INTRODUCTION
Elizabeth has been accepted to four different universities and is having problems choosing which one she prefers. The decision is made even more difficult because Elizabeth is just 15 years old.
Michael took his SAT test last Saturday. He scored 1560 out of 1600 including a perfect 800 in math. He’s looking forward to finishing his schooling as he will be attending Harvard in the fall.
George has been invited to his local college to compete for five scholarships they are awarding amounting to full tuition for four years – about $100,000 each. The scholarships are awarded based on academic ability and the competition is stiff every year. He’s expected to finish first and have his schooling paid for.

Contrary to what most people believe, a home inspection is composed of not just one inspection. Depending on the type of financing you choose, there should be at least two to three separate inspections on the home you want to purchase.
Before you get a real professional to examine your house for you, conduct your own basic inspection. That counts as the first inspection.
The second is to get a professional whole-house inspection by a home inspector with a good reputation.
The third one is optional. If your financing consists in a government loan like the FHA perhaps, or the VA, then the third inspection should come around the time of the appraisal. Though not really a home inspection, as most people claim, it does account for a bit of a mini-inspection, so to speak.
To Home Inspect? Or Not to Home Inspect? How Important is a Home Inspection?
The value and necessity of an extensive home inspection cannot be emphasized enough. Many home buyers today are spending enormous amounts of their money in repairs alone because they thought dispensing with a home inspection could save them…what? $200? $300? A good home inspection costs right about that much.

The following 30-day 'Internet Profits' plan is designed for anyone (beginner or veteran) to put to use and easily start pulling in a steady stream of online profits.
If you follow the steps, and take action, you will see results!
Day 1: Develop A 'Success Mindset'
The first day is about finding your center and creating the right mindset! This is extremely important! Without it, you will have a difficult time finding success.
You can have the best tools and strategies at your disposal. But if you have a poor attitude and mindset, those tools and strategies will not do you much good.
If you want to succeed, you have to pull out all the stops and use all that you have. And your mind is the greatest asset you possess.
First of all, realize the simple fact that every problem is really an opportunity in disguise.
If you are brand new to the Internet marketing world, you are extremely fortunate! Because, you have to opportunity here to start from scratch!
You don't have to pick just another job and get stuck in it again. You have a chance to pick something that you actually enjoy doing!
The only way is up from here. And that's what we will focus on. We have an opportunity here to find what we are really passionate about and do that!
I would use this day to clearly outline a few rules for myself to follow, for the rest of the 30 days, and beyond:
• I will realize that my failures are in my past. They're gone, old news. I'm not going to dwell on them or beat myself up over them. Today is a new day and I'm going to make a fresh start! I will simply learn from my mistakes and forge on ahead!
• I will not worry or panic about my current financial situation, as that will not help matters at all; it will only slow me down. If I run across any problems or challenges, I will spend very little time focusing on the problem while spending most of my time focusing on the solution!

1 Tell your audience what kind of support they'll get after they buy. It could be free consulting, tech support, free servicing, etc. This may also answer some of their buying questions ahead of time. People don't want to buy products without knowing you will be there to help if they have problems.
2 Ask people at the end of your copy why they decided not to buy. This will give you new ideas on how to produce ad copy that’s more profitable. Have a web form or e-mail link in place so they can answer you. You may find out they don't like your guarantee or graphics. It could be anything.
3 Think of ways to get your site or business in the the news. You could sponsor a fundraiser, break a world record, hold a major event, etc. Simply write a press release about what you’ve accomplished, then send it to media outlets that cater to your target audience.

There are roughly 20,000 search engines on the Internet, serving both general interest topics, and quite focused tight niche markets.
A pay per click search engine, (also known as a pay per ranking, pay per placement or pay per position, search engine) allows paying advertisers to bid for rankings in these search engines and as the rankings get higher, the more money each advertiser pays per click.
Basically, a pay per click search engine allows advertisers to pay for a ranking in your search engine and the higher the ranking the more money they pay. For example, the phrase "Internet Marketing" might have 100 bids on it, and the number one bid might be $5 per click. So every time someone searches for Internet Marketing and clicks on their link, it costs them $5.
Here is a definition Allan Gardyne of https://www.payperclicksearchengines.com
A pay per click search engine allows the advertiser to open an account and deposit some money as a starting balance. With this, the advertiser enters their site's URL, title and description and bid on relevant keywords. A site selling widgets would bid on keywords such as, "widgets," "small widgets," "blue widgets" etc.
When someone searches for "widgets" the details of your site appear, in the form of a search result with the URL, title and description entered. If they then click on your listing, your account is debited the amount you have bid on that keyword.
What makes it so good for the advertiser is that someone who has searched for your product is already qualified when they come to their web site, which is selling the product they are looking for.
So how do you the Pay Per Click Search Engine Owner make money?
Every time someone who searches for something clicks on an advertisers link, you get money. They might only pay 3 cents per click, but every time someone clicks on the advertisers link you get their money.

