Managing Diverticular Disease PLR Ebook With Audio

Salespage Snapshot: >>> Click Here To View Full Sales Page... Sample Content Preview Diverticular disease, Diverticulosis and Diverticulitis What is the difference? Diverticular disease is a disorder of the gastro-intestinal tract that primarily affects the colon. Studies have shown that it can affect any part of the gastrointestinal tract, but the colon is most susceptible. This disorder is characterised by the development of pockets or ‘diverticula’ within the colon wall. These diverticula tend to develop in the weak areas of the bowel, in particular, sites where a large number of bloods vessels penetrate the walls of the bowel and in areas that are generally narrower than most others- such as the sigmoid colon. It is believed that the development of diverticula is a result of the adoption of western diets, which tend to be low in fibre. This is evident in developed or industrialised countries. Due to the large amounts of refining within the food system, the amount of fibre contained in many foods is severely diminished. A diet low in fibre results in the production of stools of a different consistency than normal. This consistency requires more pressure to be present in order to move the stools through the bowel. It is the high pressures that result in the bowel expanding or ‘pocketing outwards through the surrounding muscle, consequently forming the pocket like structures known as diverticula. Diets high in beef and animal products as opposed to fruit and vegetable are also shown to result in diverticular disease. Animal products contain very little fibre, whereas plants are the main supply for fibre in the diet. If you limit the amount of fruit and vegetables you consume, you limit the amount of fibre in your diet, and increase the pressure in your bowels. This puts you in a high risk category for developing diverticula.

This condition has many variations and is non life threatening, but the more severe cases of acne can be disfiguring, leaving permanent scars on the affected areas. The lesions which acne causes are described in five ways: comedos, papule, pustule, nodule and cyst. These terms denote the range or severity. Save Your Marriage PLR Ebook With Audio

Salespage Snapshot: >>> Click Here To View Full Sales Page... Sample Content Preview Introduction If you saw the emotional turmoil portrayed in the movies War of the Roses and Kramer vs. Kramer, you’d probably think twice about divorce. Unhappy individuals who believe that ending their marriage would make them happier are often living a myth. Chances are, they’ve attributed the failure of their marriage to their spouse. Each one blaming the other, instead of examining themselves. By failing to accept their own frailties, and not realizing that they’ve entered the marriage with unrealistic expectations, they unconsciously set themselves up for a potential separation. There’s also the phenomenon of short memories. For some reason, the same individuals who vowed to support each other during their time of wedded bliss have forgotten their commitment and vows to love each other through thick and thin. Our modern society has indeed become a disposable society. This is what Alvin Toffler predicted almost two decades ago. This state of “disposableness” is reflected in our ability to delete and purge and shred what we no longer need.

Salespage Snapshot: >>> Click Here To View Full Sales Page... Sample Content Preview INTRODUCTION Often when a child is wetting his or her bed, the reason is due to an undiagnosed medical condition or to psychological effects. As a parent, you need to find out what is affecting your child so you can stop the problem. After reading this publication, you'll have the tools and knowledge to help your child overcome bedwetting. Before we start to consider some of the things that can be done to stop bedwetting, we need to discuss the background. Bedwetting occurs at night, often with children who have little or no trouble controlling their bladder during the day. Bedwetting is not a rare problem. Experts think that five to seven million children in the USA wet the bed at least occasionally. The older children get, the less likely they are to wet the bed. However, 1% of older teenagers, and 20% of children between the ages of five and six will still wet their bed regularly. Bedwetting creates stress for the entire family. Parents may be frustrated and fatigued by the extra laundry, drying mattresses, and reassurances that follow each incident. The medical term for bedwetting is Enuresis and it is a serious subject for medical research. Researchers have found that a few basic causes of bedwetting seem to be the culprit for most sufferers. Among medical causes, ailments such as urinary tract infections, allergies, diabetes, cell anemia and sleep disorders are often the culprit. Since bedwetting is often the first sign of these problems, it is a good idea to get your child checked out for these conditions. In addition, researchers have found that psychological reasons such as stress, upset, and trauma often contribute to bedwetting.

Stop Headaches Drug Free PLR Ebook With Audio

Salespage Snapshot: >>> Click Here To View Full Sales Page... Sample Content Preview Introduction Almost everyone has experienced a headache. They can be categorized as migraine, sinus and tension. You can fight them by taking over the counter medication, or you can follow the remedies in this book and prevent them. Migraines A migraine is a splitting headache that seems to attack you out of the blue. It actually occurs from changes in the blood vessels that supply blood to the brain and trigger the pain. Migraines affect 10 - 15% of the population. They usually start in childhood or adolescence and continue through middle age. Once the pain of a migraine sets in, it's sheer agony. It's almost as if one side of your head is being ripped off. There are two main types of migraine, the classic migraine and the common migraine. Both the classic and the common kind can occur as often as several times a week or as rarely as once every few years. For some people, it's possible to predict the occurrence of a migraine. For example there is a greater tendency for a migraine near the days of menstruation or every Saturday morning after a stressful work week. Although many sufferers have a family history of migraines, the exact hereditary nature of this condition is not known. People who get migraines are thought to have an inherited abnormality in the regulation of blood vessels. The following factors often act as triggers that set off the migraine. Stress is one of the major factors that can contribute to the onset of a migraine. It may not be possible for you to get away from the cause of stress, particularly if it is something connected with your job, but you may want to consider alternatives in your work environment. Anger can trigger a migraine as well. It would be good for short tempered people to learn ways of controlling their anger. One solution is counting to 10. The next time you get angry count to ten very slowly before you really blow your lid. By the time you get to ten you should have cooled down. Both physical and mental fatigue can lead to a migraine, so do not push yourself too much. Enough is enough. When your body starts giving you signals that it has had enough, listen to it and stop whatever you are doing. Just bear in mind that a little more productivity in one day is not worth losing the productivity of the next couple of days.

How To Start A Scrapbooking Business PLR Ebook With Audio

Salespage Snapshot: >>> Click Here To View Full Sales Page... Sample Content Preview INTRODUCTION Scrapbooking has been around for years, it just wasn't called Scrapbooking. Teenage girls have taped prom tickets to notebook pages and written their memories of the evening along with pictures and other mementos for years. We arrange photos into albums and perhaps label them with dates and other information to preserve our memories. Scrapbooking as we now know it, got its official start in 1980 by the Christensen family in Utah. These pioneers went on to launch the hugely successful company, Keeping Memories Alive. And the scrapbooking industry continues to grow at an exponential rate. In the last several years, scrapbooking has taken on a new life. No longer are these albums simply photos and labels or a couple of prom tickets taped to a page. Now they are elaborately styled memory books with fancy embellishments and features. Some people consider scrapbooking an art form, and when you look at some of these pages, you might agree. Scrapbooking has blossomed into a billion dollar business. In fact, the latest figures reveal that it’s now a $2.55 billion per year business - and that's only in the U.S. Worldwide estimates put the industry at $5 billion. Many people are cashing in on the craze by starting their own scrapbooking businesses. It's an easy business to start and you can operate your business out of your home. You set your own hours, working whenever you want and you can be as creative as you like. But perhaps the biggest advantage of starting your own scrapbooking business is it can be done for a relatively small start-up investment. You can pursue this business in many different ways.
