September 2005 and found a Harry Potter book, several other fiction books, and titles such as Natural cures "they" won't tell you about, How what you wear can change your life, How to profit from the demise of the dollar, and The official SAT study guide. I've paraphrased to some degree, but you get the idea. Here's what I learned just from spending a few minutes on Amazon that day. People are reading good fiction from already-best selling authors (Da Vinci Code, the Harry Potter series, and others). Secondly, Amazon buyers, buying over the Internet, are interested in nonfiction topics such as improving their lives and making more money. For these books, just about any author will do, even virtual unknowns or people who went to prison for lying to the American public. And that quick visit only confirmed that the straightest route to ebook profits is in the nonfiction ebook market. This is for a number of reasons. Fiction readers tend to like to curl up in a chair with an actual book. Some of them attend book clubs where the physical books are brought around someone's kitchen table with wine and cheese. Fiction readers tend to purchase from authors they're already familiar with. Fiction can be more difficult to write and deliver well. Also, many of the classics in fiction are available as free ebooks. A reader interested in fiction could just download those. So stick with nonfiction unless you're feeling particularly bold and experimental. Here is some more good news, and if you didn't already know this then you are going to be smiling big. Drum roll please... ideas are not copyrighted, therefore any idea you see, hear, or read anywhere anytime, is yours to use for an ebook! You can create books around the same ideas that are covered in the Amazon best seller list, and turnaround and create an ebook on the exact same subject! Now, copyright law does protect the way ideas are expressed, so you want to make sure your hired author does not plagiarize or copy book text outright. And you cannot use the title word for word either. But there's nothing stopping you from creating another book or ebook that covers the same subject with a different voice. It's all as completely legal and guilt-free as nonfat Haagen Dazs. This is why looking at bestseller lists is a great way to get topic ideas. Digging a little deeper There are groups of people who are willing to buy nonfiction ebooks: hobbyists. At any given time, these people are looking for ways to spend their money on their hobbies. Their passion is your financial gain. What avid hobbyists want will always make great ebook material. Note that I did not say what hobbyists need. You may have certain opinions on what exactly certain people should need or should read. But those are not necessarily good topics for immediate ebook profit. Those topics may be areas for you to dabble in at your leisure. However, if you want to make money at this, find out what niche groups want, and hit those groups with your ebook. Find hobbyists and niche groups by searching the web for "popular hobbies," "enthusiasts," or "what America is buying." Or, you can search specifically for forums and discussion groups for hobbyists. In the forums, people talk with each other to share ideas with one another. Often, they will exchange testimonials for equipment, upcoming events, and books. One popular site where hobbyists go to talk to one another online is Yahoo!. Check it out. Go to www.yahoo.com. Click "groups." On the groups page you'll see a list of categories such as Business & finance, and Religion. For demonstration purposes, click on "Games." On the games screen, game subcategories are listed followed by numbers. The numbers indicate how many discussion forums are available for that subcategory. These numbers reveal a lot. Notice how "role playing games," and "video & computer games" have factors of ten or in some cases factors of 100 more forums than other subcategories. "Wargaming" and "paintball" don’t even come close, although those categories are much more discussion-laden than "horseshoe pitching." For fun, one day I continued selecting subcategories until I arrived at a list of over a thousand (yes a thousand) discussion groups on Yahoo having to do with vampire role playing. Here's how I got there: Games>>Role Playing Games>>Live Action>> World of Darkness>>Vampire: The Masquerade. Some of the forums are open to new members, and you can join to read what everyone's discussing. Once in the forum, you can review discussion threads from today, yesterday, or a year ago. Don't go back too far if you want to find out the hottest possible ebook topics. You can participate in discussions if you like. FYI, do not drop into a discussion group just to market an ebook; hobbyists consider this spam and will drop you from the group. When you read and/or participate, you'll find out what this group is buying. All you have to do is skim to find out what questions they are asking each other about products or traveling or information. What they are interested in buying is a key piece of information because passionate consumers love to research before they buy. This is an immediate ebook market. Create a book on how to select the best this or that on the market, related to the current wants of the enthusiasts. Enthusiasts come in all shapes and sizes. Think brides-to-be, golfers, whitewater rafters, people who collect vintage baseball cards, wine connoisseurs, gardeners, frequent vacationers, video gamers, and parents who put their children into private tutoring, ballet, and violin lessons before age 3. There are some hobbies that seem to continually attract enthusiasts, like playing golf, watching football, restoring old cars, and listening to music. These are classics. Then there are some hobbies that seem to come and go in waves, such as Red Hat Societies participation, snow boarding, or line dancing. Pick either a classic hobby or a fluctuating hobby in its peak season for your best odds. A big market on the Internet is the 20-30 set. Here's what they are doing right now, according to one survey. They're snowboarding, wakeboarding, traveling, camping, listening to music, taking photographs. They're drinking gourmet coffee, rock climbing, playing guitar, camping, dancing, looking for online love, shopping for computers and other electronics, attending sports events, studying the Bible, exercising, trying to find jobs, and watching movies. Any one of these subjects would make a great ebook with a buying market standing by.

