An Introduction to Tangible Products!
If you've been trying to make money online by promoting affiliate products and programs, you may have realized by now that it's not quite as easy as it might first appear.
However, affiliate programs can be quite lucrative and they’re a wonderful online business choice for anyone who does not want to have to deal with providing customer support, shipping and handling, stock ordering.
Now if you’re like most people who are new to affiliate programs, you probably got your “feet wet” by promoting digital products as an affiliate.
Selling digital products through a place such as ClickBank is definitely the easiest way to get started online. You don't have to wait to be approved by each merchant and once you start earning money you'll receive a commission check every two weeks.
The commissions are actually quite high for digital products as well. It's not uncommon for affiliates to earn as much as 75% for each sale.
What you need to realize though is that there are millions of other products which you can promote as an affiliate. Most of the general public who uses the internet are unfamiliar with digital products.
Technically, they usually understand software to some small extent. But the concept of the digital ebook is still quite new to them.
And it's because of this, that sometimes selling a digital product is actually much harder to do.
To make the most money as an affiliate online you need to promote products which people are already looking to buy.
And nine times out of 10 the general public is looking to buy real products instead of digital ones. Real products are those which need to be shipped.
These are also referred to as tangible products because the customer actually has something they can touch once they've received it.
In the coming chapters you will learn how you can easily promote these products by “dropshipping” and earn huge affiliate income without ever having to worry about stock, handling or customer support.

Chapter 1 – Introduction
Motivation is what keeps us going. It is the reason people succeed and the reason people fail. Motivation is the drive someone has to complete a task. The ingredients of motivation are combined with many factors which include simplicity, attitude, the people you hang around, the way you think, knowing yourself, helping other people and so much more.
The purpose of this e-book is to take you through methods you can practice on a daily basis to remain motivated. These techniques can help you feel better about yourself in everything you do. You can take these methods with you when you go to work and when you are at home.
Motivation is the spark everyone needs to make it throughout the day, to set and meet goals, and more. Without motivation you will fail. When you have apathy toward something you are not motivated because you couldn’t care either way. This is the worst attitude you can have because it isn’t negative either. Someone who feels this way isn’t capable of achieving anything because they don’t care if they do or not. If you are feeling this way this e-book is exactly what you need to help you overcome your attitude and begin feeling motivated again.
When you know how to remain motivated with yourself you can also help others because your attitude will be contagious. When you practice daily motivational techniques eventually they will come to you naturally. At first some of these methods may be difficult for you to do or to remember. It will take time for you to begin to naturally practice and follow these techniques.
Chapter 2 – Keeping It Simple
When thinking about motivation the first thing you need to do is create your space around you at work and at home. This space needs to remain simple and positive. The things around you have a lot to do with the way you feel and if you will be motivated or stuck in a funk.
Your office space should contain and display items that make you feel positive about life and about reaching goals. If you have goals and things you would like to do it might be a good idea to post these things on the wall of your office or your cubicle. This way you have a constant reminder of the things you would eventually like to do.
Only you know where you would like to be in the future. You should create your space as a constant and positive reminder that you are working to get there. Create a positive atmosphere around you no matter where you are. This also includes the car you drive. If you spend many hours in the car commuting everyday make it a positive space. This means clean it up. Don’t drive around a depressing vehicle that is full of trash and paperwork. Get your car detailed and begin to take care of it. You would be surprised how good you will feel when you clean up your car.
A clean home and clean office space make a really big deal when you need motivation. If you find yourself sitting in mounds of paperwork you might have the attitude you are never going to complete the things you need done. A messy workspace can be frustrating and depressing. It may cause you to procrastinate and even be disorganized with your thoughts as well as your work.
A messy and dirty home can be depressing and disabling. Many people will sit around procrastinating for hours in a messy home. It is amazing how good a clean home can make you feel. The best thing you can do is clean up your home. You will feel great and ready to take on anything. Get rid of those clothes which have been sitting in the closet for years that you haven’t worn once. Clean out the mess in the shed and the garage. Don’t just wipe down the counters and do the dishes. Clean house means create a new space that is positive and ready for the new to come into your home. Get rid of all of the old.

Introduction
Using shopping sites (online and offline) to get niche ideas is an excellent starting point for conducting new niche research.
What People are Buying:
By discovering what people are buying right now, a lot of the guess-work is taken out of determining if a product or niche idea can be profitable.
This “shopping behavior” knowledge can be used to target products that will probably sell well at the present time while giving rise to ancillary and supplemental niche ideas.
Think about the ancillary and supplemental products that can be sold alongside (or instead of) the main hot-selling item. (For example, IPod covers are as important to many young consumers as the IPods themselves. A person will have one IPod and 2 or more different covers. This can make IPod ancillary products a money-maker in the IPod niche).
Many times these supplemental products are a more lucrative niche unto themselves.
Discovering Buying Patterns:
Along with discovering what people want to buy, you can also uncover buying patterns.
You want to watch for emerging trends and consistent trends ->
Emerging trends— this is about those products that are rising in the marketplace. More and more searches are being done for these products but the marketplace is not saturated with vendors/merchants yet.
Consistent trends— these are products that customers want to consistently purchase over time as opposed to seasonal buying.
Thinking Like The Buyer:
Shopping sites are actually excellent, top-notch sources of insider information that can be used to develop your customer’s shopping and spending profile. When you have a very good idea of your ideal market prospect’s buying habits, then you can develop a highly targeted marketing campaign.
This buying profile can include such things as:
Gender
Age
Income level
Educational level
Marital status
Etc.
Once you have accumulated the profile information, you have gained a step towards “thinking like the buyer”.
This is priceless data that you can use to meet the buying needs of your customer. You can set up your e-commerce store, develop infoproducts, predict future needs, etc., based upon your ability to more completely understand your markets’ demographics and shopping patterns.

