Lesson 1: What Is Niche Marketing and Why?
What Is Niche Marketing?
Let me illustrate.
Imagine that you live in New York city.
One day, researchers discovered a gold mine at a certain location X right in the heart of New York.
Everyone starts to go to location X and try to dig for gold.
Only one problem though.
They didn't have any spades to dig!
Coincidentally, you happen to run a DIY shop and you have up to 500 spades in stock.
Not much, but then instead of charging $2, you can now charge up to $100 for each one.
And everyone willingly pays for it because they want to dig for gold.
This is niche marketing in action. Marketing the spades (niche product) to a select group of buyers (niche market).

Introduction
Welcome to The Web Marketers Traffic Course. It has been my experience that, with the exception of very few programs on the market today, there have really not been any definitive resources to increasing website traffic. Sure, there are a lot of really great eBooks, Teleseminars, and eCourses available on one or two aspects of how to draw visitors; but most of these just focus on a couple of methods. Here we are going to take a look at many different techniques.
The Internet Super-Highway
As you will see as we progress through this course that there are many different types of highly effective traffic generation techniques that can be used to drive traffic to your website.
While researching this book I found that the techniques used to get traffic to cross the Internet “Super-Highway” and come to my websites were actually analogous to different types of roadways. Some were slow and lazy, like an old Dirt Road, while others were fast, effective, and efficient, like an expressway.
I have also found that people also have a tendency to learn these techniques in pretty much the same way in which they learned how to drive. They start out on an old Dirt Road, then move to two-lane roads, four-lane roads, and eventually work their way up to highways and expressways.
Well, that’s exactly how we are going to teach you these traffic generation techniques. We will start out slow with the basic, proven, even often forgotten “Dirt Road” and gradually increase your skill, proficiency, and mastery of these concepts in a building block approach. Before you know it you know it, your website should have all the traffic you want and you will be flying along on the Internet Super-Highway.
Believe it or not, when they invented the Internet, they actually did a very thorough job. Honestly, no joke, the thing even comes complete with ruts and ditches! We will mark these for you with caution signs and show you how to drive defensively so that you can avoid them.

Introdution
First of all, thank you for downloading this special report. I hope once you read through this report you will see how truly valuable a membership at AudioVideo Riches.com is, and how it can help you explode your online business. As you may have noticed, online multimedia has really emerged as a powerful business tool. The purpose of this report is simply to open your eyes to the possibilities out there. Online audio or video can be used in sales letters to aid in the sales process, on squeeze pages to increase your opt in rate, on eBay to better describe the auction, expert interviews, testimonials, video blogging, and the list goes on and on.
The core factor in all of this is that giving your prospects something they can see and/or hear builds credibility and trust therefore leading to increased conversion rates, more sales, and ideally more money in the bank for you. Let me start by answering one of the most frequently asked questions regarding online audio and video.
Is producing online audio and video hard?
Absolutely not. This is one of the biggest misconceptions out there. If you have a computer, computer microphone, and some free software, you can easily produce and publish online audio.
Online video gets a little trickier, but still it’s much easier than you think. As a matter of fact, you can begin producing your own online video presentations with a computer, a $50 web cam, and again, some free software.
Now if you want to get fancy and spend a little bit of money you can buy these items to produce high quality, professional, video presentations in front of a green or blue screen just like the pros do:
• Camcorder (This is a big variable. Can range anywhere from $200 to $1,000+)
• Green/blue screen and stand (As little as $30)
• Tripod to hold your camera (As little as $8)
• Photo studio quality umbrella lighting ($75-$200)
• Video editing software ($100)
That’s the basics right there. Your camcorder is of course your big variable. In the members’ area of Audio Video Riches, I show you exactly what equipment I have used to set up my own little home studio. These sources are for the budget conscious individuals. I will also reveal what I believe to be the best (considering the price point) video editing software out there.

Introduction By Deron Clark
Thank you for downloading this ebook. It is our hope that you find it informative and that it helps you avoid some costly mistakes and dispels some of the misconceptions regarding list building and email marketing. I also want to stress something else because many of you reading this ebook are relatively new to all this.
Don't ever believe it if someone tells you that all you have to do is send a bunch of emails out to thousands of people that don't know you and they will “instantly” buy your product or service and make you rich over night.
This is the biggest misconception that is expressed to me in emails from those list members and website visitors that are new to list building and email marketing. To you I say, slow down and get more foundation on the subject so that you remain “realistic” when working with email leads. So, I wrote this with that in mind and I hope you find this ebook of value. Enjoy and let us know what you gained from it.

What Is MLM Anyway?
MLM stands for multi-level marketing. This type of home business opportunity is based on the very powerful idea of building a strong network of customers and product distributors and earning commissions on the buying and selling activity of everyone in this network.
For example you will find customers to buy your products, and distributors to help you sell your products. Obviously you will profit when your own customers buy, but you’ll also get paid when the distributors you refer make sales!
This business model relies on interpersonal network building to move product from the manufacturer to the end user. For this reason MLM is also referred to as network marketing, and these terms will be interchanged within this report.
MLM can be traced back to the 1940's, when a company called Nutrilite began distributing vitamin products and health supplements via network building. It is worth mentioning that the founders of the original Nutrilite company were also involved in the founding of the vitamin/health supplement industry in the 1920s. It is therefore far from coincidence that so many networking opportunities focus on wellness products.
The popularity of MLM opportunities grew steadily during the 1960s. This market enjoyed tremendous growth in the 1970s, and saw another strong surge in the 90s.
By 1998, just three years after the mainstream inception of the worldwide-web, the "Internet gold rush" began. By the year 2000, the revolution was in full swing. Network marketers hailed the coming of a new age of personal prosperity and MLM success.

