What is a Virus
A virus will function as an element that will constitute damage to the hard disk contents or interfere with the normal operational executions of the computer system. This will cause the computer to be unable to function properly until the virus is eliminated and the overall system is overhauled and rebooted
The Basics
A virus program is usually able to replicate itself and this too is an added problem once the virus latches on to a system. Progressively getting out of control, the virus will attempt to cause as much damage as possible before it can be detected and eliminated. The replication is usually intentional and designed to act just like a Trojan, thus causing the unsuspecting user being caught off guard. If a file that contains a virus is opened, or copied onto another computer, then the other computer will also become infected and this process is repeated every time the file is opened and downloaded onto other systems.
A virus can easily be introduced into a computer system along with any software program and this is bad news for the users of FTP otherwise referred to as file transfer protocol. The viruses can also become a problem when there is referencing done and email attachments are being used. When the virus enters the computer system, it can attach itself to, or even replace an existing program. This of course is not good for the user, who will ultimately open the attachment or file and cause the virus to be activated.
How Do They Spread
Having a virus unleash itself within a computer system can be a nightmare for the user, as this is most often done unintentionally but with no less detrimental effects. There is no real way to detect how a virus really attacks and spreads but a lot of effort is put into how to ensure the damage done is as minimal as possible.

How to Build a Strong CRM Database for Marketing
CRM marketing is a powerful tool that many marketers are still overlooking today, yet it can make you more efficient and increase your marketing efforts.
If someone asked you how many customers you had in your region, could you tell them? If you were asked how many sales prospects, you had, would you know?
Using CRM it is important to divide your customer data base into segments or regions, because if you don’t when you send out that email message, everyone is going to get it and at best it will result in a low response and worse it will annoy customers and have them drop off your mailing list. So how does one build a strong database that will improve your marketing results?
1. Watch Your Data Quality
At the base of your marketing being effective is the need for access to good quality data. You need to get as much information on a company or person as you can. You can uses Google or LinkedIn to find out more about a person. There are other business directories that can be helpful. The minimum information you should have is their address, telephone number, email and title. You can also add your interests. Add the information you find to your CRM database.
2. Maintain a Good Database
In order to maintain a good database you need to be updating it regularly. This should not just be the job of the marketing department but it should also involve other departments that access the information. They will also have opportunities to update information. For example, a customer phones in with a complaint and they the customer service rep a new phone number, they need to be adding it at that stage. This is how good solid databases are built.
3. Have the Ability to Select
When you have created structured data, it is easy for you to choose based on your target group. You can select one or more target groups for your marketing campaign to target. For example, maybe you want to run an email campaign that targets those people with the title ‘account manager’ and who are assigned to the salesperson Joey. You will access your CRM software and select with this criteria. It will take no time at all for the list to appear on the screen. There’s no need for Excel or large complicated processes.
If staff understands the importance of filling in as many fields as possible, you will create a powerful database full of customer information and your marketing campaigns will become stronger and more powerful.

Getting Started
Now before anything else I am not going to bore you with a long winded introduction on Facebook and how it started. I am sure you will be familiar with Facebook and its owner Mark Zuckerberg (the former high school nerd) who is a billionaire, who created the site in 2004.
Now most people you know will be on Facebook. The amount of traffic and the level of publicity Facebook receives is astonishing. This is why there is a lot of money to be made from Facebook.
Fanpages
Since the introduction of Fanpages Facebook has changed the way we market our business online. Facebook Fanpages allow you to market to a certain audience, anywhere across the world.
In the first section of this guide I am going to focus on creating your first fanpage. Now to make it easier I am going to be focusing on one specific fanpage throughout this guide. I will make a Fanpage from scratch and show you exactly how I monetise it with CPA/Clickbank offers.
I will also show you how to make money by “renting out” Fanpage status updates to people.

I. Introduction
As we march into this bright new millennium, we’re constantly reminded of the fusion of east and west. Whether it’s through satellite television programming that beams in productions from different cultures, enjoying books and music from distant lands that, only a generation or two ago, couldn’t be accessed, and – of course – communicating with people across time and space through the Internet and other telecommunications advancements, the world has become a much smaller place. Indeed, when Marshall McLuan coined the term Global Village, even he probably didn’t envision so much, so fast, so soon.
Riding the wave of information that now crisscrosses our tiny planet is something that has its roots in ancient history, yet is experiencing a blossoming in the west that continues to gain momentum with each passing year. Whether it’s at a local YMCA or a lush spiritual retreat in the Everglades, Yoga is establishing itself as a mainstay in western culture; indeed, in global culture.
However, many people are reluctant to experience the physical, emotional, and psychological health benefits of yoga; and there is really only one major reason for this: misinformation.
While many people might truly enjoy yoga and find it to be the side-effect free answer to a lot of their emotional and physical ailments, they just don’t know enough about the subject to take that first step.
Furthermore, a stereotype out there that seems to persist despite evidence to the contrary is that yoga is a religious following; and that to experience its many health benefits somehow obliges one to renounce their faith or, worse, run away to some commune and eat tofu in between chanting sessions.
While, yes, if you’d like to go to a retreat and enjoy tofu and chanting, that’s probably possible (almost anything is possible, as long as it’s legal and people want to do it, right?).