Chapter 1 - What Is Viral Marketing?
You are probably wondering why you should use viral marketing to drive traffic to your website. You have probably already heard about viral marketing and So, what is viral marketing, and why should you care? Is this just another fad that will soon fade away?
In short, viral marketing involves getting other people to willingly spread your message for you. People who like what you have done tell other people, and the message spreads from person to person like a virus. When that happens, it is referred to as your message “going viral”.
It relies heavily on word of mouth advertising; someone sees or reads what you have to offer and tells a couple of their friends. Their friends see or read your message and they tell a couple of their friends, and they tell a couple of their friends, and so on. The number of people who are aware of you and your message increases exponentially. The more people hear about your site, the faster your traffic grows.
How large will it grow? There is really no way to tell. The only real limit to the amount of traffic possible is how many people your site host can handle.

Chapter 1 - Introduction
We often think of Baseball as an “American sport.” While baseball is considered to be America’s national pastime, it is also played all over the world, including Canada, Japan, the Caribbean islands, and South America, just to name a few places. This slow moving, nonviolent game has not only captured the hearts of Americans, but has also spread to other parts of the world.
In the United States, baseball is still considered to be the “ultimate sport.” While the Superbowl, which is the final contest for American pro-football, gets more television viewers than any other event each year, baseball is still followed and watched. Boys and even girls of all ages join little league by the time they are around 4 or 5 years old and learn to play this game. Most American children understand the rules of baseball and have, at one time or another, played this game.
The rules of baseball are simple. They have changed little throughout the ages, although there are doubts as to the origin of the game. While historians argue over how and when baseball started, one thing is clear, by the end of the 19th century, it was already America’s pastime.

Introduction
If there is any such thing as a natural career progression when you are involved in making money from your own online business, it probably goes something like this.
When you first come online to make money, you very quickly realize that there are thousands of products for sale that will, in theory, teach you how to be a successful online entrepreneur. It is likely that you will invest some of your hard earned cash in a few of these products.
Some of them will contain information that you can use, while others will inevitably be disappointing. However, while you’re buying these products, you will realize that you did so because somebody, somewhere sent you to a sales page where you read about the product, liked the idea, and got your credit card out.
Perhaps you even put two and two together and realized that it was not the product creator themselves who sent you to the sales letter page. In all likelihood, it will have been one of their affiliates, someone who was working on a freelance basis promoting that product in return for a commission paid on every successful sale.
Realizing that there is good money to be made from being an affiliate, you begin to look into the positives and negatives of promoting and selling as an affiliate yourself. When you do so, you will undoubtedly come to the conclusion that there are far more positives to affiliate marketing than there are negatives from the individual affiliate’s point of view.
In the first place, you can start marketing as an affiliate within a couple of minutes of finding a product or service that you want to promote. There is no need to carry any kind of inventory, and you do not need to create your own product either.
Especially if you’re working with one of the larger network sites, there are no problems with getting your commission payments.
Affiliate marketing is a perfect starting point for anyone who wants to create their own online business.
It is not, however, completely without its downsides.
For example, you can spend as much time and money as you like promoting a product as an affiliate, but unless you generate any sales, you will never earn any money in return. You can find yourself seriously out of pocket if you are not particularly successful as an affiliate.
Furthermore, unless you set your affiliate marketing processes and systems up correctly, you will spend your whole life chasing new customers. By doing so, you are building the business of the original product vendor rather than your own.
Nevertheless, despite these disadvantages, it is still true that the vast majority of online marketers probably got their start as an affiliate.
Some people (but only a very small handful) realize that they have a genuine talent for marketing as an affiliate, and continue to do so throughout the rest of their online business career.
These people are often referred to as ‘super-affiliates’, as they are the people who generate healthy six-figure incomes primarily from their efforts to sell other people’s products.
However, even these ‘super-affiliates’ realize that their online business ‘arsenal’ is not complete without unique products of their own.
Apart from the ‘super-affiliates’, the majority of online business owners and internet marketers move in the direction of creating their own products too.