Chapter 1 - Buying Your First Home Now!
There has never been a better time than now to buy a home. The prices are lower than ever and the Federal Reserve continues to lower the interest rates in an effort to stimulate the economy. Yet few people are buying because they are either afraid or intimidated by the aspect of “losing money.”
Everyone has heard that the residential real estate market has crashed and burned. It might even get worse before it gets better, although it is pretty much lower than it has been for decades. This is a bad time for anyone selling real estate, but not for buying. If you have been pondering whether or not to buy but are either afraid of the market, fear no more. This book is going to tell you everything you need to know about buying a house in this economy or any other market.
Buying a house is not like buying stock. Both are investments and both should be considered long term investments. A house generally appreciates in value each year along with inflation. So does stock. Bank accounts also appreciate in value due to interest, although today’s interest rates are lower than the rate of inflation. If you let it be, however, your bank account will be worth more money in 10 years than it is today, assuming you are getting some interest.

THE BREAD AND BISCUIT BAKER'S ASSISTANT
I. INTRODUCTORY CHAPTER
When we reflect upon the present conditions under which the bread-making industry is carried on in most of the large cities and towns of England, Scotland, and Ireland, and remember the importance of that industry to mankind, we cannot but be impressed by the little progress that has been made in the art of bread-making. Whilst other industries have been marked by important improvements, we find bread being made in much the same manner as it was five hundred years ago. The mystery is how -- by accident, it would seem -- We get such well-made bread as we do. There are very few even now who have the slightest conception of what yeast really is, and fewer still who know how or why it makes bread light. But it will surprise me if the trade does not undergo, in the course of the next ten years, a complete and beneficial change.
Master bakers and confectioners are everywhere complaining of the incompetency of their workmen; and it cannot be denied that there is some ground for the complaint. Proper training in the baking and confectionery trade is of great importance. A trained servant gives satisfaction to his employer, and receives a responsive good feeling in return.
Let us see what is meant by "training." In its broadest and best sense, it is knowing what to do, and when and how to do it.
Take the first condition -- What to do. This may be considered on two grounds, generally known as the practical and the theoretical, though the latter is sometimes confounded with the scientific, and people are led to sneer at science. Much has been said lately in our trade journals about introducing scientific chemistry to the journeyman baker in connection with his daily work of making bread. But how many journeyman bakers could we find that even understand the meaning of the word chemistry, without expecting them to understand mysteries to which years of study have been devoted by such men as Liebig, Graham, Dumas, Darwin, Pasteur, and Thorns of Alyth?

1. Getting Past Fear of Failure
Being afraid of failure is a normal emotion for every person on the planet. How you get past that fear is the determining factor between failing and succeeding. You can do that by setting realistic goals and then examining those goals on occasion to do any necessary realignment. Above all, believe in yourself and the desire burning within that you can achieve it.
2. Make Opportunities
Rather than wait for money opportunity to find you, you need to find money opportunities. This might be watching for business opportunities in the paper regarding small businesses being sold, great real estate opportunities, and investments with stocks, bonds, or mutual funds, taking a talent and turning it into an entrepreneurial adventure. People that have reached financial status will tell you that they look for ways to seize opportunities, not wait for opportunities to come knocking on their door because it will not happen that way.
3. Make the Best of Each Day
Try to live every day as though it were your last. Make the most of every day and accomplish something. Even if it is something small, every baby step adds up to a huge success in the end.

Foreword
By Joseph Then
Dear Valued Reader,
Hi and thank you for investing in this book. What is staring at you right now is a series of exclusive interviews with some of South East Asia’s finest marketers.
Here’s a quick introduction about me before we get into the juicy point of this powerful material: my name is Joseph Then from sunny-side Singapore and I have been marketing on the Internet for the last 5 years.
I work as a party entertainer and developed my business on the Internet. I still enjoy doing them, but I cannot say the same back in the Year 2000 when I quit my daytime job.
Telling you that my first year of Internet Marketing was hell is probably an understatement – the loss of “today’s money,” fear of failing and not being able to pay my bills on time were real.
I made a grand total of ZERO income in my first year from Internet Marketing – what an achievement. I didn’t count on sapping out my credit card. In almost every night that year, I looked at my wife and my 6-month old son, and I wondered if I was right to quit my job to be self-employed, especially since my savings were depleted and I had yet to make any solid income online.
I will never forget those miserable days, and the nights were worse.
Yet, I didn’t give up. In my second year, I achieved my first success when I purchased a Web site on eBay.com with my last USD$2,000.00, which I had accumulated by luck (beg, borrow or steal, you name it!). That Web site brought me a steady income of USD$1,000.00 to USD$2,000.00 every month.
Finally, I was making money online! Then, the rest was history.
I continued to venture into various online businesses. Yes, I lost some money to unworkable businesses, earned a little from some, but the few hits on the bull’s eye brought back profits that made up more than the amount of money I lost in other investments.
Today, I have several profit-pulling Web sites that are making me money and even my wife has joined in to work with me – minus the skepticism she had 5 years ago. ?
Just last November, I had the chance to meet Edmund Loh in person at the Tampines MRT station. He’s Malaysian but since he was staying only in Johor Bahru (which is 20 minutes from my place), we didn’t pass up the chance to meet in person. It is not everyday that I meet Internet Marketers.
