Introduction
Thank you for downloading ‘Plug-In Traffic Machine’! In this report, you’ll learn a simple, quick and effective method to make money on demand – using purely free advertising avenues.
The ‘Plug-In Traffic Machine’ technique has been used by many people time and time again, but most have failed miserably. They failed because they didn’t understand how to fully utilize the method. Perhaps one part of the system was missing. This report will piece together everything you need to succeed with free advertising methods and increase your profits.
I never really succeeded with Traffic Exchanges until I mastered the system. All my free advertising efforts were going to waste. While I wasn’t spending much (or any) money at all, what I was spending was my time! I started to observe what the successful ones were doing. After a couple of days, I began getting a grasp of their techniques.
I put them into place and the results are clear for all to see. No money spent, no technical knowledge required. This is a winner. Follow the steps in this report, and you’ll make profits on demand.
What Most Marketers Are Doing Wrong With Traffic Exchanges
Here’s a trick: DON’T sell on traffic exchanges!
If you are trying to get sales directly from traffic exchanges, then they are terrible for that. People have reported making only one sale from over 10,000 clicks! Imagine how many hours have been wasted!
You see, other traffic exchange members are also surfing around for traffic, so they won’t be responsive to a sales page.
But the fact is this is what most people are trying to do with traffic exchanges… and failing!
You may have heard of the Pareto principle: 20% of people make 80% of the money. When it comes to Internet marketing and traffic exchanges, the number of failures is definitely higher. Why? Because of wrong techniques!

Introduction
I’m observing an epidemic today in the Internet Marketing World!
This epidemic is one that is causing good, hard working, big dreaming people to lose money and chase success like a dog chasing his tail!
They are running round and round like a hamster on a wheel! Round and round, but never seeming to get anywhere!
Some are losing money…some are simply not making any money (or not very much),…..and some are seeing the light of success, but just can seem to catch hold of it.
And sadder still are the ones who just give up. Many seasoned Internet Marketers find minimal success, but wonder WHY they are not making enough yet to earn a full time living online. (Or why they are not living the life of luxury that they see others enjoy through internet marketing)
Can You Relate To Any Of Those Scenarios?
If so this special report has been written for you and I guarantee it’ll help you do more and get more from your online business.

CHAPTER 1
Why Exercise?
The main value of exercise is not to burn calories, but to maintain muscle mass (protect the muscle from being burned) and to build muscle mass. Muscle is a metabolically active tissue. The more muscle you have, the higher your capacity for burning off fat and the faster your weight loss. This because fat is the major source of fuel burned by muscle during sustained aerobic exercise. Also, the more muscle you have, the greater your protection against weight gain.
Another reason to exercise is to expand your energy needs so you pull more fat from your fat stores. Here’s how it works:
• Eat a low-fat (I said LOW not Non-Fat) diet and add less fat to the fat stores
• Eat a diet high in fiber. High fiber carbs fill you up so you eat less. Also, think…take it in, get it out!
• Exercising increases your energy needs and increases the amount of fat you withdraw from your fat stores
So, now you understand that you NEED to exercise…but…what do you do to get the most results for your efforts?
Let’s start with Cardio…

INTRODUCTION
“Forbidden Psychological Tactics? They Don’t Work on ME!”
Every web surfer on the planet has told himself/herself this lie at one time or another. But don’t kid yourself -- marketing psychology can influence anyone who is online.
Even master marketers like me, despite all I know about forbidden psychological tactics and “advertising speak”… and despite all my built-in sales resistance…I am just as susceptible to persuasion as anyone else. Because at its core:
Marketing psychology is the “power of persuasion” from the inside.
The key, of course, is deciding what persuasive tactic will grab a web surfer by the eyeballs and hold onto to him….
A Brief Pause: Note of apology to my female readers: Okay… I admit it…I’m a man (Although I imagine that my name probably gave that fact away). I think like a man. When I speak in generalizations, I tend to think (and use) the pronoun “he”…not “he/she,” and not “one.” I hope you can forgive me.
Anyway, as I was saying, the key to marketing psychology online (and off, too) is deciding the specific persuasive tactic or combination of tactics to use. Will fear be a motivator? What effect would a celebrity endorsement have? Can you satisfy greed?
Everything you do on your site should be coordinated to grab a web surfer by the eyeballs and by the emotions and hold onto to him until he cries…