Find Your Inner Peace Resale Rights Ebook

Sample Content Preview Each day when you wake up, remind yourself of everything you are grateful for. For starters you could say, well I woke up, this means I'm still alive, I am grateful to be alive. You could say, “I am grateful that I was able to sleep last night”. I now have the energy to do what I need to do today. When you sit down at the table for breakfast, you could say, I am grateful to have this meal, many people will not have one today. When you kiss your children goodbye to send them to school, you could say I am grateful for my wonderful children. Just remember to always look at each thing you do each day with gratefulness. As long as you are letting your emotions control you negatively, you will not achieve inner peace. As you can see just by looking at things in a different way, instead of being stressed, you will now feel grateful. Feeling grateful will bring you one step closer to achieving inner peace. Finding Inner Peace Within Your Mind In order to find inner peace you must reach deep within your own mind. Your mind controls your entire being. If your mind is full of negative thoughts and feelings you will find it very difficult to reach inner peace. Your mind includes a conscious and subconscious. If you can get in touch with your subconscious mind and convince it to be positive you can achieve inner peace. Of course this is easier said than done. You will need to work at this every day. Every time you catch yourself thinking negative thoughts, you must stop yourself and replace them with positive ones. Work on this every day and in time you will find it easier to do. Your subconscious mind controls your emotions. It is programmed from all the years of your life on how to react to certain emotional stimuli. In order to become more positive and relaxed you have to retrain your subconscious mind to new reactions to your emotions. This will take a conscious effort. You have been programmed your entire life to see things a certain way by other people's point of view. Whenever you find yourself thinking negative, try and figure out what first made you feel this way. If you can find the source of the problem many times you can replace the negative thoughts with positive thinking. You may have had someone tell you the way you dress looks stupid. This of course does not make it true, but if it was repeated enough, your subconscious mind starts to believe it. You need to replace that thought with your own thoughts. You may have to tell your subconscious mind dozens of times the way I dress is so great, I just love my sense of style. If you keep repeating this enough to your subconscious mind it will start to believe it and replace the negative comments from the past. Having doubts about your abilities can also cause negative thoughts and emotions. You may have been told throughout your life by your parents, friends, or significant other certain things about yourself that are negative. Whatever these doubts are that you have, you need to replace them with positive emotions. Just because somebody else told you something you did was wrong, does not make it true. Never let anyone make you feel bad about yourself. As long as you do things to the best of your ability you have every right to be proud and happy about your achievements. By learning how to replace negative feelings and emotions with positive feelings and emotions, you will be on the road to inner peace. Use positive self talk every day. By using positive self talk you can replace many negative thoughts that are embedded in your subconscious mind. The more you repeat the same thoughts to yourself about each negative thought in your subconscious mind, the more your subconscious mind will believe them and replace the old thoughts. Finding Inner Peace by Letting Go of Fear If you find yourself living in fear, it is very difficult to achieve inner peace. There are many things that can cause fear. Some people are so afraid that they will fail, that they never try at all. This is an extreme fear that can completely paralyze you from attempting to ever achieve anything at all in life. If you have this kind of fear, is a good idea to start with baby steps. Say you want to learn how to sew. You have looked at sewing machines and even read books about sewing; however that's where it stops. Maybe you're so afraid that what ever you make will not look good, so you just don't even try. Why not try taking a class. Start with something small like a hot pad. No matter what you do decide to do, just start. If you never start you will never succeed and you will always wonder why you never tried. The very worst thing that can happen is that you won't be good at it. I mean you won't die or anything, so why not just try. Each time you decide to try something new, ask yourself what's the worst thing that can happen if I fail. If it won't kill you, then go ahead and try. Start off small and before you know it, you will learn to get over your fear of failure. You may have fear of many different things including fear that someone will break into your house and hurt your family, fear of spiders, fear of failure, fear of success, fear that your children, spouses, or parents don't love you, or many other things. If you are constantly worrying and fearful of things, you will need to work on each fear one at a time. Say you worry constantly about someone breaking into your home. What can you do to ensure this will not happen? Take the steps necessary to secure your home and then tell yourself that this fear is no longer necessary. Once you have told yourself this enough times your subconscious mind will stop letting it bother you constantly. Do this with every one of your fears until you have chased them out of your mind. If you are wasting time being fearful of things that most likely will never happen you are only hurting yourself. Thinking about what might happen or could happen constantly will only drag down. Try to replace irrational fears with positive happy thoughts. You need