Introduction
Every person in the world devotes countless hours to thinking of their future and their present situation in life. Almost everyone wishes that there was something that they could change in their life.
Whether it is their family life; their friendships; relationships or finances, everyone wants to change something. The first step to doing that is to set goals.
However, many of us are great at trying to set goals; most of us are practically incapable of following through with them.
Think about it. How many times have you decided on a course of action and simply didn’t follow through with it?
That is pretty much the norm for most people.
Sometimes even setting goals at all is the harder part of accomplishing any. The easiest way of looking at this is to think of each and every New Year.
The largest part of New Year’s celebrations are not the parties and the get-togethers; it is actually in the resolutions.
As much as we all like to attend and talk about New Years Eve parties, the most common source of conversation is the resolutions for the new year.
All it really is- is code talk for new goals that need to be set. The only problem is that most of us set the same resolutions every year, and every year, we are unsuccessful. After all, if we were successful; why would we need to keep making the same resolutions year after year?

Introduction
Many times people are looking for a solution to a problem in their life. The problem may be a professional problem that is related to their job or career. Or the problem may be a personal one that is affecting the way they deal with the rest of their life. They may need to find a solution to a huge problem at work, or they may be feeling less than satisfied with the turn their life has taken. No matter why they need answers, or how they want to find those answers, there is a method and means for them to accomplish it. They simply need to decide how they want to tackle the problem.
Consultants and coaches are available to help clients reach their fullest potential. The key to reaching that potential is to empower themselves with the strongest tool available. In some cases this will be a consultant and in other cases it will be a certain type of coach. The method that they choose will depend on their needs and in what direction they want to focus their energies.
Sometimes asking for a little help while looking for a solution or trying to achieve a goal is difficult for some people. This is becoming less the case as more people and corporations are turning to coaches and consultants to help them find viable solutions to problems or help in manifesting their dreams. Consultants and coaches are trained to assist people by providing them with the best training and latest techniques available.
Some coaches and consultants will work together in what is known as a “hybrid” mode. This simply means that clients get the best of both the consultant and the coach to help them create solutions. In other words, they get advice and experience to push them forward, motivation and brainstorming techniques when they’re at a standstill, and insight and inspiration to push them to their highest potential in both their professional and personal life. ..

What Is A Boxer?
Boxers are a great all around breed.
They are a distinguished canine and the coolest, most lovable dog out there! It is a medium-built and strong breed that is so named because of its habit of standing on the hind legs to begin a fight and boxing with the front paws.
By nature, Boxers are working dogs. Throughout history it has been trained as:
- hunting dog
- police dog
- seeing-eye dog for the blind
- guard dog
- circus dog
- courier dog on the battlefields during World War I and World War II
- Fighting dog in the once popular sport of dog fighting.
The American Kennel Club (AKC) categorizes dogs into 7 groups:
• herding
• hound
• non-sporting
• sporting
• terrier
• toy
• working
And the largest breed registered in the working dog category is the Boxer.
No doubt the Boxer breed makes for great utility dog but the greatest advantage to owning one is that a Boxer can be your most outstanding companion on four legs and a great source of personal fulfillment.
By the way, the AKC registered over 150 different breeds totaling nearly one million dogs in 2003. To put that in perspective, the animal shelters in America rescue up to 12 million homeless dogs and cats every year and 25% of these are purebreds...

Introduction
Many of us experience the occasional night of sleeplessness without any consequences. It is when the occasional night here and there becomes a pattern of several nights in a row that you are faced with a sleeping problem.
Repeated loss of sleep affects all areas of your life: The physical, the mental, and the emotional. Sleep deprivation can affect your overall daily performance and may even have an effect on your personality.
If your insomnia continues for a long period of time it can cause problems in your relationships, compromise your productivity, and perhaps lead to other health problems.
It can become a relentless cycle of worry and anxiety as night after night you toss and turn, wondering when sleep will come, wondering what is wrong with you.
Insomnia and sleeplessness generally fall into three categories:
1. "Initial" insomnia: where you have difficulty in falling asleep, generally taking 30 minutes or longer to fall into a sleep state.
2. "Middle" insomnia: where after falling asleep you have problems maintaining a sleep state, often remaining awake until the early morning hours.
3. "Late" or "Terminal" insomnia: where you awake early in the morning after less than 6 hours of sleep.
Insomnia can be the symptom of some medical conditions that may require your doctor's advice and medical care. In those cases the cause will be treated, not the insomnia.
If, however, your sleeplessness is due to a pattern of not sleeping, or because your body and mind find it difficult to settle into a state of relaxation necessary for sleep, this book offers you alternative choices for achieving healthy sleep without the use of prescription drugs.
This book will teach you how to:
• Set the mood for a comfortable sleep atmosphere
• Prepare your body for relaxation
• Use colors to stimulate calmness and relaxation
• Understand the importance of exercise
• Use music and other relaxation techniques
• Relieve your mind of anxiety and worry
• Discover the importance of reducing stimulants
• Use herbal teas and warm drinks to promote relaxation
• Use herbs and vitamins to promote natural sleep

Introduction
Sooner or later everybody has to buy a new car. It doesn’t matter if it’s your third new car or your first, it is inevitable.
Of course, everyone knows that there is an art to buying a new car that everyone must know sooner or later.
Every car buyer knows that there are tricks to getting a car at a reasonable price. Dealerships and private sellers rarely mark the car’s actual worth.
Instead, they mark the price up a little so that they can clear a good profit for themselves.
Some dealerships mark the prices up to be able to offer their salesmen better incentives to sell the cars for them.
Whatever the reason, almost all dealerships can be talked down on their initial prices, if you know how to haggle properly.
The savvy buyer will know that they can talk the dealership’s prices down a little bit, if he/she knows the dealer’s lingo and tricks beforehand and shows that he/she are prepared to deal with them.
Salesmen are there to try and hustle a good price for the company, while you are trying to hustle a good price for yourself...
