Outsourcing is nothing new. Brick and mortar businesses have been doing it for years. But what may surprise some people is that online entrepreneurs can also use this common business strategy with a great deal of effect. Of course, outsourcing is not ideal for everyone. But by understanding the basics of what outsourcing is, how it works, and how it can benefit a business, it is possible to make an educated decision about whether the approach is right for your business.
Just What Is Outsourcing?
In the broadest sense, outsourcing is an approach to task management that involves utilizing resources that are outside the direct control of the company to handle tasks that are relevant to the operation and success of the business. Generally, this involves contracting with a service provider to handle the specific function for a specific period of time and with guidelines that are agreeable to both parties. In some cases, the service may be granted limited powers to act in the stead of the client, if that is necessary to perform the contracted tasks.
The main function of outsourcing is often to allow employees to focus on company operations that may be more detailed and directly related to the growth of the business. Daily housekeeping issues are handled by outside firms, who do the job at a fraction of what it would cost for a full time staff to accomplish the same tasks. This helps to minimize the amount of clerical support that is needed in house, and thus keep employee related expenses relatively low.

Introduction
Hi fellow entrepreneur.
First, let me thank you for purchasing this exciting new guide on how to set up your own online business. I really appreciate that.
Now as you know, more and more people today have become dissatisfied with their jobs and their pension provisions. So the interest in starting an online business has begun to increase. Yet many who look at such a project find it difficult to know where to start because of the mountain of information available on the subject.
However, during this book we will help you to wade through the mountain of information available. This will, in turn, help you to decide on what is the right sort of online business for you.
One of the first things that you should bear in mind when setting up an online business of any sort, is that you must treat it as just that – a business. This means that you must be prepared to put in the time and effort in order to reap the rewards, even if you are only starting it as a part time venture at first.
Next, you must be prepared to invest some money into it. You do not need to put in large amounts, in fact, if you want, you could actually set it up on a very low budget. Also, what you should remember where an online business is concerned, the running costs are very low compared to a more traditional business.
However, the best place to begin is by picking what you like from the existing successful online business models already out there. So talk to others who have already made money in the niche that you have chosen, and then study, then implement the steps that they took to make it the success it is.

Active Wedding Reception Games
We've all been to receptions that are standard - we welcome and celebrate the new married couple, watch them dance, and enjoy cake with them. But creative couples often enjoy coming up with fun games that include the entire guest list.
Including the guests is an excellent way to get people out of their chairs, meeting people they might not otherwise know and feeling like they are truly a part of the celebration, not just observers.
One fun and active game that can be played by all your guests, including grandma as well as the young children, is "want it now".
In this game, you designate a master of ceremonies (if you have a DJ for your wedding reception, this person can serve as the DJ). The MC will have a list of "wants" prepared before the reception. Everyone sits at their tables, and waits to hear the command. The MC says he wants a person with painted toenails. All the women with painted toenails run to the front of the room, toward the MC. Each time a table sends someone to the front first, they get a point.
Points should be tallied during the course of this game and prizes awarded at the end of the game. Be sure to have some obvious "wants", as is the painted toenails, or a man with a mustache or a child with a pink dress. But also include some surprises, like "a man with a brown purse" which will require a man to find a woman at his table with the brown purse and run up to the front of the room with that.
Another fun wedding reception game that includes all your guests is musical chairs using men as the chairs. All the men line up and kneel on one knee. The women begin playing the game of musical chairs, but when the music stops, they must find a knee to sit on. No "chairs" are removed during the version of the game, but instead people are eliminated when either the man falls down when the woman finds his knee or when the woman falls down. Both are out either way, and if both fall down, they are also both out then (as well as perhaps a bit bruised). This is a fun game that often brings on gales of laughter and adds to a relaxed reception atmosphere.
If many guests are traveling a good distance to the wedding or don't know many other guests, it's always fun to include a game that will allow them to now only get to know each other but the bride and groom as well. For this game, you'll need a MC again, which can be a very outgoing member of the wedding party or the DJ. The reception guests are broken into two groups, which can be as simple as having people count off "1, 2, 1, 2" and so on until the entire guest list is either a "1" or a "2". Then the two groups band together for the duration of the game.
The DJ, or MC, offers a series of questions relating to the bride and groom. The teams should work together to answer the questions, then as quickly as possible provide the answer. The bride and groom will confirm if the answer is correct or not. This is an excellent way for otherwise "stranger" guests to get to know one another and have some fun in the process. It's also an excellent way to get to know the bride and groom!

