Chapter 3: Carl Jung’s Contribution Synopsis Professional psychologists have always had the complete understandings about human mind. These thinkers have revolutionized and give various contributions. One of the best psychologists in the world is Carl Jung. To know him and his great contributions, simply read the succeeding paragraphs as your reference. Who is Carl Jung? Carl Gustav Jung, also known as C.G. Jung, was a Swiss psychotherapist and psychiatrist. He was born on July 26, 1875 in Kesswi. On June 6, 1961, he died after having a short illness. With his experiences and wide studies, he proposed and improved the concepts of introversion and extroversion. He also gave wide ides about collective unconscious and archetypes. His work plays a huge role in psychiatry and in the study of philosophy, religion, archeology, literature and other related fields. Compared to other psychiatrists, he is known for his work with the development of the psyche and personality types. What are the Contributions of Carl Jung? Carl Jung discovered the following: He believes that the human psyche was divided into two distinct parts – the conscious and unconscious mind. Human dreams are produced by the unconscious mind. The unconscious mind possesses undoubted works and wisdom. He firmly believes that the meaning of symbolic dream language can be easily understood and specific. Humans have four psychological functions – the thoughts, intuition, feelings and sensations. Humans have both introverted and extroverted attitude in life Above all, Carl Jung is the originator of the idea in his Divine Child archetype. In fact, Emmet Fox called it as the “Wonder Child”. He also founded a school of psychotherapy called Jungian psychology and analytical psychology. His theories include the following: The concept of extraversion and introversion The ideas of the complex The concept of collective unconscious with archetypes Synchronicity as the scheme of relationship that is not fundamental According to Carl Jung, the core of the human psyche should not be measured the individual’s ego. He claims that the center is the SELF. It means that it contains more than the conscious content. The SELF is the conclusion of the human psyche after developing their psychological functions. Based on his studies and knowledge, the main dream symbols that appear in human’s dream are: 1. The Persona – This is the character that the person presents to the world. The person would reflect their social position, profession and standing. 2. The Anima – This is the representation of a perfect type of man for a woman. It is an idol, but can represent a true person of the human’s environment. 3. The Shadow – This is the human psyche part that is undeveloped. The shadow contains both negative and positive characteristics, depending on someone’s personal development. Carl Jung claimed that every dreamer who prefers to explore the content existent in their own psyche can make a trip to the SELF. He also proves to the world that human dreams follow a sequence. With his great contributions, most people admired him.

Actually, let’s rewind and start even further at the beginning. Specifically, let’s take a look at why you need to know why you’re training before you even begin. You see, the way you’re going to train is always going to be dictated by the results that you’re looking for. This might sound obvious but actually it’s something that a lot of people never consider before they start working out. They just say they want to be ‘fitter’. But what is ‘fitter’ do you? Is it strong with lots of bulky muscle? Is it strong without muscle? In a much leaner sense? Why is it you train? Is it because you want to be a kind of super hero? In that case, you’ll be well suited to a GPP system like CrossFit. This stands for ‘General Physical Preparedness’ and basically means that you’re strong and fit across the board and thereby able to defend yourself during a zombie apocalypse. Maybe you’re an amateur athlete and you want to be particularly impressive in a specific domain as a runner, in long jump, or in some other context. Or maybe you just want to be a little fitter and healthier so you can be a good influence for your children and be a more active and engaged parent. And maybe you’d just like to wake up full of energy for a change and try to avoid getting colds quite so frequently. Whatever the case – in all these scenarios, the type of training you’re going to do is going to be completely different. And that’s before we’ve even acknowledged the significant difference between different body types. Because what helps one person to quickly