to come to grips with your fear in order to stop them from destroying your life. By gaining control of your fears and taking chances in life, you will begin to find inner strengths you didn't even know you had. For each fear that you have allowed to control your life until now that is possible to get rid of, and you do, you will start to feel stronger and more able to deal with life. This will help you on your road to inner peace. Most of your fears will never come true. So if you keep harboring them, you are actually making them more likely to happen. Many bad things that happen to people were actually brought upon them because they thought they would happen. When this happens your subconscious mind will actually make it happen. Your subconscious mind had heard it so many times it believes it to be true and therefore makes it true. Work at pushing these thoughts away and you will become a stronger, self confident person. And will be that much closer to achieving inner peace. Take Take the Time to Find Your Inner Peace One definition of peace is a quietness of mind. If your mind is quiet there is no room for pain or suffering. Your mind is open to tranquility and serenity. By discovering your own emotions and how you deal with things, you become more able to control your mind and learn to quiet it. Once you have discovered what is within you that makes you happy or sad, laugh or cry, angry or calm, you can begin to control your emotions better. By asking yourself what makes you feel each of these emotions, not only will you get to know yourself better, but you will have more control of yourself. In order to achieve inner peace you must reach deep within yourself and search through your mind for what makes you react how you react. As you become more in touch with your emotions you will find it easier to control them. You may be amazed at how many times you have reacted to certain things just because your subconscious had that reaction programmed within it. Once you figure out what's in your subconscious that does not need to be there anymore and clean it out, you will have much more control over how you do everything. Inner peace is within you. Each time you allow yourself to react differently to something that used to upset you and handle it calmly; you will be one step closer to total inner peace. You can achieve true inner peace and happiness, by simply listening to your mind, taking time to understand why it thinks the way it does, and replacing old thoughts with new ones. Listen to your heart. When ever you are unsure about anything, take a few minutes to be still and quiet your mind and listen with your heart. Your heart will not steer you wrong if you take time to listen. Of course by your heart I mean listen to your intuition. Yes everybody has it. And your intuition will not let you down. Practice being still and quiet every day for at least 15 minutes, so you can hear what your intuition is telling you. Good luck on your quest for inner peace.

The aftermarket is where Twitter handles are constantly bought and sold. It has become a necessity for any member of the community whether business related or otherwise to claim their Twitter handle for their full name or full business name. In Closing: Is Freelancing Really The Way To Go? Is freelancing really for you? Read on to learn why and how. Sample Content Preview Drawbacks As with anything in the world, there are drawbacks to becoming a freelancer in any field you choose. The predominant drawback is that you are not as financially stable as you are when you are working for someone else. You have to take care of all of your money management, you have to work on project after project if you want to have enough money to stay financially afloat, and you have to provide for your own healthcare. These three factors all add up to create a feeling of fiscal insecurity for many people, and because of the major financial risk involved, many people feel that freelancing is not for them. There is also heavy competition in the world of freelancing. The internet has been both a blessing and a curse to freelancers from around the world. On one hand it has opened the doors to make the world of freelancing much more accessible to anyone who has ever thought about setting out on their own and becoming their own boss. On the other hand though, the internet makes it very easy for freelancers to get in touch with potential clients and possibly steal jobs right out from under you. Because of the heavy competition as a result of the internet, you may have to start out with very low pay for each project you do as a novice freelancer. When your client list expands however, you will be able to make more in the long term. How to Get Into The Freelancing Business We have all read an article, seen a photograph, tinkered around with some software, or visited a website that was designed by some type of freelancer. Chances are that at some point or another we have all wanted to go out on our own – away from our current jobs – and start a new career path as a freelancer in our field of specialization. But why don’t we? What holds so much of us back from going out and doing what it is that we want to do with our lives? Why do we allow ourselves to be tied to our employer as if some invisible shackles enslave us? What types of skills do we need in order to finally break free from the nine to five shifts and start out on our own as a freelancer? You should ask yourself all of these questions before you even think about quitting your current occupation in pursuit of a freelance job. Each and every year, far too many people believe that they can simply quit their jobs and pursue a career as a freelancer in whatever their specific field may be – and far too many of them fail, only to go crawling back to their previous employer in hopes that he will give the destitute freelancer his former job back. This unfortunate circumstance happens for one reason and one reason alone – the person who wanted to branch out on his own as a freelancer had no idea what to expect. People told him that he could be free, have as many days off as he wanted and retain all of the profits from his work. But nobody ever told him that he may have to work long and hard to meet deadlines, manage his finances himself, and compete with thousands of others for the same clients. Resale Rights The Alternative PLR Ebook