To succeed online or in business generally for that matter, you need a brand. It's not enough to simply start spamming the web with content; you need to ensure that you have thought about who you want to be, how you are going to gradually raise awareness of your company, how you are going to introduce a gradually increasing number of potential customers to your products and services and how you are going to cement the loyalty of those who come across you.
Here we will look at how you should go about doing this by creating a strong brand and then growing it to the point where you will be recognizable by your logo alone. We'll go through why you need a brand if you're running an online business, we'll look at the basics of what a brand is and we'll look at all the tools and techniques you'll need to create a brand that works for you in a highly effective manner.
Why You Need a Brand to Succeed Online?

Chapter 1: Why Affirmations Are Important For Internet Marketers
Synopsis
Affirmations are self-talk statements & better presented to the subconscious. These fresh images are viewed as "credible" by the subconscious & are placed in the area of subconscious having to do with the power to enhance the ability to employ particular powerful memories with less work. Through this special imagery an internet marketer can develop the inner tools for upper-level focus on good relationship building skills, letting the memories and images be transported to the here and now where they're used for enhancing bettered relationship building skills which are crucial for internet marketers.
Just Why Do We Need Affirmations?
Frequently individuals believe these good and beneficial self talk memories are a fallacy and don't exist, but the subconscious mind recognizes where they are located and will direct them forward for increased success in business and life.
These forms of affirmation/suggestions open up fresh neural tracts in the mind, heightening the ability to "play" these fresh mighty images. Stale images related to negativity, failings, deficiency of initiative, frail goal images and the ability to develop and work a goal action plan are decreased. When the mind hears hear new self-talk affirmations the subconscious sees them as "real."
You've likely observed a common element in those who are most successful, in business and in life. These succeeders and successful individuals tend to be enthusiastic and zealous, in all facets of their lives. This exuberance is infectious, and it tends to rub off on all those individuals with whom the successful individual interacts. A favorable attitude, and the power to turn that attitude into results is crucial to motivating team members to do better, acquiring the best from associates, and working with peers, both in business and life.
As you are able to see, a positive attitude is a useful asset, regardless what your place in the internet marketing world.

Introduction
What is List Building?
List building is the process of building a mailing list and this is something that any business or marketer should be adept in. So exactly is a mailing list? That would be a collection of e-mails that you will acquire through a website and/or through other means and which you can then use in order to promote and sell products.
The great thing about these lists is that they consist of people who have willingly given you their e-mail addresses and thus given you permission to contact you. They will have visited your website or blog, so you know they're interested in your niche or whatever it is you are trying to sell. What's more, the fact that you can message them at will means that you will be able to develop a relationship with them, building trust and interest to the point where they are feverish to buy.
It's for these reasons that list building is widely considered to be one of the most effective tools available to businesses as well as internet marketers.
Any marketing 'guru' will recommend this as one of the most important methods available and potentially it is the best and easiest route to making big money online.

Introduction
Let's see if the following paragraphs sound familiar to you...
When you first discover Internet marketing you get all excited - and make no mistake about it, Internet marketing IS REALLY EXCITING.
Quite frankly the money making potential if you have an online business is massive and VERY easy to see...
So, you went off and learn as much as you can about it. You’ve learned all about how to build a website, how to use FTP and how to set up a Wordpress blog. You’ve read and learn all about email marketing and how to build a squeeze page, how to create an information product and how to build a business around it.
But a few months or weeks down the line nothing much has happened.
Am I right?
And then it has hit you like a ton of bricks...
None of these things matter if you don't have traffic, because this is the lifeblood of your online business. And if you don’t have it, than nobody will see your offers and you won’t make money.
I know it sounds really rude, but this is something the most newbies completely miss and some “advanced marketers” too. There are some people who even think that you can just throw up a website and hope that other people find you...
But sadly that's never going to work. You have to actively go out and tell people about your sites, and this is what I call to have a traffic strategy.

Chapter 1: Introduction To Reiki
Synopsis
Divided into two loosely termed branches reiki is sometimes known as Japanese Reiki and Western Reiki.
The Basics
Generally categorized into three main stages of expertise, such as first degree, second degree, and third degree, a reiki practitioner is able to heal himself or herself and also others. The second degree practitioner had the ability to heal others from a distance, also known as distance healing. The third and highest degree is the ultimate level where the practitioner is now thoroughly well versed and equipped with the necessary knowledge and skill to teach and attune others to the practice of reiki.
Simply put, reiki is a form of healing using the holistic concept without the use of medications of any sort. The reiki practitioner typically places his or her hands over the individual needing the healing. The belief is that the positive energy is then drawn by the recipient to enhance the natural healing processes. There are even some seemingly bizarre claims that the healing energy is self seeking and can “zero” in on the injury to commence the healing process.
The dominant factor in reiki is the positive energy it is purported to emit for healing purposes. As the energy of the practitioner is expected to be at optimum levels and of course ideally positive, there are certain requirements a successful reiki practitioner needs to follow. Keeping the body and mind as pure as possible is one of the prerequisites. Some people believe the Japanese reiki is more focus and intuitive to specific areas that need the healing, as opposed to the western reiki style that generally treats the whole body.