IS THIS YOU?
If so, Make YOUR Transition was written for you. This is what you have been looking for. This will explain what is holding you back, and how to approach prospective employers with confidence and impact. After all, you already tried the ‘old fashioned’ way, and if it worked you wouldn’t be reading this, right?
Attitude check
When you contact a prospective employer, what is your mindset? Are you trying to convince him that you are a hard worker, that you are loyal, that you are ethical? Do you showcase your work experience and tell him how many years you have been a lathe operator, or an administrative assistant, or a programmer? In short, do you try to convince him/her what a good EMPLOYEE you will be?

1 Turn part of your web site into a Members Only web site. Instead of charging for access, use it as a free bonus for one of your products. If you want to charge access, give them a little free information and include links on your web site that take them to an order page to get the rest of the information.
2 Add a free classified ad section to your web site. You could then trade banner ads with other web sites that have free classified ad sections. You could also send a ‘thank you’ e-mail to people who submit their classified ad to your web site. Just include a brief ad or signature file about the product you're selling.
3 Let your past offline customers know about your web site. When they visit and sign up to your e-zine, it will remind them to shop at your online store in the future too. Some day you may not need that expensive offline store. Your web site might create most of your profits for you.
4 Publish your e-zine only on your web site. Have people subscribe to a "new issue" e-mail reminder. This could really increase your traffic and sales. Of course, you could also send your e-zine in HTML format but some people don't like it or can't read it. You could show pictures of your products in your e-zine.
5 Take on as many of your business' chores as you can handle; outsource what you can't. Only you can determine how your business operates. You don't want too many people making all your decisions, but you don't want to take on so much responsibility that you become a workaholic.

If your partner is going away for a few days, tell her that you are worried about her so you have organized a bodyguard to look after her. Then give her a small teddy bear.
IDEA # 2
Buy a packet of glow in the dark stars and stick the stars on the roof above your bed to spell out a message such as "I Love You" When the lights go down, your message will be revealed!
IDEA # 3
On a special occasion, buy your partner eleven real red roses and one artificial red rose. Place the artificial rose in the center of the bouquet.
Attach a card that says:
“I will love you until the last rose fades.”
IDEA # 4
Buy the domain name of your partner's name if it is available for example www.TanyaJohnston.com. Create a web page containing a romantic poem and a picture of a rose. When your partner is surfing the web, casually ask whether she has ever checked to see whether her domain name is taken. Let her type it in to discover her page.

A Very Brief History of Valentine's Day - Sort of...
Valentine's Day is drawing near, that day that melts the deep winter frost in the warmth of love...
At least that's the theory. Yet just as mysterious and accidental as love itself is the relationship of St. Valentine to the customs of the day named for him.
Legends abound regarding the origins of Valentine's Day. Some relate it to an ancient Roman fertility festival called Lupercalia, which apparently occurred on February 15th, not the 14th.
The spoil-sport Encyclopedia Britannica, in the authoritative 11th edition of 1911, states, "Their appropriateness to the spring season is, in a general way perhaps, obvious enough, but the association of the lovers' festivals with St Valentine seems to be purely accidental."
As if that wasn't enough, this esteemed reference goes on to tell us there was more than one St. Valentine. "...VALENTINE, or VALENTINUS, the name of a considerable number of saints. The most celebrated are the two martyrs whose festivals fall on the 14th of February - the one, a Roman priest, the other, bishop of Terni..." (Vol. 27, pp. 850-851)
According to the less authoritative Wikipedia, Geoffrey Chaucer, author of the Canterbury Tales, was the first to connect Valentine's Day with romantic love, in his poem, Parliament of Fowls, written to commemorate the first anniversary of the engagement of King Richard II of England to Anne of Bohemia, which happened on May 3, 1381. Yes, that's right, May 3rd. You see that was another St. Valentine's day on the Church calendar. He went on to write a couple more poems referencing Valentine's Day in connection with May 3rd.