Table of Contents TABLE OF CONTENTS 3 What is Resell Rights and How You Can Build a Profitable Business With It 5 The Types of Resell Rights 8 Profitable Ideas on How to Build and Expand Your Business with Resell Rights 10 The Reseller: 10 Resell Rights: 11 Master Resell Rights: 11 Private Label Resell Rights: 12 Avoid these Mistakes with Resell Rights Products 13 Sample Content Preview The Types of Resell Rights While some people know exactly what resell right are, some have a very vague idea about it. There are so many different kinds of resell rights that any marketer will be bewildered at the time of either creating his own product with resale rights or to work with a product which already exists. Even though this is not a very simple topic, we will try to explain this as easily as possible in this article. The products with resale rights come in a variety of sizes and shapes. There are a large number of products bundled all together and then sold for a very low price. Or else, there is a single product which is sold for a very high price, say a four figure price. Apart from these, there are the several varieties of resale rights already mentioned. To begin with, there are the simple resale rights. These simply give you the right to sell your product and offer nothing else. This basic resale right will not allow you to claim that the product is your own nor can you give someone else the resale rights for this particular product. These rights are generally the cheapest rights you can get, and they make it much simpler to get into the black. In a lot of cases, these rights are free, but they usually have a fixed price and terms of sale. To put it simply, suppose if the product sells for $20, you have to sell it for $20 only, and not at a price higher or lower than $20. When you are buying the rights for a certain product, make sure that you understand it perfectly before you sell it because there are sure to be support questions which you will be faced with. Master resale rights are somewhat more complex. These rights generally come with the webpage to accompany the product you are dealing with. These rights allow you to not only sell the product but also to pass the reseal rights for this particular product to your customers. There are two kinds of private label rights. The first kind is one where you are given the resale rights of a products which is already created and you are also allowed to put your own name on the product as the ‘author’ of the product but, the clause here is that you cannot change this product in any way whatsoever. All that you are allowed to do by virtue of this right is -sell the product and also put your name on it as long as it is kept completely in the original state without any alterations. The second kind of private label rights is called the source code rights. This right involves a product which is not finished and ready for sale. It is the raw source code which you can use to create the finished product. It will be in source code format if it is a program such as an ad blaster. If you want to create an informational product, for example an eBook, then it will come in a word processor format such as Microsoft Word. You can change this product in any way that you wish to, including making it a product which will grant resale rights of any of the kinds already mentioned. These rights are generally associated with software and allow you to change the source code that comes with the product so that you can alter the software to suit your own requirements or to remove any bugs in the product before you sell it in your target market. Rebranding rights are those which deal with products which are similar to the ones described above but they are more restrictive because you can frequently rebrand only certain links, to include your own associate links for example, and cannot alter the main content in any way. Royalty rights are usually associated with physical products and even though you are allowed to resell the product, you cannot keep 100% of the profit a you shall have to pay the original author a commission or a certain percentage of the profits per sale. This article was a simple summary of the various kinds of resale rights which are available but there is one final point of importance. You have to remember that every product is different in some way and will come with its own resale rights. You should always make sure that you read the License Agreement well, so that you understand what you can and cannot do with the product. Get in touch with the original creator of the product if you are in any doubt so that he can explain the rights to you. Profitable Ideas on How to Build and Expand Your Business with Resell Rights In the early days of the Internet, a product was created and sold by the original creator or his associates. As the market started developing, the idea changed and people began passing the resale rights to the buyer along with the product. This implied that people could now sell the product as the reseller and then keep the profit. This was a completely win-win scenario where the creator would get a higher sum and the reseller would get the resale rights. Thus, the resale rights products industry is a popular industry. When you search for ‘resell rights ‘or ‘resale rights’ on Google, there are a huge number of returns. Thus, there is a high amount of activity in this sphere with a lot of people writing about and selling resale rights products which in turn is bought by other people and then resold again within the limits of the resale rights. The cycle continues. You can buy a resale rights product from the creator himself or from the person who buys the rights and resells.

