Page 56 Sample Content Preview Getting Started In The RC Car Hobby The Radio Control car hobby can be great fun. You get the feel of driving a car or truck like you could never drive your real car. Beginners usually begin with an electric RC truck or car and they love being totally in control of a fully functional scale model that is just waiting for your next command. To enjoy this hobby, it is important to know the various type of options available to pursue your hobby. The most popular type of R/C car is the Off-Road Buggy. Big tires with "knobby" spikes, full-travel suspension parts and a high ground clearance allow the off-roader to go almost anywhere. They come with either two-wheel drive (2WD) or four-wheel-drive (4WD), and reach speeds of 15-30 mph. On-Road cars usually have lower ground clearances, slicks tires, aerodynamic bodies, and are capable of a bit higher speeds. RC Cars use two different kinds of energy sources to make them go . The source can be either electric or fuel. Cars that run on battery packs are electric cars. They use a rechargeable NiCad battery pack for power. They can run up to 10 minutes and can be recharged in about 15 minutes. Nitro cars are actually powered by a small engine that burns a special glow fuel. Some can reach speeds of over 50 mph. You can choose to make your own car or to buy one that is ready for get – set – go. These cars are identified as RTR (ready – to – run) which come with installed radio system or ATR (Almost – ready – to – run). ATR models need to have the radio systems etc installed into them. If you are new to the hobby, you will probably want to select from models that are RTR. This helps you enjoy the hobby more than getting into the technical details. Such pre-built models are also preferred by “backyard” drivers. Kits that need building up are suggested for older hands who have been into the hobby for sometime. The advantage to building a kit yourself is that you will know how to repair any possible damage. These kits are opted by racers bent upon winning organized competitions and showing off their models on the tracks and hitting the tracks hard. Although building a kit rather than buying prebuilt does require extra time, there are advantages. You'll gain a expert understanding of how your machine works, which comes in handy when performing maintenance and tuning.

Everywhere you look there are weight loss products, on TV, magazines, billboards and in every store you shop in. Fat free, low-fat, low carb…this stuff is everywhere, taunting you. The message all around you is “lose weight, lose weight”, but that’s the last thing you want to do. Most products that are designed to help people achieve their ideal body are created for people who need to lose fat and they just won’t work for you. You want to have a body like the one you see in those commercials, but somehow it seems out of reach for you. Another downside to being a skinny guy in a fat world is that nobody understands you. It would be totally inappropriate to call an overweight person “fatty” and poke fun at them and you could probably get fired from your job if you did that at work. But, people have no problem calling you “slim” or “bony” or poking fun at you for being skinny. The name calling and joking around at your expense may be just as demeaning and hurtful, but it isn’t politically incorrect because people think that being skinny is preferable to being fat, I suppose. But, come on, not for a guy! Guys are supposed to be strong, muscular and confident, not skinny and weak. Even though it is supposedly preferable to be skinny, you can tell that even the chubby guys get more respect than you do. And when it comes to women? Forget about it. No contest at all. The chubby guy gets more dates than you do. Women want a strong man and even the chubby guy has bigger muscles and more strength than you do. The totally in shape muscular guy? Well he has more dates than he knows what to do with. Maybe you don’t want to date every girl in town, but guess what? It sure is great to have options. Skinny guys don’t have as many options. There are only so many women that are interested in skinny guys and they may not be the type of woman that you want to date and possibly marry someday. I can tell you why that is, too. No woman wants to date a guy with a smaller waistline than they have. Even a slender gal has a problem with that; it makes her feel fat. The bottom line is: being a skinny guy in a fat world is just no fun at all. You don’t get the respect you want at home or at work. You don’t get as many dates as the more muscular, or even worse the chubby guy gets. You have less confidence, which means you don’t always take the chance to go for the things you really want in life. You’re a smart guy and you are capable of so much more than this in your life. The time has come to turn the tables and achieve your dreams…