build a huge amount of muscle just won’t work for the next guy. How can you know what the best way to train is unless you know these things? How can you expect to be met with anything other than frustration if you don’t know what it is you’re hoping to achieve? Ultimately, having a goal is a little bit like knowing what your destination is. Knowing your body type, is like knowing what kind of gas to fill your car up on. Without these crucial bits of information, you really can’t expect to reach your destination very quickly (if at all)! How Hypertrophy Works So with all that in mind, you should be going into this chapter with a good idea of what it is you want to accomplish. Only that way, will you be able to take the relevant information from this and ignore all the rest. So hypertrophy. What is it? When your muscles grow, what actually causes them to grow? What is actually happening? As you probably had already guessed, there’s actually multiple things going on, which is where all the confusion comes in. Generally though, we can split hypertrophy down into two main processes. These are ‘sarcoplasmic’ and ‘myofibrillar’ hypertrophy. Actually though, even this is contested somewhat – some experts actually believe that these terms are merely pseudoscience and that they aren’t actually based on any concrete evidence. But whether or not the precise principles of myofibrillar and sarcoplasmic hypertrophy are accurate, the reality is that these two types of training do result in two different types of muscle. This is how strength athletes have been training for decades, with a lot of success, so it’s safe for us to take this understanding and apply it. These terms and the description will simply serve as a somewhat useful ‘crutch’ for understanding what’s going on here… Myofibrillar Hypertrophy So on the one hand, we have myofibrillar hypertrophy, which is the predominant form of hypertrophy used for building strength. This is also sometimes referred to more simply as ‘muscle damage’. And that’s an apt name because it really does describe what is going on here – you are damaging the muscle. Or more specifically, you’re actually tearing the muscle. By lifting heavy enough weights, you’re actually causing tiny rips in the fibers that make up the muscle, known as muscle fibers (the tears themselves are called ‘microtears’). Muscle fibers work just like any other cell in the human body, except that they can have multiple mitochondria and mitochondria can also increase as you train more frequently and in higher volumes. Right now though, we’re interested in tearing the muscle fiber, which then causes it to be marked for repair. Once we’re sleeping or resting, these tears are then repaired by the body using protein and amino acids to restore the muscle and build the muscle fibers to be thicker and stronger. It’s generally agreed that it’s impossible to increase the number of muscle fibers (a process that is known as ‘hyperplasia’) through conventional training. However, you can increase the thickness of the fibers through this process which makes them stronger and increases your ability to throw heavy weights around. What’s the best way to cause these microtears? That would be to train with heavier weights, which in turn will allow you to cause more damage more quickly, triggering more growth. That’s why powerlifters – who are predominantly interested in pure power – will train using weights close to their one rep maxes and lift only a few times. Sarcoplasmic Hypertrophy Then you have sarcoplasmic hypertrophy, which is also sometimes known as ‘metabolic stress’. Here, the objective is not to create microtears but rather to swell the muscles with metabolites, metabolites being hormones and other compounds that stimulate more growth and hypertrophy. The obvious examples of these are testosterone and growth hormone, both of which are ‘anabolic’ in nature. So how do you trigger this kind of change in your body? This time, the aim is to occlude the muscle and allow blood to build up there – right up until the point where you have too much lactic acid in your muscles to continue and you start to feel a lot of discomfort. You do this by using higher repetitions, as this allows you to increase that all-important ‘time under tension’ – the amount of time that your muscle spends contracting during any given workout. While the precise mechanism of action isn’t fully understood, this appears to increase the amount of sarcoplasm in the muscle cells – their ability to retain fluid and to store glycogen. This in turn then allows the lifter to continue lifting for longer and to see more growth.