Real Estate Investment Secrets PLR Ebook

Table of Contents TABLE OF CONTENTS 3 Tenderfoot Education in Real Estate Investing 101 6 Why Invest in Urban Real Estate? 9 The Secret to Real Estate Riches Lies in Location, Location, Location 12 How to Find Hot Markets for Buying Investment Property 15 Sample Content Preview Most investors are not interested in investing in urban real estate. This means that there is a wide open opportunity for those who ARE interested in investing in urban real estate. You will likely hear umpteen reasons why you should NOT invest in urban real estate so let me give you a few good reasons why you SHOULD invest in urban real estate. First let’s discuss the pricing of urban real estate. If you keep your ‘ear to the ground’ so to speak you can find some real hidden gems in the urban real estate market. Not every low price is a good deal, of course, and just like with every real estate investment that you ever make, you should be certain that you do your homework. Really great deals turn up in every real estate market for one reason or another. Don’t miss those terrific investment opportunities simply because the property is in an urban area. Then there are the Section 8 tenants to be considered. Here is an obvious advantage to investing in urban properties. Government subsidized housing is a 21st century reality and under Section 8 the government pays a full 80% of the monthly rent. These renters are often referred to as ‘Section 8 tenants’. There is, of course, always a waiting list of potential renters and they all want to move into YOUR urban investment property. That adds up to a very nice and sure monthly income for you. Renters don’t always pay their rent but the government does send checks on time and in full thus eliminating much of the rent collection hassle. Let’s not overlook the fix and flip opportunity afforded by urban real estate investments. Okay, let’s face it. Today’s real estate market could be better….a lot better…but just because the over-all market doesn’t seem to be all that healthy at the moment that doesn’t mean that there aren’t some great fix and flip opportunities out there and particularly in the urban areas. The trick to making a profit on an urban property is to sell with incentives included and, if it is a rental property, with a tenant already in residence. Don’t forget about the good old government of the United States of America. The government funds projects to rehab entire neighborhoods in urban areas and they do soon a regular basis. The local government gets funding and usually offers attractive incentives to developers and home owners investing in these urban neighborhoods. Not only that but you can some really astounding interest rate offers that will let you keep your money in your pocket and out of and danger at all. This creates a win/win/win situation. The government gets to spend money which they seem to do so well. The inhabitants of the neighborhood get better housing and you make a nice profit. Everybody wins! There is the tired old real estate saying, “The only three things that matter in real estate are location, location and location.” That really is NOT necessarily true. Do you remember playing the board game Monopoly when you were a kid? Remember those first little properties that were located right at the beginning of the game? They were cheap. They were REALLY cheap. If you bought one of those right out of the gate, so to speak, you could have a hotel up on it almost immediately and every player in the game was going to have to land on it and pay you. It was a pretty good location but not an expensive one. It was one that you could afford to make improvements on quickly. Remember? Think of investing in urban real estate like you would think of investing in Baltic Avenue or Mediterranean Avenue. You don’t pay much for the property but improvements don’t cost much either and you can make a profit easily and quickly. It was good strategy for Monopoly and it is a good strategy for real live urban real estate investing. Urban property investments meet all of the criteria for sound real estate investing. There is a good rental market in an urban area. There are lots of people who need housing and that housing is very often government subsidized. Urban property is usually low priced and can even be purchased at extremely attractive interest rates as well. The market is stable in urban neighborhoods. There isn’t a boom or bust mentality. Demand is not likely to decrease. Investing in urban property can be a very good decision but you should always do your homework before you invest.

