INTRODUCTION
There was also a time when the thought of losing weight didn't even occur in our society, people ate what mom cooked for dinner and they went to work. The difference in that society and today's society is that work was not behind a computer screen, but on their feet in the fields or on a warehouse floor. People worked physically because that was the only way to work, in fact, that's why it was called work! It was often during this time that people could eat anything they wanted because they were burning much more calories than what they consumed.
But, like all good things, that too has passed and the technology of today's world has left us in one condition – an overweight one. Our life styles have changed so drastically and our comforts have increased tenfold. As they say, every rose has its thorn and for our society our desire to have comfortable lives and to work less has begun to show around the waistline.
The bad thing about all of this is the more weight you gain, the more dangerous it becomes. Extra weight spells illness, whether it is in the form of diabetes or a heart condition, it's bound to show up if you don't do something about it. You have to be proactive in weight gain and you have to work it off until it gets to a point where you no longer have control. It's not necessarily about being toned and sculpted, but at a weight that is not life threatening. You can work on the abs later, right now you just need to shed some extra body fat. As society realizes what is happening and that we are overweight as a whole, people are trying to play catch up and work from behind. They are trying to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle.
This eBook is your guide to losing that first ten pounds that we all struggle with. It's amazing what little changes in your life can add up to you losing ten pounds and they all revolve around eating right and getting your body moving.

Do you have something want a product or service that others require? When you start helping people by providing your products and services you start to make money. The more people you serve the richer you become.

Introduction
As a new Internet marketer, you may have heard that the key to your moneymaking success lies in your list—and this is the truth. In order for any Internet marketer to be truly successful in running his or her online business, they first need to build an extensive list of contacts. These contacts may not always be first-time customers, but building relationships with them is critical.
Why? One of the largest expenses for businesses is drawing in customers and turning them into sales. It takes time, effort, and money to draw in your customers, have them purchase an item from you, and never come back. If the customer comes in, but doesn’t buy anything, then it’s a hit to your bottom line. Building a list allows you to collect a large number of people with minimal effort, so you can sell to the same people repeatedly.
Building a list establishes relationships, so you can reach out to your subscribers again and again, until they convert into paying, and hopefully returning customers.
As a new Internet marketer, the most important thing you need to learn is that you must build a list. While there are several parts to building a successful online business, your list is the single most important aspect, as it is a major driver of income—and what makes money for you while you sleep.

The Basics
1. Learn how to walk, before you run. Remember that it pays to have a solid foundation. So learn how PPC works and you can work it out from there.
2. Before starting your PPC campaign, make sure you’ve already defined your objective as it will never work to have a scattergun approach. Do not try to be all things to all men.
3. Monitor your development, don’t set it and just forget it is there. It doesn’t work like that.
4. Math will help you in this endeavor. Embrace it.
5. Mobile PPC is growing fast. Don’t ignore it.
6. There will be a lot of failure. In many of your tests, you’ll find out that many of the things you’ve set up is just losing you money, or losing clients. What you have to do is identify which of those variables is the culprit.
7. Attend conferences because the brightest minds in this campaign are found there. Shake their hands. Ask questions.
8. Do the difficult options. They must be difficult because it is worth it. Don’t be lazy and settle for just the automated choices.
9. Google or Microsoft or Yahoo has customer support that can assist you in times of need.

Chapter: 1
Celebrating Christmas Holidays – History and Significance
Christmas is indeed among the greatest and most awaited religious festival celebrated in the Western part of the world. You might already know that the actual name of this festival is Christ’s Mass, and it is one if the most important holiday in the calendar of Christians as it commemorates the birth of Lord Jesus. As per the Hebrew Old Testament, Lord Jesus was the savor of the Jews.
All the believers of Christianity throughout the world celebrate this festival with much enthusiasm. The people of different countries have their own separate ways of celebrating this day. But, the essence and significance of Christmas remains the same. The most popular of the traditions that is generally followed today is that of the Americans and the British. They usually involve in age old traditions like gift-giving and dressing up as Santa Clause to delight the children. The concept of Santa Clause with round jelly belly and a red nose has its roots in their traditions.
The exact date of the birth of Lord Jesus is not know, however Christmas is celebrated ever year to commemorate his birth. It is believed that during the days of the reign of the Roman Empire in 4th Century AD, Christmas became an important day to celebrate. In the second half of the century, Christianity became the official religion of the state and since then Christmas is celebrated every year on the 25th of December.
Throughout the world, it is widely accepted that this festival was specifically chosen to be celebrated on this date with the intention to bring together the traditions of the Old pagan and the new Christians.
Romans were known to commemorate their God Saturn with a holiday which was celebrated on the 17th of December. This holiday initiated the custom of giving out gifts to the near and dear ones. The Romans also worshipped another God known as 'Sol Invictus'. These similarities helped the Romans to accept Christianity.