Sample Content Preview What you’re trying to do is to make sure that the buyer sees the value in your product, even if they could get it elsewhere. To make audios and videos unique, you can add intros, outros and transitions. To make text unique, you can re-write and reorganize. To make documents unique, you can add new logos and re-brand. When you get things like checklists and mind maps, you’ll typically get them as Microsoft Word or PowerPoint documents. Don’t be afraid to change some of the wording to reflect things that you’ve actually said. Ultimately, it’s not your job just to sell a product; it’s your job to create so much value that buying it is a “no-brainer.” Use PLR as a Bonus to Promote Affiliate Products PLR can be leveraged to give prospective buyers an added incentive to purchase a product through your affiliate link. When you’re using PLR for this purpose, you’ll want to consider what components to use for your bonus. What’s important to understand is that you’ll want to use PLR with an e-cover when possible. The reason for this is that it’s easy for your buyer to visualize the value they’re getting when there is a 3-D image. This means that if you don’t have one for the component or product, you’ll want to create one using Photoshop or some other sales graphics creation software. Another important consideration is that you will want to make sure that your bonus is closely related to the product you’re promoting. There are some buyers who make the purchase solely on the basis of your bonus. As a result, you want to make sure that the buyer is interested in the general subject matter of the product. A relevant bonus helps you in both respects. Since this is a bonus and not the actual product, it is ethical to have the buyer opt-in to get the content. This is especially helpful if the buyers aren’t coming from your email marketing list and from paid traffic or social media. This will help you to build your list as well as to make additional sales. Use PLR to Create a Membership Site One of the ways you can leverage PLR is by using it to create a stream of income that is recurring. This means that you’re creating what is typically called a “membership site.” There are three uses for PLR in your membership. First, you want to make sure that when your customers “walk in the doors” of your membership that they see everything they need to succeed. On one hand, this will mean that you have the content that you promised in your sales letter. On the other hand, it means that you’ll have reference content and tools that will help them get the most of your content. You can purchase that reference content as PLR and have it in your membership. The second use for PLR in your membership is to provide unannounced bonuses to your members. Unannounced bonuses allow you to reward your members and make it “painful” to cancel their subscription. Of course, the most important use of PLR is to provide membership content, or in other words, to do what you promised in your sales letter. If you are an expert in the topic area, but don’t have time to create the content, you’ll use your PLR for the membership. If you are not an expert in the topic area, you’ll use PLR to help you with what would be hard for you to create. A membership’s content can be a regular video, e-mail and/or an e-book. You’ll want to use the graphics to add professionalism to the look of your membership area as well as what you give to the customer in your membership. Bear in mind that the average membership site’s tenure is 3.5 months. That means that you should be providing some kind of extra bump on a regular basis. You can and should use PLR to “upgrade” your membership (this is different from the unannounced bonus). Use PLR as a Second or Third Upsell in Your Marketing Funnel There are times when you may run out of content or acceptable offers to add to your product launch. Most marketers add at least one upsell to their product. However, there are several parts to the standard theory of upsells for information products. While there are no hard and fast rules on how to create upsells in your business, most successful information products follow a predictable pattern. After a buyer has purchased the front end product, they will typically be shown an upsell product. While the front end is typically a “base model,” the upsell is typically the upgraded, fully featured “pro” version. Most marketers will already have this in place. It is after that point that marketers and entrepreneurs tend to have gaps in their offerings. The second upsell should typically be some kind of “Done For You” (DFY) implementation of the product. That means that you’ve made it easier and more convenient for your buyer to receive results. Savvy marketers use PLR as either the entire DFY solution or as a major part of it. In some cases, there is a third upsell which is typically designed to help the customer maintain their results. This means that the buyer will need some kind of resource on a regular basis, requiring them to pay on a regular basis. This content or membership can be a simple as you uploading the content into a Facebook group or into a membership site. Alternatively, it can be as simple as delivering a link once monthly via autoresponder. Regardless of the “how,” the third upsell can be content that you purchase and provide to your buyers via the membership process. If you’re going to have buyers pay you on a regular basis, you’ll want to deliver new premium content on a regular basis. You can use PLR to serve as that content for you. For all intents and purposes, what you’re offering in the third upsell is a membership of some kind. Use PLR to Create a Local Offline Workshop When you purchase PLR, you typically get the content at the “wholesale” or “distributor” price. However, the question is, how will you get people to buy at the “real” price. In other words, how do you get people to buy at the $47 or $97 level (or more)? One of the best ways to accomplish this is to use your PLR content to create a “keynote” or “workshop.” In this case, you’re relying on the PLR to fill gaps in your knowledge of the subject matter. You’re also relying on the PLR to give you a head start in creating the presentation materials for your workshop or talk. The reason this is important is that you want to spend the bulk of your time marketing your workshop. There are several aspects of a workshop where your PLR will be useful to you: First, you will want to have content to use as “lead magnets” for people to join your mailing list. Second, you’ll want to have “pre-workshop” content to engage people while they wait for your workshop. This is a great use for PLR so that you can stay focused on marketing. Third, you can use written content for any of your actual workshop presentation. This will mean that you’re converting your content from audio, video or text into your presentation software. Fourth, you will be able to use PLR for any example video that you want to show while in the workshop. What works especially well are “hands-on,” “technical” videos that explain processes. When you are presenting, you will (at times) need a break from talking and being able to show a video is a good way to keep the content moving. PLR checklists and mind maps are great giveaways as a reminder of your presentation. If you brand them, others will share them and will get people interested in your business. Keep in mind that you will want to re-image as many of the graphics as you can to fit your audience. Typically, you will get graphics made for the business opportunity niche. A great way to add value after the workshop is to be able to provide “post-workshop” content for which you can use PLR. You can also use your PLR as webinar content for those who were unable to attend your workshop live. This means that you’ll be primarily using PowerPoint and PDFs to distribute while you speak.