Step 1: Deciding Whether or Not Your Company Should Outsource
Let's face it, figuring out whether or not your company should pack up some part of production and ship it overseas, across borders, or just to another company down the street, can be a difficult choice to make. After all, most outsourcing means that you will have to make tough decisions about the future of your workforce, your financial situation, and whether or not the jobs being outsourced are important enough to keep nearby.
So why has outsourcing become such a popular thing for businesses to do? Well, we will go into this in more detail later on, but for now let's just consider the two main points.
> Lower costs
And
> Higher profits.
However, despite the obvious positives, there are a number of negatives associated with outsourcing portions of your business. Once again, we will go into more detail in just a few paragraphs, but here are a couple of points to think about:
1. Less control over operations
2. Possibly higher costs in the short term.

Becoming Familiar with Wine
Many of us are not even vaguely familiar with the different varieties of wine that are available for purchase. In fact, some of us probably thought red wine and white wine were the only ones in existence. Most of us don’t have any idea of the number of varieties of wine that are in existence. We have dinner wines, dessert wines, red wines, white wines, dry red wine, dry white wine, sweet red wine, sweet white wine and much more. Before you serve your first dinner that includes wine, make sure to understand something about wines. Know what is proper to serve with different meals.
A general rule of thumb is white wine with white meat and red wine with red meat, but there may sometimes be variations to that. For instance, although chicken is a white meat, red wine is the customary wine of choice because it complements a chicken meal better than white wine. Another variation is turkey which has both white meat and dark meat. Because of both white and dark meat on turkey, one can choose to serve either white or red wine while some may actually serve both—red to the guests who choose dark meat and white to those who choose white meat.
Another thing that is important to understand is the relationship between red wine and fish. Customarily you would serve white wine with fish but in the event you choose to serve red wine, it’s important to choose one that does not contain any tannins since the presence of tannins in twine you serve with fish may give the wine a metallic taste. Though the taste itself is not going to cause any harm, one drinks wine for the flavor thus having a metallic taste takes away from that. To avoid this possibility either serve white wine with fish or make sure the red wine you serve is free of tannins.
Before you have your first party or even serve your first wine with dinner make sure you know exactly what you should serve with the meal you have chosen. Taking the time to research and learn about how wines complement food, you will be able to make a better selection of wine to go with the dinner you are serving. The more dinners you serve the more educated, you will become about the proper wine to serve.
Choosing a Dessert Wine
Most people know you should choose white wine with white meat and red wine with red meat, but what about dessert wine? Is there a protocol for choosing a dessert wine? One of the most important things to remember is to not serve desserts that are so sweet that they give the wine an overpowering taste. You want to choose a wine that will complement your dessert and add to an already elegant taste. If you do anything less you are not doing a service to your dessert, wine or guests.
One of the dessert wines is that of port and comes in tawny, ruby, and vintage varieties. These wines are usually very sweet and are a good pairing for fruit desserts including pumpkin pie and cobblers. The tawny ports have a nutty flavor and are a good pairing for anything in the milk chocolate variety while vintage ports work well with dark chocolate. Some of the French wines that have a very high fruity taste are recommended with cheeses, creamy desserts and fruity creamy desserts. Ice wines are a good pairing with grapes, light-flesh fruits, tropical fruits and hazelnuts. They are also a very good complement to nutty or desserts containing Carmel.

1. Cutting down tremendously on calories means that the pounds will drop off quicker.
This is not the case! If you consume too few calories you will actually send your body into a tailspin that can contribute to weight gain as opposed to weight loss. You will end up in a mode of starvation.
If a message is sent to your brain that you do not have enough to eat and are starving, this will cause your metabolism to slow down a great deal. This does not facilitate weight loss at all.
According to weight loss experts, diets that are as low as 800 to 1,000 calories per day are dangerous, unhealthy and will lead to weight loss failure. If your body thinks it is suffering from a famine, then it immediately kicks into gear to protect you and will not make it easy to get rid of excess weight.
If you starve yourself then you can experience plenty of unfavorable side effects such as lightheadedness, nausea and problems concentrating. As well, eventually you will have to give your body what it needs and it is likely that you will end up overeating to compensate for starving it before. Don't do this to yourself!