Assertiveness Report Resale Rights Ebook

Sample Content Preview There are many courses, videos and audios available that can help you on your way to becoming more assertive. You can also learn how to be assertive in many situations by taking an Assertiveness Course. Build Your Confidence to Become More Assertive In order to be assertive you will need to develop confidence in yourself. It is easier if you try to take this one step at a time. Let's start off by just doing one small step and work from there. Here is an example of a simple starting point for standing up for your rights… Let's say that your spouse never picks up after themselves. You may say to them, honey, would you please pick up your socks off the floor? Now for some people this might work and they will pick up their socks. Unfortunately there are some people who will just blow you off when you ask them a simple request like this. If you live with one of those people, you will need to take another approach. One way to get them to pick up their socks is to make a confident statement, like; I am no longer going to pick up your socks off the floor everyday. If you do not pick up your socks and put them in the laundry they will sit there and every day more will pile up. You will have to live with the fact that your dirty socks are all in a pile and if you do not have clean socks to put on in the morning, you will need to either wash them or go without. You could also tell them if they will not pick up their socks and you have to pick them up they will go in the trash. If they run out of socks that will be their problem and not yours. We all have dreams. The problem is many of us have gotten into the habit of letting people squash our dreams. If you are serious about the things you want in life, then you need to go after them. You cannot allow other people to control you and keep you from reaching your dreams. When you are assertive you have control of situations instead of letting other people have control. Take a minute right now to look deep down inside and come up with a list of the things that you want for your life. Next, write a list of what you need to do in order to make these things happen for you. Tell yourself right now that you are not going to let other people hold you back anymore. Repeat to yourself out loud right now, I am strong and I can achieve my dreams. From now on if there is something that you want that will help you have the life you want, tell yourself I will speak up for myself, I will be assertive and I will show confidence. I will no longer let anyone put me down or be afraid to have my voice heard. I will no longer bow down to other people just because they're opinion is different than mine and accept it as my own opinion. I know that I am the only one that can make my goals and dreams come true. When you have confidence in yourself, than speaking to other people and letting them know your true feelings will come easier. As long as you believe in yourself and let that come out when you speak, people will respect your opinion and listen to you. You do not have any boundaries as to what you can achieve in life. Never let other people make you feel pressured into doing things that they want if you know that it is not something that you feel good about doing. When you speak to people with confidence and assertiveness you can persuade them to see your point of view. Once you get people to listen to your views and understand how you feel about certain things your confidence will grow. There is nothing wrong with giving yourself the chance to build your confidence and achieve all your lifetime goals. Once you develop the confidence to talk to others and let them know how you feel, you will start to feel great about yourself. Not only will you feel great about yourself but you will start to get along better with others as you gain their respect. Tell yourself right now, I am not afraid to go out and try new things. Spent some time today and go out and do something you've always wanted to do but were afraid of what other people would think of you if you did it. Now of course I'm not saying go out and do something that is illegal or immoral just something that takes a little more nerve than what you've ever had. When you learn how to stand up for your own rights, you will become more confident. Each day try to do one thing that you want instead of what somebody else wants you to do and you will be amazed at how much better you will start to feel. Once you start building your self-confidence and learn how to be more assertive you will find a new you that will have a much better positive attitude about life. Many people find listening to hypnosis audios on how to Boost Your Self Confidence helpful. Sometimes listening to hypnosis audios over and over again can be helpful by building your confidence in your subconscious mind. If things are repeated to your subconscious mind enough times it can become a habit to handle everyday situations better. There are many hypnosis audios that can help you in your everyday life situations. Start Working on Your Positive Attitude In order to be assertive, it is very important that you have a positive attitude. You must believe in yourself and your abilities to achieve whatever you want to do. Now I realize that sometimes it can be hard to believe in yourself, however, if you take small steps towards believing in yourself you will find it easier all the time. If you can just accomplish one act of assertiveness you will find it much easier to have a positive attitude. Take a minute right now to think of one thing that somebody does quite frequently that you allow to happen even though it stepping on your rights. Now put together a plan of action on how you will not allow this to happen anymore. Right down what you will say to this person the next time they try to do it. Now spend some time in front of the mirror and tell them exactly what you have written down. Look at your face when you are speaking and make sure you are looking yourself in the eye. This is how you want to handle it when you are talking to the other person. Make sure that you are using the proper body language, looking them in the eye and make your statement calmly but firmly. Once you have perfected what you will say to them the next time this situation arises then you are ready to handle it. Just think how great you will feel when you stand up for yourself. Each time you think of something that someone does to you that you allow, do this exercise again. The more you practice this the more you will begin to see things in a positive light. Each time the situation arises it will get much easier for you to show your assertiveness and be comfortable with any situation that you are in. By being positive and showing people that you will not allow them to walk all over you, you will become more comfortable each time with communicating your desires to other people. You will also become more self-confident and comfortable with yourself. Once you believe in yourself, it is much easier to get other people to believe in you and your ideas. When you show confidence and a positive attitude when letting people know what you want, they will have more respect for you. In order for you to be assertive you need to be driven, you need to know what it is that you really want out of your life. Take a few minutes right now and write down what you would like to see change in your life in the next 30 days. Take time every day to read this and do what it takes to make sure that these things will happen for you. In order for you to become more assertive and gain a positive attitude, you need to find the confidence to accept yourself and others for who you are and who they are. When you show confidence in yourself and other people see your confidence and assertiveness, you will build a new respect from others toward you.