This is the area of interest that your website is going to focus on and it’s what you’ll be writing about on a daily basis for your blog posts. This might sound like an easy job – but picking your niche is actually something you should consider very carefully. Getting this right can make your life a lot easier, while choosing poorly can make it almost impossible to achieve the success you’re looking for. Here we will look at some considerations that you need to bear in mind when picking your niche. A Topic You Enjoy Tip number one is to always choose a niche that you enjoy reading and writing about. Blogging is not a ‘small’ job by any stretch of the imagination. Remember when we said it would essentially need to become your full-time career if you wanted to be very successful? Well then you have to ask yourself – is this something you will be happy to write about on a regular basis? Writing will also come a lot easier if you’re well-versed in the subject. You’ll need to do less research and at the same time, you’ll find it much easier to come up with new interesting topics that people who like the subject will be interested in. What’s more, your passion will come across in the content and people will be much more inclined to read more of what you have to say as a result. Even if you plan on outsourcing your writing, knowing the niche you choose well will help you to feel excited about your site and to check over the accuracy and usefulness of the writing you’re receiving. Ultimately, choosing a niche just because some ‘guru’ says it’s a profitable one is a fast track to becoming bored and disillusioned and ultimately giving up. Popularity When picking your niche, you need to think about the competition out there and how easy it is going to be to stand out. Of course you want a subject that has a large potential audience, so why not pick something big like ‘fitness’ or ‘cars’? Well, that’s a good idea on the face of it until you think about how many other bloggers are writing in those niches. Bodybuilding.com is one of the largest sites on the net and it generates a huge turnover – most of which is invested back into the site to ensure a steady flow of new topics. Question is: can you compete with that? Are you going to be able to compete with any of those sites to get to page one? On the other hand, if you choose to blog about rearing stick insects, you’ll likely find that there’s a much smaller audience – but also far less competition. The best case scenario then is to find a topic that is popular but that isn’t so popular that it’s going to attract lots of huge companies and top-name bloggers. Things like ‘foraging’, ‘knitting’, ‘writing’, ‘parkour’ are all big without attracting too much attention. Broad vs Specific Topics Another strategy is to start with a topic that has a broad appeal but then to narrow it down to something more specific. For instance if you like fitness, how about picking a certain area of fitness such as running or CrossFit? Or alternatively, what about targeting a particular group? For instance ‘fitness for diabetics’. You can also try combining two different topics. A great example of this is the blog ‘Nerd Fitness’. Another alternative strategy is to go very broad with your chosen niche which has the advantage of allowing you to come up with lots of new angles for content. If you do this though, you risk a lack of focus so you need to ensure that you keep everything tied together with a common thread. A great example of this is the ‘Art of Manliness’ blog. This blog writes about anything that could be considered ‘manly’ – so that includes editorials on the role of the modern man but also posts on how to smoke a cigar or enjoy whiskey and posts on how to raise children. This gives a huge broad range of topics for the writer while still having a very strong brand identity and focus. Choosing a Profitable Market Another consideration when picking your niche is whether or not it’s profitable. That’s right: some niches are far more profitable than others and you’ll find it easier to monetize depending on which one you pick. Examples of highly profitable niches include finance and business. These are profitable because they offer ROI in themselves: someone will be happier to spend money on an eBook about earning money because in theory they’ll make that initial expense back. Likewise, there is money to be made in any niche that has a big and obvious ‘value proposition’. A value proposition can be thought of like an emotional hook – it is the thing that people will want to buy your products or read your blog for and the ‘way’ that they hope their lives will benefit. Fitness is a great example because people badly want six pack abs and are willing to pay. The same goes for dating. Monetizing that blog on raising stick insects on the other hand will be harder. There is simply not the same demand or ‘need’ for products here. That said though, the relative lack of competition in the area, combined with the relative scarcity of information means there are certainly ways to monetize. Ultimately it’s worth just thinking hard whether or not your niche is going to be profitable or not and weighing this up when choosing whether to write about it. Look at your competition to see whether they look to be making much money, think about your business model and maybe even try verifying your intended business model. Verifying means trying to sell to your target audience first to see if they are actually there and if they are actually interested in buying your product. Chapter 2: How To Pick The Right Blog Platform Got your niche? Great! The next thing then is to think about actually setting up your new site