What is a Blog and How Blogging Will Help Your Business
Many people wonder what exactly is a blog, and how can it help their business, if at all. Before you can make big money with blogs you must first understand what blogs are all about, because many people simply don’t know.
The blog has been around for years, however just came into major popularity in the last three years. The weblog or blog is simply an application that allows users to post written text that gets immediately posted to the web, like an online journal of sorts. The blog is something that is meant to be as easy to use as the word processor application on your computer. While most websites take hours to update, a blog can be updated in real time, as quick as one would save a file to a computer. This is partly what makes blogs magical.
Blogging is a great way to get information on the internet inexpensively with friendly results, such as high search engine ranking, and free advertising. The blog, with it’s variety of keyword heavy posts allows people to make money off of the high return result on a search engine like Google. What this means is that if you are selling home security systems, and you create a blog about good deals on such systems, chances are people looking for a security system will come across your blog in the search engine. This added exposure will surely help more people notice your business, and make purchases, thus creating greater business for you.

Chapter 1 Introduction To Affiliate Programs & Residual Income Affiliate Programs
So what are affiliate programs and how can you earn a constant monthly income with them? Well, we're do I get started.
Affiliate programs are a great way to get started marketing online. In essence affiliate programs or associate programs are revenue sharing arrangements where companies (merchants) pay webmasters commission for sending them customers.
You are paid a commission if the person buys a product or service, (Pay Per Sale - Most Popular Option), clicks on an affiliate link (Pay Per Click - Less popular due to fraud) or simply fills out a form (Pay Per Lead - Also Very Popular).
Basically affiliate programs are programs that enable you to sell other peoples products for a percentage of the sale. They are also a very hot topic at the moment. To see a comprehensive list of affiliate programs you can join, visit https://www.AssociatePrograms.com . You can virtually sell anything online now thanks to affiliate programs.
But the most popular type of affiliate programs now are the ones that pay you monthly! These are called residual income affiliate programs, and to be honest with you, I won't promote anything else.
Residual income affiliate programs pay you a certain amount each month for every customer you send to them, that's stays on with their service, whether that be web hosting, online dating or membership sites.
Let me explain the power of these types of programs. With regular affiliate programs, you get paid a once off sum for the sale you produce, and after awhile you tend to run out of buying customers, so you have to quickly move on to another affiliate program to keep trying to make a monthly wage.
However, with residual income affiliate programs, if you get a customer to sign up, and they use the merchant’s service for say 6 months, you get paid a percentage of the sale for 6 months. Let's say you sold a web hosting account and for every sale you get $10. Not a lot, but considering the customer is staying for 6 months, you just made $60 from that customer, not just the initial $10 sale, and the best thing is, services like these are normally necessities. I.e. every website must have web hosting correct?
So by selling services people need, it makes your job a heck of a lot easier that's for sure.
When I first started, I started with affiliate programs that paid me one lump sum, and while the money was good, I was working way too hard. Now instead of promoting 40 or 50 one off sale affiliate programs, I promote 10 to 12 monthly programs instead, and in this guide, I'm going to show you the same exact method.

Chapter One - Introduction to Foreclosure -
There are a number of different events and situations that lead homeowners to the brink of foreclosure, including an unexpected job loss, or even a severe medical emergency. However, a number of other actions, even simply choosing the wrong type of loan when you purchase your home can also send you into similar dire financial territory.
If you should happen to take on a riskier loan, even if you do not have to pay a lot of money right from the start, you can find yourself facing foreclosure, especially if the interest rate on your loan is a variable rate meaning that it can go up when interest rates increase every year.
It does not really matter what the reasons are for your dire financial problems. What does matter is that all is not lost. There are options and alternatives available to you that are well worth trying. You still may be able to save your home, by filing for bankruptcy, or re negotiating your mortgage. If you want to try to save your home by avoiding foreclosure, then you will benefit from reading the entire book.

Introduction
Just In Case – What Is PLR?
PLR stands for Private Label Rights. A PLR product or service is created by one party and distributed with permission by another party under the distributing party’s label or business name.
There are many working examples of this concept in the offline world:
For instance, a company called Vitarich Laboratories manufactures health supplements and sells packaging and labeling rights to many well-known vitamin retailers like GNC. In this scenario Vitarich Labs produces the vitamins, minerals, etc. and GNC bottles these products, slaps a great looking label with their logo onto each bottle, then stocks the shelves of their international retail centers with GNC branded supplements.
Another example is Chef Boyardee canned pasta. Surely you’ve had a can or two of their Ravioli or Spaghetti & Meatballs at some point.
In an effort to generate even more revenue for their already profitable company, ConAgra Foods, Inc. (the producers of Chef Boyardee products) has numerous PLR packaging contracts with grocery store chains and smaller canned food manufacturers and distributors. So the products are cooked and canned at the Chef Boyardee plant but labeled with the brand name and logo of the PLR partner, Save-A-Lot groceries being just one example off the top of my head.
So you see the concept of Private Label Rights is actually far older than Web marketing, and in fact even predates the Internet! But the concept has gained a great deal of mainstream popularity in the online marketing communities over the past couple of years.
In the case of Web marketing, PLR is often seen with e-books, software, etc. where the initial creator of a product sells (usually a limited number of) licenses to distributors allowing them to not only retail the product under their name and logo, but even alter the contents and functions of the product considerably if they wish.
In theory PLR marketing on the Web is a great idea. But as with just about everything online it didn’t take long for the lazy and unrefined wannabe marketers to give the whole game a black eye.
