Childrens Party Games
Getting people of the world to have fun together
Chinese whispers
Sit everyone in a circle. Whisper a long phrase to one person. They, in turn, whisper what they heard to the next person, and so on. The last person announces what they heard.
Pass the Parcel
Wrap a bar of chocolate (or some other gift), in a layer of paper. Now wrap it in another layer and repeat until you have about 10 layers. Finally wrap it in gift paper (so it looks nice). Sit everyone in a circle and play a short snippet of music. When the music stops, the person holding the parcel removes ONE layer of wrapping. Repeat until the last layer of wrapping has been removed. The winner keeps the present.
Pass the Parcel with forfeits
As above but every layer contains a forfeit (E.g Sing a song, Eat a teaspoon of Mustard, have your belly button filled with water).
The Chocolate (or Jelly) Game
Sit everyone in a circle and place a tray in the middle with a hat, scarf, gloves, knife and fork, die and a wrapper bar of chocolate. In turn, players throw the die. If they throw a SIX, they must put on the Hat, Scarfe and Gloves before they start to unwrap the chocolate with the knife and fork, ad then start to eat it. To speed up the game add a second die and require a Double SIX. The Jelly Variation is to turn out a set jelly onto a plate and eat it with the knife and fork.
Musical Chairs
The old favourite. With one fewer chairs than people, a short snippet of music is played while the people move around the room. When the music stops everyone tries to sit on a vacant chair. (Only ONE person per chair) The person who doesn't find a chair is out. One chair is taken away and the game continues until only one person (The Winner) is left.

Preface
According to Mike Close in his "Marketplace" column in the June 1997 issue of Magic Magazine, " . . . all the current self-levitations have their basis in two articles published by Karl Fulves. The first titled "Impromptu Levitation" can be found in the July 1974 issue of the Pallbearer's Review (Volume 9, Number 9, page 755.) Ed Balducci is credited in the article, but he explains that he was shown the method by Erwin Levine, who was one of the Harmonicats. Mr. Levine had no idea who the originator was."
A Quick Note About David Blaine
As mentioned above, David Blaine is not the originator of this illusion. He has made the illusion popular, once again, with his recent television special, "David Blaine: Street Magic." The unfortunate reality is, however, that we never really get to see Blaine performing the Balducci Levitation. We watch several times as Blaine performs it for others, but we never get to see it for ourselves.
For the television special, Blaine performed the Balducci levitation in front of several different groups of people, and the camera was there to catch their reaction. The method he used for this is the Balducci method, described below. While videotaping these various performances, the producers keyed in on the audience members with the most visual reaction. After the Balducci levitation, the producers of the show had these same people stand by for another taping of the illusion - this time the camera would shoot from behind the audience members to get a clear view of Blaine in action. The audience members were told that this second performance was to show them how magicians could use wires to levitate. And this is exactly what happened. A small harness and rig (just out of camera view) was set up and Blaine performed a standard wire-suspension.

Human Memory [ An Introduction ]
" Memory is the cabinet of imagination, the treasury of reason, the registry of conscience and council chamber of thought ”
I keep in mind my mother's vegetable backyard when I was a kid, callus plants tall like skyscrapers. I remember whilst I knocked down of a tree and everybody from the neighbor's grill hurried over to observe if I'd wrecked a bone. memorize, memorize... the verb itself is elegiac. The idea of reminiscence is so exciting that we've approach with additional descriptions for it than for any other cerebral experience.
Early hypothesis envisage a memory "engram," a truthful manuscript written by the body to explain long-ago experiences. Freud popularized descriptions of reserved memoirs, experiences actually obscured in the pits of the intuitive. Contemporary descriptions are conquered by correlation to computers, in which the individual mind is a hard disk that stores practice in electronic archives and folders. Distinctive of biology, the fact is at formerly more intricate and extra stunning than any of these metaphors.
How does the brain stock up information? What type of reminiscence do people have? How simple is it for you to memorize certain things? It's thought that humans have two main sort of memory: short-term and long-term.
Scientists do not yet recognize numerous stuff about human memory and many of the thoughts and hypothesis regarding it are still fairly contentious. The subsequent argument stresses a few of the more extensively decided upon thoughts. For instance, most scientists agree that it is very useful to describe human memory as a set of STORES which are "places" to put information, plus a set of PROCESSES that that act on the stores.

Preface
Memory is something we don't think about. A failing memory negatively impact our lives.
It starts with misplacing your keys, forgetting where you parked your car, and then forgetting people's names you've just been introduced to moments earlier.
If you aspire to strenthen your memory, look no further. This eBook will cover timeless techniques from the early nineteenth century to enable you to improve your memory that still works, even today.
Chapter 1 – The Elements Of Memory
MEMORY can be considered your brain's ability to store, retain, and subsequently recall information. You may know of people who you consider to have an excellent memory and you may be slightly envious.
We'll look at certain mental principles and processes, namely, those of Retention, Association and Recall. Incidentally, as with any information, it contains some facts and instructions of immediate practical utility.
But primarily it is intended to help prepare your mind to understand a scientific system for success-achievement. You may be aware of the sensory perceptive and judicial processes by which your mind acquires its knowledge of the outside world.