and getting started with your content. To do this, you will need to choose a ‘blogging platform’ which effectively dictates how your site’s code will be structured and what you’ll see when you’re logging in and adding content. Now of course, you don’t actually need a ‘blogging platform’ as such. You can go about building your own website from scratch which will involve creating pages in HTML and CSS, possibly using a builder like ‘Dreamweaver’ but if you do this it will take a lot longer and be much harder to create something that looks and performs like a professional website. Instead then, you want to use a blogging platform/CMS. CMS stands for ‘Content Management System’ and is essentially a tool that simplifies the process of designing and building your website, as well as adding and editing content as needed. Use a CMS and you won’t need to know a line of code in order to build the site, to add new posts and to edit your existing content. This of course saves a lot of time, it streamlines the process and it ensures that your site is at least functional.

YouTube is a website dedicated to free video sharing, allowing users to upload their own videos, view videos from other users, comment on videos and share them on other sites. YouTube has every type of video, and is the most used search engine, right after google. In 2005, three employees of PayPal created YouTube, and it is now one of Google subsidiaries. YouTube allows users to interact with any type of video content, from music videos and movie trailers to original and educational videos, and videos from individuals to media corporations and brands. What are video ads? Video ads have advertising purposes, and are called ads because they provide information about products or companies. They have a purpose and a reason. Any video on YouTube can be used as an ad. These ads appear in different ways: before a video, playing beside a video or in search results YouTube ads give you flexibility. As an individual or as a business, you can start to benefit from the YouTube platform. What do ads cost? With respect to cost, there are two types of ads that you can pick from, both for a price. You’ll have to pay when people see more than 30 seconds of your ad. This means that you’ll only have to pay for those people who engage with your content, or are interested in the video. You and only you decide how much you want to invest in your video ads, so you’ll feel comfortable with the money you spend. Who can I target? Besides being flexible, YouTube ads give you a variety of tools to focus on the public. You can target by age, gender, location, interests and much more. You only have to choose where you want to reach. You should look for what kind of people can easily become interested in you, so that your investment in YouTube will be productive and not a waste of time or money. Choose the right public, because YouTube ads gives you what you need to target and make your video ads reach the places you want. How do I measure the results? With YouTube ads, you can see the analysis and results you get from your video ads. YouTube provides information like how many views your ad has, where it is viewed and what you paid for the views. You can measure the results with adjustments anytime you think you need to, so you can improve the development of your campaign. Chapter 2: Why you should use YouTube Ads for your Business YouTube is the leader in online video, and the premier destination to watch and share original videos worldwide throughout the web. Without a doubt, this opens a huge opportunity to promote brands and businesses through video marketing, by providing you everything you need to profit in a simple, interactive and fun way. What are its benefits? The following benefits will tell you why you should use YouTube Ads for your Business. A ton of traffic: You can lead your traffic to your website, product, or service with video ads. You can generate a ton of traffic, and you'll find less competition at a lower cost. Pay per view: You only pay when people watch your video. You don’t pay for views that are not being converted for your business, so you won’t waste money. Reach your ideal customers: You can reach people based on who they are, their locations and on what they’re interested. You can reach them by topic, keyword or demographics. Build a following: You can drive video views and new channel subscription opportunities, and convert them into revenue for your business. Create a difference with competence: If your competence is limited to one platform (like image, webpage or even radio), video streaming and your use of it will earn you a whole new unlimited group of possible customers. A low budget: It doesn’t take too much from your own wallet to enter the video streaming platform. In fact, most indie youtubers began with nothing more than effort. Responsive web designing: More than seventy percent of people are watching videos using smart devices. They are also spending their time on eCommerce websites to learn about the offers and latest updates from different stores. Marketers are targeting responsive web designing and following this trend to make their marketing videos compatible with mobile screens. This is the most important point that must be focused upon to grab customer attention. Perfect for eCommerce: The description of products and services helps consumers, because they like to watch videos to learn more information about the products they are going to buy. This is an ongoing trend that every online retailer is following today. Immense exposure: This is the key to driving revenue, notwithstanding the obvious fact that capitalizing on this is very important.