Thank you for taking the time to read this ebook and allowing me to share some of my experience in the world of Network Marketing, or MLM. Taking the correct first steps when starting in this industry will go a long way to assuring your success. The reason I am writing this ebook is to help and provide people generic information that would apply to any company regardless on their marketing/compensation plan, product, team, country or even offline or online! Network Marketing or MLM is a great opportunity. It is one of the best home-based business models that can allow you to achieve success in a short time. Network Marketing uses one of the secrets of success, leverage, to allow the average person to create an above average income. However, there is a dark side to Network Marketing that not many people will tell you... The shocking shocking truth of this industry is that over 95% of Network Marketers or home based business owners lose money and never see a profit! That's a fact your upline doesn't want you to know. I'm sorry if this is the first time you've heard this. However, please don't let this information scare you away from this wonderful opportunity. The truth is, if you do it right, Networking is one of the best ways an average person can earn an above average income. My goal is to help you become one of the 5% who does succeed. Is that alright with you? It is a sad fact that countless people become victims of the industry, are uninformed, and when they run into problems, they usually blame the company, their sponsor or even the industry itself! That is why I'm writing this ebook, to help you avoid that and to help you succeed. Even if you have already been in one (or more) opportunities, this information could be invaluable to you, because it might give you some new ideas. Or, it may give you some training material that you can pass on to your downline.

Not only is our government in debt, but we, as Americans, are in debt ourselves, and the problem is just getting worse! Recent studies have shown that ninety percent of Americans have at least one credit card – and they are using that card – A LOT! The average family carries a balance of between $7,000 and $10,000 on all their credit cards. Over $1,000 per family goes on interest every year. And that’s just the average – some people owe much more! Overall, Americans spend over $1 trillion every year on their credit cards, and owe more than $500 billion of it. If debt continues at the current rate, then one family in a hundred will be forced into bankruptcy. Over 90% of Americans’ disposable incomes are spent paying back debts. When you add credit card debt to the regular bills we have to pay each month, which can tax anyone’s budget. As a result, some bills go unpaid and others are paid late. Both of these instances can damage your credit sometimes so much that you think there’s no way you’ll ever be able to get out of debt and get credit for something important like a home or a car. The truth is that you can get out of debt and repair your credit nearly to what it was before you had credit problems. It takes some time and a little work on your part, but it IS possible. Loan approvals and such depend on your credit score. That number is what determines if you can get credit, what your interest rate will be, and how much money potential lenders will give you. A good median score is 750, but the higher your score is, the more financially sound you are.

Whilst the specific reason that people decide to try their hand at making money online is not especially relevant, there are some common features that people who decide to become involved in online business exhibit. Not surprisingly, for the vast majority of people who decide that this seems like a good idea, it is also a very new idea. In other words, the people that we are talking about tend to have no established 'bricks and mortar’ real-world business of their own. In effect, they want to earn money but have no way of doing so as yet. Moreover, to most of these people, the idea that that you can earn money from the internet is a new concept that they had probably never considered before. The majority of new online entrepreneurs have no product or service of their own to sell. They are also likely to have very little money available to fund their new online business venture. It is for these reasons that most people who approach online marketing for the first time will start their online money making adventure using affiliate marketing as their method of choice. This is not to say, however, that it is only beginners who are trying to make money from affiliate marketing. There are some extremely experienced marketers who focus all of their efforts on affiliate marketing, and are very successful at doing so. These people are regular six-figure income earners and every single cent of their income is derived from affiliate marketing. However, well over 95% of people that start out as affiliate marketers never make a brass nickel, and in the majority of cases, they actually manage to lose money. There is clearly something going wrong for these people. Some make the mistake of treating the exercise as a hobby, and by doing so almost inevitably consign themselves to being a failure. A hobby is something that you do when the mood takes you, and business is far more demanding than that. If you have your own small business and sell a product to a customer who is not satisfied, you cannot address their complaints when it suits you. It does not matter whether your business operation is run mainly online or offline. In all business the customer is king. In other words, when the customer says 'jump', that is what you have to do.