Introduction:
Thanks for downloading this report. I'll keep it short-and-sweet because all the best photographers I've encountered over the years are always extremely busy and they just aren't interested in 'fluff' .. and I know from experience as soon as they're bored they're out of here! So here it is ...
If you're looking at getting into stock for the first time, or perhaps you've tried other outlets and been disappointed, then I'd suggest a fairly simple three-step process.
1. First of all you need to make sure you understand what stock is, what's required and what you need to do to make it work. Stock has changed significantly in recent years and unfortunately a lot of photographers just haven't caught on yet!
2. Then you need to ask yourself some tough questions. There are seven fundamental questions you need to ask yourself that I outline below. There are no right answers and no 'pass mark' but you need to consider each one and make sure you understand the implications of each.
3. Then if you're still keen to give it a go, you need to find an outlet and make a start. It sounds easy, but that's where the real work begins!
The good news is, if you take a few minutes now to work through this 'self-assessment' process, you will be in a much better position to make the right decision for you ...
Whether to make a start now and make it work regardless, or wait a while so you can work on the specific areas where you might be lacking, the important thing is to understand what you're getting into and exactly what's required to make it work.

The Dinner Party on a Budget
Dinner parties are not just for the people who can afford veal and lobster most nights of the week. And, they are not just for those who have a large grocery budget. One of the easiest things to do if you are looking to entertain is to throw a dinner party on a budget.
When working on a budget, you will have a smaller list of ingredients to choose from. For example, you may be forced to choose from steak or chicken, instead of anything under the sun. Smaller parties are also easier to manage and to plan for.
The first thing to do is to make sure the guest list is complete. Do you have enough space for everyone? Are the people you invite likely to come? You don’t want to invite ten people and only have three show up especially when you buy enough food for ten. When you make your guest list out, make sure you have enough room to accommodate them as well as the budget to feed them. It’s true that the less people you have, the better food you can purchase. But at the same time, you need to consider what is more important to you for your party; a well rounded guest list or a gourmet meal.
After you have the guest list managed, search for a menu that you can work with. Buying frozen appetizers can look expensive, but they are usually cheaper than buying the ingredients to make them yourself. Try to keep the courses set to three as a maximum. An appetizer, main course and dessert are the only things you really need, and dessert can be as simple as a sweet cocktail. Look for a main dish that is liked by everyone but still a decent price. This way you keep everyone pleased as well on budget.
The next thing to consider is that you need to keep the setting as simple as possible. I’ve seen parties where everything is perfectly matched and the theme is right in your face, and while it usually looks good, it can cost more than the food if you are not careful. At the same time you can have a very simple theme where you use color or stuff you already have as a great jumpstart to the best party you’ve thrown. Just remember that no matter what you do the point is to have a good time and spend time with friends. If you start getting stressed out then maybe you should step back and take a break, then try again in a few minutes.
How To Be Ready For Drop-In Entertaining
Even the most gracious host can become frazzled and stressed out when things get hectic and fast paced, especially when she is on her own with the hors d’oeuvres, cocktails and the planning. Imagine how she’d be when there is last minute extra guests or out of town friends stop by because they were “in the neighborhood”!
Despite how much effort you think it takes to put together a planned party or how stressed out you think you’d be if you tried, it’s always so much simpler if you keep a few items on hand and always remember that if you want to entertain then almost anything is fixable.
You can get a decent bottle of red wine almost anywhere and they keep well in the bottom of the pantry. And since red wine is best served room temperature then this would be your best option for those drop-ins. Another option when it comes to drinks is to have a bottle of cocktail mix ready in the fridge, and as long as it hasn’t been opened then they keep a long time, and it will be ready and chilled, so even if your liquor is not, the temperature will still be nice and cold thanks to the mix. One other thing to keep in mind is if you think there will be kids. Older ones like teens may like a sparkling grape juice, or soda, and younger ones will be just as content with a juice box. These things are easy to keep on hand and are usually in your pantry anyway if you have kids yourself.

Introduction
There are too many websites out there promising more than they can give. These sites don’t grasp the basic principle of under-promising and over-delivering.
Elementary Marketing and this accompanying e-book are different.
For years now, I have worked directly with aspiring entrepreneurs. Recently, I have seen many one-one-one clients desperately spinning their wheels trying to understand and implement the basics of making money online.
There are simply too many sources of information. This probably is not the first piece of information on making money on the internet that you’ve read. You’ve probably visited a ton of sites, read a couple of articles or books and still don’t have a grasp on how precisely to establish or enhance an online business.
Chances are, you are suffering from informational overload and just don’t know exactly what you need to begin generating revenue online. Or you are just getting going with the learning process and need a good starting point.
In both cases, Elementary Marketing is for you.