Everywhere a person goes online there is someone that’s trying to sell them something. As a result website traffic has gotten pretty good at blocking ads and simply ignoring them. That means you not only need to offer the product for sale, you need to provide your visitors with huge value so that they feel impelled to buy. #2 Earn Their Trust If you want to sell anything to your visitors you need to build trust with them. For those that might be interested in buying online there’s a great deal of skepticism, which makes it much harder to sell. When you take the time to build trust, you are taking the time to build a following that is much more likely to make a purchase. Because of this you have the opportunity to build a solid clientele that keeps coming back to see what you have to say and what you have to offer. #3 Know the Needs of Your Followers What is it that your visitors to your website need? They mistakenly think that all it takes to start to make money is an affiliate program, but nothing could be further from the truth. There’s much more to it. Affiliate marketing is a system where merchants reward affiliates for each referral sale. This is generally accomplished using a number of marketing tools such as banner ads, newsletters, blogs, social media, etc. The links provided by the affiliate program have a tracking code in them. With most affiliate programs there has to be a purchase made although some do pay for sales leads. Let’s have a look at those tips. Tip #1 – Choose Your Merchants With Care – There are thousands upon thousands of affiliate programs out there. You should choose your merchants based on the commission they pay. Look for the highest commissions, quality products, and the best reputation. Tip #2 – Integrity Does Matter – You should never recommend something to your clients that you personally haven’t tried and liked. If you wouldn’t recommend it to your friends, you shouldn’t recommend it to your potential customers. There are tons of good affiliate opportunities so find one. Tip #3 – It’s all About the Niche – If you don’t have traffic coming to your site you can’t make money. There is so much competition online, that it is important that you find a niche that’s yours. If you find a niche that does not have a lot of competitors you might be tempted to grab it, but there may be a reason that there are few in the niche – it might not be a popular niche. Make sure you do your homework. You also don’t want to choose a niche that professional affiliate marketers tend to choose like mortgages, cancer treatments, credit cards, etc. Find a smaller niche that’s still popular like travel to the Barbados. Tip #4 – Relevant – Your affiliate product should be relevant to the content that is on your website. For example, if your website is about cellular phones having an affiliate that’s related to fishing gear would not be a good match, but having an affiliate that’s related to cellular products would be a good match. Tip #5 – Avoid Situations That are Overcrowded – If making a solid income from affiliate marketing was as simple as throwing up banner ads, there would be all kinds of millionaires out there. A site with pages of banner ads is going to look like every other site. You need to stand out and create a page that’s appealing. Visitors don’t like ads. Instead, review the products and tell them something of value. That will definitely be more appealing than a bunch of adds. Affiliate Marketing Tips Every Beginner Should Know As a beginner affiliate marketer you may feel like you are a little out of your league, but there’s good news – being an affiliate marketer is a skill you can quickly develop and you too can build an income stream that you can enjoy. #1 Broaden the Horizons Make sure you take the time to broaden your horizons. Some don’t want to promote higher ticket affiliate products because they think they will be too difficult to sell. However, reconsider this, because it really is about your sales skills and how good a job you can do telling the world about the products. Through content you can let your visitors would feel like having this product. You can appeal to their senses and tempt them with good content. #2 Promote When You are Comfortable – Promoting your affiliate product is work but it is worth it because you can really increase your revenue significantly. You can promote through social media, forums, other websites, directories, by offering contents, and the list goes on. Learn about your product and then once you are comfortable with it, promote the heck out of it. #3 Remember You Are in it For the Long Term – You should be looking at your affiliate marketing as a long term project. If you have not yet built your blog or website, now is the time to do that. If you already have your site that’s great. It is important to create good content consistently and then you need to work at generating traffic. Then it’s time to place ads. This will carry on over time. Ads may change, products might also change over time, but they will stay within your niche. #4 Content is Always King – You might already know this, but it is important to mention it just in case. You need to make sure your site has solid content that’s fresh and interesting to your visitors. It should also be search engine optimized. Visitors are far more likely to return if your site is constantly being updated with interesting and relevant content. #5 Market Yourself – Learning how to market yourself is important. An affiliate is simply a sales channel where you will sell your ads to your visitors. If you first market yourself and build trust you will have a much better chance of enjoying success with your affiliate program.

