The ring is on your finger. Now comes the stressful part. You want to throw the wedding of your dreams, but you’re not Donald Trump’s kid. What do you do? Statistics say the average wedding costs $20,000. Most young girls dream of the fairy tale wedding: long white gown, 8 bridesmaids, a sit-down dinner, the band everyone dances to. Many brides have been dreaming about their wedding day since childhood. These dreams come with an expensive price tag and the realization of their fairytale day may be distant. Although weddings are very costly today, your dream day can happen. I am going to share some tips to cut corners and save money without making huge sacrifices. By taking the time to plan and investigate, you will be amazed at the amount of money that you save. Would you arrive at an interview for your dream job without prior preparation? No, you would not and that is why preparation and research will make your wedding a success without remortgaging the house! It's only natural to want the Cinderella fantasy wedding, complete with ice sculptures, a heavenly cake, and thousands of guests who've flown in from around the world to enjoy the accompanying dinner. It's only human to cry at the bill that this dream can rack up. Costs can add up quickly. Factor in the meal, the liquor, the music, the dress, the flowers, the photographer, the decorations and the dream wedding can seem way out of your league. But it doesn’t have to be. How can the average person have a beautiful wedding with all the bells and whistles on a working person’s salary? Perhaps the three letters/words that say it best are – DIY (do it yourself!) Spending your life savings on your big day is crazy. You can have elegant, beautiful weddings without breaking the bank. Having a cheap wedding doesn’t mean giving up style or sentimentality. It means using your imagination, using your own hands or the help of friends and family. Ask anyone you know to help out. Almost everyone will be happy to oblige. They’ll be part of your special day which makes them special as well!

Teenage girls have taped prom tickets to notebook pages and written their memories of the evening along with pictures and other mementos. We arrange photos into albums and perhaps label them with dates and other information. Scrapbooking as we now know it got its official start in 1980 by the Christensen family in Utah. These pioneers went on to launch the hugely successful company Keeping Memories Alive. It's been almost 25 years, but the scrapbook industry continues to grow at an exponential rate. And these past four years have really seen a growth spurt! In the last several years, scrapbooking has taken on a new life. No longer are these albums simply photos and labels or a couple of prom tickets taped to a page. Now they are elaborately styled memory books with fancy embellishments and features. Some people consider scrapbooking an art form, and when you look at some of these pages, you might just agree. Scrapbooking has blossomed into a billion dollar business. In fact, the latest figures reveal that it’s now a $2.55 billion per year business - and that's only in the U.S.! If true figures were to be told, the amount would certainly be well over $5 billion. Many people are cashing in on the craze by starting their own scrapbooking businesses. There are many, many ways to make money if you love to scrapbook. The appeal of starting this type of business is easy to see. You can operate your business out of your home. You set your own hours working whenever you want. Satisfaction can be derived from the creativity that you can display. But perhaps the biggest advantage of starting your own scrapbooking business is that it can be done for a relatively small start-up investment.

They’re the ones where the heavy, bald guy is sitting in his easy chair talking in a squeaky female voice about all the clothes he bought – including a bustier. Or the little old lady speaking with the gruff voice of a younger man about the sweet motorcycle she now owned. While we might find these commercials funny, the real victims of identity theft find them disturbing and even painful. The media uses these types of ads to alert us to the crime of identity theft and how everyday people can be affected. You don’t have to have a lot of money to be taken advantage of. All you need is a social security number – which, of course, we all have. The criminals who perpetrate the crime of identity theft are sly and cunning. Before you can even know it, you’re credit is ruined and you must “jump through hoops” just to get it repaired a small bit. Identity theft is a serious crime – one that is occurring with an alarming frequency. The statistics are mindboggling. • 1 in 4 US households have been victimized • 10 million people last year affected • Loss to businesses tops $47.6 billion • Loss to victims about $5 billion • Each victim spends about 30 hours trying to recover their name. The problem of identity theft has become the number one fear of consumers in the world today, and unfortunately, it’s becoming more and more common.

Herbal practitioners believe aphrodisiacs can help overcome emotional challenges such as anxiety, stress, or trauma, and even directly overcome physical issues such as difficulty with erections or lubrication. In addition, any herb preparation that eradicates illness or provides nutrients that have been lacking in the body can be considered an aphrodisiac. This is especially true if sexual urges and sexual life return as a result of using it. But it must be said that: even though the mandrake root is mentioned in the Bible's Book of Genesis (30:14-16) as an aphrodisiac, and Julius Caesar (100-44 B.C.) used herbal scents such as frankincense and myrrh as aphrodisiacs…

I’m not talking about just the ceremony and reception. I want you to remember how you felt. Think back to looking into the eyes of your intended spouse and how happy you were. Your marriage was going to last forever. You were sure of that much. Because this man or woman made you feel so special. Maybe your new husband was the most romantic guy you had ever met. Maybe your new wife was one of the most incredible people you had ever met. Both of you knew that this was a marriage that would work. Your life would always be as magical as it was in the very beginning. You spent the first few months of your life settling in as a married couple. Perhaps you couldn’t keep your hands off of each other and made those around you roll their eyes as they watched your PDA with envy. But you didn’t care – you were in love! And then, reality sets in. You start to notice little things about your true love that drive you crazy. You think you can deal with it, and maybe you can for awhile. But then, you start to pull away just a little bit. You still love him or her, but it’s just not the same. You start to take each other for granted. After all, you’re married – that’s part of married life, isn’t it? Then you wake up one morning and look over at your love. You wonder what happened to that fire – that amazing desire that couldn’t be controlled. Why don’t you feel like you did on your honeymoon? Romance dies, that's a fact, right? When you find the love of your life, you'll both settle into a daily routine of financial, household, and child-rearing responsibilities, forgetting you are a couple, right? Romance will only last through the initial crush of the relationship. After that you and your partner will start taking each other for granted, right? It does not have to be this way. There are many relationships where romance is alive and well. Open up your local paper and look for the anniversary announcements. It can actually be very motivating to see those couples who are celebrating their 25th, 30th, even 50th wedding anniversaries.

Sample Content Preview IN-DOOR GARDENING FOR THE MANY. JANUARY. FIRST WEEK. GREENHOUSE AND CONSERVATORY. CINERARIAS.—The plants intended for large specimens must receive their final shift, and be allowed sufficient space to expand their foliage without interfering with or injuring each other. The side-shoots to be tied out. EPACRISES.—As some of them will be preparing to burst into flower, a little arrangement may be necessary in tying them out to display their spikes of bloom more advantageously. FUCHSIAS.—If wanted early, the plants that were first put to rest should be selected, and be fresh potted, cutting back the roots, beginning with a small-sized pot; to be shifted into larger when the roots have extended to the outside of the ball. Place them in a nice moist temperature of 50° by day and 40° by night. HEATHS.—To be looked over, and the dead and decaying leaves removed. The most forward in bud—such as the Vestitas, Vernix, Vasciflora, Aristata, Beaumontia, and many others, to be tied out, and arranged for the season. PELARGONIUMS.—When large specimens are wanted, tie out the branches at equal distances, and down as near to the rim of the pot as possible. Air to be given at all favourable opportunities. Water to be given but sparingly, and not overhead.