Modern Affiliate Marketing MRR Ebook

Table of Contents Introduction 04 Chapter 1: Picking Your Niches Based on ROI and Other Crucial Factors 06 Chapter 2: Picking the Right Affiliate Program to Maximize Conversions 11 Chapter 3: How to Create Niche-Focused Conversion Systems 16 Chapter 4: Traffic Generation Strategies: Category #1: Direct traffic to your link 26 Chapter 5: Traffic Generation Strategies: Category #2: SEO (backlinks) 33 Chapter 6: Traffic Generation Strategies: Category #3: Social Media 36 Chapter 7: Traffic Generation Strategies: Category #4: Forums 46 Chapter 8: Traffic Generation Strategies: Category #5: Question-and-Answer Platforms 52 Chapter 9: Traffic Generation Strategies: Category #6: Third-party blog traffic 56 Chapter 10: Traffic Optimization Strategies 59 Conclusion 70 Sample Content Preview Step #2: Use Google's Keyword Planner tool to find the commercial value of keywords related to your niche Enter your topics into Google AdWords’ Keyword Planner tool. This tool will tell you the average cost per click of keywords related to those topics. Don't pick niches that are very, very expensive, nor should you pick niches that are very, very cheap. Pick something in the middle. You want to pick a commercially attractive niche to make sure there's enough affiliate programs that cater to that niche. But, you're picking the middle of the road because you don't want extreme competition and saturation on one end, and little to no demand on the other end. Step #3: Use Google Keyword Planner tool (GKPT) to find search volume GKPT will tell you the rough monthly search volume for keywords related to your niches. Again, just like with the previous step, pick something in the middle. Not too much traffic, not too little either. When you pick niches that have very high levels of demand, you might have too much competition. On the other hand, if it doesn't have enough demand, then it may not be worth pursuing because you're not going to make that much money. Step #4: Use Google Search to find competition level At this point, enter all the keywords related to niches that remain on your list into Google's main search box. Your searches will return a list of websites targeting the keyword you searched for. Cross off your list niches that have too much competition. This is comparative so take off the top 20-30% in terms of competition. Avoid targeting saturated niches. You don't want to build a website and put in all that time and effort only to find out that there's too much competition. Step #5: Check keywords on social media platforms to determine coverage Enter your remaining niches’ keywords onto social media platforms and look if there are enough Facebook groups, Twitter accounts, hashtags, and other indications of social media interest. Pick niches that already have a decent amount of interest on social media because you would want to build your website or promote your affiliate links on areas on social media that are dedicated to your niche. Step #6: Check Google Trends to make sure your niche is stable or growing in demand This is crucial. You don't want to build your online empire on a niche that is on its way out. Use Google Trends and enter your search terms for your niches. Do you see the arrow going up or going slightly up over time? Or do you see it flat lining or even dipping downward? If you see a flat line or if you see it decreasing in popularity over time, scratch that niche off your list. Focus only on niches that are picking up popularity over a longer period of time, you can at least give yourself some market stability. The first thing that you need to do is to understand different monetization methods. I've already described how an affiliate program works in the introduction of this training. However, different affiliate offers convert in different ways. Pay Per Click: The words of your content trigger PPC contextual ad systems to show ads that target those words. Native ads are not contextual. Instead, they use pictures that look like article thumbnails. When people click on the native ad, you get paid. Pay Per Sale (PPS): When somebody clicks on your PPS, which is either tied to text or to graphics, they have to buy something for you to earn a commission. Pay Per Action (CPA) Pay per action offers to pay you money when people click on your link to see some sort of form. When they fill out the form, you earn money. Pretty straightforward, right? CPA involves less ‘friction’ to the user. Oftentimes, people just need to enter their email address for you to make $0.20 to up to a dollar. Not too bad. Merchandise Affiliate Programs Merchandise affiliate programs are affiliate programs that sell physical products. When people see ads on your website, you won't get paid when people click the ads. You only get paid a commission when your visitors actually buy products. How to Select Affiliate Programs Ask yourself the following factors when picking one particular affiliate program over another. Is the offer directly or closely related to your niche? Look at a program’s offers, not necessarily the program itself. There are many programs that actually cater to many different niches. You have to look through their offers to see if there is something that tightly fits your niche. Is the offer already heavily promoted? Do a search for the name of the offer or the name of the company. Avoid saturated offers. How easy is the conversion point of the offer? Ideally, you should look for an offer that only requires a click for you to get paid. If that's not happening, look for offers that pay you for every email or zip code entered into a form. If that isn't available, then look at offers that pay you per sale at a very high percentage.