• Plug home electronics, such as TVs and DVD players, into power strips; turn the power strips off when the equipment is not in use (TVs and DVDs in standby mode still use several watts of power).
• Lower the thermostat on your hot water heater to 120° F.
• Take short showers instead of baths.
• Wash only full loads of dishes and clothes.

Introduction
Marketing is a tool used to produce money in by employing different ways of making advertisements visible to the general public. Putting ads where they will be seen by anyone is not enough. Effective marketing is something that places the right ad where the right people will see it. With the internet there is an immeasurable amount of data and advertisements are a part of this.
Advertisements should be geared towards the frame of thought a sites content will be about; for example, it would not be very effective to have an ad for wasp and hornet killer on a site that is all about after market tuning kits and parts for import vehicles. A person who is looking for things to make their car faster or look better is most likely not going to care if they can get a great insecticide at a very reasonable price; hence this is an ineffective ad, it might as well not even be there. Now, if you take that same ad for a spray can of wasp and hornet killer with a 25 foot range, and place that on a gardening, home improvement, do-ityourself project kind of website, the people looking at those pages are more likely to be in a frame of mind where clicking on that ad makes sense. “Hmm, I’m going to be working on the deck the weekend and I have noticed a few wasps nests around, I should probably check out this ad.”
Google AdSense automatically designates what ads will appear on your website according to the nature of the articles found on a given website. Since this is an automated process, you don’t have to do anything to ensure the right ads will be on your site if you should change the content. Ads are matched by this service as was way of producing a supplemental, passive income in addition to the content already found on your webpage. By having good content on your website, using Google AdSense is an easy way to generate revenue by having automatically selected advertisements that correspond to the articles found there.

JOINT VENTURE
Tactics of the Pros!
The Most Powerful Profit Strategy
Whether you're completely new to the business world or have decades of experience, you can use joint ventures to grow your business fast! You can pull in instant profits, grow your customer list, and become famous within your niche very quickly! Sometimes, within days!
But… only if you go about it the 'right' way!
The harsh reality is, most joint venture attempts fail miserably. Most people just don't go about it the right way. They don't know the "process." In fact, most people don't even fully understand what the term "joint venture" really means.
I know for a fact that joint ventures work because I have made money off the Internet for 4 straight years without spending a dime on advertising! I've been in business for over a decade, and I have invested some money on certain marketing strategies. But, for 4 straight years out of my business career, I didn't spend any money on bringing in customers and profits. I got 'em all purely through joint ventures.
Successful joint ventures have taken me from being an unknown to a relatively known name. It has changed my business, and my life. It has put me on the map of Internet marketing. And it can do the same for you, regardless of what your prior experience is.
You can create an empire by using just joint ventures, even if you don't use any other marketing strategy…IF you learn the process and adopt the right mindset. That is what I'll share with you in this powerful report.
Why Joint Venture Traffic Is Superior
No matter which traffic-generating strategy you use to get people to your site (or place of business), the traffic you get from joint ventures will always be superior. Here's why...
While most effective traffic strategies can bring in targeted prospects to your site, you will still have to work on building trust and credibility (i.e. a "relationship") before most of them will consider buying from you. They will still be strangers that you have not done business with when they first arrive at your site. And, it's a lot harder to sell to strangers than to trusting customers with whom you have an existing relationship.

Introduction
An important part of selling online involves having the ability to convince a potential buyer that you are a credible business person and your products are of the best quality.
What better way to help convince a person by providing a sincere audio message which would explain who you are and expound on the top qualities of your products.
Let’s face it, we’re in an information age where people want the facts and they want them now.
You have only a few seconds to capture your visitor’s attention before they click away from your website and then they’re gone forever. With web audio you can make your pages seem alive, and what’s proven to work extremely well is to capture their attention with an audio message or background music.
What’s nice about providing audio or music on your website is many Internet Marketers have yet to realize how powerful it is and are simply not doing it.
Even better for you and me because potential buyers/visitors will be even more captivated when they visit your website because they’re simply not accustomed to hearing it.
Why have not many Internet marketers caught on to using the power of audio to convert visitors to buyers?
One problem is people lack the technical expertise to stream audio from their websites and simply don’t have the time or patience to learn how to do it.
Thankfully, this guide will show you how to stream audio on your website in no time at all and with very little effort.
Soon you will be able to increase conversions on your website and have the ability to capture your visitor’s attention better than your average competitor.