The following are some of the things one should know about the tennis courts: Court sizes, coating surfaces, court materials, fence material and building material usually follow the guidelines laid out by the American Sports Builders Association. Asphalt base courts – this type of surface has a compacted stone base, with proper drainage incorporated in an important element that will promote the longevity of the court’s surface. The amount of stone and asphalt used is variable and usually depends on the individual’s requirements at the site. Asphalt overlay – there is usually a measurement of two inches of asphalt placed over the existing court surface after a layer of paving fabric has been laid, as this will help to bridge the old and new surfaces. When in the process of building a tennis court, the weather conditions play an important role, thus the need to be sure the court is built during favorable weather conditions. Failing to observe this very important condition may create future problems, when the court’s surface becomes problematic. The painting and leveling processes also require a lot of attention, as this contributes directly to the playing aspect of the game. If the wrong quality of paint is used, the reflection and distorted impression of the surface that is perceived by the naked eye can be very disconcerting for the players using the court. Most players are very sensitive to any off balance in the surface of the court, which will also usually cost them when they are unable to get comfortable enough to play a good game. Chapter 3: How to choose the right racquet Buying a tennis racquet can be a rather confusing exercise, mainly due to the vast variety available in the market today. Therefore getting a racquet that is light weight and perhaps has a slightly oversized head is better than using one that is longer and head heavy. The intermediate player who is a little more skilled at the game may require a little less power form the racquet, thus needing one has allow enhanced maneuverability. Here the ideal racquet should have a midplus head with a more extended length. As for the more advanced to high level players, the racquets should ideally have racquets that are heavier in weight and have smaller and more balanced heads, thinner beams and better control. The general rule of thumb would be that the heavier the racquet, the more power and stability it will be able to generate. This will also help to lessen the transition of shock when in contact with the ball. As for the lighter version of the tennis racquet, it may be easier to swing and maneuver, however may not give the player the added power to create any forceful play action. The grip of the racquet should also be one that allows the player to be both conformable and in control of the general direction the ball flight takes. The following are some of the more basic rules that each tennis player should be aware of and observe diligently: Standing on opposite sides of the court and literally in a cross section format, the player who starts the ball delivery motion would be called the server, while the player who receives the ball will be called the receiver. The starting positions, receiving and serving options are decided at the toss of a coin, before the very onset of the game. The game should only commence when both players have signal their readiness to start play. The server should be standing behind the baseline on the deuce court but within the boundaries of the single court when playing a single match, and within the doubles sideline when playing a doubles game. The server can start the serving motion from anywhere, but the ball must bounce in the service box within the flight it takes. If the ball does not land in the service box, it is deemed a fault and a second serve is called for. The scoring is done in a clock wise fashion whereby the first call would be Love which means zero; the second point would be called at 30 and the third at 45. The game is won when the score goes back to Love. If the score is 40 – 40 which is called a deuce, then one side has the opportunity to sin by two points. Advantage In means the server has the advantage to win and the Advantage Out means the receiver has the advantage to win.