The E-entrepreneur Success Mindset PLR Ebook

Table of Contents Why Do So Many Internet Startups Fail Today? How you can avoid being part of this dreadful statistic. The Cornerstones of Successful Internet Entrepreneurship Some people can only see what successful Internet Entrepreneurs do on the outside, but even fewer can read the minds of these unique individuals. The Key to Continuous Growth and Expansion Even if you are handicapped, know little about Internet Marketing, or low on resources, they are no legit excuses to not giving yourself a chance to succeed online. The Razor Edge Difference Between Work and Deals What constitutes a fruitful task and something else either of less importance or simply a waste of time. It’s Your Call Now: Take Action! You now know more than what many Internet startups do not. But to be different and unique from them, take action and discover how you can get started now in the right direction! Sample Content Preview Having the Right, Healthy Mindset The success of any business both of the online variety as well as the off line variety require the right mindset from the get-go. A right and healthy mind set will not guarantee success but a wrong and unhealthy or unrealistic mindset will most assuredly guarantee failure. So the right mind set is the first corner stone that must be laid upon which a successful business can be constructed. What is a right and healthy mindset? There are things that it is as well as things that it isn’t. A right and healthy mindset IS the willingness to work as hard and as long as is necessary to achieve the goals that has been set. A right and healthy mindset ISN’T the belief that success will be easy, quick or painless. Those who believe that they can make an internet business enterprise thrive without having to actually put in any time or effort are simply doomed to failure from the beginning. There are schemers and scammers out there in cyberspace that are just waiting eagerly for those to come along who are looking for easy riches. A right and healthy mindset IS the willingness to take the time to make a good, solid business plan that is based upon sound business principles. A right and healthy mindset ISN’T just jumping in feet first and hoping for the best. The best that can happen under those circumstances is that you get out with anymore than two cents to your name. ‘Flying by the seat of your pants’ is NOT a plan...it is just plain suicide in the world of internet marketing. If you don’t have a formal education in business, you need to find people who do have that kind of education and seek then follow their advice. Recognizing and Using Leverage There are dozens...maybe hundreds....of business models out there. Some are, of course, more successful than others but they all come with their own set of pros and cons. The idea is to get the most bang for the buck. You need to use all of the power of the Internet to make your e-business successful. You really cannot afford to leave any stone unturned. If you are a real go-getter, the temptation is to do everything first and that isn’t possible. You need to make a realistic plan and build one thing upon another until you have a good solid base from which to operate. Once you get a website built, you will need to begin leveraging SEO (search engine optimization) and gaining page rank. One thing does lead to another, of course, but one of the quickest ways to leverage SEO is to add a blog to your website. This is a way that you can get much more quickly indexed by the search engines. Leveraging also includes branding yourself, your website and your products. One of the quicker ways to begin to get yourself branded is by investing in PLR (Private Label Rights) products and changing the names of those products to include your own name or logo. (Don’t forget that there must be some rewriting done.) This is probably the quickest way to become branded as well as gain credibility on the internet. For example: you might buy a PLR E-Book about Easy Dog Training and change the name to ‘John Doe’s Easy Dog Training Methods’. You can sell the book, give it away as a free gift on your own website or list it in E-Book repositories for others to use. Remember that reputation and credibility are everything on the internet. Don’t take any shortcuts and never damage or allow others to damage either. It Is Not What You Know, But Who You Know That is an old saying. “It is not What you know, but Who you know that counts”. Setting a corner stone of good solid relationships is an important aspect of building a successful e-enterprise. Working hard at building good solid business relationships is worth every minute of time that you invest in it. Business relationship building should be one of your top priorities. When you build social relationships, you insert yourself into social situations where you come in contact with people who have interests that are similar to or complimentary to your own interests don’t you? That is precisely the same way that business relationships are established. You insert yourself into business situations where you will meet others who have businesses that are similar to or complimentary to your own business. You develop relationships over a period of time. There are several ways in which to accomplish this task. One way is to participate in teleseminars or webinars that are related to your business. You will learn a lot, of course, but equally important, you will come in contact with those who are already succeeding in the niche market that you are working in. Of course, attending real brick and mortar world seminars is an even better way to begin to build friendly business relationships with not only your peers but also with those who are in a position to help you....which brings me to the final corner stone that you need to lay.