Dear Reader,
Here’s how it goes with most new marketers – it happened to me exactly like this – see if it rings a bell with you. It might even be that this is the stage you’re currently at…..
I quickly realized the potential of internet marketing. Not least because I could see people around me making a lot of money, or at least making more than enough to quit work and go full-time.
The initial excitement I felt has never left me. I vividly remember working late into the night creating my first ebook, then once that was finished the REAL work began – learning how to build a simple website, use a hosting account, register for Paypal and Clickbank, ftp my files to my hosting account, put a payment button (that actually worked) in the right place on my website and struggle to write a half decent sales page.
Once it was ALL done, my website went live and I waited to get rich.
…and waited
…and waited.
I didn’t make a SINGLE sale from my first attempt at product selling. I had neglected one of the most important parts of the whole process. Getting people to look at my website – TRAFFIC!
When I realized I needed traffic I got a BIG shock. The cost of paying for any sort of advertising was way out of my tiny budget’s reach, and the time spent on some of the traditional methods of traffic generation would have meant I had to quit my job to have time to do it!
So I had to find my own way. I had to find what worked for me. Which methods were most effective among the masses of conflicting advice I read about on the forums?
Well what I found was free traffic for broke marketers.
And while not everything you’re about to read is groundbreaking or new, I CAN tell you that it works for me, and best of all it’s FREE.

If there is one word most Internet marketers quiver at the sound of, it is chargebacks. A chargeback is a dispute over a charge -usually an unauthorized or fraudulent charge- between the customer and the company. The merchant must pay back the entire amount along with any credit card fees. This amount is automatically deducted from your merchant account. There are three main problems about chargebacks that concern the merchant:
1. They lose the payment -and also the inventory if it was sent,
2. The fees associated with every chargeback are between $15 to $25, and worse of all
3. Chargebacks don’t look good, and you may lose your merchant account.
Merchant services are pretty finicky; they do not just hand out accounts to anyone.
The customer could either be dissatisfied with the product, or there could be a duplicate order, or it could be fraud. Whatever the reason may be, it is crucial to your online business to keep chargebacks to a minimum. One way to stop chargebacks is to stop fraudulent orders by checking to make sure the order seems legit. This may mean you may have to call each customer to confirm the order. You do not want to accept an order if it appears fraudulent. Be suspicious, because in the end, receiving too many chargebacks will damage your profit line.
If, on the other hand, your customer is simply dissatisfied with the product, give them a call and send them an email. Ask them what it is they didn’t like about the product. Ask them if there is anything you can do for them to satisfy them. If they still seem reluctant to drop the chargeback, your last resort would be to ask them if they wouldn’t mind dropping the chargeback and you can offer them a full refund. Most people wouldn’t mind this option. You will find that a simple phone call to the upset customer may actually turn things around in your favor.

How to Make Your Business “Click”
PPC stands for Pay-Per-Click - a popular advertising technique on the Internet. Found on websites, advertising networks, and especially on search engines, PPC advertising involves sponsored links that are typically in the form of text ads. These are usually placed close to search results, where an advertiser pays a particular amount to visitors who click on these links or banners and land on the advertiser's web page.
In essence, PPC advertising is all about bidding for the top or leading position on search engine results and listings. Advertisers do this by buying or bidding on keyword phrases that are relevant to their products or services - the higher the bid, the higher the spot on the search results, the more the people will find the ad (and click on it) to go to their websites (this is why some people call it "keyword auctioning"). Advertisers would then pay the bidding price every time a visitor clicks through the website.
PPC advertising is also known under the following names/variations:
• Pay per placement
• Pay per performance
• Pay per ranking
• Pay per position
• Cost per click (CPC)
PPC advertising is usually done with the following standard procedures:
1. Setting up an account and/or deposit funds.
2. Creating a keyword list.
3. Choosing (and setting up) an account with a PPC search engine.
4. Bidding on the ad placement, including the search result words or phrases.
5. Writing out an ad copy.
6. Setting up the 'landing pages' for your ads.
7. Placing the advertisement in the search engine.
